Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. However, there are consistent complaints about outdated facilities, maintenance issues, and a lack of amenities such as a functioning pool and hot tub.

Nice clean and well maintained facility. Will definitely be staying here again. Great job team.
- 4/5
I have not received the refunds yet I was charged twice.
- 5/5
The comfort and cleanliness of the facility and the room. Check-in was great. N/A
- 4/5
Room comfortable; lobby nice; manager Lionell fantastic
- 5/5
Ww enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff that checked us in on Sunday evening provided exceptional customer service. She was very pleasant and polite.
- 1/5
When you first walk in it smells of gas The front desk is very rude and and was on the phone. The cooking staff was overworked underpaid, and using what look like pans that were burnt extra extra. It wasn’t even nonstick poor Lady. The pool looked very murky and exercise. Equipment was very outdated.
- 1/5
Housekeeping never came to change the towels out nor to take the trash out. I took everything out the room and put it on the outside. The lady at breakfast was very wonderful nice respectful. I felt kind of sad for her because she was doing everything herself. She was working really hard to make sure everybody was taken care of and I appreciate that she was very light respectful kind helpful under a lot of pressure. I felt she should’ve had someone else with her as well, but she held it down for everyone. The African-American lady at the front desk was very helpful, very respectful and was on point with everything to help people the other receptionist in the morning was horrible. I said good morning. She act like she couldn’t speak. She was busy being on her phone, which I thought was very disrespectful the housekeeping manager was very helpful. She came up immediately to make sure my room was straight and I appreciate her service that she gave me very respectful and and I appreciate it her kind words she said good morning to me. What did I need help with and she assisted.
- 3/5
Lady who made breakfast was super nice and helpful. The woman who checked us in seemed bothered that she had to help us.
- 3/5
It was clean, comfortable hot tub, Staff rude, especially lady in front always wearing a hat, supervisor was wonderful, she never had anyone come to clean room even fresh towels had to beg in front desk, not accommodating to the disabled and rude to children
- 4/5
No toilet tissue holder in the bathroom, and the television channels were scrambled and never cleared. When I called the from desk, maintenance had left the building.
- 2/5
Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. I paid more to prepay for breakfast. They need better coffee and more options other than Coffeemate. The bottled water was pricey. The price to stay there wasn't high, but I still think the quality of the rooms and amenities could be better.
- 5/5
Super clean, nice hotel. Very nice staff. The hot tub and pool are real nice. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, etc. I would most definitely return if I need to stay in the area again.
- 3/5
THE FIRST DAY EVERYTHING EXCELLENT THE SECOND DAY WASNT GREAT IT WAS BELOW AVERAGE THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT BUT THE ROOM WASN'T CLEANED BECAUSE OF A RULE THAT YOU HAD TO CHECK OUT ON THE FRIST DAY TO GET YOUR ROOM CLEANED I WASNT TOLD OG THIS RULE
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
The property is being updated. Our room was clean, neat and new looking. We are getting used to the new policy that one must ask for service by housekeeping for a multi-day stay. Only one person in restaurant for breakfast but she was great.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was helpful
- 2/5
I attempted breakfast on day 1 but didn't have all day to wait. It's not a buffet, and not a sit and order place. You order at the window and wait. And wait. I waited about 10 minutes behind 1 person in front of me and gave up. I thin besides us there was only 1 other person there. I'd hate to see what happens if, say, a dozen people wanted to eat there. They would be waiting for days. One night I came back to a full parking lot & had to park around back, where I'm pretty sure some teen bous were dealing drugs. I told the front desk staff that night but they didn't seem to care. Neither did the manager when I told him ( same conversation with the towel issue ). Bottom line: not staying there again. It's headed downhill.
- 2/5
Bizarre stay.
- 2.5/5
The room was clean and comfortable, along with the lobby and main areas. Plenty of parking, pleasant smell in both lobby and room, lots of choices in the convenience "store." The keys to the room didn't work, and the employee gave us another set. However, those also didn't work, and she told us that it was most likely a problem with the battery and couldn't help us any further. She was pretty unfriendly and acted like she didn't want to be bothered.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
Room was okay, nice bed. All the bathroom fixtures were stripped out. Bathtub was very spongy at the bottom to the point it was unsafe. Pool and hottub were nice but hottub needed cleaning. Went down in the morning, absolutely no coffee and no one around to ask about refilling the pot.
- 3.5/5
The mattress is hard mo other problems
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and professional. Room and bathroom were clean.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
There’s only one person working, she’s the bartender , serve and she does the cooking .
- 3/5
They seemed not to notice the guests walking past.
- 3.5/5
No refrigerator, tissue box in the bathroom was empty and it looked outdated.

- 5/5
The hotel was wonderful! Staff was nice!
- 5/5
My family and I stayed here for a quick sleep on our road trip. The staff was great from the front desk to the kitchen, they were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Very clean and peaceful. Thank you Hilton!
- 4/5
They were very accommodating and polite. The hotel was clean, well maintained and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
- 3/5
Crack in the room door large enough to see in from the hallway, and shower rod coming loose from the wall
- 1/5
Clean and the location was great Tv didn’t work and there was no phone in the e room to call the staff about the TV. Have to pay for literally everything suck as water and coffee.
- 5/5
Staff friendliness and hotel was very clean.
- 0.5/5
Nothing at all I never stayed here on the date listed. When I arrived, I was told there was no room for me. My reservation had been cancelled without any reason or notification. I was in town for a funeral and ended up with no place to stay. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first issue I’ve had. The past couple of times, the rooms were not up to par. I originally chose this hotel because it was close to my parents, and the service used to be good, but things have gone downhill. I will not be returning.
- 1/5
No slip prevention in ceramic tub! My daughter slipped and fell on her upper side and now has a 4 inch lump along her rib cage! Breakfast was expensive and gross. Pancakes were very dry. I found mold in my water at breakfast as well. It took over 30 mins to get breakfast because one person was waiting on everyone and cooking. I couldn't get the room temperature down enough in the room to sleep. The shades did not close so we had light in our room all night. Horrible experience for celebrating my husband's and daughter's birthdays.
- 3.5/5
No carts or help to carry luggage. A senior who’s somewhat disabled, this was a problem. First night was a fight in our hall at 2am. Then other people started pounding so sleep was impossible. Not exactly the hotel’s fault but consistent with its reputation for having unruly guests there
- 2/5
web site stated restaurant none on weekend?????no lounge
- 4/5

- 5/5
The room was lovely and the stsff was pleasant
- 4/5

- 5/5
The staff are amazing! Taylor was so helpful and kind!
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff members were nice. Breakfast was decent. When asked if they had any games they even accommodated. We played a few rounds of Jenga. Nice evening/morning spent there. Would recommend!
- 4.5/5
Great location close to many places to eat and a Wegmans grocery store. Very quiet tucked in near office buildings. Under remodeling.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Tv service apparently there a storm so the satellite was down.
- 5/5
Great stay for a short notice. Good price.
- 4.5/5
Location Sprayer in Bathroom had a hole in hose. Noise at 2:00 in the morning from outside. Someone yelling. Then noise from room down the hall after 2:00 also. Woke us up 3 times in all.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, breakfast options, price, location
- 4/5
The rooms were nice, pool was great, treadmills worked, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
- 4/5
Great
- 4/5
Clean room despite the rennovations
- 3/5
No emergency exit route plan posted on the door or elsewhere in the room. Shower curtain doesn't fit so water on the bathroom floor. No soap at the bathroom sink; come on?!
- 2/5
The sidewalks were not clear of snow/ice. During the renovations it was difficult to check-in due to computer access. Breakfast price was too high.
- 2/5
Lobby was under construction, unfriendly front desk (table)staff, next morning when I asked was the coffee complimentary to guest, the urns were empty. Topping off the stay I mistakenly booked incorrectly and could not use my Hilton Honors points.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff was pleasant
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Courteous service and professional
- 5/5
Very Clean
- 3/5
I did not enjoy my stay
- 4/5
The water does not get very hot. Some of the linen has stains.
- 3/5
Front desk lady seemed a lil irritated once told that I needed a new room due to the tub looking bad I thought it was dried up blood they said it was from the room needing renovations so that was kind of annoying thinking they knew the condition and that should have been stated plus the heater was so loud it was going in and out all night with loud noise
- 1/5
Every thing from the front desk to the room it needs to be closed down I was very disappointed 😔 receptionist's was extremely rude and busy with a outside guess that was waiting on a prostitute I know yes it took about a hour for me to check in finally got a room and it's over my budget not the room I booked the door would not open Keurig coffee machine broke coffee water literally no drinks at all you had to buy them pool was dirty floors were filled with clothing wet clothing all day water the door was broken to the room I had to lift the whole door up to open and closed and fridge did not work I had to turn it to the max to get cold and then my things frozed and something was biting me
- 2/5

- 2/5
The room smelled like smoke. The staff was unhelpful after check out when realizing something was left behind. I was told i had to call in the morning to talk to housekeeping.
- 4/5

- 4/5
The receptionist was racist and didn’t treat me with respect. She thought I was some random Spanish non important person. Spoke to me with me a disgusting rude and nasty attitude. Made me look like I was an illegal individual even when I showed her my drivers license and was embarrassed for me and my guest. No to discrimination!!!!!
- 4/5
Staff was courteous & pleasant.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing
- 5/5
Great experience in spite of remodel staff so helpful and attentive
- 3/5
Staff is great. The room is a nice size. Update the cable tv channels. A few bugs in bathroom left from summertime; staff notified.
- 2/5
Other than our toilet not flushing or the throw up out front, this place has potential once the maintenance/renovation is complete. McDonald is real close and Victorias restaurant within walking distance was a nice spot for food and drinks.
- 3/5
Booked king bed on expedia but hotel said they did not have and wasn't sure why expedis had it.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Overall pleasant but breakfast was not worth it.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and even though the property was under renovation it was really nice
- 1/5
The property was under construction when we were there and the stay was less than desirable. I think hotels need to notify guests and reduce cost if the hotel is under construction. The entranceway was draped with tarps. When we ask the staff for pool towels they just said there are none. No help, no trying to get more. The shower had a high pitch squeal that was unbearable. The floor was unlevel. There was only one trash can in our room. We only had two bath towels in our room. It was really minor things that made the overall stay feel completely terrible.
- 3/5
No soap for bathroom sink. Used shower gel. Found an old box of candy in a drawer. Don’t remember seeing a notice the hotel was undergoing construction when I booked. Breakfast selection was poor and way way over priced. I was given a handy capped room which was awkward. Not at all sound proof. Could hear everything. Good location for my visit. Staff was very friendly

- 4/5
Front desk staff was very friendly, close to major areas. Great stay!
- 2/5
Noisy, no bar area, fire alarms going off. It was under remodel.
- 5/5
Property is under renovation
- 3/5
Nothing to say
- 4/5
The main entrance and lobby was under construction so we were limited on area to hang out other than our rooom.
- 5/5
Arrived a little early from out of town with 3 rooms reserved and staff was able to let us check into one room early thankfully to get ready for wedding with a 1 year old in our group. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was a bit of remodel/painting going on in the lobby but they did a good job of segregating it from the guests.
- 3/5
The hotel is under renovation. When I went to my room, they forgot to put any toilet paper in the bathroom. The bathroom and hallway floors were dirty. I told the front desk about it but she didn’t send anyone to clean it. They didn’t refill the coffee pods. The entire floor smelled like weed. I won’t be staying there again.
- 5/5
Was good
- 5/5
Although going through a renovation, this hotel was well-staffed, clean and a good value.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff!
- 1/5
Was told restaurant was open got there said it was closed on weekends pool and hot tub dirty. Will never use your services again. Sense we didn’t book direct they did not care.
- 3/5
My big complaint is the walls are very thin and I could clearly hear our neighbors talking very deep into the early morning. It wasn't terrible, and the bed was comfortable, but I don't think I'd stay here again.
- 5/5
Good place
- 2/5
Free breakfast 135 for night and no breakfast
- 4/5
Nothing to add
- 4/5
it was nice
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Very attentive staff
- 5/5
A very nice place to relax and unwind.
- 1/5
NO INTERNET NO NETFLIX DIRTY NO FOOD IT WAS HORRIBLE
- 5/5
Had a nice stay. The breakfast was very nice with an individually cooked omelet for $1 more than the continental breakfast option.
- 2/5
The hotel is undergoing renovations; however the bathroom shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were completely out. Called to have replaced twice and they never showed up. Went out for the day and when we came back, our door was open. Luckily nothing taken, but the hotel said they were doing rewiring. Never received any notice of this. The outside dog area had so many holes in the ground, it was unsafe to walk. The hotel smelled of pot when we arrived. No internet service the entire time.
- 4/5
The customer service, Beverly at the front desk is a delight!! She would always greet you coming in or going out, was very welcoming and kind. I needed an extra pillow and sheet in the later evening and she provided it for me quickly. Beverly's warm customer service is an asset to hotel.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Quiet and convenient.
- 4/5
The only thing like it is that we had to change key three times
- 5/5
The parking lot
- 4/5
Under construction
- 5/5
Classic Hilton property -- well kept and maintained
- 5/5
Hotel is newly renovated. Quiet and great for coming back from nearby concert. Continental Breakfast costs money which should be free.
- 3/5
We noted that a discarded piece of trash remained on the floor of the elevator overnight.
- 5/5
Although going thru a renovation, this property was clean, quiet, and a good value for the price. The staff member we met from the breakfast area (Tricia maybe?) was very personable and has the perfect personality to represent Hilton. All staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Needs to add hair dryers and more comfortable chairs
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 2/5
The room was out dated. There was a bad smell in the hallway towards our room. Two of the treadmills did not work. The pool was closed for whatever reason. The room was not worth the price we paid for.
- 2/5
I was on the 1st floor and between 7:00pm and 10:00pm There were children running and laughing and banging on my door and running away and yelling for their mom. I called the front desk and they said they would talk to them by 10PM it was still going on. I opened my door and told the mother who was coming down the hallway walking toward her children that this needs to stop- I have to work in the morning. She just pushed her kids into their room 2 doors down and they kept yelling etc. I had to call the front desk again and told them if this continued I'd have to be moved. It FINALLY stopped !!! by 10.30PM !!!!
- 5/5
Great location
- 1/5
Upon arrival we saw a sign noting they were doing construction. Not sure if this affected the air conditioning but the hallways were very hot. The Ac in the room was cool thank goodness. When we got to the room we could not connect to the internet. When I alerted the front desk they said I would have to call ATT for assistance. What?! I called and after sitting on hold for a bit and then being asked all kinds of questions about IP addresses and such I needed the call and headed to the front desk. The woman there informed me that the internet had not been working properly for WEEKS! I suggested that they alert people about this when they check in as internet is sometimes necessary. I explained that I had work to do and the woman was very dismissive and co descending acting as if she didn’t believe that I really had to work. I ended up having to pack up and leave the next day to find a hotel with internet. It was very much a terrible start to my weekend away.
- 2/5
O
- 4/5
Arrived after 11 pm. Needed to be buzzed in.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for the dirty rag left on countertop in front of the microwave.
- 5/5
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to Merriweather Post Pavilion. It was an easy drive to get there. The hotel is going through a renovation but you would not know aside from some boxes in the lobby. The hotel was understaffed at the front desk and with housekeeping so rooms were not ready 30 minutes after check in time. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic and asked everyone to be patient. I requested to change from what I reserved to what they had available and they were very accommodating. The hotel was clean and very quiet.
- 4/5
The only issue there was is the phone in the room had no dial tone! I had my 76 year old mom there who has health issues. At any point that I needed to call for service, I was unable to. I had questions, I had to take the elevator down to ask, I needed towels because the room was only prepped with ONE bath towel, had to go down to ask for towels. It was truly and excruciating pain the ass that part. If it wasn’t for sweet Beverly, I would have pitched a fit!
- 1/5
We were unable to get to sleep until late because of people making noise in the hallway. Then we were awoken at 5am by a couple next door who was arguing and slamming doors at 5 am. Then 3 hrs later we heard a different couple HAVING SEX LOUDLY. I want a refund but I have no idea how to file for one.
- 4/5
Then the third floor jas renovations goimg on and there was a lot of banging so we movec to first floor. Tha pool and jacuzzi were very clean and a nice temp. The staff nice.
- 5/5
- the carpet was unusually dirty - there was no body wash in the bathroom Overall the stay was pleasant but certainly could have been better.
- 1/5
Rooms are outdated, smells old mildewed. Ice machine broken on my floor. Shower head can’t be adjusted. Doors close hard, disturbing sleep.. wall paper peeling.. stay not worth the money. Please offer a free stay. Thanks
- 4/5
Staff was very polite
- 5/5
It was better than the other hotels up in Baltimore
- 2/5
The bathroom smelled live poop and the smell was disgusting and you could smell it in the room and in the halls. I complained but the maintenance guy said it smelled like poop everywhere. The toilet wasn’t flushing right either. Also there was toilet paper in the toilet every time we came back from somewhere like something had pooped in the bathroom flushed and wiped again leaving the paper in the toilet. They didn’t do anything to make it better either 🤔😔
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 4/5
It was a great stay near several food places
- 5/5
Not much to say but i did enjoy my stay while.
- 1/5
Room was not clean. Tub was very dirty. Pool was not able to be used. No one was available for specialty breakfast. Specifically brought my son to swim and have breakfast as a treat, was not a good choice.
- 2/5
Building smelled like cigarette smoke and is a non smoking facilty. Ice machine didnt work. Bathroom sink clogged. Advertised free breakfast but had to pay for hot food.
- 4/5
The staff were amazing at this location. Front desk reception and follow-up was outstanding and went above and beyond when we had issues. The first night, we realized our safety latch was broken and had to move rooms after 11 p.m. Your staff handled it promptly and went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary breakfast for the next day. Then on both weekend days we were woken up to extremely loud banging above our heads. We didn't complain the first day and assumed it was kids above jumping around. However, the second day it was even earlier in the morning and louder while we tried to sleep. We called downstairs, asking staff to address it. After a bit of time, it was not stopping, so we called again to ask staff to help. Staff called back within 5-10 minutes to inform us that this noise we had dealt with was construction occurring over our room and they were told to stop so early in the morning. This was very frustrating and we could not get back to sleep, but your team handled it with great professionalism and courtesy to us. We appreciated that. Your breakfast setup seemed to be short-staffed, but the lady who was working was wonderful and moving things very fast, especially for being the only person handling it all. The teammate at the front desk was also pitching in, which was so great to see. You can tell your staff care about your hotel and the people visiting. It was overall a positive experience minus all that construction.
- 5/5
The best hotel
- 2/5
Good location for traveling to and from the mall or casino lots of great food options close by! Hotel under construction says no smoking of any type but hallways reeked of weed and front desk was notified but nothing changed in 2days bedding ripped soiled had to be replaced bathroom there was cracks in flooring WiFi was in and out the whole stay went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work could not dial out pool area was definitely not what the online pictures showed hot tub very small
- 5/5
Quiet. Great breakfasts.
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
1 night in the room there was a very strong smell of someone smoking weed. The heating unit was pretty loud.
- 4/5
It’s alright
- 3/5
My only concern is that, they don’t serve breakfast
- 4/5
Staff should replenish coffee/tea supplies in room
- 5/5
Would stay here again
- 5/5
everything was great.would use again
- 2/5
Early morning noise. Carpets were dirty! Room had a bad smell. Front desk was very nice.
- 1/5
Terrible front desk have no idea whether the client pay or not for the room
- 5/5
Cleanliness
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Overall, the property was awesome! Specifics with our room…the handicap accessible room was right at the elevator (a plus)! Very spacious! However, the tub was filthy and the showerhead didn’t latch, only worked handheld. The toilet handle was also a little loose. And there was only one cart for luggage. We had to carry a lot of luggage to the 3rd floor. But the staff was very friendly and accommodating!
- 4/5
This place is good. However had an awful side with foot traffic in room above ours (person walked heavily and letting door the their room slam loudly). The HVAC unit was noisy in our room and made a funny noise, noticed once I turned the air on I began to experience a headache. Not sure if it the unit was malfunctioning or not. If I was to spend an additional nine get I would have ask for a different room.
- 3/5
Liked that they allowed pets. Staff is professional and friendly. Didn't like being forced to "become a member" to use their wifi. Their breakfast is slightly cheaper than the McDonald's across the street. They'll charge your room. Will not provide a cot on certain floors because it's a fire hazard.
- 3/5
All in all it served its purpose as a place to stay over night for a ln early hockey game the next morning.
- 5/5
Place is currently undergoing a renovation but it was very clean in my room, if old (old wallpaper and border that was peeling). Mattress was clean, carpets clean. Main complaint was the cost of the breakfast for the quality provided but all staff were really great.
- 1/5
The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There was no (zero) toilet paper in the room. The continental breakfast that all other hotel chains include in their state, Hilton charged 12.50 per person for. The complimentary bottles of water that all the other hotel chains provide were 3.00 a piece at Hilton. I will never stay at a Hilton again.
- 2/5
I am glad I was only there 2 days. Hot tub out of service, extended amount of time. They now nickel and dime you for everything. No free Buffet, $12.50 PP, House keeping every 4 days. WAter was $3 in the room. I am a Hilton member, they did nothing for me, I booked online. I emailed for an early check in, we left home at 3 am, they never got back to me Do I need to say more
- 4/5
Stay was great however check in took over an hour because hotels.com did not authorize/verify the correct amount on virtual credit card for check in. Took multiple phone calls to resurrect, very frustrating
- 4/5
Value for money.
- 1/5
The closest door almost fall on me .but God svave me
- 3/5
The room was very clean. The hallways and lobby were a little dirty. Overall it was a good stay. Wish the bar would have been open and food options available.
- 4/5
The property is in a convenient location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only 20-30 minutes from Baltimore. Check in was relatively good, although there was a computer problem that slowed things down a bit. Two of the men at check-in were cordial. One woman there was often reading a book. The room was in good shape and everything was clean.
- 4/5
personnel was fabulous. no AC in lobby a detriment
- 5/5
The air conditioner in the lobby doesn't work so it's too hot.
- 2/5
No ac in lobby also room smelled like dog urine, will not stay here again I’m a Hilton honors member fist time for something like this.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my short stay at this Hilton hotel. Check in was smooth and Elliot was pleasant and knowledgeable about local attractions. Overall this was a pleasant experience. I would book here again
- 2/5
Wallpaper was falling off the walls, armchair had stains, coffee make was broken, dirty plates/utensils on breakfast.
- 1/5
There was no ac working in the building except in the rooms . The lobby was hot . You go in the elevator and it feels like you’re going to suffocate . An on top of that I paid $250 a night . I realize all these problems the first ten minutes there and try to get my refund. They told me there not going to refund us. And they gave us a fan. I feel sorry for there workers who are working in those hot human conditions. A you have to pay for your complementary breakfast. Crazy
- 3/5
Our AC was not working on 7-30. It was 80 in our room. The condition for hair was at the sink not in the shower. No condition in the shower. Shower was slippery for us

Major renovations needed rooms were so old looking wall paper was peeling off wall and I had ants. House keeping called them self cleaning room but didn’t change sheets only made bed. I know because tissue I used the night before was in between sheets.

The property was clean and the staff was nice, I didn’t like the fact that my phone in my room on the desk did not work
