Everything was fine

The room was nice and clean with great AC.

It’s an older hotel. I think the AC was broken the hallways and lobby was stale air. We were only there for a night so we were comfortable enough but definitely wasn’t my favorite experience. Staff seemed kind enough though, and as long as you’re prepared for an older hotel with older amenities, then you’ll be good

This place is a complete money grab. Management attempted to keep my deposit by falsely claiming I was smoking in the room. On a previous stay, they also tried to charge me for “damaged” towels because I used them on the bathroom floor to prevent water from getting everywhere. If floor mats were provided, that wouldn’t have been necessary. Between the false accusations and constant attempts to charge guests for questionable reasons, I will never stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Sadly, nothing. This was the most frustrating vacation... Their card machine didn't work. On top of the fact that $150 deposit is a ridiculous amount (especially for a broken down hotel), they then wanted $200 deposit in cash. (7 days later and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. They tried to tell me my card didn't work. I had just used it 15 min before I got there, at the gas station. I never experienced a more frustrating check in process. I couldn't believe they wouldn't even give me my money back for the room I reserved even though the deposit issue was due to their machine. I refused to lose my money so I said "we are figuring this out one way or another.".. finally they got their machine to work, we got into our room and it wasn't even fully cleaned. The location was not good. Pretty sketchy. If the price to stay there was 60 or 70 ok fine but for 140? No. My daughter was so bummed and she had been so excited for 2 weeks to go out of town. Such a bummer.

Hotel was good old fashion though needs upgrade. we were there for a soccer tournament and having breakfast was very convenient and really good. Guest above our room was making a lot of noise other than that. Very good!!

Additionally, every time I re-entered the property, my room key stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. Even though I kept the key in my backpack and away from my cell phone, as suggested by the staff, the problem continued. Another major concern was the extremely loud noise that started around 4:00 AM each morning, which significantly disrupted my sleep and overall experience.

Clean room; staff pleasant but could have been more accommodating as we happened to be there a little early for the check in we had to wait otherwise we would have been charged a fee for early check in likewise for checkout as we were there for my brother’s funeral and prayer meeting. Otherwise no complaints.

Property was clean and safe. Parking lot fenced, but not gated. Room was nice and clean. Smelled fresh. Neighbors were heard through ceiling and hallways. Noise curfew hours should be set.

The hotel itself was okay. Clean enough and reasonably comfortable for a short stay. However, the staff experience really brought it down. They were unhelpful, seemed disinterested, and at times came across as rude. With better customer service, this place could be much better, but as it stands, I wouldn’t rush back. The male working early in the am was completely rude.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The shower was not good. More water came out of the bottom plunger thing that the shower head. And the morning I left my car had been broken into. They went through the whole car looking something worth stealing and left a mess. They stole two pairs of reading glasses and an old pair of glasses I had in a case in the glove compartment.

You get what you pay for. Very well priced, but quality is not the best. Very dusty behind beds and light stand. Rear hotel door was broken so anyone can come in to hotel as they please. Staff was very friendly good breakfast. Pool was pretty dirty

The room itself was nice, but the beds were clearly very old. I could not sleep well on broken down old springs! They really need to update that. Otherwise, the day was fine. Two Queen beds for $114 via hotels.com.

I reserved a 2 bed room when I got there it wasn't avaliable so i had to getva room with a couch that pulls into a bed i couldn't sleep the whole night very uncomfortable and got charged for both rooms staff was no help at all

The hotel apparently has a policy of making a copy of your credit card you use to pay for the room and incidental's. They make a full copy of your credit card number with cvc and expiration and a copy of your id for their files. Very unsafe for individuals staying there . Easy for them to steal your credit card information or identify theft. Easy for them or any of their staff to steal or sell your information. I didn’t like that. That policy is not stated no where for customers to know before arriving. Also the hotel stinks as soon as you walk in has a distinct old smell. The room was hot and smelled like old , dust , musty carpet smell.

My family was very disappointed that the swimming pool was very dirty and cold. The jacuzzi was also dirty, cold and completely out of order. We all wanted to use it to relax and enjoy. I told the front desk and she did not really care about it. Big disappointment.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and a jacuzzi and none of those were available when we got there. Front end person said blames it on the owner. Also we are a family of 5 and had a room with two queen beds plus the sofa bed. Sofa mattress was disgusting and had metal inside the mattress. Could not sleep at all. Terrible experience.

During our stay that was prepaid for five nights we had lost our room key and was waiting for the front desk lady during that time her two friends covered in tattoos were running around looking for her too, and they asked if we knew where she was. I said I was waiting for a new room key to be made when her either friend or boyfriend reached over-the-counter mind you not an employee there reached over-the-counter and made a room key for my room. We felt unsafe and immediately left. It’s a very sketchy hotel. I do not recommend it to anybody.

The door to room did not lock and felt unsafe. The sink in the bathroom leaked and got out toiletries wet. Poor quality in the rooms. Pull out couch mattress was thin, felt like sleeping on metal poles and was not comfortable. Will not sty here again, do not recommend.

Satay was ok, I pay $50 dollars for early check in. At first front desk had said it would be $35 and he needed up charging $50. Rooms were clean but we stay and the second floor. We little could hear everything the third floor was doing. The steps the bed everything. I only sleep about 2 hours.

The breakfast is nice for continental choices including sweets, granola, yogurt, bananas, and the coffee station is well stocked. The eggs are good just don't expect any sausage, bacon, etc.

Extra sofa bed was stained and no sheets on it. Elevator not working when we were going to our room. Had to request new room because the room smelled like sewer. I was surprised because my previous stay was good.

Clearly extremely overpriced because the escape concert nearby. I have managed at a BWS plus and it was below standards. Could be a I little better. Better bathroom curtains, a sitting chair in the room, working ice machine, refrigerator turned on etc….. I would not recommend. It was not worthy the higher price to be close to the event.

I've stayed here several times in the past, but the Cobain of the property has deteriorated. The elevator broke down while I was in it. Only trapped for five minutes, but it was concerning when I reported the problem to the front desk and they responded, "Again!" Used the starway for the remainder of my stay. In addition, the room had a strange odor which caused some discomfort. I will probably look elsewher on my monthly business trips to this area.

I picked this hotel because of its vicinity to a funeral I was in town for. The bed looked great but it had a huge indent on one side and lumpy on the other. The shower curtain was too short and water got onto the floor. There were several suspicious looking people around the property that looked homeless and indecent. I would pick some where else if possible.

The only problem we had was with the keycard not working with our hotel room. Apparently there was a mix up and our card unlocked a different room. Had to go and exchange it 3 times… overall great stay. Also the breakfast was great.. they had salsa verde and tortillas which I’ve never seen before but such a great option.

Night person was very kind and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable. When coming down to breakfast the person at breakfast and then what appeared to be a manager questioned our room #, number of people in room and their ages. We had indicated this both on booking and check in. I was with a 7 and 12 year old. And we were assured breakfast was free but we needed to check in for the FREE breakfast to ensure how many kids and adults we had. But again…no charge for the breakfast and no separate food distinction between kid food and adult food. It was very uncomfortable. As if we were trying to “get away” with something. And believe me, breakfast was not special enough to be questioned by what appeared to be management about our children’s ages.

The floor in the bathroom was sticky. There were dirty hand prints on the bathroom door frame. The carpet is disgusting. The room smelled like urine, and on the way out we discovered some dog poop on the carpet! Breakfast was alright.

I got a handicapped room and I should have returned to the front desk and mention this but I was tired and the room was fine. The issue was in the shower. It doesn’t accommodate a non handicap person, water gets everywhere and I was scared of slipping. Breakfast was great, parking too.

The hotel is in rough neighborhood. I felt safe personally but wasn't sure my car was safe. Lot's of homeless types hanging around the parking lot. Marijauna smoke prevalent.

Only complaint is with the front desk clerks. Both at check-in and check out. Check out clerk refused to provide a receipt or some type of confirmation that I was checked out and no further charges would be applied.

I would suggest getting longer shower curtain & shower heads spouts were squirting in different directions so water came out of shower & made a mess on bathroom floor. Staff very knowledgeable & friendly. Breakfast was good.

Very dissatisfied with my stay. On the night of arrival Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly and no cold water was being released from the shower head. We called the front desk and they sent someone to fix the issue but they were unable too and said that a manager was gonna be sent up and nobody came. I had to proceed to fix the toilet on my own which is absurd because I payed top dollar for a “Deluxe” room.

This has been the best stay experience I’ve had. I wasn’t expecting much but I was very pleased the breakfast was really good and the hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

quiet place to stay

When we were there (it was for 2 nights) the elevator was not working. We didn't mind doing the stairs, but I did see a couple with their adult disabled son and they were caring him down the stairs. I did feel bad for them because it would have been very helpful to fix the elevator ASAP.

The only issues were there was no heated pool, there were several people smoking pot on our floor and the elevator was broken.

The room was clean & had microwave & refrigerator & had a wonderful breakfast. Something for everyone. Had a Subway in walking distance. Elevator was broken, but accommodated me with a room on ground floor room,

The elevators were not working, so I had to use the stairs and I have a bad knee, but everything else was good

The place is ok, but I think I was unlucky to have an Out of Service elevator while staying in the third floor.

Lift was not working so we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Breakfast was not as good as a Great Western we had stayed at the previous night so a little disappointing. Staff were friendly but slow on checking in. Don’t be put off by it’s location to a freeway - you don’t hear the traffic.

Heather was great to check in with. She arranged for a room to be ready right away and took the extra time to update my profile.

Overall was good except for a situation that happened. The microwave glass plate felt on the floor. And after repotting to the receptionist, the glass plate was replaced. But no assistance in cleaning it. At least provide the tools to pick it up. On my way to check out, I got charge for it. And when I questioned why not a service to clean it. I was informed that not one is available at night. I believe something should be done because as a guest u are pretty much by yourself at night. Among our family members, I have a five year old child which I was paranoid she might get hurt with the broken glass. I’m 6 month pregnant and had to asked my old father to assist me in doing his best to put the glasses at a corner.

It was actually a lot cleaner and quieter than I expected for the location. I love that the door was kept locked at night for the safety of the guests. The complimentary breakfast was great and again fresh and clean. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

I stayed here for two nights and it was a great choice. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the staff was nice, the shower had hot water and good water pressure, the breakfast had good quality and selection, and it is conveniently located next to shopping and the freeway. It's true that the surrounding area is not the best, but the hotel is a bit of an oasis surrounded by nice trees and plants and seemed to be set apart from the surrounding neighborhood. I felt safe. Also, there was ample parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

Saturday night 9/21/24 my wife and I had just got back from an event late in the evening roughly around 11:45pm. Our hotel key didn't work so we went to have it fixed at the front desk. Twenty minutes later while I'm in the shower and my wife is on her phone looking at Facebook, she receives a call from the front desk with a noise complaint from our room. My wife said she must have the wrong room, because our room is quiet. We didn't even have the television on. But the front staff insisted it was coming from our room. So my wife angrily said "Whatever" and hung up the phone. She knocks on the bathroom door and tells me there was a noise complaint against us. I was shocked and said "Noise?!" We don't even have the tv or anything on! They must have the wrong room." She said that's what she tried to tell the front staff. But they wouldn't have any of it. On checkout Sunday morning we told the morning front desk staff what transpired before we left. We were pretty offended and will not be staying at this location again.

Front desk staff was very attentive. I believe her name was Tanya ? She mentioned everything about the hotel and eating areas . Housekeeping staff were very sweet and generous. The only thing that did bother me and scared me was the creepers in the parking lot when we first checked in as if he was creeping to see who to get. And there was a homeless passed out as soon as we opened the door. A little scary and sketchy . Maybe security or management can nicely kick them out. Other than that the hotel itself was nice and all staff members were awesome.
