Clean rooms. We’re on 4 th floor we’re woke up at 1;00am from laughing , talking… slamming doors.. we’re told a ball team was there for the night. We got up and left… very disappointed.

Breakfast was okay at best. Eggs and sausage were not that great. Bananas were almost brown. Pool was nice and very warm in May. Room was nice nd spacious. Shower was nice but has a 3/4 glass wall with no door so water gets everywhere and soon as turn water off be prepared for cold air. Not great if youre a grower lol. Staff laday was very nice

Great place to stay. Stay was awesome, breakfast was a hot breakfast and was good. The pool was very nice and warm too! The gym was ok, but definitely above average compared to most hotels. I would recommend and plan to stay agin when in the area.

The hotel itself was fine. It’s exactly what you pay for. My only issue and is there are no sit down restaurants anywhere nearby to walk to. After sitting in a car I like to walk to grab dinner. Nothing around but a Mexican restaurant, which is very good. However, I’d of liked more options.

The hotel was in shambles. The carpet was stained in the halls, tile was cracked and not secure on the floor in the rooms as well as the hall. The hotel smelled strongly of cleaning supplies but the stains and sticky residue left on our tv stand leads to believe it’s all to create an appearance of being clean without actually being clean. The front desk associate was pleasant and did move my room when the original was not at all up to par unfortunately the second wasn’t much better and wasn’t the room set up I requested.

Stayed 1 night as a middle point headed to Florida. Almost all other hotels were sold out so we didn’t have many options to choose from. Room was outdated, not very clean and hallways smelled funny. We heard running and jumping above us until about midnight. The worst part about all of this was my wife finding a ton of black hairs in our pancakes after we ate half of them off our plate.

Tub was a bit dirty, the lock had a lose screw and we had some noise issues with the above unit. The lady at the front was very helpful with noise complaint!

Great location Fruit flies in the room upon entering as well as lady bugs. The lights by the bed did not work. There was a constant machine noise running even when the air unit was not on. All over not very clean.

The beds want comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. Need to people to do breakfast. The poor lady was doing her best to keep up. But she did it with a smile. But busy travel time they really need more to help out. Coffee wasn’t very good at all, need to upgrade system.

The staff last night was so nice. The room was clean, good shower, okay amount of space for 5 people. The gym could use a lot of work. No weights, 2 dirty yoga mats, if you need a treadmill it’ll work for you.

Our room looked like it had been in some type of crime scene. The door looked as though it had been smashed in, or pride open and there was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the ceiling. The only thing good about this hotel was the water pressure, not the shower itself!

The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and had great amenities. Around the hotel were a variety of places to eat. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast available too.

The room is in so-so condition. The bed is comfortable, but the sheets are not so smooth and has rolled lints that felt like there’s sand on the sheet. The shower, the drain is set up in the middle of the floor, half of the floor drains and the other half creates a puddle that you have to sweep the water with your foot towards the drain. The bathroom door does not lock too. There’s outlets and charging stations on each side of the bed, each of them has 2 sockets, but only one socket works. The TV is bowing down, one of the lamps has 2 bulbs, but only 1 bulb is working, the window is not one of those privacy windows, so make sure to close the curtains when you’re changing. The privacy curtains needs a little bit of attention too. The walls are not sound proof, so you can hear every noise, especially in the morning when housekeeping are cleaning the rooms. You will get waken up with the banging of the doors. The room is nice though, just needs a better maintenance and thorough inspection.

They had a few gluten free options which was nice. There were bugs in the bathtub, wallpaper peeling off the walls, really badly done renovations in general, the beds were really lumpy, the sheets were super thin, there were people filming everywhere around checkout time, and there were hairs all over the sheets and some of the towels that definitely were not ours.

No room was not spotless. Curtain was falling off rail.

We have stayed here several times when we come in town to work at a local highschool. We love the location and easily walkable restaurants however, the shower was NOT HOT enough for us this time. I told the lady at the front when we checked out.

Only issue was the floor in the bathroom seemed to be deteriorating... and very noisy when people were above us... it's an older hotel that just needs some renovating...

Nice staff, our room was very clean and we liked the room layout. It had lots of space to put luggage and a large sofa for relaxing. We chose this hotel over others in the area due to the sofa space and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is showing a little wear but overall a great stay due to staff, breakfast and room layout.

When returning to this area we will probably look for other accommodations.

Room was exactly what we needed, really clean. The breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious.

Nice place to lay head for a night. Breakfast was just okay, but nice to be included. There was some gross stuff on one wall, a wet spot on carpet, no shampoo and toilet seat was wonky. But it was okay enough.

We booked in July and prepaid for 3 rooms for our family . The check in attendant wouldn't check in someone in our party without my DL # (what's the point of adding hotel guests names to a booking if you don't let them check in without the main guest?) Our daughter and her 2 children walked into their room to find someone sleeping in it. The hotel told us there were no other rooms , that the guest decided to stay another night and wanted to send my daughters family to another hotel. After I said say no and that this was unacceptable to separate our family the attendant made several calls and they miraculously found another room .So another guest who had a Reservation and not made it there yet was going to be told they had no room for them. Our room had the door knob missing off the bathroom door . Our bathroom had no soap to wash hands with . The good breakfast reviews were the reason we chose this hotel and it was nothing to rave about. The woman taking care of the breakfast area was propped up at the check in desk and was unhappy when I went there to ask if someone could refill the 2 empty milk carafe's . She seemed very annoyed anytime a guest asked for something. On a positive note the beds were comfortable. We are not hard to please people and I hate to write a poor review but this stay warrants it especially for booking and prepaying months in advance and being told we didn't have room, no one wants that after traveling for hours.

Shower was frustrating, water going everywhere due to half door on shower. Beds were ok, but all was very clean and front desk was great!

The cleaning of our room was poor and we had to ask each day for towels.

This hotel is my go to. Every time I’m in town I’m here. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, and the staff is very courteous. Most of all, they make it easy.

Room ws ice cold when we got in. 62 degrees. Turned up thermostat. Everyting fine now.

While on the app Hotels.Com they have a parking fee of $22 a night. When I arrived at the hotel the employee informed me Hotels.Com implemented this fee no the Hotel. There parking lot was like any other Hotel first come first serve. Do Not Fall for this Fraud when listed on app !!!! I have asked for a $44 refund without receiving a reply. This is FRAUD !! I am cancelling any further trips through this app. There is Absolutely no reason for this charge to apply.The Hotel was fine and employees really nice and helpful. They informed me other customers had ask about this and it has nothing to do with Hotel !!!

Bedding was dirty in bed when we arrived. Hallways were dirty. Had to wait a while for a staff member to be able to check out.

There were a few stains on the carpet, but still looks fairly new inside and out. Would stay here again.

The couch had obvious stains to the point we didn’t sit on it or put any items on it. The shower curtain had stains all over it that appeared to look like old blood stains. We luckily only stayed one night to break our trip up. If we would have arrived earlier in the night, we would have left & looked for something else. Such a disappointmen

Throw up was on the trashcan by the elevator. Carpets were stained. Dead bugs smeared on the walls. Dark spots in the showers. Bugs crawling around shower. I definitely won't be staying here again.

The room size was very nice. The property is in a safe location. The AC was turned totally off in our room upon check in, so it was sweltering. Check in lady was friendly, but made several mistakes, including giving us the wrong room key. There was a lot of hair in our shower and a few on our linens. The mattress pad had a large stain. The shower had a lot of mildew and just needed a good scrubbing. There was no AC in the breakfast area. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the room was adequate, but I will look elsewhere next time I come to town.

The hallway was dirty the elevator was questionable! The noise was very loud could hear my neighbors talking kept me up! The soup dispenser was broken and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay open so it was very hot in there!

The first room we were assigned was dirty— urine & hair on the toilet, crud on the nightstand and wall, candy on the floor. The second room had mold in the bathroom. We only stayed because it was late and we were tired. I was disappointed that when I told the front desk about the mold, nothing was offered to compensate us for the poor condition of our room. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was OK, but we will bot stay here again and can’t recommend it.

This hotel had a pretty good rating, that’s the reason I booked it. When we arrived lastnight, the hallway leading to the room was dirty and stained, got into the room and long black hair on toilet, couch was stained had a bad stench in the air. Just was very unpleased over all. This room was not worth $135 a night. Won’t stay here again.

The room floors looked like they were never washed/cleaned - found a sock, hair band, price tag plastic attachment... and when wiping up water from the shower the filth showed up on the floor mat. There was also hair all over the floor in the pool area. But breakfast area was clean.

Got back to our hotel room our first night and our toliet was trying to overflow went down to ask for plunger and front desk employee was very rude and said we would have to wait until morning to get it fixed that she had no options for us besides us to come down to the downstairs bathroom all night then the next day the front desk employee did give a plunger and said we needed to do it ourselves not their job.

The staff were attentive and cheerful -- they were the best part of the stay.

Great spot to spend the night on a road trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of food within walking distance. Right off the interstate but no noise. My only suggestion is to get rid of the coffee machines at the breakfast buffet as the coffee is terrible. Make coffee in your room before you go down!

Our room was pretty dirty. There was gum in the carpet, the couch was filthy, and there was what looked like plastic cheese wrapper in the floor when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. I probably would not choose this hotel again because it just seemed dirty. It is located behind a gas station and there was a lot of car noise in and out of there but nothing that was too excessive.

Pull out bed had crumbs inside, no towels at the pool, hot water in the shower was limited and the drawers would not stay closed. Room was a good size, nice breakfast selection and it was a good location.

Indoor pool was cold and overcrowded with not enough places to sit and towels were never available. Workout room was HOT (who wants to be hot before you get hot?) Neither TV worked in there. One elevator was acting funny like it was going to get stuck. Linens for the pullout were not available in the closet and when I called to see if someone could bring some up, I was told I would have to come down and get some. So clearly understaffed.

It was ok enough for a one stop overnight on the way to FL. Nothing great and seemed to just be pinching Pennies wherever they could. Only had two towels in our room and when we went to ask for more they were super hesitant and didn’t really want to give us two more (we had 4 people in the room!). Breakfast only went until 9 which seemed early. TV channels were unknown and most didn’t work. Wall were thin, we were woken up at 6 to running around above us for an hour. Staff wasn’t overly friendly at all. Will spend $20 more next time for a better place.

Conveniently located, with restaurants nearby. Check-in went smoothly, receptionists was somewhat hard to understand ( accent). Room very spacious and clean. Only minus we found- no towel racks and bathtub slippery and refrigerator made a humming sound all the time. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted good( even the eggs😁). Will definitely stay here again.
