    Location and value floors Pillows are not good. Water pressure was way too much. When you flush toilet water shoots out on floor. Shower water hurt it’s so much pressure. Also shampoo and conditioners are on the wrong side of shower. Should not be under shower head. Guy serving at the bar was nice and helpful but not trained enough. Not his fault but nothing in kitchen seems to work. He tried to make us dinner and set the smoke detector off for the hotel.

    The two ladies @ the front desk were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Do’s & Don’t. Location, location was amazing. The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. My fur babies were also very comfortable.

    Stopped here on a roadtrip from FL to PA overnight. Staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Check in took all of 3 minutes. The room was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for a nights stay (including toiletries). Pet friendly and has a relief area. In a cluster of other hotels so felt safe as a solo female traveler. Level 2 EV CHARGERS! Got to charge my Tesla overnight with no issues, no congestion. Would highly recommend.

    Check-in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30pm and we told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the people before us were aloud to check out at 4pm and the room still needed to be cleaned. When we got to the room, the floor and counters was visibly dirty. We had 3 guests. They didn't provide linen for the pull out couch. They only gave us 2 towels and the TV did not work.

    The room was very comfortable. The size of the room was amazing. The staff was so friendly, not just the front desk staff but all the staff, the maintenance man the housekeeper everyone when I go back in that direction I will be staying at this location again I have a small Cavapoo and she loved it and the dog area outside wow thank you very much. Not very many places have that for your pets. I highly highly recommend!!!

    Everything was great except for the limited amount of parking spaces. It made having too much fun catching up with family and getting back a bit late extremely stressful. Beds were comfortable. Rates affordable! We will be back and just plan our time better or take an uber.

    The lobby and our room was very clean and the front deso staff was super friendly and always greeted us nicely when entering and exiting. But there were sketchy looking people in the parking lot almost always, didnt pick up their garbage or anything and we left yesterday for a few hours and had a do not disturb sign outside our door but someone had been in our room. Lots of our stuf had been moved around and it definitely wasnt the cleaning staff, everything seemed to be accounted for but someone had been in there for sure.

    The overall experience was good. However, the were big crater dents in the mattress and the bathroom door barely moved. We literally had to push with all our might in order to open and close it. I did go to the front desk about it but they unfortunately couldn’t change our room because they were booked.

    The staff and front desk were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is a bit worn out. In the am it appeared that 4 vehicles in the front lot were broken into and had their windows broken. The grounds had litter. The chinese buffet next door looks disgusting and dirty. Not a great spot. The hotel appears to be heading in that same direction.

    Overll it's a nice hotel. My biggest complaint was the bed!!!! The bed had a freaking sink hole in it! I called to see if we could get another room and was told they had no more suites. We were so uncomfortable that night! They could do a little better with the cleaning. There were a few spots on the floor by the door that was over looked by the mop. There were some stains on the couch and the ironing board was nasty! Would I stay again......probably not.

    I likes the property. It has a nice design. It is central to everything you might want to do from movies and dining to shopping. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet you won't find it there: very loud music, and talking until late at night, every night.

    We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Every staff member was efficient, kind and professional. Southern hospitality was a five out of five. The hotel itself is very quiet. You wouldn’t realize that anyone else was staying in the hotel. The room is very nice. My only complaint is there was no hand soap of any kind to wash your hands with so we had to use the body wash in the shower to wash our hands at the sink.

    I didn't find anything unique about the property, it was standard. What I didn't like rude staff and false advertising for a complimentary breakfast. Wasn't informed checking in that I would need a special pass to eat. Atiny sign was placed near food items. Upon walking away to eat a bagel (was told "that will be $4.00." I paid it after being Verbally berated by the morning shift receptionist. I WON"T be back. SAD

    I was placed in a different room, but unfortunately, the bathroom door was broken. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told that all the bathroom doors are broken and that maintenance might be able to fix it. Additionally, the pool was out of order, which wasn’t communicated ahead of time. The next morning, I went to get breakfast from the lobby and found the bagels were stale—and two of them even had visible mold. On the final night of my stay, I witnessed a woman bathing herself in the sink of the lobby bathroom, which was very concerning. While the staff were friendly, the overall experience and the way the business was run left a lot to be desired. For the amount I paid, I expected a much higher standard and fewer issues.

    I was lucky enough to be a patron at the Masters on Saturday, so nothing could ruin the vibes. Stayed Friday night and Saturday night. I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and would have been smiling from ear to ear, so any place would have been fine. Overall good hotel but when I got back from the tournament Saturday, my room had not be cleaned. Any other weekend, I would have been disappointed but was riding the high of experiencing the best place on earth so I guess the staff knew they could get away with it. All good, thanks for letting me dream of Augusta in April on the comfy unmade king bed.

    Overall, my stay was fine. I did one night for a concert booked through Expedia. So I paid on Expedia when I got to the hotel I needed to give a card to hold which was OK upon checking my bank account I was charged and now I’m having a hard time getting a refund for that extra charge and at this point, I’m not excited about being charged double without an explanation I was told I was gonna get a refund by one of the front desk staff upon checking in with my bank. There is no refund and I don’t see it reflecting in my account. I just want a refund on that extra charge it should not be this difficult to fix something that I didn’t create

    Had horrible experience with Aloft Marriott Hotel. Booked hotel but when I got there they gave my room to someone else. They said since I booked thru 3rd party like Hotels.com that I had to contact them to rectify the situation.     The customer service and room was great. I'm pleased with the stay but i was charged on my bank statement an extra $95 that was said to be a mistake. They were suppose to charge that to the booking site I used. Although they said they'd refund the money to my account, I don't like the fact that if I hadn't caught that charge, I would've paid almost an extra hundred dollars for my stay.

    The best analogy I can give is, lipstick on a pig. From a far, it looks nice, clean, "trendy", but up close it is old and dirty. The entire place needs a deep clean. From the entrance, to the elevators, and the rooms. It felt like a layer of grossness. Internet was very slow. Especially for a place giving off the vibe of young and trendy. If you do that, you better have fast internet. There is no where to work in the lobby. The seating is geared towards younger people on their phones instead of talking. There is a decent sized desk in the room, but with poor wifi, connection can be a problem. Don't use the coffee maker as that was extremely gross. Same thing for the ice thongs, don't use that. The bathroom was probably the best part, still dirty, but at least it felt better. No breakfast provided. This was just an old style hotel, with some paint. Would not stay there again.

    It was nice, the room was clean and it was awesome that the tv had an option to use a streaming service. The only issue that we had was that there wasn’t a microwave to warm up food. Found it a bit silly since there was a fridge but no microwave. Also the shower head felt like hard pressure more than anything. Not easy to shower in. Other than that. Beautiful hotel

    I would like to thank Kendall. He was very patient & courteous. He greet us with a smile. I had called inquiring about a reservation & upon arrival he recognized me. The price was very reasonable. It was my first time at aloft hotels and I wasn’t disappointed.

    Let’s start with smell when you walk in the room , ok love dogs too but not when am staying in a room ,, neat the coffee maker had some kind of fungus mold growing in it took to front gave me free breakfast in the morning , ok the bed had a sunken spot in the thing where we both ended up on each other , next the remote would not work for tv went and took for new remote not once but twice. Still the volume would not work ok then took a shower got with looks to bed dog hair all over the floor sticking to my wet feet,, then to top it alll the way off got up the next morning to head out for check out at 8 ,,, then there is No breakfast the person never showed to make breakfast o well aloft you did not impress me

    The shower head was not working properly and it was very obvious that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly because I could see dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. At check in, the front office agent didn't even tell me about the hotel or entities. Just, here are your keys. Really unprofessional and not assistive at all.

    The room I was assigned was on the main level. The AC was on a strange auto cycle where the temp would never really get cold cold, but would cycle often, which was very inconvenient for sleep. The curtains let a ton of light in through the top side, the street light. Walls were super thin. People talking from the next room I've until odd hours of the morning, same group was out in the hallway, back and forth, conversing... And not being quiet. Around 11-2 am. This is something that a night staff member should have noticed.. This was on the main floor. Checkin /checkout was simple. To go coffee was great, Laura at the front desk was extremely pleasant. Location was convenient for the event I was in town for. Honestly just expected a little more from an Aloft property. Water pressure was dope

    said mem l don’t feel safe opening a door without a room number she replied “ what do you want me to do now” in a very rude tone. I said am sorry and went way was very tied after a long drive.

    When I turned the light on in the bathroom, roaches scattered. Front desk gave us wrong room number so our key wouldnt work. Had to go get new key and it was wrong room number.

    1st room didn't have shampoo & tv didn't work. We swapped rooms which was better. Still had tv issues. Beds were ok, until were looked under sheets & saw large rust color stain in top corner of mattress, we didn't spend the following night there. Pillows are really comfy. We stayed a week. Woke to vomit all over hallway on 1st day. I assume it's from the prior evening when the bar downstairs was packed. Contacted front desk & it was taken care of immediately. You can't unsee it when walking past. The irony is I chose this hotel because of the bar. Thought it would be nice to have a drink at the pool or once we returned to wind down, those plans changed. Pool is nice & small around 5ft deep. Only 5 lounge chairs which wasn't enough once people starting coming down for wkend. Plenty of chairs. House cleaning never came. I had to chase them for fresh towels & told to leave trash in hallway. Btw, Don't bother separating recyclables, it all goes in 1 bag. They allow dogs. One day we returned to see police at the entrance. Later I was told by another guest someone w/multiple dogs had to be removed because of smell & not paying. Im unable to personally verify this, only police. Breakfast is expensive, no restaurant in hotel but plenty around, can walk or delivery. Staff was friendly but will look elsewhere in future

    I booked for a king size bed the lady told me they didn’t have any king beds left . And I ended up getting the room with 2 queen beds the ac didn’t work. I went to front Desk the lady gave me another room . Overall the second room was alright ! It was just the smell in the hallway. Needs more improvement with the ac in the rooms and rooms need to be available when people book them!

    I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and room service never came once, even after I complained tge 2nd day. Also, some customers were very loud at the pool from 1am to 4 am making it difficult to sleep.

    The property is nice, The bar tenders service was amazing her name is (Heidi). Only bad thing was the false advertisement of the pool being open to not be opened until the day after we checked out which was the reason for our stay the pool.

    The bed in room 317 is very uncomfortable. The mattress is old and have a big sink hole on both sides. The front desk people were very friendly.
