The AC unit sends out a hummm I called it white noise. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The breakfast bar was adequate. My only issue was with an outside facing room the noise factor. People in the parking lot or traffic.

Worst experience ever! We arrived at 9:30 PM to get our room as we were exhausted. NO ONE WAS at the office to check us in!!! We waited 15 minutes and FINALLY a lady showed up with a horrible attitude. She never apologized and said she was in the bathroom and should be allowed a break. Then she said I had an attitude and refused to speak to me and would only direct her conversation to my son. She had one room left and it was a smoking room (which we did NOT reserve). We left. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Horrible!!!!

1st room smelled like smoke. Front desk person (polite and friendly) told us cleaner smokes. She escorted us to next room which smelled, but at least not like smoke. Within 5 minutes a large roach scurried across floor. We killed it and stayed in 2nd room

I can not complain about my room or anything, everything was good and everyone was helpful that i talked to, parking was a charm and my aircon worked and that was great

The staff was incredibly rude and very unwelcoming, especially the woman that ran breakfast every morning. She made us feel very uncomfortable both mornings of our stay. We we liked the price initially, but it was loud there and the floors had not been washed in many years. We would not recommend this particular Quality Inn.

Parking is terrible but I know the location is awkward. I will say that I did not like the fact that I could not eat my breakfast in my room. I wanted to fix a plate and go relax in my room before checkout but that is not allowed. Never stayed at a hotel that did not permit you to eat in the room??

Check -in was great, and the desk agent was very friendly, helpful, and has great customer service skills. My tv didn't work, and she quickly moved us to another room. It was a pleasant stay. My only problem:. I was going to have a brief medical procedure, and couldn't eat at the breakfast time. I just got 2 slices of bread to eat on the dive, but was told that i couldn't take it to the room, so i said i was taking it to the car, and was told that was not allowed. What? Who doesn't want you to eat in a room for which you have paid. I just threw it in the trash. Is it better to waste it, thank to much on it to prevent nausea? Shame. I will not stay there again.

My stay was OK. The hotel is somewhat rundown and more like a Motel with the "hallway" to your room is outside. Traffic noise is loud. Room and bed were generally comfortable and clean but run down and worn out, outdated and rather spartan. Food in the morning was good and the area was tended to well and was clean. The stay was a value proposition as my I was moving my daughter back from USC for the summer and surrounding properties were nearly twice the price for graduation weekend.

The staff was professional and efficient. The room was comfortable. There was a tissue stuck in the peep hole, the ice bucket was dirt, the seal on the bottom of the door was coming off, and the toilet leaked. The hotel it's self was quiet. The location is good but getting in and out can be tough.

Room was disgusting. There was something splashed all over the walls everywhere. The bathroom mirror was so dirty you couldn’t even see in it. The floors were sticky. The entire place smelled like marijuana. There was trash abd debris all through the walk areas. Did not feel safe at all in that area

Let me start by saying the staff are wonderful, no problem at all with them…the issue is with the cleanliness of the location. Our room was dirty, the walls and ceiling had stains, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, our socks turned black just from walking in them inside the room. A cockroach appeared one morning and the cherry on the cake was the broken crack pipe in the drawer below the microwave. The cleaning staff came and made our beds but didn’t change the sheets and left our room door cracked open, we were able to get into to the room without using our key.

This hotel, while conveniently located near Fort Jackson base, is very outdated, very noisy, crowded parking lot, and not a very nice looking area.

I booked a cheap hotel expecting nothing fancy, just somewhere to sleep however the condition of the room was not even decent. We had bathroom doors that didn’t shut due to either bad installation or not being the right size, and a room that wasn’t cleaned properly. However, I overlooked all of that, I got charged a lot more than what I was expected and when I called to ask why that was I was told that Expedia and the hotel don’t have the same rates therefore it was more expensive due to them not having the same rates. It was completely useless to book through Expedia since the price I agreed to was never given to me and worse, overcharged.

They were roaches in my room. Front desk didn’t even offer an apology. This is unacceptable. After finding 3 roaches climbing on top the bed I immediately check out. Didn’t stay long. This place is discussing. I would make sure no friends or family stay here. I would never recommend it.

The floor (not carpeted) was damp, air was humid even with A/C on and the shower dripped loudly. We’d been driving all day and needed a few hrs sleep before getting back on the road so we dealt with it but I would not return.

Good breakfast selections that were hot and yummy the sausage gravy and biscuits available during our stay were delicious! Plenty of towels in the room extra toilet paper and toiletries available, tea and coffee in room with coffee maker! Would definitely reccomend staying here! Unlike other hotels in the same area the only bugs I saw were outside!

The bathroom. There was less than an inch between the door and toilet when you closed it, the shower curtain rod was uneven so the curtain kept sliding open. The light switch over the vanity only worked when the bathroom light was on. Weird, and annoying

quality Inn was a late arrival and an early morning departure. So my stay was pretty much to rest and get up early morning for a meeting. The room was adequate for my needs. I really The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate towels and face clothes in the room,

quality Inn was a late arrival and an early morning departure. So my stay was pretty much to rest and get up early morning for a meeting. The room was adequate for my needs. I really The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate towels and face clothes in the room,

Maybe it's because we have booked thru Expedia and that this Hotel has a certain quantity of rooms for this kind of booking. The bath/ shower need to be clean. Was not very inviting. Very limited service from the hotel personel (again maybe because of the discount from Expedia). The coffee maker in the room was defective. Not even able to get 2 plates and utensils (from the breakfast bar) for our dinner because it is reserve for breakfast. Conclusion: we would not recommend this hotel.

It was great for the most part. Could have used clean sheets. There was a long smudge of something on the first bed by the table. The toilet was constantly running. And the tv was very hard to figure out.

The room was clean and nice. However, the walls seemed to be thin and you could hear the neighbours talking. Luckily they fell silent not too late.

I would not stay there again. The hotel is old and needs a complete overhaul. Front desk staff were pleasant. The breakfast was very good.

Room was not clean when we checked in. Told the front desk...Came back from the game and it was clean. Room still smelled like mold and the shower mat was disgusting. After showering and walking on the floor our feet were dirty. I understand there was a Carolina game so prices were higher but for $180/night I expected a clean room.

Upon arrival the smoke alarm was going off, no big deal. 2nd; daughter used the toilet and would not fill. I checked what i knew and did nothing. Called maintenance, they tiredness that water on(i had done this) and it began to fill, whatever. Then when i flushed it out again took forever to fill. 3rd and final straw was the cockroaches. 1 crawling on my daughter, ok hotel south......., later found more turned it in to the front desk. She acted like she didn't care and when i went back to my room we found the dresser was infested!!!!!!. I was done. Checked out of the hotel and now get to try and get my money back.

Miscommunication with online travel “agent” and hotel that was directed at me. Broken phone, loud noise. Room was pleasantly clean & spacious. Food good

Day staff was fantastic. Facilities are dated, but clean rooms. The beds were comfortable. The area around the property was mostly clean. There was a broken down truck in the parking lot that looks like it hasn't movedin a while, but the hotel seemed safe and decent for a quick visit for military graduation. The road in and out of the hotel is busy and sucks to get in and out as its a busy road. Would stay again if had to.

The staff is quite friendly and breakfast good. Room not as clean as should be. No door on half of bathroom. Parking and location convenient.

Staff was friendly. Bathroom door kept sticking. Floors in my room turned the bottom of my white socks brown.

We arrived, Noone there to check-in with, she came in , she was outside smoking in her car. Really uncommicating with me, just umh. Etc. Room was ok but beds had body holes where others had slept. Bad thi g was every night 5 to 6 people sat outside on the balcony and smoked and drank and had a party, I couldn't sleep til like 1 or 2 am. And I also saw other people sitting outside on the bottom floor. We won't be back.

Simple, Quality Inn will not be on my stay list .

We just needed to get off the interstate and get some rest. I looked through Hotels.com listings and the reviews were good so we gave it a shot. Check in guy was friendly and helpful, the room was dated but clean and well laid out. The shower pressure was amazing! Over all it was good for the price and the breakfast was nice.

Had to be moved to another room. Sheets were dirty and bedspread.

Booked a non smoking claimed they didn't have any. Floor was sticky. Burn holes in blanket. And around the tub. Not a pleasant experience at all!

There was a gap in the door; bugs one was killed on the bathroom and left. Live bugs in bathroom and near front door. Someone entered the room while we were gone. They deactivated our card when we had prepaid for two nights. Would nit stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay overall was good. My card was charged prior to check-in, which was fine, but the front desk clerk attempted to charge my card again upon check-in. The room was decent, clean. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Ròom smelled. Found hair in bathtub. Shower did not drained. Ceiling was stained. Hotel did not had the best lighting. Checking room was dark. Front desk person was nice. Phone in room not working. Bright red room color does not help for relaxing. Dirty curtains. Owners should take care of the property. We were there for our son's graduation and had to leave soon after checking in because we were so upset
