Water was dirty, i was brusshing my theet ,and then saw the water, just spill the thooth paste out, with out the water, also when i took a shower i could smell the clorox. Anyway there was some other small stuff too, but not really importnt! Overall i would say your choice if you want to stayed.

The room had a very strong mildew odor, very uncomfortable bedding we all did not get a good nights sleep, my child couldn’t go swimming due to the amount of bees hovering the pool area and there was a lot of trash in the pool area too. The breakfast was ok it’s a small area and over crowded with people swarming the food, we will not be returning to this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

I like that the staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The breakfast is always great and there’s always oat milk in the refrigerator. It’s the small things that stands out the most.

Another fantastic stay! Hotel is clean, staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, pool is clean and well maintained and breakfast was delicious with a large variety of fresh offerings.

The place was pretty clean. The amenities and the breakfast was wonderful every morning. We only have one problem. We had no housekeeping for one day and we really needed it. Other than that I could give it a four.

The room had a weird smell to it. When my wife arrived later that evening she said it smelled like mildew or pee. Mind you she has a nose to smell anything. Took a shower the next morning and noticed tons of water outside of the shower, after I wiped it noticed it coming out of the wall. I told staff and they sent a maintenance guy to come replace whatever was the problem. Later that day I was sitting on the couch and noticed a stain on the area she said smelled funny. The TV is outdated, contains no smart apps to watch Netflix or other shows. I definitely won’t be coming back to holiday inn, rather spend extra money to stay somewhere else.

Is very good everything

Easy check in, comfy bed, spacious room and great breakfast. The only drawback is the loud trains that you hear when at the pool. The tracks are right behind the hotel and you can even hear it from the room.

Good location to get to both Riverside and San Bernardino. Rooms were adequately clean and maintained. We stayed in a room with one king bed and it was quite spacious. Staff was really helpful. We will stay there again.

When I turned the thermostat off his sneezing stopped as well but his allergy symptoms already started . He’s got allergy to dust , black mold , cackroach , and dogs and cats and smoke that’s why I asked for the room to be cleaned well .

I really appreciated the friendly people and staff and the safety of the area. Also the lobby was very clean and welcoming. They had a coffee machine operating in the lobby for guests at all times. Which was really nice. Excellent service and very inviting for families. I did hear weird noises on the roof that seemed to be an animal or creature of some sort. I was on the very top floor and in the middle of the night for only a few seconds could hear noises of skittering on the roof or in an attic space. Very strange and a bit creepy.

The staff was amazing, but the location is really not ideal. My dead bolt didn’t work and there were homeless people living in the parking lot and wandering the building. I watched one of them peeing by his car one morning. Being alone there with my daughter, I felt completely unsafe. The water from the sink came out white, and there was a weird smell to the room. I can see how hard the staff is trying and they really did their absolute best, but I would never stay here again for the other reasons listed.

This property is right off of the freeway. The train passes by and you can hear it clearly thus your sleep will suffer! get air plugs if you stay here. The room itself was ok, but the property was very dirty and needs TLC. The person that checked us in was nice, this was around 9pm. I had to ask for earplugs and went back down, different person was at the desk, she was rude for no reason and didn't even look at me when I asked for the earplugs, she just set them on the counter next to her so I could grab them. However, the lady that was doing the service for breakfast next morning, she was extremely nice, Hispanic lady who was very helpful and making sure everyone was well taken care of. The continental breakfast was good.

Lots of trash behind mirror. Towels in the bathroom were dirty. We asked for room service 3 times and not once did they come clean our room nor gave us clean towels.

Kind staff. My only complaint is there is railroad next to this, and every hour there was loud train horn all night!

The AC unit was broken, blowing freezing air regardless of the setting, and even after being 'replaced,' it made loud noise all night. Additionally, the bedside lamp was broken and blinking which was not replaced inspite of requesting. The biggest issue is the shower—it fluctuates between burning hot and freezing cold, a known issue mentioned in previous reviews that management ignores. Despite sweet talk at the front desk and promises to send an "engineer", no one ever came to fix the issues. I will not be returning.

The rooms were clean with clean bathrooms. Ample parking with nice breakfast. The only thing that annoyed me was noise of the vehicles from the main road. Rest everything was good.

Our family of four had a simple but high quality experience here. All we needed was a fun pool and jacuzzi, quiet rooms with comfy beds, and a variety of breakfast options. This place delivered. It’s near the train tracks so you will hear the whistle blowing, but for me that felt soothing and quaint. Other than that, it was really quiet. Even on a full weekend, we barely heard other guests. Breakfast had high quality and hot options. The fresh pancakes were a hit. Free coffee all day in the lobby. The jacuzzi was nice and hot (although the jets were broken). Staff were helpful and friendly. When we come to town next year, we will plan to stay here again!

Stayed for a week here while we visited Disney, great stay overall. Clean room, staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast was great! Would recommend for a family. Great spot!

I found wet towels in the pull out coach/bed. Hotel was sold out so we couldn't change rooms. We requested new bedding and everything we was brought was the wrong sizes. Also hair was found inside the sheets on the King size bed

I paid for and reserved a king bed but was given a queen. There was a $200 deposit which I felt was insane. Breakfast was good but it was the same everyday. Trash was under the sofa. You could hear everything in the hall and the train outside was loud.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, room looked impeccable and had the comfiest pillows. I did some laundry and they had change for me, and detergent. Glad I could count on them for my needs. Will stay again for the upcoming holidays when I come back and visit family!

We ended up extending our stay by an extra night because my daughter became extremely sick and couldn’t stop throwing up. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding during that time. They came and removed the soiled items without hesitation, provided extra towels, toothbrushes, and even shaving cream when we needed it, and were consistently helpful without making us feel uncomfortable or rushed. Extra pillows and a comforter were also provided as requested. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was genuinely delicious. I really appreciated that they offered turkey sausage, since I don’t eat pork, and the omelets were excellent. Both my son and I really enjoyed them. The pool and spa area were clean and well maintained. The hot tub was hot and comfortable, which was a big plus. I wasn’t a fan of the 10 PM closing time, but that’s only because I enjoyed using it so much. I also used the laundry room during our stay. It cost $2.50 per load, so doing two loads came out to $10, which felt a bit pricey, though I’m not sure how that compares to current laundry costs elsewhere. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and easily my favorite hotel from our entire trip!

My only complaint was that the shower was very difficult to operate. We had to call the front desk to ask how to turn it on.

I was in room 143 and was quite surprised that the coffee maker wasn’t pluged in the power outlet. So at 5:30 this morning , I got to pull the table out and crawl around under the table and on the floor so I could enjoy my coffee. Every other time I have stayed at a hotel the coffee maker has been plugged in. Is this a new policy?

This is the worst place I’ve stayed in mind you I’ve stayed in motel6 before we found roaches in our room and when I brought it to the front desks attention all she said was “okay” I then explained to her that I don’t wanna take those home with me she then offered to switch us rooms keep in mind this is all at 1 am she then proceeded to move us to the 4th floor and when it was time for us to check out the elevators stopped working thus making us carry all of our belongings down four flights of stairs wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna take some pets home with you

I booked 1 room with 2 queen bed three week back. we arrived at 11pm after 7 hrs driving. I gave my id and card that usually we do. First 20 mints he was trying to do search some thing then he asked so confirmation email etc. i showed book on my Expedia app. Then after 30/40 mints he told there is no booking on your name, before him some person worked and gave that reservation to someone else. We do not have any more room left. I have asked to call manager , he said no one available now, then keep checking keep asking after 1 hr he called someone and told as complimentary without no charge I can give you kind bed with sofa bad. I told him if I have booked 2 queen there are some reason what complimentary you giving. We did not option as it was 12:30 already. We came in room that sofa bed so uncomfortable and there were no duvet cover, we asked on reception it came duvet cover with hole all over I took pic of it. It is so bad experience not going to book again in any Holliday inn express. They overbooked what is point to book 3 week ahead.

Very quiet and nice place to stay close to UCR. Friendly staffs and lots of parking space . Always my first preference when I travel to riverside

Everyone here is so helpful. Breakfast is great.

Breakfast was fun and the attendant was pleasant and bilingual and didn’t seem to mind being the maestra de desayuno.

Room was ok except no USB ports for charging so make sure you take your own charging block. Furniture seemed somewhat old but not bad. Breakfast was great! Definitely the highlight

We were there 7 days because off a fire and the kindness we were shown was genuine from the front desk and beyond and on the day of departure told we’ll be missed❤️ I will definitely recommend this location.

This hotel is just an average stay nothing special. Not a place to stay if you’re on a tight budget they require a $200 deposit which they hold for several days and I’m assuming the majority of the people that are going to choose this hotel don’t want $200 of their hard earned money being held for several days. I’ve stayed at exclusive hotels that don’t charge you a $200 deposit and hold it for several days and if you stay at a hotel that has a significant deposit they release it as soon as you check out not three, five, or seven business days later.

We had a previous bad experience with Quality inn so we had to book holiday inn and was great

Good breakfast, confortable room and bed. In general it was good stay. Only downside was that TV is not smart and even though there was cable, the remote control was a universal remote so you nees to surf the channels one by one. Also thre lid cover for the remote was loose and the batteries kept on falling from the remote.

Exactly what I needed. Other than the ignorant person that knocked on there door for twenty minutes at two in the morning.an there not being bacon like the breakfast picture showed.

Convenient location for our destination. Quiet rooms even with the hotel just off the highway. Good breakfast too.

I leave the city of lights to come to a city and get charged a whopping 200.00 deposit. I have never had to pay a deposit in any Vegas property. Makes me wonder about the property as I have stayed with IHL before. Given he wrong room key at the same time as another couple lifes little mistakes. But clean and the noise in the morning. No sleeping in.

The staff was friendly and polite. The he continental breakfast was good. There was gluten free food, oat and almond milk options.

This hotel is pretty average. If your looking for clean place to shower and sleep. It's good. The walls are really thin and there was lots of sketchy people. The room next to me had at least 6 people in it and they were loud. Arguing and slamming doors. Breakfast was great, And the staff was friendly. Probably won't be returning.

I have stayed here a few times in the past and my stay has always been great. Easy check in process, secured parking kot, clean rooms and good breakfast. Downside is the freight train whistle that can be heard from time to time

The front desk agent who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming—he even recognized us on our way out, which really stood out and made the experience feel more personal. The room itself was standard but very clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. The pool was a bit dirty when we used it Saturday afternoon, but by the time we returned that evening to use the hot tub, it looked like someone had taken the time to clean it up, which we appreciated. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—nothing fancy, but definitely a nice perk to have included, along with parking. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Riverside!

The easy of access to the property. The staff was polite. Room was relatively clean. Noise level was fine. Its a little worn in areas but decent enough.

I booked this place based on all these good reviews. The hallway by the elevators smelled like marijuana smoke. The room smelled like a pet groomer and had a weird powdery smell. They had the ac set to turn off during the night which made the rooms super hot and uncomfortable. The ac stayed on all day long but as soon as it hit 10pm they turned them off. The pool was not monitored and was full of drunk adults who had bottles at the pool and they were telling their kids to just pee in the pool because they didn't want to take them to the bathroom. overall I would not stay here again. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. It wasn't as good as the reviews stated.

There was a power outage upon arrival, we were on the 4th floor and had to walk up the stairs with our bags in dark. No electricity so no AC ... we wanted to leave bit weren't offered a refund. The bed was disgusting.. we weren't offered even a discount, the electricity outage lasted till 2-3 am so basically the first night was very uncomfortable
