Pool was not available, next to air conditioning on the floor there’s a hole covered and holds it by the carpet, so you can’t sleep on that side. When you shower the water doesn’t not go down down right always,it gets clogged… Couldn’t book somewhere else because it was my Daughter’s Army Graduation and everything was booked out.

The microwave was not working and I called to the front desk on Tuesday evening to let them know and they told me that the maintenance man will check on it the next morning,I went to a family day day event at Fort Jackson Army Base and had been gone partially all day upon arriving back late that evening the microwave still wasn’t working and didn’t work for my whole stay,Also the breakfast was repeated (the same food)every morning and was cold and swimming in water with no taste(sausage, eggs, gravy)all was horrible,Also I wasn’t told that after I arrived to check in that there was a $150 deposit to pay after I done paid for the room a month in advance, very unsatisfied customer

The property itself was run down. The room we stayed in was unclean and in disrepair... specifically, there was red sticky stuff on our sheets, there was urine on the carpet in the closet, the curtains were falling apart, the room phone didn't work, there was no alarm clock, no set of sheets and pillows for sleeper sofa, and the card never worked on the door... not name a few
- 1/5
We got locked out of our room 3x in the first half hour. They gave smart tvs without WiFi capabilities. The pool has an out of order sign but it’s not out of order, I guess. I had the biggest roach I’ve ever seen living in my bathroom. I stayed 3 days. Right after noon on day 2 I was stopped walking in with my service animal and my other small dog and I was basically held hostage at the counter until I agreed to pay a high daily fee for my non service animal. They stated that it doesn’t matter that I booked a pet friendly motel on Expedia because Expedia doesn’t know that they aren’t pet friendly!! They are preying on military families coming to see their soldiers graduate. Point blank period. They were rude, gross and a bit fraudulent. Don’t stay. I see that I was charged 3x without my knowledge after leaving. Maxxed my cc. I’m pressing charges.

When we first arrived desk clerk wearing mask was doing something on computer, never acknowledged us for several minutes then said the people sitting in the lobby were first; when we slid to the side of the desk she told us to sit down in the lobby with the others and wait. Things that didn’t work: (thermostat: employee said she’s send maintenance the next day. Key card: neither one consistently worked and I took them down to get re-keyed five times in two days. They said the key machine didn’t work well. Wi-Fi: Had to go back down to the desk to have her connect it. TV: Went back to the desk and she said she’d be up to fix it. Came about an hour later and it took her 20 minutes to program it to work. Then I couldn’t change channels and had to go back downstairs again. Shower/sink faucet: Hot water was hit and miss. Wife took cold shower; I had to shave with cold water. They said to call corporate because boiler was bad. Breakfast: 1st day no hot water for oatmeal/tea. Each time I went back downstairs with another problem there were between two and four others there waiting with a complaint and the clerk was always up in somebody else’s room trying to fix something. She tried, but was fighting a losing battle with all the things that were wrong. The morning we left the lobby men’s room sink was full of dirty water completely clogged and the toilet was making gurgling noises.

I won’t be visiting here anymore. The sheets were half cleaned I had to lay my own towels down to lay in the bed because I wasn’t comfortable sleeping on that bed as is. The mattress omg, NASTY! No bugs or anything. The tub was dirty asf. Just no. Management please deep clean these rooms. The building itself has potential. It’s just not being cleaned properly.

Please save your money, don't stay at this hotel. Attaching some pictures as proof.
- 5/5
Late afternnon/evening staff really helpful and friendly. King Room was spacious w/desk, pull out couch and comfy bed. Breakfast was combo of hot and cold items, all plentiful. Dining area got crowded at 8:30am and ran out of places to sit.
- 1/5
I would never stay here again.
- 3/5
We asked for a wake up call and never got one! We had no hair dryer and never got one. The rooms were ok just a lot of light coming in around the door.
- 3/5
Just stopped for the night. Driving to Florida. Willie at the front desk very professional and respectful. The room was comfortable but could use some TLC.
- 5/5
- 5/5
It was nice
- 2/5
Then the TV in the 1st room didn’t work so they moved us to another room- during the 4 days we stayed here, the TV didn’t work consistently, our keys had to be changed over 5 times. There was no dresser to place clothes in- it really was not a good stay at all.
- 1/5
The room needed a deep clean there was a red hand print on the bathroom wall, a pubic hair on the wall near the toilet and the bathroom reeked of urine. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable we all squeezed in to the beds. Sound travels from the hall and the floor above. It was not a restful sleep and we woke at 630am to get out of there. My son had a breakfast muffin that could only be described as microwaved - it was rock solid and had a burn mark. We will not be staying again.
- 2/5
Looks like the owner is trying to extract all the profit while not spending any money on improvements. Desk clerk very nice and professional but having to do the work of 2. Carpeting and furniture in our 4th floor suite very worn. Only 2 towels, no bathmat, and a slippery bathroom floor. TV position such that it could not be viewed from either bed or the sofa. Very thin walls, could hear our neighbors. Average mattress with pillows folded strangely to half size. Mediocre hot breakfast with obvious cost cutting. Will not be back!
- 2/5
Tv doesn't work, electrical plugs did not work, not the cleanest, bathroom seat cracked, tiles in shower cracked, pretty run down establishment. Served the purpose for boot camp graduation.
- 3/5
Management is lacking at the rate it's going location will be unrecognizable in a year.
- 4/5
Room was good. No plug for tub so we could bath after a long day on the road. Was looking forward to hot bath. Drain plug in sink was broken and toilet paper was also broken.
- 3/5
The room was clean but they didn’t have sheets or blanket for the pull out bed there was no stopper for the tub and when I asked the front desk they just kept saying they were waiting in the supervisor to call back but I never got the stopper other than that the stay was ok
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant and personable.
- 3/5
Staff was kind, but checkin took a very long time, TV didn’t work, tried to fix but without luck, lock on door worked about 1 out of 10 times (even after getting key recoded
- 3/5
Very difficult to access the room key card didn’t work right refrigerator wasn’t working low waterpressure in the sink. Overall, the places a little bit rundown needs updated.

Staff was great. Beds were comfy. Clean. Continental breakfast was good. I gave 4 stars bc there were issues with the TVs and plugs/sockets but they just finished updating the rooms and made special accommodations so we could all be together as a family. Ron was great and very welcoming and accommodating. Appreciate them.

Very nice staff
- 5/5
Very clean rooms . Willie was so helpful. Breakfast was good … just not as many options but loved it
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful, just what we needed, especially traveling with little children. Family friendly. Ms. V was absolutely stunning in her presence and hospitality service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Shes a keeper and deserves a promotion even a hearty raise, she was amazing truly.
- 2/5
My boyfriend stayed there for a night. When he got to the room he was so tired he feel asleep right away. When he woke up to use the bathroom it had not been flushed and almost overflowed when he tried to flush it. He told the staff about it and they didn’t apologize at all! Neither one of us will stay here again. Not acceptable!
- 1/5
Willie at the desk was a great help. Breakfast came out in waves.
- 5/5
Mrs V was awesome.
- 4/5
Good overall
- 3/5
The room was very noisy, as if the walls were not insulated. We heard the other rooms television like it was in our room. We heard conversations in the next room and hallway and doors slamming all hours of the night. Mattress was not comfortable and we both woke up with backaches. There was a live cockroach in the bathtub that I killed. I would not recommend, especially for the price we paid.

- 3/5
Bed bugs so gorss
- 2/5
The room was bad maintenance missed toilet paper holder, missed towels holder the ceiling cracked up and the carpet was extremely dirty
- 5/5
The staff were extremely helpful. They need to keep up with the competition out there with fixing things, but all and all. I would recommend this.
- 3/5
The room okay. The shower was not clean, had a used bar of soap in it when we checked in. And the website says breakfast is until 10 on weekends but when we went for breakfast at 9:30 we were told it was done by the staff?

Most of the staff was friendly but probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in but with short notice to book I had limited choice due to busy weekend for college football. Had to replace keys due to inconsistent working at least 10 times to include multiple times per day.
- 4/5
They were having building maintenance problems but the place was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again.
- 1/5
However the cherry on top was the total unprofessional and irrationally behavior of a front desk person by the name of Kenneth. Apparently there was a mishap with the room numbers, after us being in the new room for 2 nights Kenneth was under the impression that we were not authorized guests (mind you the reservation was paid in full before booking) and tried to use to master key to “force us out” accusing me my parents and 2 kids of being in the wrong room, using profanity and abusive language. This all occurred at 3-5 am. Never once did he identify himself, never once did he APOLOGIZE, never once did he act professionally or appropriately. It was a complete misuse of power. The cops ended up being called. Because I was no longer going to be dealing with an abusive man. Obviously once he looked like a fool and identified we were paying customers he still did not apologize. Luckily we were leaving that day but we weren’t able to rest. DO NOT EVER stay here.
- 2/5
Sliding entrance door was broken as well as the elevator. Had to carry all luggage up the stairs. The stairway had a STRONG smell of weed and well as the hallways. Room was clean though; so no complaints on the room itself.
- 1/5
The staff was fantastic. Bugs in the shower, the door we got was broken, the cable TV didn't offer a lot of the channels that were listed needing to some frustration, outside of one or two places to eat you had to drive 10 minutes to get anywhere to eat.
- 1/5
Nunca responderon a mi peticiones y me cobraron por un mal servicio y una sucioa habitación
- 1/5
Ended up in 3 different rooms, first room hadnt been made. Second room had hair in the bed and bathroom. The third had dog poop on the floor.
- 1/5
The woman working the front desk last night, was wonderful. The million of times I had to come back to reprogram my key because my door would never open she was nice and helpful. The staff this morning yelled at my elderly mom and my son because they made a waffle 3 minutes before 6, and made them leave the waffles and walk away . The dude could have said something prior to them already making the waffles but he was too busy on his phone. My room was clean but my moms wasn’t. Nothing worked here. I couldn’t even get into my room without making a million trips back down to the lobby for a new key. Definitely not worth the money or time. You should also put a sign up that if you bring the key cards on base, you can’t get back into your room without reprogramming the keys . Saves dragging a bunch of kids up and down a slow elevator.
- 3/5
Great staff
- 4/5
the room was clean, however, i had to re-key the key every day. also, a towel rack would be good to hang up towels on.
- 1/5
Dirty, run down. Our door was open when we got to the room abnd even when latched/locked tou could use a but if force and it opened. Our room was dirty so we asked to switch the next room reaked of smoke even thiugh they are non smoking hotel. our room had crumbs/dirt in the hide a bed. crumbs/dirt on the floors. beds themselves had stains on them. Our door an multiple others had crowbar marks and looked like they had all been broken into. floors were sticky in the elevator and lobby. Overall everything run down from broken floor tiles, missing hardware in bathroom, beat up walls spills and stains on furniture. I dont know how this place does business. What a disgrace.
- 1/5
The lobby reeked of weed with one desk person to check in with limited speaking. When we got to our room, the pull out mattress was covered in crumbs, dirt/mulch, and had urine and blood stains covering it. I asked for a replacement mattress and he said he didn't have any and asked if we could just double up on sheets to cover it. We then asked for a new room that he provided. The new pullout mattress had what looked like rust stains, so we decided to just settle and double up on the bedsheets so we could go to sleep. We were then kept up until around 2:00am by loud neighboring rooms with screaming and kids playing, running up and down the hallway all night. We tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. When we called from our cell phones, no one answered. We were in bed and our kids asleep so couldn't leave the room to request the hotel to intervene. There was mildew in the shower and when it started raining outside, it sounded like a waterfall in our room because of the way the water was hitting the air conditioning unit. We will not be staying at this location ever again.
- 4/5
Stayed here overnight after a football game. Front desk personnel were pleasant. The room was rather worn but had what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again for a reasonably priced room.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly. The room was clean. The only issue was the ice machines were broken on all the floors.
- 2/5
Staff at check-in was professional and courteous. I did not like waking up to a mostly dead roach in my bathroom four hours after check-in. I had to leave.
- 1/5
Found poop in the hotel bed under sheets. Staff got us another room but never offered a comp or discount. If i thought I could find another acceptable hotel for a big event would have demanded a refund.
- 1/5
Someone tried to get in our room at 1:00am it was just me and my 3 kids we checked out by 3am it was not safe if your traveling with kids and someone was definitely watching us
- 3/5
Carpets in room were pretty dirty and beds were a little too soft
- 2/5
Stains in the carpet, ceiling in bathroom falling down, stains on hide a bed mattress, both beds really low to the floor, ice machine broken
- 1/5
I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The elevator is old, it smells terrible, the rooms are filthy. I have pictures of the filth. I will be uploading on google.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 3/5
It was okay
- 2/5
The bed was dirty when I pulled the sheets back and I requested the bed to be changed all four days I was there it never happened
- 3/5
The room had a stale odor. To much night activity as for as to be comfortable with my surroundings.
- 4/5
there was concern about a set of sheets that had some burn marks on them appears to have been melted either in the dryer or a sheet press kinda of rough on bare sken of the legs
- 3/5
I ask for the towels and i didn’t get one
- 3/5
The property could use some major upgrades. We were there to attend my sons boot camp graduation. There was five of us staying so I booked the suite with the two queen beds and the let out couch. There was no linen left for the couch and when we went to ask it took several minutes for them to locate clean linen. The door to the room was chipped away as if someone had to use something other than a key card to enter the room. The bathroom and baseboard were dirty, the tub had toe prints and the side entrance was always left propped open with a rock or rug. I tried to find other accommodations in the area and there was no vacancies anywhere. A guy doing maintenance on the building tried to sell us one used hubcap. It seems as if they use it more as an extended stay hotel.
- 5/5
Great stop while traveling
- 1/5
Bathroom and bed sheet were dirty
- 1/5
All i can say is the reviews are false this place definitely may have been a gem a time ago but it definitely needs TLC smells of mildew, cigarette smoke, cleanliness ZERO I slept in my clothes and used wash clothes i didnt use TERRIBLE.. I'm not sure if management is aware but needs to know.
- 5/5
It’s was clean and people were friendly
- 4/5
Good breakfast, avarage cleaning
- 2/5
Hair blower only worked on low. TV didn’t work. Commode only flushed about a third of the time. Wall was sloppily repaired next to tub in bathroom. A man followed us into our room when we returned one evening and asked us for $60.00.
- 2/5
Breakfast was good, even though short staff very friendly

Not a place I would recommend
- 1/5
Do not stay here!!! The room I was in as well as my other family members rooms were so dank and dirty! The carpeting smelled and was stained. The bathtub clearly had not been cleaned nor the bathroom floor. The smell in the lobby was overwhelmingly bad. The elevator had a sticky floor and also smelled badly. The exterior of the building was unkempt. The pool had a sign on the door saying closed by the South Carolina department of health however we were told it was open to swim from 5 to 10 pm! That was very disappointing since one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because it had a pool. The breakfast was okay. I did have clean towels but overall it was a very depressing stay especially since I was there for 5 nights. Staff for the most part are helpful. Oh and I forgot to mention I had constant issues with my room key card not working. I was told it was because I had put it next to my phone but that was not the case - my room door looked like it had been kicked or pushed in and repaired. Bottom line not worth any money to stay here.
- 1/5
The pool was closed by the city and I purposely picked this hotel for the indoor pool.
- 3/5
The building and rooms were clean and felt safe. While we did run into problems with our access cards, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Overall a good experience.
- 5/5
Really nice room with comfortable beds. We did experience some loud noises but overall the stay was nice.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 3/5
The facility is updated, but it appears that the hotel might have a government contract, as there were many shifty people staying there. Breakfast was fine, staff good, just scratching guests.
- 5/5
Great customer service and staff members was Down to earth breakfast was ok they should offer boil eggs tho
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff !
- 2/5
Great service but had bed bugs. Did refund stay and was understanding as these things do happen
- 1/5
Stayed for my husbands graduation at fort Jackson. Very convenient, but DIRTY! We found a cockroach in the bathroom and to fix the issue they moved us a door over…. It was around midnight and we were exhausted so I didn’t put up the fight, but I barely slept with how disgusting it felt. Just stay away. I actually feel bad for the employees. They seem to care but they have nothing to work with. I also had to have someone open our door each time to let us in because our key card wouldn’t work. Worst stay of my life.
- 3/5
Area not the greatest a lot of activity around
- 3/5
The microwave didn’t work
- 3/5
Price is affordable. Pool was out of service the whole time. Breakfast options minimal and not good customer service when you have to ask for assistance. Manager has refused to return my calls after multiple attempts regarding my unpleasant stay.
- 4/5
Ease of checkin. Spacious king room.
- 3/5
Mold on tub grout
- 3/5
Seemed to be a location with long-term guests. Bugs in the bathroom. Furnishings were worn.
- 3/5
It was ghetto. TV didnt work properly. Staff response time to fix the TV was slow. Staff smoking weed on premises. And beer was left in the refrigerator. The people were friendly. And the hotel outside was damaged. Someone drove through the room. it was boarded up with wood. Smh!
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Clean rooms. Good price. But pool ceiling needs repair and pool was too cold.
- 3/5
Overall was okay.
- 2/5
The room I was check in was dirty and floor wasn’t clean and there was black mold inside the mattress so if you think about staying here check the mattress for black mold I was very upset and for being a comfort inn hotel i expect to be better I stay two nights and I won’t ever stay there and their was black reddish stein in on of the pillows.

Hooker haven
- 3/5
Outside door beside my room would slam shut when used.
- 2/5
Tv didn’t work had to change rooms Tv channel selection was poor Bed not comfortable
- 1/5
If you like drugs and hookers this is your place! If you’re staying with a family you will regret it!
- 3/5
Las camas son muy buenas pero parte del servicio el fatal
- 1/5
Smells like ciggarettes and marijuana. I was put on 4th floor with 3 kids which is very unsafe when your alone and have random guys wandering halls. The pool area never had towels and had mold and the whole ceiling is peeling and that falls into the water. My room had no working phone, internet or tv and I was told I could not be moved to another room and with 3 kids. Blowdryer in bathroom didnt work either
- 3/5
The property was not up to par with rates, felt unsafe, had an incident where one of my youth was harassed by a local guest. The staff was very pleasant and as helpful as they could with the resources provided. I would like to believe that things would get better. I’m a pastor and was here with part of my church for our convention. We had 9 Rooms rented out. Thank you to the staff for all their help.
- 2/5
building and facilities were in overall not great condition location was great for Fort Jackson staff was helpful with seemingly few resources
- 5/5
Amazing staff
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms all needed some repairs and doors looked like they were broken into at some point. Floors were sticky and elevator smelled each time we got on.
- 2/5
Air conditioned did not work
- 2/5
The size of the room was nice
- 3/5
Stay was okay, I need to go down twice to get my cards work, fitness available 24/7 but your card won’t work after 10 PM so need to get staf help which is not easy at night. Break fast is very bad and they cleaned 15 minutes before the closing time.
- 4/5
Questionable cleanliness in elevators and several guests had issues with room keys when multiple keys issued to a single room. 1 key would work and other wouldn't. Took until 3rd day before both keys worked correctly.Other than that most was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Numerous things were missing from our room, including toilet paper, soap, a hair dryer, and bedding for the pull-out couch, even though we had four guests (two kids) in the room. When we asked for some of these, the man at the front desk was rude about it. The room wasn’t very clean (my kids socks were black after walking on the carpet) and the hallways and elevator smelled like weed. This was priced like a mid-range hotel and it definitely wasn’t that quality.
- 1/5
We secured a third night at the property, No problem, EXCEPT, The two guys who carried our stuff to the lockup room rummaged through our things. My wife had just started her new prescription refill of celebrex, And there were 90 pills in the bottle. She had only taken two when we got there in South Carolina from Houston. So naturally there should be 88 pills left in the bottle. Nope. There were 10 missing. And some of my son's military gear had been rummaged through because his knee pads were not in the his rucksack. They were outside of the rucksack and in a separate bag. Absolutely deplorable and inexcusable. Do not stay here because they go through your things. We would like someone from the corporate office to contact us on this one.
- 3/5
The front desk workers were nice, but I did not expect to be asked for a $100 cash deposit for incidentals that would be given back to me when we checked out. They said this was to cover them in case we smoked or had a pet in the room. We do not smoke and do not have a pet. Thankfully they waived this for us when I said I didn't have $100 cash with me. I do not plan to stay at this hotel or area when traveling in the future.
- 1/5
Absolutely a joke of a hotel.
- 5/5
The guy that checked me in was great. My keys kept going bad multiple times in 1 day. They did not have any extra towels and I was told to go ask a housekeeper if they have any extra on their cart- 3 of them didn’t & front desk didn’t either.
- 1/5
Room was so hot. No air. An couldn't get the window to open. Didn't have a remote. Took about 2 hrs to get the TV to work. Pool is extremely small.
- 2/5
We started by waiting over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The hotel wreaked of pot and cigarettes in both the hallways, elevator and the rooms. The pullout had no sheets and the spare blanket had black hair all over it. We never got the cable to work. When we called the front desk they said they'd be right up, and they never showed. Our door had pry marks by the handle. During the night you get to be awakened by a train horn every few hours and the sirens and street racing were also continues throughout the night. The hair dryer had been ripped off the wall but nicely placed still in the holder on the vanity. At least the breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits, muffins and cereal so you can't really screw that up. I don't know how this has a rating over a 6. One of the sketchiest places I've stayed in a long time and we stay in about 5-10 hotels a year.

The stay was ok. It was clean with the exception of mildew on the side of the mattress. Breakfast was just so so.

We found roaches in our rooms. The whole building smelled like weed. The pool was unheated. Issues with the breakfast. The cable was very limited and mostly spanish speaking. Furniture was torn and wore out. A/c didnt blow cold. Couch bed had stains and hurt from the springs.

From the moment we got to our room went downhill from there. Keys would t work, multiple times had to go to desk to get them re-coded. Door lock was pitiful. A swift kick could have gotten anyone in. TV was too much to operate and would come on in the middle of night, so had to unplugged. Microwave just rotated and wouldn't turn off. Indoor pool was freezing, had to go downstairs to get sheets and blanket for sofa bed, no hair dryer so had to make trip to front desk for that which was more difficult than it needed to be. Very poorly ran. Will be contacting corporate

I don't do reviews usually but had to. First off it took us going to the front desk 3 times for them to give us room keys that work. The rooms were not cleaned properly, crumbs all over the carpet, sheets and blankets stained, bathroom floor had a boot print on it and some Tupperware cover behind the door and the things on the shower wall for shampoo were empty and broken. There were dirty sheets in the closet on the floor so we had to go get clean ones for pull out sofa. Will never stay here again

This place is definitely not what it advertises. It is very dirty. All our blankets were all stained, the place stinks everywhere! It says it is non smoking but this is not true because the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

There were a lot of people smoking outside of the hotel and it was loud as people walked by our room. I noticed that the door to our room had a large gap at the bottom when the door was closed, so that probably didn't help the noise issue. There was also a consistent smell of marijuana, even a woman who was smoking marijuana right next to the main entrance door. The TV was also not working so there was nothing available to watch in the room. I tried calling the 24/7 service number, but was unable to understand the person on the other line. I was only staying for one night, but if I was staying multiple nights, I would have considered changing my stay to another hotel since I had my young kids with me. (The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.)

Overall, it was a good trip. Rooms were clean. Hotel needs updating.

The water to the toilet needed to be turned off as it ran all night. The shower did not get hot until I was almost done showering. The caulking around the shower was peeling up.

I would have booked a different location if I knew. Staff were amazing, ultra accommodating, very kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast looked good, and my family enjoyed it. I have celiac and couldn't eat anything other than orange and applesbut I'm glad everyone likes to grits and waffles.

My husband and I were impressed with the generous breakfast options available. We were able to get on the road with full bellies and coffee in no time. Staff were really nice. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot.

no shampoo in room, had to wash my hair with a bar of soap. Breakfast had variety, but Omelettes were not tasty. Elevator Area not very clean, our floor smelled like smoke, even though it was a no smoking floor

This was supposed to be a smoke free hotel but there was a strong odor of Marijuana the entre time we were there and we found cigarette butts in the room. The toilet barlly flushed like the take didn't fill after you flushed but the water was on. Last the door squeeked sonloud I'm sure we wike up everyone around us.

Male at the front counter was not so helpful and polite.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes when I checked in. My room was dirty, there was someone’s old soap bar in the shower, a dead baby roach, and what looked like a few drops of blood stains on the floor in various areas. When I went to check out at 6am, the entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. The staff was really sweet but everything else was interesting to say the least.

Came here for a weekend trip. Easy check in and check out process. Staff were great and place was really clean!

Usual amenities. Modern facility. Standard breakfast options. Easy parking. Just need to pay attention to maintenance details…electrical outlets not working, loose faucets. A decent stay.
