All was well, helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, good coffee and breakfast to start the day. Nice place to stay

The breakfast was spot on. They are beginning a renovation, so it was understandable that everything was not up to date. The staff was helpful with finding a place to order pizza on a Sunday night.

Need updating Holiday Inn is better than this and it was super noisy off the highway and it was missing a knob on the shower.

booked a king suite with sofa bed. Bed was a queen bed. Could not split the bill into three where my other two travelers could go ahead and pay, Breakfast poor with no juice alternative and pancake machine not working. bread stale. Was ok for a night but disappointed but realize that redoing rooms does require some understanding.

I paid an extremely high amount even though I was a member and there were holes in the walls, shower had holes. Air would never get below 70 and for 285.00 I’ll stay next door at the Hampton from now on and we come a lot to Columbia and bring a whole ball team.

Location was great. Front desk staff was also great and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was what we needed for our stop between FL and OH. No other choice for beverage at breakfast except coffee as far as I noticed. The lobby area that had the couch also had boxes so the overall appearance was not the greatest.

Juice,pancake and toaster didnt work. No creamer one day with the coffee for breakfast Rooms were dated and walls were chip and peeling did 4 nights there. One morning woke up to maintenance drilling loud. Staff was great from maid service to front desk

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. THE STAFF ESPECIALLY MS. JOE AND SAM WERE AWESOME. HAD A MINOR ISSUE BUT THEY WERE VERY HAPPY TO HELP AND ACCOMMODATE US THROUGH THE REST OF OUR TIME THERE. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO TENNESSEE. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID TO MAKE US FEEL WHOLE AND ENJOY OUR STAY!!! WE MISS YOU ALREADY MS. JOE

Smelled good Shower mold and head wasn’t attached and crappy pressure

The breakfast was terrible. Tasted real bad. Was wondering if it was real food. Left and ate somewhere else. Meanwhile if a free breakfast is part of the cost of rental then please step up the game. Otherwise the cost of one night is too much.

We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues.

We visit our daughter and grandloves, often. We stay at this location every time. Staff is always helpful and kind

The front desk was helpful to accommodate getting a room on the upper floor. There was a sign in the building that the building was to undergo some remodeling and updates. Our room was indeed due for some. It was, though clean and comfortable and we had a good stay.

There was dog poop on the floor the toilet was unstable

Yes breakfast was prepared every morning. Tje A/C was cool. The room had water damaged ceilings directly above the bed

Good location and really nice, helpful person at the desk when we checked in. The bathroom door stuck and didn’t open/close smoothly. The room was okay, the public areas seemed a little worn.

The room was in disrepair. Mold on shower, missing trim pieces, AC unit VERY noisy and difficult to sleep due to noise. There were notes that they were working on remodeling but probably need to not use the oldest rooms if possible. Staff was excellent.

No lamp next tinge sofa in the suite. No hook on the bathroom door. Poorly furnished. They are undergoing some renovation but that’s no excuse to give guests an inferior experience.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but there was definitely some sort of mold growing and spreading on the bathroom ceiling. A little maintenance could probably help. We stayed 1 night so I wasn’t too worried about it.

We were put in room 305 and someone was either murdered or committed suicide in the room. The blind was covered in blood splatter stains and the lamp pole still had missed dripped blood all over it. There were stink bugs everywhere and breakfast was horrible was woken up by front desk call the room and said they called the wrong room then housekeeper walk in the room on me

Meet all expectations.

The Staff was SUPER!!!! Could not ask for a better experience. All the staff from the kitchen supervisor, to the housekeeping staff and all the way to the hosts at the front desk. They were ALL helpful and efficient. The whole building was clean and well kept. What We did not like happened before we came. My husband tried to confirm our reservations (we we coming from quite a distance) and he got the run around from the booking.com and when we tried to call the reservations desk, all they could tell us that because we didn't book through them, they could not help us. Honestly, we were ready to cancel our reservation and book somewhere else. However, after our stay with the fabulous staff and the accommodations, I am glad we did not cancel.

The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable as well. Our floor (third floor) did not have an ice machine, so I had to go on a different floor every time I needed ice.

The location and the staff were great The noise level was not so great between the outside noise and the people above us it was a little loud. Breakfast ended to soon at 9:30 am should at least go to 10am.

Our TV never worked.

Location and brand name. In safe location off main road. When I arrived, signs all over saying no phone or tv availability. Gentleman checking me in made sure I noticed the signs and said it would be $50 less than I’d paid ($160). When it reminded him I was on Booking.com he said there could be no adjustment, even though it wasn’t advertised when I booked 2 hours prior. Plus, our toilet was broken so wouldn’t flush. There are many hotels on this strip, would not choose this one.

Check in was great. Super friendly staff. This was the half-way point to our roadtrip. It was nice to have a place that was comfortable and quiet for a much needed rest. We checked out early the next day to start our drive home.

Quick overnight stay

Our stay was great!!! The only downside was being awakened at 5:30 am by the fire alarm but thankfully no one was hurt or no property was damaged.

Over stay was good. However, the toilet set was falling off the toilet. The iron was used previously and there was plastic melted on the bottom of iron. There were stains in the carpet. Notice caulking was not place appropriately in the bathroom area. Need to upgrade television service. Otherwise it was ok stay but not for the price. They were doing some upgrades throughout the building but would suggest a new contractor for the job. I like Holiday Inn but it seems they are still back in COVID area….Breakfast was limited and not freshly looking. Staff were polite and courteous. Would not recommend this establishment to for their stay. They need to get back on what made them so successful and it’s not what I saw on this trip. Have a great day….😀

Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Room was on front side by highway so had lots of traffic noise.

Ing or Expedia linked us to the WRONG address for the hotel so we spent 45 minutes driving around the wrong area. Second, this hotel is very shabby - our sheets were threadbare (gross) and the bathroom is disgusting (the shower pipe is hanging out of the wall, the paint is peeling on the walls and the grout is gross).

I stayed on the 3rd floor. Hotel was pretty full, yet still very quiet. Located right off main highway.

Everything was good except for the noise from kids above us and down the hall. Too bad you can’t put families on one side of the hotel or first floor at least. The stomping and running interrupted our ability to sleep after a long day of driving.

Checked in. The gave us a assessability room which hotels.com gets the deals on. Room smelled, Toilet wouldn't flush and the showed was moldy. They switched us to a new standard room and all was good.
