Staff was friendly Bed sheets were dirty but room and shower looked clean there was loud music playing all night

When I drove up to the facility, There were several people standing outside smoking . I saw two rooms, in the first one, the bathroom smelled so badly of urine that I would not even enter the bathroom, much less use it. In the second room the smoke smell was so bad, my sisters eyes burned. WE were promised a refund and I better get it.

Room furniture was new and very nice vanity mirror. Bad location. In need for updates. Bathroom was horrible. About 4 inches opening of rotting wood on the bottom door. Toilet paper holder was broken off. Balcony and steps were badly worn. It’s like out of a 1950 movie where drug addicts hang out. Very scary place!

Do not stay here. The staff Jarod was wonderful and kind but this hotel is disgusting and there were drug deals in the parking lot at prostitutes in the lobby. Blood on the room walls, and brown stains on the beds. Rooms were filthy and doors don't close properly or lock.

The guy that was working the desk was very polite. I called the hotel for directions and he made sure I got to the location. The noise out side my door, people having conversations, slamming room doors kept me up all night. And there was no bed spread nor blanket to cover up with.

The fact they had someone who dont play Where it was located. My first night there 2 people started fighting. There was prostitution and a lot of people on other drugs than Marijuana. I didnt like the fact it was really run down just a good upgrade but over all the lady whom was checking us out was very polite.

The floors were warped, tray is littered all around the place. Some of the electrical outlets don’t even work. Sensors for the door locks didn’t work a lot either. Always thought that the key deactivated.

Property has severe maintenance issues. Front door was missing off the office when I arrived, room smelled like cigarettes, burns in the comforter and sheets, mold in bathroom, paint peeling, missing cold water in sink, no hand towels, pillows were flat. Smell of pot all over property, and noisy and loud all night.

This hotel is a safety and health nightmare. I was there for exactly 2 hours and in that time multiple drunk men who apparently lived there kept following me banging on my room door and making me uncomfortable and feel unsafe. Not to mention that the bathroom was covered in mud dart and bugs the linen all had burn holes and ashes everywhere the walls were not painted and the door key barely worked there was also obvious mold in the vent in the bathroom. I checked in at around 9:20 and I checked out my phone because I didn’t feel safe enough to walk down by 11:15. This hotel should be removed from booking and corporate step in because it is a nightmare

Honestly, nothing. The neighborhood is disgusting. The staff is cool enough i guess but theres just drug addicts as far as the eye can see and trash EVERYWHERE. Giant hole in our bathroom door the pillows were damn near nonexistent. Bring a pistol if you stay here.

They had the breakfast which was cool It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my $50 deposit back. I’ve been calling nonstop and nobody EVER answers the phone. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff were some of the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. When I went to check out, the bigger lightskin lady with tattoos came out of the back with another darker-skinned lady. Both of them were sweating, out of breath, and one of them (the darker one) was barely dressed while trying to sneak to the front for a water. It was painfully obvious they had just been fooling around in the back while guests were waiting. Meanwhile, I had to ring the service bell seven times (I timed it. 2 minutes apart) before anyone came out. My key card was deactivated every single day, and the staff kept asking if I was “sure” I was even staying in my own room, like they had no record of my reservation. Extremely sketchy. What they do in the back is their business, but the problem is how inattentive, unprofessional, and flat-out careless the staff were when it came to guests. Between the runaround, the long waits, the card issues, and now my deposit still being held, I’ll be giving it a couple more days before I file a chargeback with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I’ll be adding this to the google reviews as well

Looked ok from outside. Didn’t realize there were stairs I wouldn’t have been able to climb. Tub had something on wall and floor. Sink was very cracked and either discolored or dirty. I didn’t want to shower in the tub. Carpet didn’t look very clean.

bro, we didn’t even have a room service. There was a bunch of crackheads and weed heads walking outside. They were up at like four in the morning arguing. Our freaking pillows were dirty and the sheet was dirty. They gave us a freaking sheet as a cover and then when we asked for a comforter, they told us don’t get it dirty like what the heck the microwave kept getting locked I guess because you have to unlock the microwave. The freaking shower was also dirty and once again we didn’t even have room service. I left for one night and my bed was dirty in the morning like what the heck and we also saw a roach.

The people at the front desk were so sweet. They were the best part of our experience. The rooms are very different than the pictures online. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and my 2 youngest children, another for my sister and my oldest child. I had booked adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 3 rooms apart. One room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sink was not attached to the counter. It also leaked water all over the floor. The other room had a moldy shower curtain and the bottom of bathroom door was broken off. in both rooms, the floor was dirty and sticky. Both rooms smelled funky. Neither one of the rooms had comforters. Just very thin sheets and the mattresses felt hard as rocks. There was also cockroaches in both rooms. Neither room had trash cans. There was a very clear prostitute just a few rooms down from us, and we had a strange man knock on our door at 6am, looking for his drug dealer. This establishment is very clearly misrepresented on hotels.com. It is dirty, nasty, and dangerous. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe in my whole life. Will never go to this place again. This is the second time I have booked off of hotels.com and the place looks nothing like the photos with dirty, smelly, moldy rooms. I will also never book off of hotels.com again.

The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why? The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door. The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready? The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness. I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.

The gal that was working, the desk was nice and respectful however, she was delayed to assist and didn’t seem to care that we felt uncomfortable. When we pulled up to the location, it was off a dirt road. The advertisements provided online and through Expedia were false. The amenities were false. It was not in a well lit area. The lights that you pull up under to go check in were flickering and barely working. There was cockroaches and spiders in our room, mold and extreme dust in the bedroom. We had no blankets and our deadbolt to our room had been broken previously, and it was very noticeable that it was not securely able to work. We did ask for our deposit back which the front desk did oblige too, and I did go through Expedia and told them my experience and they did refund me with no issues but the advertisements online and through Expedia along with the reviews over the last five months of a supposed remodel and amenities are false and it is the worst place in experience I’ve ever had in my life. There were people there that made you uncomfortable and stared at you and followed you around. I will never go back to any days inn ever in my life. Stayed here for one night enroute to Myrtle Beach. Motel was old and not updated. There weren't any towels in our room and only a sheet on the beds: no comforter.

The website says there is a pool, its not functional. Our reservation was for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. There was no fridge or even a trash can in the room. The only sink in the room would not drain at all. The bathroom and shower was terrible. We had a lamp in the room but the shade was broken and on the floor. The breakfast was literally 2 types of cereal and waffle maker. They did have decent coffee but the juice machine was down. The employees were nice and apologizing for the website not being updated.

In the area itself, there appeared to be many transients of the questionable type, the exterior of the property itself was dirty with trash on the ground, on the stairs to the second floor, and overflowing trash cans, and the smell…eww, not sure if it were sitting water or urine, and the room itself, the key was touch and go for working, the carpets were stained, the ceiling was stained with some type of spatter which I couldn’t determine, the shower curtain was dirty, the bedding and towels were threadbare, and I fell to sleep and woke a couple times through the night to the sound of police sirens. I was offered drugs within being on the property for five minutes. The key to the door did not work and my partner and I had to wait over a half an hour to get it fixed. There was glass on the floor of the room. There was no smoke detector in the room. I found a cigarette but on the floor. I bought my partner and I flip-flops from the dollar store just so we could shower.

Foundation of hotel is falling apart. Was on 2nd floor and was afraid of falling through floor at bathroom. No fitted sheet on the bed. They still have not returned my deposit that was required for us to pay after I had already booked the room.

As I was arriving, we passed an abandoned building with someone shaking by the boarded up door. As I got out of the car there was someone screaming in the woods like a deranged goat giving birth to a pineapple. The front office was okay, smelled slightly of bleach and roach spray but that is kind of expected given the price. Heading up to the room, some doors I passed looked as if they were kicked in previously (bending inward with boot prints towards the base of the door.) Going into a room, the floor felt kind of soft like a poor subfloor, the bathtub had black mold in the corners, the sink smelled of decay, and I didn’t even feel like checking the bed given that the neighbors smoke smell permeated the walls and I was already ready to leave. After leaving, I was heading out of the parking lot and there was an older man with his hand slowly gyrating in his pants as he watched me through my windshield. I called after to make sure my reservation was canceled but was ignored. Expedia then called and they were ignored too. We tried for two days to cancel and they ignored all calls but did charge us.

I was appalled at the condition of this hotel. Not only was it filthy (stains on carpet, ceiling bedding) but the door didn’t shut properly, like it had been forced open. The room smelled horribly of weed and just dirty. I felt very unsafe there and, therefore, did not stay.

The hotel was GROSSLY misrepresented. The ohotos looked great but the actual property was disgusting with abandoned building and next to it made the atmosphere very unsafe, i refused to sign in and tge hotel refused any type of refund. Very rundown and dirty. Stains on carpet. In need of paint. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal but no milk. Only other choice was waffle but no butter and we had to ask for syrup.

If I could give zero stars I would. The property was disgusting and completely unsafe. The room that I stayed in had a completely broken sink no air conditioning, nothing worked at all. I would not recommend staying here at all, ever.

The hotel didn't look nothing like that website stated when we got to the hotel. The girl at the reception desk didn't know what to do with my reservation that I paid for. She called another lady who wouldn't say anything to me about what is happening with my reservation. She wanted to put me and my husband in a room with 2 queen bed and I said no. I paid for a king size bed not 2 queen size bed. I asked her is it cheaper? The girl said no they are all the same price and I was okay then what's the problem. I couldn't get a refund. The girl gave me the hotel key to my room & never told us about what time breakfast was going to be, what to do if there was any issues w/the room. So we go to the door that are room was located & already I was having anxiety because the door had a hole on the metal piece of where the handle was. We went in & the king size bed was almost to the bathroom. A chair near the front door. The light in the room was so dim that we had to go to the wall to the bathroom to turn the light on to be able to see what we were doing. Oh and the bed had 2 LED spot light no clue why. Ok the inside door handle wire was sticking out, hotel lock was hanging with 1 small screw and it was broken. My husband had to put the 1 seater in front of the door so we can feel safe. The heater didn't work & it was cold last night. The bed had a thin sheet so we could use w/no other blanket. The sink was cracked, the blow dryer mount fell when we try to use it & it stopped working.

We checked in and when we got to the room, it stunk. There were cracks and water stains on the ceiling and the carpet had large stains. There was one threadbare bath towel in the bathroom. The bath spigot did not meet the wall and there was a cut out portion of the surround that had not been sealed behind the spigot. We lost $50 because we left without staying. The area was run down and even the reception area looked dilapidated. Not at all what I was expecting from a Days Inn. Obviously didn't expect a 5 star hotel but did expect something that looked clean and decent and felt safe. This failed on all counts.

I called my friend that lives about 40 min away and they told me to get out of the area immediately. After the fact I looked at the reviews and saw that she was correct this area is unsafe, I’m glad I did not stay.

Was supposed to a stay at Days Inn, but called and said it was closed so they put us at knights inn clumbia and they had no electricity so i got charged for a dang hotel that had no electricity! Not happy at all. The website we booked with should not have taken a reservation for a hotel that had no spots and then put us in a hotel that didn't have electricity

I didn't like it,it was the worst motel I have ever been to.Up the stairs smelt like mold,then on the second floor it smelt like urine. The floors in my room felt like they were going to cave in.The bathroom door had punch holes all over it,and wouldn't close like it had been kicked in or something. The shower curtain was stained all over with what looked like faded blood.The bathroom floor was filthy. The bedspread was stained too.The curtain was broken in one part,it was hard to keep it up.Plus it had holes in it.

This hotel is a no frills hotel conveniently located near the interstate. Its a little dirty. There was also some roaches. I stayed by myself because of the location near downtown. However this is someplace I wouldnt recommend for a family to stay. No way ill subject me wife and kids here.

Was terrible ..used the app hotels to book wasn't even close to were it shows on map very confusing Then early ck in 30 plus 50 to hold 30 cash the50 get bk at check out? Called hotels they only honored 25 credit on there app which after are stay here concerning!! The room was dirty roches no chain lock air unit was dirty filters i had to clean myself bathroom look like it was glued togather husband wouldn't shower cause he thought it would fall apart just very disappointed the breakfast scared to do to the fact man and woman at front desk failed to understand how bad are experience Was didnt feel Roaches felt like joes apartment..lol

Cockroaches. Dirty outside. Pools is dry and filthy with algae. I sure I shouldn’t keep going. Def not worth if traveling with family. By myself being a male no issues. But not somewhere I’d feel comfortable bringing my daughters or wife around. Do not come here!

The property smelled strongly of weed, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke despite not getting a smoking room. Mold on the shower curtain. The breakfast was practically non existent with just bread and milk was lying in the counter. There was a swarm of flies in the breakfast area when we went to it.

Needed a place to stay while traveling. Booked a room online. Very hard to get to. Very dirty area. When checking in, the person working asked me if i wanted to check the room first. I have never been asked that question before. I declinèd, but wished i had. Room was filthy. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Beds didn't have enough pillows. Called the front desk. He said he would have to find some. What he brought to the room was dirtier than what was there. Told him we was leaving and wanted a refund.

Good for truckers and construction workers horrible for families

My flight was delayed so I needed an inexpensive alternative to a long drive home. The room only had lighting in the bathroom. Despite having made reservations I was told there were no more ro9oms and while they'd give me a refund, it was 1 am and I didn't feel like searching for another venue. While leaving the little bullet-proof drive thru window, I was solicited by a homeless gentleman for funds. The grounds have potholes, the room had cigarette burns on the furniture that I could see and no chain on the door. I felt unsafe. I wouldn't trust the refrigerator or microwave, especially since there was no light in the room to inspect them. A bad experience all around.

I booked without checking reviews, was expecting it to be a lot worse than it was. Clean sheets were good. Breakfast wasn't great the waffle maker was just for show, that was disappointing. Very run down building that kinda smells, but Lysol took care of that. Not to bad overall for the price.

The staff was nice but room was so dirty like it had not been cleaned in a while. There were things left from the previous guest. I walked in and walked out booked a different hotel.

The online reservation process was the smoothest. We arrived at 11 pm so had to check in outside at a small walk up window. Guess we shouldn't have expected much since it was the cheaper rate but we still paid $75 to walk in sleep 8 hrs and leave- no food, no shower.
