The property was located close to a zoo I had applied for work while in the area, but never heard enough about it before my time expired. The location had lots of hills which makes it difficult to travel comfortably.

The photos were accurate and reflected the current state of the hotel, which I’ve found isn’t true with many of the photos under properties in the West Columbia, SC area. The front desk staff was also very nice and didn’t require a deposit for my room.

Immediately upon arriving to my room i noticed a huge hole in the carpet that dipped in between the door and the bed. The room smelt musty and moldy, And a huge roach greeted me on the wall by the bed and night stand. I took a picture to show the fromt desk staff. She was plesant enough but stated she could not refund my $ and offered to give me another room, which undoubtedly would have had roaches as well! I told her that wasnt an option and id like to speak to the owner. She did call them and get permission to refund me the $ after about 20 minutes of convencing & explaining i was in town for a 2 month travel assignment as a operating room nurse. Do not trust the pics online.

This property has good potential but is neglected, at first we thought it was set up nice and private but opened the room and were very upset, walls were extremely dirty and hadn't been washed in a long time, carpet didn't look vacuumed and the couch was stained and looked like it came off the side of the road, there were items on floor from previous guests that should have been seen while "cleaning", the toilet had stuff on it like it wasn't cleaned the tub was terrible. As we stood in the room and we had uncomfortable feeling. We stayed there long enough to look online and find another place to stay and left within 20 mins. Would not recommend to anyone. I am not a picky person by any means but this was terrible.

There were many streaks of some type of stuff that looked like it had been thrown or spilled on the walls and ran down the wall. The front staff was very nice, but I won't stay there again.

I was really disappointed I stayed at Knights inns in many cities and never been in such a bad one.

Needed a budget hotel for a weekend lacrosse tournament with young kids. I canceled another hotel because the pool was closed. I booked this one after confirming the pool was open. We did not expect much, but we were happily surprised. The room was clean, the pool was great, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was amazing. We got everything we could have hoped for at a budget price. We will gladly go back again.

Its an ok place to lay your head for a night. But some of the rooms are a very long walk to breakfast if you can even find where to get breakfast at.

Although I bring my disinfecting cleaner to every hotel I stay at, not all customers do that. I suggest the shower curtains be washed or replaced. I recommend the hotel because what I experienced are minor issues and the hotel can change in the future.

Was a smoking room - we asked for non-smoking. The curtain attachment was torn. Next door neighbor's T.V. was too loud.

You get what you pay for as the saying goes. We were for one night. We were there for a scrapbook show. Our room was a door down from a family living in the hotel. Cars kept coming and going all night long. A chair in our room was nasty, it needs to be burned. The only roll of toilet paper was the one on the holder, Towels were very thin, Will not stay there again.

The downside to this property is that it is in need of some renovation. Though nothing in my room was broken the tub dripped all night and the sink was very slow to drain. The walls were dirty and could have used a fresh coat of paint (although it appears there are already about 20 coats of paint on the wall). The beds were not of great quality but they didn't make any annoying noises and slept ok for the night we were there. The rooms themselves are dated but not really in disrepair. It appeared that they were doing some renovations on some rooms, maybe they just had not gotten to the one that we stayed in yet. The weather strip around the door left about a 1/2 inch gap allowing the cold air from outside to draft in and sunlight to shine through in the morning. All of these things are minor and pretty fitting for the price paid. It's a cheap place for a 1 night pit stop on a trip. I wouldn't recommend it for more than that.

it was nasty i recieve a spider bite and have medical bills to support it they did not give me a receipt to show I reported it at 7:am sunday morning and they gave me one alcohol pad and a man standing out side offered me pot that he was smoking in front

Was very good for my sister and I. I have a bad hip and usually sleep in a chair, this room had a sofa and a computer chair that I could put my feet on and sit up mostly so no pressure on the hip. Was very comfortable and my sister said the bed was comfy, also.

We were warned by the taxi driver on the way to the hotel that we should not stay there and again by the uber driver when we went back to get our car so we found an alternate hotel for the remainder of our trip.

What ruined it for me was the bed, which smelled so bad, I couldn't sleep under the covers. It was a rough 2 nights of rest. In retrospect, I'd have rather paid more to stay at the Sleep Inn for this reason alone. This was the first time I've ever had a significant problem with a low-cost motel.

I just can’t brag enough about the warm friendly service that I get from Kamini and Pinakin Patel everytime I stay at The Knights Inn Bush River. I truly hope that management is compensating them greatly because they are a joy when you see them around or when they knock on your door. Nights is lucky to have them!

There were huge amounts of caulk around the toilet and,like the showerhead, parts of it stuck out too far from the wall. There are mysterious stains on the lamps, curtains, and the wall. Had roaches. Dirty fridge, had urine in toilet upon arrival. Owner had a really bad attitude...he was extremely rude

Condition of hotel is questionable. Bodily hair everywhere... in the tub, in the sheets. The bathroom floor had clearly been waxed with visible dead roaches caught under the wax coating. I did not feel comfortable putting my belongings down anywhere in the room. It was obvious that families are living there.

Great staff. Rooms could us a little updating. The inn seems to be older building. Witch is way the rooms could use little remodeling. But is costly too do.

I found it to be very uncomfortable and there was people in the parking lot selling drugs and prostitutes knocking on the door.

First of all you could feelbthe holes in the floor board throughout the apartment. The hotel needs to be updated. The rug is old and smells. The back parking area only have 4 parking spotss.

I booked this place completely by accident. I read the bad reviews on Wednesday and moved on. But when I came back on Thursday to book something I only saw the first 2 reviews and thought it was a different place. There is no way any real traveler would leave a positive review. I am convinced they were left by friends of the management. Check in after dark is conducted through a bullet proof glass window which has a sign posted "no refunds after 15 minutes". Presumably because the drug dealers and hookers were constantly trying to get their money back after quick transactions. The clerk realizing that I was not a drug dealer or prostitute told me "your room is around back, but you should leave your car here where I can see it". After realizing I had booked the motel with all of the horrible reviews I moved the car around back where I could see it since one of the reviews said housekeeping went through all of their things while they were still in the room! Seriously...REMOVE THIS MOTEL FROM EXPEDIA BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY HURT!

Easy access to stores and restaurant, nice place to stay.

I don’t like being ripped off I never excepted the room because o was told they were booked!!! And still got charged! I always check pay when I arrive and was refused service and charged
