Wish there was more fresh fruit at the breakfast and they were out of oatmeal at 830a. If the breakfast is available till 10a, it would be nice if things could be replenished

The shower was tepid. It was one of the most disappointing showers I have ever had. I cranked the hot water to the max, and I got room temp water. The staff implied the would speak with maintenance but in the end, didn't help fix my problem. If you want to go back and relax with a movie on their TV, good luck. Everything has to buffer every 15 seconds or so.

I liked the location and one of the staff members, Susan, was super hlepful. She was understanding and able to accomodate a room change that I requested. One morning there wasn't enough staff and so breakfast wasn't available. The walls are very thin. The first room I was placed in was just under the stairs, by the outside door, and next to the pool and housekeeping. I was woken up multiple times with the noise. I did request a different room the next day and I was able to switch.

I chose to stay here on Thanksgiving eve because I needed a room with a full kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the staff they were extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. My sons favorite part was the proximity to the airplane restaurant.
- 5/5
Young lady who checked my daughter and I in was very pleasant and assisted us fully.

Great breakfast, large room, quiet, very helpful front end staff

Everything was great!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Colorado Springs South. The staff was amazing!! Loved the breakfast options as well. My only issues were a couple of dead bugs in the room, and the bed was not as soft as I remembered it being for a TownePlace from stays in the past; maybe it's my pregnancy (lol). Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely recommend friends and family staying here, and plan to stay here again myself in the future.
- 5/5
Great location to airport and friendly staff
- 4/5
Our stay here was awesome, Melissa made the best breakfast experience, she was very hospitable and kept the breakfast full and clean! The night shift desk staff, Mike, was amazing, he gave us great ideas for visiting and dining. A few of the daytime staff seemed a bit standoffish, but overall, it was an excellent stay.
- 3/5
We booked a three day stay and the pool was closed for two of the three days. Also the breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9;00 which seems really short for breakfast hours, by 8:30 all the food was gone. It would be great if the breakfast goes until 9:00 that all food items are there for that period of time. FInall, we requested a room cleaning, and they said it was done but the room was not touched, not even replacement towesls or the bed made. To be fair the night person did come and give us bedding and towels, and she was very nice
- 5/5
Hotel was easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, spacious and drowned out the fireworks noise during July 4th.
- 1/5
The check in staff was not easily found to check in. She was not very coherent when talking to her. She kept repeating asking same questions. She tried asking for payment that was made before the trip. She tried charging taxes that the check out staff fixed as soon as she saw what the check in staff put on my bill when I requested a receipt to check out. There was mold under the sink cabinet in the bathroom. The couch was very hard. The location was close to attractions which was nice .
- 5/5
My stay at Townsuits and their sister hotal Springhill was amazing. The breakfast is always fresh. And the Managers and Staff go above and beyond to assist their guess. I highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Stayed in a suite and loved the size and layout.
- 5/5
Our only issue was we got a Mountain View room but it faced Powers and the trash dumpster was right below so we heard all the traffic all night and trash pick up very early. 2nd night used ear plugs and it was fine. Other than that it was great !
- 5/5
We enjoyed our 6 night stay here and will stay here again on our next trip to The Springs. Tosha at the counter was sweet and helpful, and Michelle in the dining room went out of her way to provide what we requested. All of the staff that we encountered were delightful.
- 5/5
Parking was easy had free breakfast, free water bottles
- 2/5
I do not eat pork and all they served for the 4 days was pork sausage. The first few days I was told that budget didn't allow bananas, and it was rather disturbing. On the last day, there was turkey sausage. I was told that I could go to the hotel next door, but WHY would I go outside in the cold to pick up food to bring it back, or eat next door when I stayed at this particular hotel?

Breakfast Lady was awesome!

I will be staying again when we come back to visit my son at Ft.Carson. Very convenient and clean, great service and accommodations for our 3 day visit.
- 5/5
It was convenient.
- 5/5
Good place to stay. Try the airplane restaurant nearby.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly. Kids loved the pool.
- 5/5
One night visit. Easy access to downtown via highway.
- 4/5
the free breakfast was sparse and not many choices beyond prepackaged goods
- 4/5
Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable! We will be back another time!
- 4/5
I’ve never received better customer service. The staff members we talked with were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a double bedroom rental, which worked great for our family of five. The only minor negative was the foldout couch. It was better than a traditional sleeper sofa, but not as comfortable as a trundle bed like at other hotels.
- 2/5
Bathroom john plugged, didn't get fixed till next day. Stayed in room 4-5 days with no clean towels, or maide service, hair dryer inop. Need a 2nd. waffle maker so you don't have to wait on everyone else ,first to make their's. made reser. for period and they called us and asked why we hadn't checked out yet! I told them it was made thur a date!!! Then we went back to the motel and we said everything was ok now ?? You asked people something at the frt. desk and we could not give you an answer- unreal!!
- 4/5
Friendly s staff.
- 5/5
Property updated recently. Very nice
- 5/5
It was great! The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. Pool was heated and just perfect for a swim with the kids. It was very quiet. Wonderful stay!
- 3/5
It was mostly good, but we had a few hiccups. I selected the 2 bedroom suite because I have a family of 6. When arriving I tested out the "sofa bed" and came to find that it wasn't like most other pull out couches. It folded down flat so 2 people could technically sleep on it but it was pretty much just a box spring(no padding). I asked the front desk about a mattress or pad to put on it and she had no clue what I was talking about. She offered a new room, which i tried, but it wasn't an issue with the room it was just the design of the couches in all the rooms. Luckily i happened to have an inflatable mattress in my car and it had enough floor space to put it down. If you are trying to sleep 6, I would definitely choose a different hotel or 2 rooms. We also tried to use the pool but the sign was flipped to closed. We asked the front desk again if it was actually closed or if someone just bumped the sign over, but she didn't know and said not to go in just in case maintenance did it. She did suggest we go to the hotel next door which was owned by the same company and so we did that. Also the TV's were very fickle and not very responsive to the remote. There were 3 in the suite and all of them were a struggle. It was nice having separate rooms from the kids though, and having a few breakfast option was nice as well.
- 4/5
Good stay with exception to the house keeping. Had to plead with the front desk to get the room cleaned we went 4 days before the room was cleaned,
- 5/5
Enjoyed the complimentary Breakfast. It would be nice to add tater tots as a side dish and lactose free milk. The rooms were clean and organized. Needs more lighting in the kitchen maybe lights under the cabinets. Maybe an ice machine in each floor would be nice. Room service never showed up despite me requesting it before checking in. Overall great stay.
- 3/5
Check in was a breeze but not very welcoming. The room was ok, nothing fancy but fairly decent size. They decorated the toilet paper and paper towel with a bow to be fancy, but sand paper is still sand paper. Imagine military toilet paper and cheap basic paper towels. I stayed two weeks and had my room cleaned once. They had a full sized coffee maker and no coffee. Fortunately they kept coffee at the front desk at all time. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Soggy eggs and under cooked oatmeal on Mondays. Ok jiimmy deans sandwich on tuesday. Ok scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon the rest of the week. The fruits available the first week was not for eating. The bananas were .... plantains. 3 days in my room and it was still green, hard and definitely a plantain. 1st week oranges were rotting and the juice machine was having some difficulties. Week2 fruits and juice was better. The only positive things about breakfast were the muffons and mini waffles. The coffee was hit or miss with more misses than hit. Sludges is for the field, not a hotel lobby.

Light fixture fell on me. Picture of possibly a Ouija board over the bed. Probably not related to the light fixture incident. Ain’t going back. Woman at front desk in the morning was nice. Woman at front desk the night before wasn't as friendly. Probably still not related to the light fixture falling either. Found out on this trip my lady can repair a tv cause no one else came to do it. I’m just glad the light fixture didn’t fall on a kid. My lady said “it could have probably knocked a baby out” anyway safe travels and stay clear of this shining ass hotel.
- 4/5
It was satisfactory, however, the elevators did not work initially
- 3/5
Overall, a nice clean hotel. The 3 star review comes from no early departure breakfast to-go option, no sheets or pillows provided in the room for sofa bed, and had to pay for parking in an non- city location. i. e. There is no shortage of parking and no reason to charge.
- 3/5
Nice clean room! Only issue is shower head did not work, to late in stay to switch rooms!
- 1/5
I liked that the hotel had a living room space, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The cleaners never cleaned my room and parking was $10 per day.
- 5/5
Very clean and well managed facilities
- 4/5
It was good
- 4/5
Close to family
- 3/5
The person at the front desk had the personality of a dirty ashtray. The place was nice and clean, the room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast was okay. The location is inconvenient to get in and out of. No airport shuttle was a bummer. Front Desk said no taxi services in the area, recommended Lyft or Uber. Waitress at a nearby restaurant recommend call "ZTrip", which worked like a charm. I just made a bad choice of where to stay.
- 5/5
Convenient location, friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and quiet. Enjoyable.
- 2/5
A/C unit in room was underpowered and couldn’t keep the room clean. Facility is tired and in need of a refresh. One morning breakfast was not served and signs were placed saying they didn’t have enough staff to serve breakfast and we could go to the hotel across the street
- 4/5
It was clean as expeded
- 1/5
The carpet was dirty as I walked in, the front desk area and breakfast area were together, and it was dark and unwelcoming. The front desk clerk was nice. The elevator was dark and as I reached the floor my room was on it felt like a haunted hotel. The hallway was dark and narrow and the doors to the rooms were dirty and had markings on them like they needed to be painted. The room was dingy and had an unpleasant odor. The furniture was old and the couch had stains. The pictures on the wall looked like they came from a dollar store. The patio furniture outside was torn and unraveling. The patio was not swept or clean. There were people outside in the parking lot smoking (I can't say for sure what they were smoking!) and I did not feel safe. I refused to stay, and although I paid for the insurance in case I was delayed or needed to leave early I was charged the first night because I cancelled. This hotel was misrepresented and totally unacceptable! I will never stay in another Marriott hotel after this experience. I moved to a Hampton Inn that was the same price and it was clean, well maintained, safe and the staff was exceptional.
- 2/5
The room smelled the whole time we stayed. We left window open to keep the air circulating for fresh air.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Staff were very helpful.
- 1/5
Didn’t get our room. Needed 2 rooms if not that room and they didn’t have it!
- 1/5
Did not get the room requested. Front desk told multiple people besides us that those rooms were booked. No other explanation given.
- 5/5
Very clean property, friendly staff. Clean room. Great breakfast.
- 4/5
Simple rooms, but nice size. Plenty of room for our family of four plus our golden doodle. Rooms definitely could use updating. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping (a few minutes drive). Kind of loud night. Walls are thin. We were surprised upon check in by their very high pet fee. $150. Compared to other similar places we’ve stayed, this is extremely high. It would have been helpful to know this price beforehand, as we would have likely chosen somewhere else.
- 3/5
I booked this hotel for a spring break trip to visit family with my kids. One big reason we chose this hotel over others was the fact they had breakfast and an indoor pool. We checked in on Friday evening, and went up to our room and my kids got ready to head down to the pool. Only to discover it was closed. We were told it would “hopefully be open the following day, but Monday at the latest”. Monday morning we asked again and was told the pool was open, and once again went down to find that it was still closed. The second morning there was no breakfast at all, and the third we had to go over to a neighboring hotel to get breakfast. There was food splattered all over the side of the fridge, and the bathroom had stuff all over the walls. It was overall very disappointing and we definitely won’t stay here again.
- 3/5
This property is located in an industrial area of the city and therefore is further away from restaurants, etc. than desired. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:30 but was late opening every morning of the 5 days I was there. Room cleanup occurred only one day of the 5 I was there.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was clean, and staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is breakfast was not prepared on a Monday morning, which was very inconvenient as we were traveling for work, and could not eat before getting our day started. When I asked to the front desk, they said someone called in and told me to go across the street to a neighboring hotel to have breakfast.
- 3/5
The Hotel is a little run down, the pool was closed for maintenance. The room was sort of clean, there was toothpaste smeared on the vanity. The bed was very comfortable though. Breakfast was non-existent, but there was coffee.
- 2/5
Over priced, run down hotel, cleaning carts left in hallway, long wait for front desk service, pool was gross. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
- 1/5
It would be great if the didnt brew coffee all night long. Hard to sleep as is.
- 5/5
My family and I had to stay here long term for a move. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quiet and the staff was helpful. We saved a lot of money using the kitchen area instead of going out for food. Would definitely stay again and reccomend to others.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious our room was. Upon arrival everything was clean and the kitchen in our room was well supplied. During our 5 night stay housekeeping only came to our room about 2 or 3 times, so our trash got a little full, but it wasn't a huge problem for us. The breakfast was sufficient with the typical cold items, plus hot items of sausages and eggs. The pool is small, but it was clean and our children enjoyed it. We found the location on Hiway 24 to be very convenient since many of the sights we wanted to visit are located on or near Hiway 24. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean
- 4/5
It was a pretty nice hotel. Staff and cleaning was nice and hotel over all was pretty nice. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. 2 bathrooms would have been nice but we made it work. Pretty nice place over all.
- 4/5
No complaints. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean.
- 5/5
No major issues.
- 2/5
Hotel is rather run-down and dirty. Had to request new sheets because they were dirty with clumps of hair in them. The new sheets were no better. The t.v. did not work. Employees said we would be issued a refund, but at the front desk the next morning, the gentleman refused to compensate us. There was no breakfast.
- 1/5
Assistant manager was terrible, rude, and very disrespectful
- 4/5
Accommodating for a family but refrigerator did not work and the place could be a bit cleaner.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. They have a breakfast in the morning, but it's really not the best selection. At any rate, this is a great place to rest your head and have peace of mind.
- 5/5
The room was everything we needed it to be for our family to have a great vacation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though the pool was on a time schedule because of covid everyone was very accommodating.
- 4/5
The full kitchen was helpful as we cooked dinner in the room.
- 1/5
I ended up at the wrong Town Suites Hotel. Arrangements were made to waive charges at the original hotel and a new booking took place. Every time I tried to contact a live representative, I was disconnected.
- 2/5
Disappointed in amenities ..................................
- 5/5
Very clean, and in good repair. They were very accommodating and breakfast was nice. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Alot of miscommunications with the housekeeping staff.
- 3/5
Was dingy and staff indefferent room was cramped was ok but nothing outstanding,
- 2/5
My truck had a window smashed out. The hotel’s security cameras don’t work.
- 4/5
Parking is bit tough but its a nice place overall
- 2/5
I stay in hotels quite often. There was nothing distinctive about this hotel.
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean and it is wonderful to walk out the door and be able to see the mountains. Breakfast was very good and always on time. The first time driving in with map quest directions printed before leaving home, it was a little difficult but then used the GPS and made it much simpler. It is a little ways from most attractions but it was quiet. No highway noise.
- 5/5
We love staying at Towneplace Suites. Always have a great room and the place is always clean and the staff is always nice and accommodating. Thank you!!!
- 5/5
Awesome place, clean rooms and close to everything we wanted to do. Only criticism I will give is the room service didn’t show up to clean on the 2nd day but that was new year day an advance notice would have been great. Other than that it was good and we will for sure come back to stay.
- 5/5
It was indeed the best stay ever. Will definitely stay here again..😊
- 5/5
Nice stay, just not very many restaurants in the area. You have to go out a mike or so.
- 5/5
The staff found out my husband was coming home from a deployment . They made us towel swans, a poster, signed a card, and delivered roses, two glasses and a bottle of champagne!
- 4/5
Room has everything you need- full size coffee pot, fridge, stove top, etc very roomy! Bed a little soft for my liking but overall great experience!
- 4/5
The hotel staff was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.
- 5/5
I was satisfied with my stay
- 5/5
Great location. Recommend this location for military families’ PCSing.
- 1/5
The AC was not working in our room. We had to move to another hotel. Manager of this place would not reimburse us for the bigger room we had reserved. Horrible customer service. Will never stay at Marriott again.
- 5/5
My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful.
- 3/5
No housekeeping services did not clean room for our entire stay or empty the garbage
- 5/5
Fully updated and close to the airport. This hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The only drawback is that it's a bit farther from downtown and activities, but I would rather stay someplace clean and quiet and have to drive a little farther to get to attractions.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Very clean and staff was amazing.
