Location is convenient to base and graduation fields, as well as some shopping and minimal food choices. Cons: was very disappointed to arrive after a 9 hour drive to a dirty room. Staff was prompt and friendly when brought to their attention, but it did make me wear shoes the entire time, even in the shower, and keep all my belongings on the hard surfaces.

The room was not clean the bathroom had hair all over the shower floor I had make it smell good by cleaning it my self

Everything was there for an extended stay hotel. Staff was very nice. The amenities were fine. I recommend this for anyone.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was a good value. In a decent area with restaurants and near many of the locations I was in town for. May be my go to when I'm in Columbus for softball tourneys.

I called the day before the visit about a late check-in and was told there was someone at the desk 24-7. When we arrived we waited for 30 minutes to be helped. No one was there to check us in or answer the phone for help.

Clean room, kitchen stocked, full size refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable beds. The only problem I encountered not a good selection of tv channels.

We had a room with queen beds and one of them was made up and the sheets were not changed from the previous person that stayed there. Very upsetting.

The bathroom wasn’t clean when I got there, there was literally hair in the shower, and the hand soap was empty and wasn’t replaced during my stay. The staff were really kind, but the cleanliness issue kinda fudged the experience. Also, the stove didn’t work and the TV guide wasn’t working. No major issues other than the nasty ass shower, but yea.

The location was wonderful! The hotel was very clean. No issues once we figured out the heating and cooling. No breakfast, but a McDonalds was close. We’re going to stay there next time we visit Fort Benning and the National Infantry Museum!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, especially Emma, she was sweeter than rhubarb pie. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with all the cooking and dining things stocked in the room. If I am on the area again, or travel to an area where Candlewood is available, we will definitely stay again.

Considering how much they charged for the room it should have been clean. There was food from the last guests still in the fringe. There where sticky fingerprints all over the kitchen, dust piled up on the AC and walls, and the shower was so dirty I doubt it had been cleaned. Also, it took about 4 times longer to take a shower because the water presser was so poor.

They checked us in and we were tired from the drive we got to the room and there were roaches, the toilet didn’t work, and the A/C and heat didn’t work at all. All they did was offer a fan and said there was nothing they could do for us. NO TOILET and they expected us to stay?!?! Do Not Book here!!!!!!

The staff were wonderful, especially the manager with white hair. Our room was great with a well stocked kitchen area (stove top, large refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, etc). It was very quiet. The mattress felt comfy and new with assorted pillows. The best thing was the amazing shower. The best shower head ever. The soaps were very nice. The room had lots of outlets which were very useful. The price was very reasonable and I felt an exceptional value. Now for the negative. I only have a couple of comments. The grounds looked tired and unappealing. There was a beat-up old junk vehicle parked at the front door which made me wonder. It was there for our entire stay. But when we entered the building it smelled fresh and clean. Things got a lot better. One other thing. I think the housekeeping manager held an employee meeting in the front lobby. Not very professional I felt but the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this motel.

We spent one night and we're very happy with the room. It had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and two comfortable beds. The area seemed a bit sketchy, but we were fine.

The bathroom had small hair all over it. Even after it was cleaned there were still dirty towels behind the door that were left. They did give me extra towels as requested and cleaned the room when asked. They also had convenient laundry service. Wish there would have been dishwasher soap. This area was not bad like some people make it out to be. We felt safe the entire time and would stay again. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and quick with anything we requested. They even brought us up a box fan (we’re all hot all the time lol) the ac does have a feature that will cut it off when there is no movement in the room but after speaking with one of the girls she was able to override that for us so we could stay cool and I could never thank her enough.ALL of the staff was nice and helpful but specifically the 2 ladies I talked to, Crystal and Lauren, were so sweet. And another lady I didn’t catch her name. Only complaint is the pool was a little dirty looking with leaves and cloudy but other than that, all was good.

The room's bathroom smelled of urine. The floor and shower were dirty. The 2-day stay lacked even basic housekeeping. We had to use the same towel and one washcloth for two days. The hygiene and sanitation of the place could be way better.

Neat and clean extended stay hotel. All of the staff were super helpful and kind, making my stay even more pleasant. Lots of amenities, from free coffee (good!), kitchenette, snack hub, gym, pool, laundry, etc. Will find a reason to visit again!

Came for nephew graduation from Fort Moore. Customer service was great but the room smells really bad. Went to Walmart to purchase air freshener to killed the smell and Lysol for disinfectant.

I appreciated that whenever I came into the lobby, someone was cleaning, and it smelled fresh. I have traveled a lot in the last two years. Trust me, it makes a difference. Plus the staff were all very pleasant to see. They were all courteous and helpful.

They were so sweet and personable and friendly, and they made us day so welcoming that a whole family decided that we will come back and I’ll hang out there. Most of the people stayed in town but they decided to come and get a hotel room so they can be with us. You made us so welcome love It.

Had military base really close by where we were visiting at the time, as well as Walmart a few blocks away and the Downtown area for dining, church and shopping areas. The area is a bit deceiving, but totally fine. Staff was amazing and very attentive to requests and needs. Hotel was spotless and really didn't have any issues at all whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay and a great location for our needs. I was expecting the bedroom to be separate from the open area as shown in the picture but it was not…. 2 of our 4 night stay we had what seemed like a football game being played on our roof! Running back and forth for hours that at one point around 10:30 pm I was forced to call the front desk and complain! It did stop and I still have no idea what was going on on the floor above us. And why the staff would book a room above us when there was only 6 cars in the parking lots (this tells me they were not fully booked)!!

I wish there had been a continental breakfast. The food was very expensive to purchase. I paid almost $8 for a bowl of cereal and milk. I also didn’t realize my room wouldn’t be cleaned every day, while I was there so I didn’t get clean towels. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I loved everyone I came into contact with. Great place to stay!!

Room is great, a full kitchen and we appreciate being able to being our dogs! Everything was squeaky clean. No complaints. Would stay again for sure.

The rooms are not clean . We requested a rollaway at 5 pm did not get the bed until 9pm. As I was getting ready to shower .. I saw a cockroach running behind the toilet .. my husband found 3 on the counter by the kitchen sink . He than goes to the front desk to show them the cockroaches as he was walking back he saw another one crawling in the lobby !!! To top this all off the front desk charges us 3 times for our rooms !! Luckily, my husband was able to find a hotel called “ Holiday Inn “ about 20 minutes from this hotel .. we were greeted and the hotel was super clean included with a free breakfast!!

Generally good. A bit expensive for not having breakfast included. The smart TV was not connected to the internet and there was no staff who could do anything on a Saturday or who could figure out if apps were available for use with personal accounts. But personnel were very attentive and warm. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Suites are spacious and beds are very comfortable. They also remained attentive to my travel complications and were there to support me. God bless you all!

The elevator permit expired last month. It took two days for the elevator to be mopped. NO ICE BUCETS. I was told “Candlewood does not provide these, use one of the containers in your room”. "We do not provide breakfast becuse you have a kitchen". When you arrive late at night, you don’t have time to go shopping for breakfast. This is CHEAP. I’ll go back to Best Western next visit.

Hotel was very clean, room was nice, AC was cranked & ready for me! Staff was friendly & helpful with information about the area & the military graduation we were attending. The area is a like sketchy, but they are very good with locking their lobby doors & requiring verification to get in.

Beds were comfy, close to fort Moore army base just a really nice hotel, just wish it had a restaurant like what the description says, would of been nice to of came in and sat down and had a nice dinner after a long flight.

Having a full kitchen was nice since they do not provide any type of breakfast.

It was fast friendly check in there wasn’t enough wash cloths so when we asked the next morning they stated they were washing so we had to improvise.

Quiet and convenient to Ft Moore

Easy access and excellent customer service. Beds are comfy and the hotel is clean!!!

Very clean and seems really new

The rooms were clean and quiet. The water coming out of the plumbing in shower and sink, however, smelled moldy and dank. Running the water for 10 -15 minutes still did not clear the odor. I didn't wash my hair for fear it would smell moldy.

The check in took too long. The staff was great but they were having to type away for much too long The computer system needs to be upgraded!

No available coffee or breakfast. Had to buy our own. This hotel is really for long term stays, and we only needed two nights.

I really liked that I was very close to my son in the military. I was also pleased having stores, and restaurants close to the hotel.

I loved our stay, the only thing I was a little disappointed was that the pool wasn’t clean to use, it needed maintenance, and i also think the room service should be done every day, even though they did it when i asked. Overall we recommend the hotel and would definitely go back.

Excellent service by the staff members. Only issue was that the pool was not available for the kids. Other than that amazing stay no complaints.

The specious suite because it had a door to the room I had to go downstairs twice because my key didn't work. That made me very annoyed.

Room was nice and clean. Upon checking in when we got to the room noticed there was not a pullout coach. We booked the room on booking.com and it advertised a pull out coach and that is the only reason we booked the room. We informed front desk and asked could we change rooms and he said that they were understaffed and could not accommodate that at the moment. The parking lot was empty so I know the hotel was not fully booked so I wasn’t understanding why we couldn’t. There was no issue in paying additional fees either.
