Great staff! Parking was 25 steps away.

I have stayed here several times because of its conveniently located near the people I am visiting. But overtime it seems like the room are not being maintained very well as I would like. In the bathrooms we have dealt with sagging curtain rods, torn shower curtains, and loose shower handles that will not stay in place. In the room itself, the carpets are dirty, and the beds were smashed on one side from people seating on the edge of the bed, making it so that it wanted to roll you out of the bed when you are sleeping. The fridge was fine, the air conditioning great, microwave was fine, the hot water was great, the TV was fine. The hotel breakfast gets a B, because of its a full standard hotel breakfast with warm eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, oatmeal, and waffles. There is also muffins, breads, and cold cereals. It is a good value compared to other nearby hotels, and I would stay again, but I am concerned about the lack of maintenance. They recently added a $6/night parking fee.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room was everything I expect at a Hampton Inn….BUT they added a charge for parking in their hotel parking lot! Not what I expect when paying $145 for a room in a suburb hotel off the highway!!

We have stayed at other Hampton Inns and that is why we chose this hotel. We regret our decision. There was one young man that worked the front desk who was pleasant and helpful with restaurant suggestions.
- 3/5
The breakfast counter wasn’t maintained well so the counter was often dirty and items missing and not replaced until we asked. Only had decaf or light coffee (no medium or dark roast like at other locations) so coffee was always empty, until we asked.

The carpeting in the rooms needs cleaning .

The premium WiFi really was stronger than most Internet connections was better than other facilities. No water in the refrigerator. Would have been good to see 3 bottled waters.

Went to room and left within 5 minutes. Despite reserving an accessible room with low bed, was told that none were available. My wife could not get on bed, so we had to drive all the way home that night.

BE ADVISED THO... A sort of negative surprise for us was when we discovered that toddler swim lessons were being given there on weekdays from 10 to 1. Because we have a developmentally delayed and blind adult son who LOVES to play in the pools, we had called ahead, inquiring about the availability of the pool and making sure there were no planned closures or maintenance. The woman did not mention the swim lessons when we called, nor did the front desk make us aware of them when we checked in. As conscientious adults, we felt pretty inhibited by the tiny tots learning to float and roll...we didn't want to splash or be loud or play Marco Polo (our son's absolute favorite) out of concern we might startle the tots. We briefly walked around in the water before returning to our room. Don't get me wrong, I'm not offended by the presence of the littles. When I spoke with the hotel manager, he assured me that it a was a corporate-sanctioned activity, and that we should be as noisy and splash as much as we wanted. So we did, and no one sucked in too much water from our playing. Baby swim lessons will be on my list of things to check in the future.

I always enjoy my stay when I visit these different places. You can sleep practically anywhere. These rooms are built for rest.

We booked a king room and were switched to two queens. Room cleanliness is going down hill from previous stays. Windows were filthy. The chair was also not very clean.
- 5/5
Stayed before and was great this time also.
- 3/5
Breakfast ok. Liked pool but it didn’t open till 9:00 a.m. - would have liked to swim earlier. I was charged for parking this time. Previous 3 stays I was not charged. The parking was an outside lot, unassigned spot, not covered and I parked my car myself. I don’t think this warrants being charged. No literature in room for tv instructions. No literature for pool hours. No literature at all.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. All of our interactions with multiple people were polite and friendly. The hotel offers many amenities including updated TVs, multiple outlets, and several lighting options. Everything was very clean, including the pool! We had multiple children swimming and tracking water through the lobby and they were so patient about it! Super convenient location. Honestly, no complaints from us!

- 5/5
Predictably comfortable and clean hotel with helpful staff
- 3/5
We were very disappointed with the bedding. The actual bed was so low to the floor (there was no box spring) and the pillows were subpar, there were no additional pillows available in the room, which is normally standard in most hotels we've stayed in the past. The staff was very polite and helpful, although we did not complain about the bedding to anyone.

The staff were nice Too many things to name but it is a disgusting hotel and they charge for parking, they also charge a $150 "incidentals" fee in addition to the room fee that I have not seen credited back to my credit card yet, as promised. Stay far far away from this nasty place.

The only bad thing was that most of the TV channels didn’t work on the last day that was Sunday. They didn’t hav3 anyone to fix it being Sunday. They did offer giving us a different room though.

Very nice, spacious room. Pleasant staff. The on-site groceries I feel should be a courtesy to the guests, not a money-making endeavor.

The room was very clean. The bathroom while it was clean, I would say it was ok, but not the best. Overall, I recommend staying here as it was great for the value.

The staff—Brandon H in particular, was great!
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean. Quiet. Good location. Breakfast was overcooked and/or was old/reheated.
- 1/5
The TV did not work in the room . They guarantee satisfaction but would not credit me for the inconvenience because I told them at checkout. I did not want someone in the room when I wasn’t there and I had Doctor appointments so I couldn’t be in the room . I would like to be reimbursed for the tv not working . Thank you.
- 4/5
room was clean. fresh towels were present.
- 5/5
It was a pleasant trip
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
The room was very clean, and the entire place was well-maintained. The breakfast was great! However, there’s a $6 daily parking fee. I stayed for only two nights, so it wasn’t a big deal, but for guests staying longer, it could add up. If you don’t want to pay the $6 daily parking fee, this might not be the right place for you. Especially for those staying several days, it might be better to look for a hotel that offers free parking.
- 3/5
Yes nothing special
- 5/5
This is quite possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. They room smelled wonderfully clean. The staff was amazing and text me to check and make sure I didn't need anything. Their service is hands down the best. You can tell they care about their hotel, it's staff and the customers. Will stay here again! And because of this Hampton, I am now than likely going to stay at others!

Our stay was very relaxing while in the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the beds were very comfy. The only negative thing I have to say is that the breakfast was just ok.

Staff wax amazing as usual. I love staying here. Also they gave us a room especially designed for my daughter who is HoH and that eased my anxiety a ton. I will always stay here.
- 3/5
The bed was absolutely horrible; sat very low to the ground. Not something I would expect at a Hampton Inn hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! We were close to the city without being right there.
- 4/5
Several options for breakfast. Excellent variety.
- 5/5
Large room that was clean and service was good. No complaints
- 3/5
Always like staying at a Hampton Inn, rooms were basically clean my only complaint, we were there for two nights, we had to call for clean towels, which they came right away, but room was not replenish with TP or tissues and trash was not emptied, overall, I think the hotel could use a refresh, staff was great, no complaints there.
- 4/5
Some poor soul woke up this morning with no wheels on their Honda Civic... at least they left it on concrete blocks... happened after 11pm sometime
- 2/5
I did not get two queens as I paid for in my confirmation. How will I be compensated. My cousin had to crawl on the ground on the sidewalk and up the steps because there was no ramp at the door in the back of the hotel near the last available parking space.
- 5/5
The bed was great, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was hearty.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room. King size bed was the right firmness. Nice breakfast included. This is our preferred place when visiting our grandchildren
- 5/5
This was a great place for my dog to stay with me. There were several doggy poop bag supply stations outside the hotel. The hotel neighborhood had sidewalks on both sides of street to walk my dog. The $75 rate for my dog’s entire 5 day stay with me was very reasonable.

The flush in the toilet was broken, yet the room was still allocated to me. The iron provided in the room was completely non-functional. The face wash sink was clogged, and water would not drain properly. The bathtub had the same issue—water was not flowing at all. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, but when I went at 7:10 AM, there was nothing available. There was no provision for water in the rooms or even on the floors; only a single location in the entire hotel provided it. I even have photos of these issues to support my experience. For a brand like Hampton, I expected at least basic facilities to be in working condition, but unfortunately, this property failed on nearly every count. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here, as it could turn into a very unpleasant stay.

Inconvenience with
- 3/5
The key machine was broken, so it was a bit of a struggle to get a key to our room (couldn't get 2), the credit card machine wasn't working so it was really hard to check in (but at least it got us out of paying for the unexpected parking fee that wasn't advertised on Expedia), and the kitchen was out of order, so their was no breakfast/coffee which was really disappointing. The staff were really nice, though.

My go-to hotel for staying in Columbia. Clean, quiet, well maintained, and centrally located. Breakfast is good and gym is well equipped. Note: the $6 parking fee was a surprise.
- 3/5
Breakfast was below average for this level of hotel: pastries that would have been good given 20 seconds of warming in a microwave (but instead they were ice cold and hard as a rock, and there was no microwave in the dining area), scrambled eggs from powder, and bacon that just wasn't right. (Good sausage however!) And the hot water for tea tasted like stale coffee, which is unfortunately all too common these days, because coffee carafes get re-used for hot water.) Overall, this is a very serviceable hotel, and I feel like a manager with a drive to get the small things right could make this a truly 5-star experience.
- 5/5
Although there were signs that they were renovating the property was great. Staff was great. No complaints.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming, area was always well lit and clean, the room was a good size and we had a great time

I checked out early the room smelled of cigar smoke and moldy. I bed cover was dirty. I never took my shoes off because the carpet was filthy. The bed was very low to ground which smelled. I could not even shower there. ..
- 1/5
As soon as we entered, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and my son, who has a dust allergy, couldn't sleep well all night due to constant sneezing. The service and cleanliness were not satisfactory.
- 4/5
My only real issue is that at my check in I stood waiting for a bit for the desk clerk to attend to me as she sat in a room next to the desk watching a show. That's certainly a bad first impression of the facility being that that's the first person the guests encounter. Otherwise, the room was clean as well as the hallways. (Parking semi sucks at night though)
- 3/5
Rooms was spacious.Sheets and towels clean, but room was stinky, not sure why prob the carpet.Front desk stuff very nice. Breakfast.... only 1 toaster not enough for everyone.
- 5/5
The lady who was in charge of breakfast was very nice and always had a smile.
- 4/5
breakfast was good but they had no coffee because the machine broke. They should of went to Dunkin Donuts and bought boxes of coffee already made.
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay, every time I’m in the area I stay there.
- 3/5
Convenient location. Variety of breakfast selection was good. However, they had NO coffee available for guests. Very disappointed and so were many other guests.
- 3/5
I did not like the fact that i had to oay fir parking.
- 3/5
The breakfast was VERY disappointing. They had no waffle batter and no eggs other than hard boiled. Most hotels have at least bananas, not just green apples and offer bottled water. It also was a little noisy at night. We could hear the people in the next room. It was clean and had plenty of clean towels in the bathroom.
- 3/5
a) why wasn't this outrageous fee disclosed in advance and b) why have it anyway??!! It's totally unacceptable. I've been at hotels all over the country, as well as in many other countries and have never encountered this. When I did get to my room, I found a notice that they provide housekeeping every other day. Not since the pandemic have I seen this. EVERY hotel I've stayed in since 2021 provides daily housekeeping.
- 5/5
Check In was fast and the gentleman at the desk was very kind. The Breakfast was probably one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Only one issue I felt may need some attention is the elevator on the right as it moved as door was opening and closing and was a little shaky. Other then that property and stay was geat!
- 4/5
We booked a room because our house is for sale in Columbia, and I booked last minute-the only problem is the pool was closed, that was very disappointing, but other than that everything was fine, thank you!
- 5/5
Really lovely hotel. We had to relocate suddenly from a nearby hotel due to an emergency situation and it was way nicer and a very comfortable place to shake off the terrible experience.
- 3/5
I traveled here with a friend to attend an event in the area. Was so not expecting to pay a per car parking fee of $6/night. Because we traveled separately this was doubled. Can’t believe that wasn’t included on the booking information. On top of that there was a programming problem with the room lock and a few times I could t get into the room. The hotel staff said “there isn’t anyone here who can help with that” so it was a roulette of tapping many many times until the temperamental lock would open the room. Rather disturbing that even the master key of the staff wouldn’t even open it. All in all not an awful stay but I’ll look for other options next time I am traveling in the area

Excellent, as always.

Great

It was clean and quiet. Staff was awesome.

While checking on there was presumably a guest who was integrated by members of the local police office. It made check in challenging and prompted me go seek another means to enter the building with my family to avoid the interaction.

Everything

We were sent to a room that was not cleaned and had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. Hardly an apology was given for the oversight. We room and hall smelled of marijuana. Our neighbor was noisy and disruptive.

The young lady at the front desk was awesome, she made me feel welcomed.

It was a good stay and breakfast was good also

Rooms are clean and as described. Breakfast was perfectl, a lot of items to choose from. Not so pet friendly as there is a 75 a night pet fee. Also there is a $6 a night car fee, not sure why?

They did not provide breakfast for us which was one of the reasons why we chose to stay there and they did not comp us anything off the price even though breakfast was not included
- 2/5
Upon checking in we found a note in the elevator stating that there would not be breakfast. We booked the hotel because it had breakfast included. We didn’t even see the sign in the elevator because we used the stairs for some of our trips up and down. The elevator was the only place that notified people. There was also empty bottles in the shower so when we went to shower, there was no shampoo left and the body wash was also empty. The bedding was also very thin and didn’t keep us warm and the pillows had zero support. We were mostly annoyed about the breakfast and lack of communication or effort to rectify the problem.

Comfortable bedding, great room darkening shades, good size refrigerator, great location near shopping centers, friendly staff. However, breakfast was less than mediocre: staff slow to replenish food items, there were no napkins the second day there. Asked staff for napkins and was told “no napkins.” Turkey sausage was inedible. They charge $5 per night for parking even though hotel is located in the suburbs. Didn’t see anyone tending the parking lot either. My husband has a disability. Asked if they charge for handicapped parking and was told yes. Have never heard of such a thing. Very shabby way to treat guests and tarnishes Hilton’s name.

Room were clean and comfortable. Did not care for having to pay $5.00 for parking, but besides that enjoyed stay.

No windows, then room/hallway had a musty smell. Breakfast did not taste good. Eggs were sour, juice were watered down too much. Room could use some improvement, replacing old/yellow trims in bathroom. Was fine for a night of intermediate stay, wouldn’t be able to stay longer

Clean, comfortable, and decorated in great taste. A great place for us to spend a night on a long road trip.

Our stay was fine. The bed pillows need to be replaced as they were super lumpy. They charged us $5 per night to stay in their parking lot - that's a first. Overall, it was okay. Won't stay there again.

Safe and accessible within city limits.

The service, staff and convenience was perfect. Very accommodating! The pool wasn't warm enough for me but it was a cold day outside. But the sheets! So rough and scratchy that i wont go back. Too bad because it has so many good points. Lots of breakfast choices and good coffee availability.

Such a difference in the Friday staff as compared to the Saturday staff. I had called ahead to find out about late check in as our vehicle had broken down out of state. The man answering the phone seemed annoyed that he even had to answer the phone. When we arrived at 10:15pm the woman at the front desk just pointed to the descriptives in our room key sleeve but I noticed she took time to point out and discuss the breakfast area with the gentleman checking in after us. The Saturday morning staff were wonderful! Smiling and greeting us the second we got off the elevator. The breakfast attendant was sweet and joking with all the patrons. The food was great. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh. The area was quiet even by the elevator.

I was disappointed that I had confirmation for 2 queen beds but there was only a king bed available at registration. Also that there is a 5 dollar fee for parking each night. Services have been cut(room cleaning every other day-which is ok but then the guests are charged charged to park in an out door lot. You are providing less room service but are now charging to park. You win on both accounts but customer loses services.

Have stayed several times. Always quiet and restful. Probably the best maintained hotel we stay in.

I reserved 16 rooms for 3 nights. Hard to contact the manager. Staff were not polite and kind. They asked parking fee $5/day to my guests.
