My truck and 5 other vehicles were broken into. No refund, and no call or apology from the hotel manager. Don’t stay here if you value your car and your belongings. Zero security during the night so that obviously doesn’t help. Now I’m out over $600 just to replace a window and that doesn’t include what was stolen.

This was our 4 visit to this Hampton. It is a convenient stop for us when traveling south. Right off of 77, and always clean!

Breakfast was just average. The hotel was also not as clean as other Hampton Hotels I’ve stayed at. In addition, the road directly next to the hotel is being resurfaced at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Very clean room, great breakfast, staff was really nice. The only thing I would try to change is the lingering smell of cigarette smoke when you enter the building. I know it’s smoke free but the building still smelled liked it in the entrance area. The rest of the building was good.

This hotel was okay for a quick stop over. Front desk staff was friendly. They had a good assortment of complimentary teas and coffee. The room was comfortable however the bathroom wasn’t that clean. Beds were comfortable.

The breakfast menu wasn’t all that. They didn’t have much to chose from. It was your typical hotel breakfast but the food didn’t taste fresh. Everything is was great!

It was a good stay, the sink didn’t drain properly and there was some hair in the bathroom. The elevators are slow.

First of all the staff I met was awesome (3/9,10) Very friendly and kind... smiles. Rooms were perfect and morning coffee was good. The most pleasant surprise was the music playlist in the lobby. I would love to have that on my phone. Every time I walked through I found myself humming along or asking... "who is that singing?". Also... a couple of good choices to eat within walking distance.

The inside of our room appeared to be very dated. The oustide of the hotel looked new, but not the inside. We were in Room 221, which right above the pool. We were woken up early Saturday morning to music coming from the pool area. When I asked the staff, he said they had no control of the music. Though, Sunday morning, the music was not on, so we were not woken up early. Also, when I took a shower on Saturday, the Conditioner bottle was empty. The Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very nice. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

I stay here often as a frequent traveler. I always appreciate the cleanliness and safety of this location. This stay to my pleasant surprise there were packaged gluten free bagels at the breakfast buffet. As someone with Celiac this meant the world to me. I appreciate the thoughtful touch to include those of us with dietary restrictions.

Was concerned after check-in to see that 1 of 2 elevators was not working. Refrigerator in room was not working & heat/air appeared to not be working either. We checked in late so we did not notify front desk till the next morning. Once notified facility maintenance arrived within minutes. 10 minutes later we had a new refrigerator in the room & he went to work on the heat/air. Another 10 minutes later & the heat/air was working properly. Best part of this was the positive attitude of the repair man, apologetic & concerned that we were totally happy & satisfied with the room & that he had resolved all issues. All other staff have been super nice, polite & accommodating.

The front desk agent Jojo( Blonde low cut) was amazing. He was hands on from the jump. Thank you Jojo for making our stay memorable. He made sure to ask us each time if we needed something. The rest of the staff were extremely polite as well. Keep up the good work you guys. The whole stay our room was never cleaned or replenished with toiletries but it's okay we asked Jojo for everything.

Room was HUGE. Hubby and 2 dogs. More than enough room. Staff was AMAZING. Very nice. Texted me everyday to see how I was doing and asked did I need anything. Location AMAZING. You can walk to slot of places. Would stay there again. Customer experience was amazing.

A very new and nice place to stay if you are visiting Columbia. Located just off Route 77 in a safe area and the price was reasonable. All of the staff were very friendly! Can't go wrong staying here.

We were a little disappointed. Being a Hampton we automatically have a certain expectation which for the most part we were happy with. The first issue, my son forgot his toothbrush which is not unusual for a 12 year old so just like almost any branded hotel they keep them at the front desk. At Hampton, they even have a nice sign on the bathroom sink that reads “forgot something? If you forgot to pack a comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, razor, shaving cream, or any other necessities, stop by our front desk for complementary replacement. We’ve got you covered”. To our surprise they did not have a toothbrush. Second this seemed like a newer hotel but the sheets were not great and kept coming off on the corners and I’m just a 185lb male. I always check for the bedbug mattress cover which they did not have. We stayed for two night and room was not turned in between nights. And last which can happen, the clean towels had other peoples hair in them. Overall the hotel is nice but a few things are falling short. I know it’s petty but the toothbrush thing did it in for me and I would probably choose another Hotel when I’m in the area.

Nice hotel, higher quality nice clean rooms. We appreciated the places to put our suitcases down and open them without having to put them on the bed. Rooms seem like they’re fairly new. Had a full breakfast, which was good. New style shower with nice glass door.

At check in, John was excellent. No problems with check in and excellent suggestion for dinner. As far as the hotel itself, everything seemed brand new even though the property is 7 years old. Breakfast was pretty good too.

No one cleaned our room even when we requested it. We did not have toilet paper, coffee, body wash, shampoo, and towels. The room had a particular odor which never left. The pool had not been cleaned and there were lots of hair floating around. I would not return to this location, but I am a Hilton honors member.

Good room. WiFi was slow for a day. Needs drawer next to beds. No safe in room. Shower warms up nice and fast. Plenty of parking and convenient to restaurants.

My stay was as always, amazing. Such a welcoming and clean hotel through out from the lobby to the outside area. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, you sink into beds like a sponge soaking up water. Jojo at the front desk his customer service is superior. Thank you jojo, I’ll be back everywend I can. It’s like a room is waiting for you to escape to. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, couples, family and solo travelers. Oh, did I mention a free hot breakfast in the morning.
