It was a Very disappointing stay. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the amenities were not useful. The entire property felt unclean and unkept. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel stay has been ok. It was suitable for the moment for my father who has relocated. The eye on the stove did not work and I spoke to the front desk Mrs Marva who was helpful and communicated she will get it fixed .

The staff was very nice, this is definitely not their fault, but it is a much older property, but also I promise you there were humongous dead bugs on the ground by the radiator.

This was without a doubt the filthiest hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The towels in the bathroom were dirty when we arrived, there were bugs and cobwebs all around the room, there were holes in the walls and doors, and several of the lights did not work. The price I paid did not reflect the accommodations.

This place was infested with roaches, dirt, and homeless people. The place was a dump. Do not stay here it does not look like the pictures shown. I do not think the floors have been cleand since the place was built. No hot water and not ADA access to the rooms..

Parking space was close to the mall where you had options like Walmart chick fli-a ect. The rooms were nasty the kitchen had missing cabinets the stove did not work properly. No hot water. Smoke stains in the bathroom even though there a no smoking policy in place. Towels were dirty.

The elevator was not working; I have a medical condition and had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs. No one was at the office and had to call a number and wait for someone to come check me in.

I originally booked through booking.com and got the room for 3 nights on the weekend for $80 including tax. I wanted to stay one more night and it wasn't through booking ,I thought I would just pay $80 again. We'll I got robbed! The person behind the counter charged me $84 then because there check in was at 3 pm got charged another $33.60 for the hours of 11am until 3 pm,never seen that happen. That was outrageous. Wound up pay $122 for that lone night. I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER ONE OF THESE PROPERTIES AGAIN! That's not how you take care of your customers. Outrageous!! Also you will never see the maid,not even for towels.

It was right next to the highway, Very noisy.. Facility is very old... No modern convenience at all... The facility was very dirty... I do not recommend staying there at all.

The staff was friendly and was very close to Fort Jackson which was where we were headed to. The rooms were outdated, the people around us were very noisy. My family booked three rooms and they all had roaches.

Staff My room had bugs no coffee pot ,the microwave was. On the floor because the Shel was.broken and the heat did not work properly,the blinds were broken and wouldn't close properly and there was a tub for handicap

the room was clean and comfortable but seeing four roaches kept me from sleeping well also the one bed was not secured it broke so that was scary for me when I needed to rest up for the Basic Training gradation.

As soon as I entered the room the smell was terrible! It smelled like mold and musty. The room was old and filthy. The sheets were clearly not washed. There were cockroaches everywhere. I had such a horrible and traumatic experience and I will never be going back and I do not recommend this place!

If i paid 1/2 i would have given it an extra star to make 3. Its non smoking however every other room had piles of cigarette butts and or people immediately outside their door smoking. It was sketchy in the day and much worse after dark. When we arrived at our room, the door wasnt even shut. Very hard to shut the door had to slam it to get it to latch. At night lots of random people hanging out in the back. No one monitoring or regulating the grounds. Huge roach in room. "Water bug" ants around the kitchen sink. Only one small bar of soap in bathroom. No other tolietries or soaps. Bad mold in the back of the freezer. Very dirty floors. I have traveled and stayed in many hotels before, and this is by far the worst ever. It's not the staffs fault it's the cards they are dealt with. If I was the owner of this property, I would be embarrassed. The local health inspector would be there all day and would need a wheelbarrow of citations.

Everything about this place was a complete disaster. 99.99% of the "guests" smoked. The room smelled utterly disgusting and I didn't want to touch anything. I made reservations within the hour of arrival. Could hardly breathe due to the smell of smoke in the room. Looked like a divey hotel from a movie. Isolated and scary.

Bathroom & kitchen wasn’t up to part we had cleaned the fridge to put or left overs in it. There wasn’t any hot water so we didn’t even stay. Wife was nervous with staying in the room alone cause the people walking and hanging out.

There were all kind of people hanging around, sitting on steps, you could barely pass them, I sat out garbage and it stayed there for 2 days.....I had a baby toilet , so low to the floor it was horrible....I really want my money back , this was a NO No for me....

I left after two hours booked at a different location it's sad that military families are being deceived into thinking that this is a safe and clean place.

We reserved a studio with kitchen, it was totally empty , no coffee maker, plastic cup , spoon etc. the carpet was disgusting. We had flown for almost 24hrs and were tired so we laid down for 2 hours and woke up to flies in our face then saw fleas on the beds. We got out of there as fast as we could. The out side was not kept up and didn’t feel safe. They did fully refund us our week and said they did have a flea problem!! Seriously!! We were there for graduation at Fort Jackson. Obviously I would not recommend this place

The desk agent was very friendly and that was the only good thing about this place. It was dirty. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The chair in the room was cracked and broken. The outlets only half worked.

Could not use the in room telephone, no cord attaching the handle to the main body. Slimy shower floor. Watched a guy steal a bike on the property. Got hit up many times for items by other residents. No elevator in service while there for 4 days. Water turned off for repairs without notice to patrons. Outside was in disarray and filthy.

Room was disgusting, it stunk, the grounds around the place was littered with trash and cigarette butts. My key quit working, no one is on duty, i had to contact expedia and have them contact the hotel in order to get back in my room. Multiple people were waiting on staff for issues. I didn't even stay the night, i grabbed my stuff and left

My key quit working, no one is on duty, i had to contact expedia and have them contact the hotel in order to get back in my room. Multiple people were waiting on staff for issues. I didn't even stay the night, i grabbed my stuff and left

Marva (I think that's her name) and the staff go above and beyond . I had a few issues with the reservation (cold water issue, and smoking) and instead of making excuses, Marva and staff were extremely apologetic and accommodating. Whenever I'm in Columbia, ill stay there.

Outside stunk, the dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, the room smelled, some of the lights didnt work for a couple days. The elevator was extremely slow.

Things got worse in the room. The room had a musty and faint marijuana odor. The carpet was thread bare. There was no chair for the dining table, which seemed like it was about to fall apart. The "kitchenette" was in disrepair. There were no dishes at all in the room. Which is odd for an extended stay. (I noticed there was a sign in the lobby for people to rent dishes for an extra fee.) The reclining chair was broken. 2/3 of the TV channels wouldn't work, and the remote didn't work correctly. The fridge made a banging sound that sounded like somebody knocking on the door all night long. In the bathroom, the sink was stained and the toilet and shower were dirty. If I had not been exhausted, I would have asked for my money back and just slept in my car. I just could not imagine taking the time to try to find a safe place to park. So, I stayed the night. The bed was actually decent. It was the only thing in the room worth paying for. This morning cigarette smoke from the room next door was coming through the bathroom vent. And I didn't get a shower because there was nothing but luke warm water.

There were trash bags sitting on the 3rd floor when we checked in at 3 pm and still sitting there when we left in the morning. Also a small trash bag sitting outside office when we left in the morning. The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable!!

Property is conveniently located to gate 2 for Fort Jackson, SC and SAMS Club. The morning shift person was cordial, pleasant and helpful. This person alone bumped my rating up a star.

Located in back of a Sams Club. "Residents" hanging out out on wallkways with their ashtrays on ground. No smoking?? No office for check out, sink didn't drain, and someone was peaking in window as we tried to sleep.

I never felt so unsafe as when I arrived. Property had homeless roaming around, the hallways and room smelled like “cigarette”. I was traveling with my daughter and had to leave and booked another hotel. I just couldn’t expose my daughter’s safety. Staff was understanding and allowed me to cancel at least half of my reservation.

Had an overall good stay at this property. Stayed Tuesday through Friday for my boyfriend’s basic training graduation. The staff was very friendly. Sheets were clean. However there was a smoke smell to my room. I ended up just getting an air freshener to make it work. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Would stay here again.

The floors were nasty especially in the bathroom. I put towels down to cover the floor. I only stayed 1 nite. There was no way I would have stayed longer. Itz ok in sudden, passing thru or emergency situations. All I can think to say is "you get what you pay for, & spending less is not always better".

Our room was reeking of smoke! The lady at the reception was super nice, she changed our room. The 2nd room smelt of food, but was ok! The shower was kind of broken got some warm water after a lot of adjusting. Wouldn’t recommend for families with kids.

The bath tub was a wreck, cracked tub/chipped paint/mildew stains. Cops were there twice, for whatever reason. The linen was looked dirty and smelled like it didn’t dry all the way. We reserved the handicap accessible room two weeks prior and upon arrival they had given it out. The window screen was bent all to hell and the one window lock was busted. Super creepy area, don’t stay here if you’re a female alone! Not safe.

I enjoyed my stay. They only have coffee and muffins in the morning.

The place smelled like an ashtray. Everything was old/falling apart. Water took 5 min to get hot. Felt very unsafe in general. Would NEVER stay there again.

Location was good for my trip. Convenient to everything and the staff were super friendly.

The check-in was great. The first room we got smelled awful, 2 or 3 lights didn't work, the floor was sticky and was dirty and we found two bugs crawling in the bathroom. The second room was much better. I smelled cigarettes all night from other rooms and outside, and people talking non-stop.

Other stays have been pleasant -- obviously why we have kept coming back.

The young man, Derik, was very helpful but the lady on the next shift locked the doors of both rooms without noticing us. It took our valuable time to correct due to their unreliable computer system.

There is no upkeep to this facility. The rooms were dirty as well as the bathroom. The room also had a smell to it.

The room was nice. However Asher’s were disgusting but David brought up brand new ones, a spoon with on it was left by the bed. Tub wasn’t the cleanest. The tub filled up as I showered. The toilet water ran ALLL NIGHT!! One eye on the stove didn’t work. Fridge was clean and I was able to get a pan spatula and toaster

So staff was friendly. However we booked a King room and we got in late because of our flight and we were told the King rooms were given away and we got a room with double bed. Not queen, a double bed. The wife and I like to be close but was not that comfortable. Then the first night I felt something crawling on me and I smacked it to find out it was a roach. So, the next day we bought roach spray at Walmart. Oh, also the toilet seat was mounted crooked. We were not impressed at all. This was our experience and not sure if this is common.

Overall it was okay but water to shower was cold and maybe at times warm. I was told it’s because it was full and to maybe shower at a later time.

The guy working at the counter was polite and professional. My room was very clean and quiet. When my job increases my weekly hours, I often will get a room, because of the distance and traffic. The extended stay is only about 10 minutes from my job, and I will definitely stay again.

My wife and I needed a place to stay with our dog near Congaree National Park. The room was sparsely furnished. The property was dirty. It was barely acceptable for our purpose. It was conveniently located nearly highways, shopping and dining, but that is about all it has going for it.
