Staff was very friendly. Good selection for breakfast. Nice outdoor pool, basketball court, fire pit, and sitting area. Nice size room and kitchenette for family.

We checked out at 2am to catch our flight and someone was at front desk. Everything was great and super friendly and helpful!!!

Bait and switch- wrong room because they were “overbooked”, I reserved this room over two months ago and show up to a standard room instead of the 1 bedroom suite. They proceeded to tell us they overbooked and our room was not available but still charged us for the upgraded room and said the price for the standard room was the same. Maybe for that days price but surely not two months ago. Room sucked, AC was ridiculously loud all night, three pillows on the bed, bathroom was moldy and rust in the shower, breakfast was a joke, microwave sandwich’s in a bag thrown in a hot plate, no waffles, no eggs or breakfast meat, if they did have it, it was gone and was not being refilled, oatmeal in cup but guess what, NO HOT WATER TO MAKE IT and no microwave. No pool. It was a joke of a hotel and would never recommend it.

The only complaint i would have is that I couldn't get the temperature in the room to go below 68° . It was difficult sleep in a hot room

Hotel manager non existent. Tried 4 times to talk to manager. Responses from front desk were, out sick, don’t know his schedule, he’s here somewhere, should be here. Left my phone number twice with front asking for manager to call. No response over the 4 day stay. Breakfast offerings on par with Motel 6. At 8:30am the only warm food was cheddar biscuits the size of half dollars. No thank you. Actually went and paid for breakfast due to poor breakfast at hotel. Gives you the feeling of being nickel and dime for hotel profit a quality and customer cost. Staff at this location needs training in hospitality. Does not meet Marriott standards, unless Marriott is lowering standards to chase profits.

Room was great location great but front desk service was off. She was on phone while I was waiting to be checked in. I never saw anyone at front desk as I came in and out and breakfast was seriously lacking

The shower and tub was so dirty with mildew we didn’t want to use it. The couch look filthy. We didn’t even sit on it. The carpet look disgusting. I didn’t even want my child to crawl on it. This looks like it used to be a rundown hotel that they slapped a couple renovations on top of. I did not enjoy my stay.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. You have to be a Marriott member to get free wifi. The kitchenette was perfect for a short stay allowing us to cook our gluten free foods. They do offer a free breakfast which had many options, but none were gluten free

Quiet and well run extended stay hotel that is convenient to the Ft Jackson for graduation ceremonies. A few miles to nice shopping mall with reasonable option. Helpful staff.

The breakfast was very limited in options of food. There was not a variety of food. The staff was great except for the check-in; we had to wait 40 minutes to check in due to no staff available at the front desk to do so. On a positive note, we were satisfied with the kitchen.

This room was exactly what we needed. I love the 2 bedrooms. There were 3 TVs which was great for everyone. We were able to hang out in the living room. I used several of the amenities. One of my friends didn’t have a fork for dinner but I assured her, the kitchen was fully stocked. I have traveled a lot in 2025 and this is the first hotel that had my name welcomed on the TV. It was a nice touch and the woman at the front desk informed me several hours prior that the room was available. Plus she was super sweet. They also had a mobile key which was useful. The incidental charges were much less than I thought they would be. Overall I enjoyed it. So many good things to mention!

It had many breakfast options, was very clean and had many things to do in there. I would recommend.

The hotel needs upgrades, removal of dirt carpets, rusts on doors and doors need cleaning, fumigation of roaches, kitchen could use touch ups. Limited supplies, toilet paper and shower gel. Wifi was not connecting at all until I had to call a special number fpr tech support I got on reception.

The check-in was seamless and the staff was friendly. The breakfast options were plentiful and offered a good selection. The only "complaint" would be that not all guest are aware of how loud they are and that a hotel is not their house.

I stayed here for my family members military graduation and it was very close to the base.

Everything was great. Breakfast was not what we expected from our Marriott stays, but the room and service were great! We deviated the extra time to check out so we could have more time with our nephew who graduated from Fort Jackson.

We asked to have our room cleaned and sheets changed in the morning. We left for the day and came back at 4 to find our room had not been cleaned. Was told the cleaning crew went home so sorry. Not thrilled.

Clean room. Nice breakfast options. Nice outdoor space. Functional rooms. Bed is on the firmer side. Pillows look good but they are down/feather and go flat while sleeping. A lot of technology issues: TV channels not working. TV greeted me with 3 different guest names (none of which were me) and checked me out 1 day early leaving my key cards not working.

Basketball court was a nice amenity to use. The weather was perfect for the pool, but the pool closed on Oct 1 which was unfortunate.

Woke up in middle of night to use bathroom and when I turned on the light roaches were everywhere. We had two children sound asleep and hotel full. Nowhere to go. Next day daughter said sh re saw roach on nightstand and dresser. I am so worried roach/eggs may be in our stuff. When I told young woman in morning at desk. She didn’t appear shocked and acted like she could care less. Young woman of color Saturday morning and Sunday morning rude The young white man that checked us in Saturday had incredible customer service skills. $208 for roach infested hotel.

The Staff was Amazing, Friendly,and Helpful especially Erica,and the Head housekeeper(a male, didn't catch his name)! As a pescatarian Ive never stayed @ a hotel that offered plant based breakfast, so when I saw they did i was so excited! Thank U ❤️ 😊

The staff wasn’t friendly. The room was incorrectly described and didn’t fit my family’s needs. After walking in the room and realizing the need for a different room I went to the front desk and was told this is the room that i reserved…Very unhappy with my stay.

The room was clean except for a hair under the toilet seat. Staff charged me twice for the same room but said 1 charge will be refunded. The couch has a pull out bed but wasn't very comfortable to sit on. I would still stay here again. Was not able to try breakfast or coffee.

This was a great place to stay. It was about 10 minutes from Fort Jackson which was a huge relief when having to get in post for graduation.

My boyfriend and I definitely had a great stay. We came from Ct to visit family. The hotel staff are amazing and polite. Breakfast was great, I have had some awful breakfast food at other stays. The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious for the two of us. Very clean and quiet.

Stayed for a night with my wife and three kids. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect.

We stayed at the Towne Suites Marriott for our sons Boot Camp Graduation and needless to say it wasnt the best experience. There were kids running up and down the hallway at night knocking on doors and yelling, i asked for a king size bed and they said that i was given a king size bed, but yet my husband and i were literally on top of each other. We have a queen at home, so i know the size of beds. Ice machine was on the main level and they wont clean your room unless you stay for 5 days or more.

Truck was broken into along with many others. Staff had not been friendly at all until this happened then they were everywhere. A truck got broken into right by the front door but nobody at the desk saw anything because they were probably in the office like every time you went in the front door. Manager said they were looking at cameras and hopefully be able to give the cops some descriptions but who knows. The room was nice enough but definitely not safe even though it looks like a pretty decent area.

Well all the trucks got broken into at this hotel and several others around it. The staff had not been nice the entire weekend but stepped up when we all needed help cleaning up the messes. The manager said he was looking at the cameras I hope they find the criminals that did this. We were there for my son’s wedding so that ended my weekend with a bang! The cops weren’t much help or empathetic at all. The property itself was nice. Breakfast was pretty decent but I advise you to have cameras or something in your vehicle in case it happens again. I’m sure it will by the way the cops acted. We had to drive 4 hours home on the interstate with no window which was great fun in June!!! We couldn’t get any window places to answer the phones even though Google said they were open and the one place I got was gonna be 2 days.

Excellent property with very friendly staff and amenities I've never seen at a hotel before. Very clean, up to date.

The employees were very friendly and nice. Check-in was easy. We happened to have a room where the bathtub didn’t drain very well and the vent fan didn’t work. FYI (only because you never know) no lotion and room service is every other day. We used the coffee so got another one and a clean towel from the front desk. Breakfasts is provided. It’s basic - but has waffles!

A more mediocre stay than I was expecting from a Marriott. The night check in person was kind, and the assistant general manager was kind, but we found the folks managing the breakfast to be a little rude. We also were not impressed by the breakfast, which consisted of muffins warmed up in plastic packaging, some fruit, yogurt, and bagels. Although the room was visibly clean upon check in, we were upset to have a giant cockroach staying in the room with us (I found it in the kitchen area on the afternoon after check in).. and it's worth noting that we were on the third floor. Naturally we moved and did laundry to avoid bringing any of them or their eggs home. Although the facility did compensate us for laundry fees, the laundry facilities were somewhat mediocre and VERY loud (I felt bad for running laundry if there were guests in the adjacent room). When we changed rooms, we moved to a lesser room than what we had paid for and the facility was unable to compensate us "as we had booked through ha third party", and unwilling to refund any fees when hotels.com reached out about the issue.

For the money they charge for this property they should be ashamed of themselves. Carpet in room in terrible condition. Wall above shower is bubbled and peeling off the wall . Breakfast was very basic with no hot items at all . Beware of pet fee . Hotels.com has the pet fee at 50 bucks a night but was charged 75 as the clerk said that has always been the hotels fee .

Overall good experience. Bed was comfortable but pillows were these awful foam things. Breakfast was meh. No fresh fruit or anything freshly cooked like eggs. Some kind of microwaved sausage and cheese muffin that was awful. Mentioned a couple things that needed attention to girl at checkout and she seemed not interested. I’d give a B.

Room was smallish and outdated - and smelled heavily of pot (likely from room next door). That was really the only real drawback of stay (and not the fault of the hotel).

Primary issue was the bed was extremely hard. Secondarily room was pretty worn, carpet had wrinkles. Only mirrors were in the bathroom so 1 person could use mirrors at a time.

It was close to the Army base Fort Jackson which is why we were in town. Staff at entrance 24/7 with secure door requiring your room key to enter at late hours.

It's surrounded by other hotels. I had never stayed here before. I stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean, the staff were nice. I only have 2 small complaints - the spigot in the bath tub would not fully close, which gave virtually no water pressure to the showerhead. And the breakfasts were disappointing. A pre-wrapped sandwich or muffin was put in the warmer. And on a busy morning, they were gone immediately.

I love how the front desk made the check in process easy and they made sure I was comfortable

Shower curtain needs to be lowered 2-3 inches to prevent water from flooding the bathroom which required several towels to dry up. A potential safety hazard.

We stayed 4 nights and the room never got cleaned, no fresh towels, beds weren’t made or trash wasn’t thrown. The only way to get trash thrown was to put it outside our door every day and they would pick it up but that was it.
