Location Carpet dirty and sticky. They tried to clean . Both TV’s didn’t work. They didn’t fix until bed time 2nd night. NO maid service! They forgot me. Had to call for towels and cleaning when I got back late. I SHOULD GET MONEY BACK FIR THIS ONE! $800 ridiculous

This place is great for business travel to the area. Central, by the airport, but quiet, clean, and comfortable beds!

If you need to park in handicap stay away from this hotel. They allow cars without a permit to park in them leaving people who need those spots to park far away.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I felt welcomed instantly. I can't remember her name but she was very accommodating. I even got a text a little while after checking in to see if I need anything!

Once we had all got settled in, about 12:30am, I tried calling the housekeeping department and the front desk to ask for extra pillows and an extra set of towels (we were only given 3 sets). No one answered. I just waited till the next morning to ask the front desk agent personally for an extra set of towels, they were very helpful. The kitchenette in our room was fully stocked, but some of the dishware were still dirty. At this time, I wasn’t exactly surprised, so I just left the soiled dishware in the sink. Breakfast was what you would expect. My family really enjoyed the waffle station. The workers made sure to replenish all the food when it was running low. Shower pressure was very good, but the drainage was pretty slow. Check out was very smooth. My family felt very safe at this location.

The room was spotless. It was a little cramped, but had the King and 2 Queens that our group wanted to stay together without having to get two rooms or connecting rooms.

I am still upset that I paid twice as much for my room as what was advertised online, the hotel said there was nothing they could do since that was the rate I reserv3d under Hotel.com. The hotel didn't clean our room at all.

We could not sleep due to the loud banging all night and morning on the fourth floor. Also the elevator was down and it was difficult to climb the steps with bags , small children and knee injury. We ended leaving early. Other than that the suite was a god size and comfortable

Pool is closed! Don't be fooled when they tell you they have a pool, they do not have one that is open. My kids and many others were disappointed.

Space was cramped

The hotel was scheduled to have their water service temporarily shut off for a few hours. I would have appreciated having the information beforehand as it happened mid morning and lasted a few hours. I knew from past experience to inquire if the building is undergoing repairs or renovations and feel that that would have been the perfect time to inform me of the upcoming water issue NOT when I’m checked in. The staff however, was very kind and friendly. The hotel overall needs renovations (extensive water damage in our room in multiple areas) and more attention to housekeeping standards. Not a horrible experience but would not book there again.

I reserved a 2-bedroom suite at the last minute (grandparents and 4 grandkids) and was so happy with Homewood Suites. It was great to have the room, the privacy, two bathrooms, and space for the kids without being on top of two old snoring grandparents!

Renovated rooms, good breakfast. Nice pool and patio area. Great snack and quick food pantry options.

Workers were always present. Breakfast was plentiful. However the Canadian bacon should have been cooked. The workers from another country didn't know this. But the variety of foods was the best!

I was shocked Hilton's "accessible" room was so far from being ADA compliant. I requested a king handicapped accessible room and was put in a "handicapped" room with a queen bed, not a king, a shower tub with a fixed shower head, not an ADA shower level with the floor with a shower head on a hose, a bathroom with no grab bars except one on the wall in the tub, no non slip grip on the tub bottom, a toilet that was low, not raised ADA height or even "comfort height",without any grab bars around the toilet, almost no space around the toilet to transfer to the toilet, 36" doors that swung opened into furniture that made it almost impossible to get through the room with a mobility device, narrow paths through the kitchenette and rooms that there was no way a mobilty device (wheelchair or scooter) could navigate these spaces. Home Suites needs to read the ADA law and not falsely advertise such rooms are "accessible." They are not.

The only problem during our 4 day stay was the fire alarm came on twice, once in the early morning and once at 4:00 am. Both were false alarms but everyone had to leave the building and wait for the all clear from the fire department. I don’t know who’s responsible but it needs to be addressed as it hurt our stay.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. The price was very affordable. Our only issue was that the garbage for the previous visitor was still in the bin. Overall the stay was a pleasant one.

I was in room 403 it had a very bad smell in it. I sprayed Lysol and the smell was still in the room, I went to the front desk they gave me something to spray the room. After a few hours I realize the smell was coming from the garbage disposal. I put a cork over it and the smell went away. When we removed the cork the smell came back very strong. That was my only problem everything else was great.

Appeared clean. Found out at the door to our room that the wrong key was programmed, had to go back down to the desk. An "our mistake" would have been nice to hear after the 9-hour drive. Beds were so-so, pillows were not very comfy. Facility itself was pretty good and everyone seemed friendly. Woken up by people hanging out being loud in the parking lot and car alarms going off. Went on for awhile, would have been nice for management to have dealt with this.

We love going to the Arundel Mills mall is so much to see and do there. Also the hotel we stayed at was our first time there. It was nice little area.

I loved the suite option with two rooms. It made taking the kids on a trip so much easier.

At checkin there was an issue per my reservation was paid for in advance but wasn’t showing in hotel’s system; the manager solved the issue quickly. I was truly satisfied being that I had traveled for a few hours and tired. Not to mention I initially arrived at another location in Laurel/Colombia where I thought I’d made reservations at. This Columbia location was by far 10 being that there were stores and restaurants that fit my needs. Although I was trying to cancel but thankyou Expedia for not changing my reservations and being rude to upon calling 6x attempting to change locations….

I paid for a king room. When I arrive, king room was not available. I got a queen room. No refund given.

Dirty grill and table after knowing we would use with the rental of the Maryland conference room that was paid in full in advance. Staff didn’t know how to access outside lighting. We had to sit in the dark. ADA rooms are not accessible. No pots and pans in certain rooms. Staffing don’t want to work. Pushed responsibility off on others. BWI location is much better. This hotel was housing people who were homeless. They admitted to it and yet would not issue me a refund for the night I stayed at the hotel. There were people wandering the hallways and I felt unsafe.

This is a good, barebones business traveler or extended stay hotel. The kitchen could use additional amenities such as aluminum foil and saranwrap.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel room was much smaller than what I expected (queen suite), but it was clean and the shower had great water pressure. There was a small kitchen (which had no utensils, plates, bowls, or cups - but it had a dishwasher) with a full refrigerator/ice maker. There were enough breakfast choices and the gym was clean and had a variety of equipment (although the 20lb weights were missing). There is even an area with a nice basketball hoop (ask to borrow the ball).

The area immediately surrounding the property is defunct. First appearance looks questionable and concerning. Hotel was clean and in good condition but does not provide daily housekeeping regardless of the type of stay.

Management allowed a party to go on in one of the rooms downstairs..music blaring people hanging out everywhere…drinking carryon..fire alarms went off and people were unsure what to actually do..my husband had to help a man in a wheelchair down the stairs because the elevators went down..this poor couple was on the fourth floor..why would anyone do that to someone in a wheelchair?! The poor girl at the desk could only do so much..the management of this hotel needs to staff appropriately..

Overall good stay, the room and Hotel was clean and tidy, front desk staff was very pleasant, only issue was constantly hearing the person above us walking. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

The room was spacious nice and clean. It had everything we needed like a home away from home. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. The location was close to the Columbia Mall, other shopping areas, and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay. The only complaint was the Air Conditioner in our room was quite loud. I imagine if we were not so tired from the road, we would have had trouble falling asleep from its vibrations.

The large lobby/lounge area was an excellent space to hold an informal meeting. The rooms were nicely appointed, large, clean, and very comfortable. Parking was available at no cost.
