Coffee in the lobby was excellent, hash browns were excellent, staff was excellent. Wine stains on the wall, our handicap accessible room that we asked for wasn't (no walk in shower for Mom and she had to use the hotel lobby restroom instead of the one in our room because the toilets were too low for her). Eggs were instant? No bacon or sausage. Pillows/bed not very comfy. Rooms dingy and unwelcoming.

We definitely will be staying there next year.

Josh, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! Very respectful and well-mannered and accommodating. Loved that you guys had games and coffee ready even at 11pm. That was awesome! And the parking was great as well. The beds and pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. Neither one of us slept well. The pillows are basically flat and the mattress was hard as a rock.

From arrival to departure the service and accommodations were exceptional. Parking was free and in a well lit area on site and accessible. I would stay there again in the future.

The room was clean, all staff from check-in process, breakfast and check-out was amazing. They were friendly and helpful. Location was great near the interstate as well as gas to fill up before traveling. The breakfast provided was also great with plenty of options and tasted good and staff even offered to take our trash. At check-in we were told there was fresh bakes chocolate chip cookies if we would like. We did not get one but this was a nice touch being available. Thank you!

The hotel is locate conveniently right at the exit from I-65. There are several places to shop and eat in the area. We always meet local friends at Cracker Barrel, across the road from Hampton Inn. The entire hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in/out is a breeze. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The complimentary breakfast is better than most, with a wide variety of good food. I particularly enjoyed the little Denver Omelettes. The bacon was cooked just right and not greasy! The kitchen staff was very attentive and the facility was spotlessly clean. We will be back. No complaints.

At check-in, the clerk was unable to use the card I used to book the room for the security deposit. The room itself was spacious and clean, and we could barely hear the freeway. Nearby dining options within five minutes are limited, but there is a much better selection within a 10–15 minute drive. Breakfast was fine for a meal included with the stay.

Our a/c didnt work until half way through the night then it kicked on but never cooled down past 72. Then, in the morning when I was getting ready there were roaches crawling up the door. I have pictures.

Older Hampton. Does need some updating. Overall clean. Staff was nice at front desk. I left/lost my wedding ring in the room and didn’t realize it until later. It was not returned to me.

The only thing I didn't like is the toilet wouldn't flush. I put one Kleenex in it and it wouldn't flush. Staff come right up to fix it but it happened again in the middle of the night.

I was impressed from the moment I arrived. I was very tired and it was nice that my room was very clean and I could just go right to bed in a comfy space. An amazing buffet breakfast was waiting for me with smiling faces and people ready to help or get me what I needed, but not in a fake way Just in a genuine way. Lynn was the front desk person who was there most of the time I stayed and she impressed me several times! My potty wouldn't flush and I went to use the one in the hallway and she was not having that! She offered to change my room, but first got in there and figured out what the problem was and it was a simple fix of a little chain being undone inside the tank. She said to please make sure everything was working in my room and to never not tell the front desk! The pool was amazing and clean with fresh towels. One night I came in late and went straight to my room, and a man was on duty, and he politely asked if I needed help because he did not know if I was staying there or not. I showed him my key and told him I was staying there. I told him I appreciated the safety precaution… I could have been a total stranger Just walking in to the hotel with no one even asking. But he did! I will absolutely stay here again! Excellent!!!!!

We were here because our daughter was in the hospital and we had to bring our small dog. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating for us. Look forward to coming back under happier circumstances.

The staff was extremely friendly. The whole place was very clean and even smelled nice!! The pool was clean and refreshing after driving all day. Also, Stans Diner nearby was a fantastic deal for food.

The lobby/outside of hotel very nice and updated however the room seemed very out of date needing updates and our bathroom door wouldn’t close and our curtain kept malfunctioning. Good stay though overall and I’d stay again.

Any Hampton inn or Hilton property is always the best of everything some properties are a little bigger than others but no matter the size it's always immaculate. Only place I stay and lucky for me their damn near everywhere.

I came for a funeral. This hotel offered me everything I needed.

The place was just average overall. It seemed older and therefore not as fresh and clean.

The room was good and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fine, there was caulking in some areas so you could tell things had been fixed. The lobby personnel and the lady at breakfast were very helpful and kind. The kids loved the pool and it was clean and seemed maintained. The only negative was that it smelled like weed and deodorizer to cover up the weed smell.

Josh behind the desk was terrific. He gave us a courtesy call an hour prior to our arrival.

We were never given a key. They had to let us in our room every time. They switched our room then switched us back. And on top of never getting a key to our room. Our room was right next to the ice machine and elevator. I didn’t sleep at all. I picked this hotel because of its good reviews. I was extremely disappointed.

I loved everything about this place, except for the fact that you can't close the blinds. There are shear curtains, but no way of closing actual blinds to keep people from seeing in when you have the light on or keeping the bright light from the street light out of our room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was better than most. (Hard boiled eggs, scones, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, bacon bagels....) If I had a chip clip with me that I could have hung up a blanket or something over the window to keep the bright street lights out I would have given 5 stars, but it was wasn't dark at all whem we turned out light out for the night.

Service was good but could put 2 chairs in the room. Toilet paper was pathetically cheap.

Pretty Average. Hotels.com needs to start posting the surcharge for Pets. I can't mention the specific amount of the surcharge do to Hotels,com’s policy, but it is about the equivalent of 15 Starbucks Coffees.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn when traveling and have stayed at this location in the past. It is being renovated and was a little dusty but no fault whatsoever of the facility itself. It was actually notbad at all for a "construction area" even cleaner than some other "budget" hotels that I have stayed in and the reason for 4 instead if 5 stars for cleanliness. We have stayed at many Hamptons and this is one of if not the best one we have stayed in. Anytime we are traveling we will pass other Hamptons to stay at this one.

After traveling for three weeks in different hotels every night, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Fast, friendly check in and out. Great area for pet walking. Better than most breakfast options. Safe area. The only downside right now is the pool is closed for renovations but I would for sure stay here again.

Beyond very disappointed! Made online reservation through Expedia for one night, May 15th. After our drive of 7 hours went to check in, only to be told we had no reservation. Was charged a booking fee from Expedia of $176.00! Never using site again.
