We stayed here once before and it was better but this time, the was no continental breakfast. I mean, only bread for toast and danish. No cereal, fruit, yogurt, or even milk. The juice looked very gross. We will not stay here again. As a note we were down for breakfast at 7, so there is no way they ran out of food.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and a joy to visit with. The place feels very safe .
- 1/5
All I said, I stayed there for about a week. Everything was great wonderful then the lady came in and clean the room which was wonderful. The room was already cleaned. We never asked for room services. I changed the sheets myself my husband‘s my full-time caregiver and we literally got kicked out because I made a complaint that the room service lady was taking pictures of my items and moving my items. All weird and just was very creepy and so I had told the manager about it and he said get out now you know you need to leave right now leave my property so whoever goes there I just be aware of the housekeepers. And the man said I was racist. I am not racist by all means my husband is half black and half Mexican and my kids are Mexican and white. I am not racist at all by any means.
- 3/5
We had no place to hang anything. No closet or hooks on the wall.
- 5/5
Night staff he is very helpful when coming in Or needing change for washing machines and just all around great hotel
- 0.5/5
Disrespectful, rude and un unclean
- 2/5
Their "continental" breakfast was coffee, juice, pastries, and toast
- 3/5
The room I was in, the microwave was very dirty and the sink was also dirty. The sink had caked on crusted yellow stuff on the counter and in the sink.
- 1.5/5
Staff was rude, not understanding, and very passive-aggressive. My son has special needs and is nonverbal, and they told me to "tell him to behave better." They didn't let us collect the rest of the things from our rooms and took our broom.
- 3/5
Clean room, cheap price but room was a bit run down and door was rickety
- 1/5
Had cockroaches in the room. It smelled. Crackheads walking around and the manager is a straight B!tch. Don’t do a cash deposit they will not give it back even if the room is fine
- 3/5
The front office gentleman was very nice and welcoming on the plus side.
- 5/5
I WAS COOL LIL STAY ADORABLE
- 2/5
Room was too noisy, heater and bathroom fan not working properly. Also have not received my $100 dollar deposit
- 4/5
yes
- 1/5
The staff was fine and helpful, but the bathroom was terrible. The overhead shower piece was falling apart and the toilet wouldn't flush.
- 5/5
Once again, another wonderful stay at Super 8. The staff here are very very accommodating, everything was absolutely clean. The area is Central to a lot of shopping.
- 3/5
I did see a cockroach in my room on the last night of my stay
- 2/5
The smell the room had i gone in before booking we would not have stayed! Plus walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversation!
- 5/5
Good staff
- 1/5
Let's put it this way.I'll be calling corporate. The whole thing was just horrible including mgmt who actually made me afraid 4 my life.
- 3/5
Air conditioner didn’t work right and some buttons were busted on it. The shower curtain did no close properly and the water pressure was weak.
- 3/5
People smoking outside radios blasting too much people talking outside the rooms

- 4/5
The room was very clean and the gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
This was a budget, budget hotel. No frills here and far from it. It was a place to stay for us for one night only. Little spooky and outdated.
- 1/5
No good
- 5/5
Room was clean, the staff was friendly * location was great.
- 5/5
Staff was polite & kind, clean room, location was great.
- 5/5
Y'all know me I like to see new spaces experience new things but every time I come super late on Grand The gods they are courteous, intensive, and they keep their motel clean and organized .. My last day God rest her saw the manager called me finally because I guess my service dog was howling which is not usually a thing but she said the moment she got off the phone with me my dog got out of the room and was running down the hallway... She said she's never experiencing if you like it I said yeah she's found me from for blacks away but anyways even though it was an accidental scenario she didn't penalize me for it in fact I think she kind of thought it was neat... That my dog could open the door but when she called me I told her I'd be 5 minutes away and she put my dog back in the room and there was no scratch in the door or anything My dog didn't do any damage but the manager handled it with Grace and a sense of humor which I thought was epic so if you are ever in the position where you need a place to stay for a week or two I recommend super 8 and garden garden of the gods Colorado springs Colorado thank you till next time
- 1/5
Wasn't informed about no visitor policy after 10 pm staff was rude to my guests , and took half my deposit for towels being dirty , even after offering to replace them even tho they weren't even that bad ,nothing that washing them wouldn't clean. Horrible experience will never stay there again or refer anyone .
- 5/5
The staff was kind, great location, clean room. We stayed 10 days.
- 1/5
This was the worst place on the face of the Earth! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There was so much road noise from the freeways, large dogs barking, loud people, people knocking on our door ALL night long! It was actually a bit scary and we left before sunrise.
- 2/5
I got couple bug bites after I wake up in the morning.
- 3/5
The staff is incredible, very friendly everyone! But I swear I had the most broken down room. The shower knob was difficult to turn and get the right water pressure and the right temperature at the same time, plus my room door was almost impossible to open from the inside! It didn't quite turn all the way and I almost got stuck in the room a couple of times. Had to turn and pull HARD.
- 4/5
NOT THE BEST BUT FINE. well ya get what ya pay for, and this is a clear sign of it. still, the room was spotless, the staff was fairly attentive. worst thing i dealt with was wifi. did not connect to any device in my room, but i was dismissed when asked for a fix. my classwork suffered but prof gave an extension so it worked out
- 2.5/5
Locatilon, Parking, very dated, AC did not work properly , just a very basic room for sleep and not comfort
- 2/5
The staff were all very friendly and nice. The hotel needed some updates. There was limited parking. There was a cockroach in our room so they moved us to a different one and it smelled like weed. The rooms weren’t very clean and overall wasn’t a great stay. Will not be returning
- 4/5
The $50.00 deposit. Not so great breakfast.
- 3/5
When this owner took over a few years ago, it seemed they were fixing everything up and making it a nicer facility, but things are starting to run down and look not so nice anymore.
- 4/5
The hotel could use a little updating, but the room was fine. The mattress was excellent, my husband slept the entire night, which he doesn't usually do. The lady in the office was a delight, very helpful. The breakfast was fine, pretty much what you find anywhere, but it was good.
- 4/5
I was not at all happy with the fact that the pictures online do not justify the hotel. Breakfast is worse than continental-not much to choose from. Tub faucet and shower head/water came out more from faucet than shower head. Floors are not clean and beds are very uncomfortable - lumpy. Not enough towels in the room - NO iron or ironing board and curtains did not cover the window completely.
- 1/5
Hallways smelt pretty bad. Breakfast is listed but the only options are yogurt and coffee, there was a waffle maker but was broken. Only hold things is the location, pretty close to dining options but Overall a bad experience.
- 3/5
Didn't go.
- 1/5
The manager was extremely rude. Ended up cancelling because of her behavior
- 5/5
Awesome for couples and families
- 5/5

- 3.5/5
Better breakfast would be good.
- 2/5
Simple hotel okay for one night
- 2/5
The price was doable, but like they say, u get what u pay for!!
- 3/5
It was okay but there was a lot of highway noise
- 1/5
I recognize Super 8’s are only going to be so good. I guess we’ve been lucky enough to stay in good ones. This one is NOT!!!
- 3/5
Simple hotel, but the smell was very weird, kind of like urine.
- 5/5
Very nice people
- 1/5
Horrible building. Dirty. No parking.
- 2/5
Professional and helpful manager, but do not recommend staying there. I did not feel safe.
- 2/5
The room was hot. A/C not on and took hours to get comfortable.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. A little noisier by the highway though.
- 4/5
No hot water 3 of the 5 days stayed
- 1/5
This property looked nice from the photos but it is disgusting!
- 5/5
location close to everything, good breakfast staff friendly the room ok
- 4/5
I liked how you need a card to get past the front desk. And I also loved how there were washing machines and dryer for you to wash clothes.
- 2/5
First off starting off with the good - the staff was friendly & helpful.- We were happy to get a room close to the GarDenGDs...considering the pike peak race -Everything was getting booked or FULL. They had an Ice Machine previous hotel did not . They gave us a view of the West ( mountain ) -was Ok . Staff informed me of thorough survelliance which is true . & la/ we got a great Rate 103.00 a night can't beat that ..The beds Were Very Comfortable. Sheets & pillows were clean. I had to put up 50.00 deposit which was fine I got it back at checkout. The Tv was so much better here than our previous place & free wifi ../Now with the Bad. The parking lot is Skid Row it needs to be repaved & there is Limited Small parking lot -we had a hard time finding a spot upon returning from our outing . The room needs to be repainted . The bathroom had a mildew smell & the window ac was dirty & didn't really blow out cold air ..& the lamp shade by the bedside ..was filthy ..I kept trying to NOT think what it was ..Nasty ..& there was no hot water this morning so we couldn't shower . I doubt I'll be back.
- 1/5
As soon as we arrived at our room, we noticed it was very warm. We tried adjusting the AC before heading out for the evening, hoping it would cool down while we were gone. While getting ready, we also noticed the room only had two standard towels, even though there were four of us (including our two daughters, ages 12 and 15). We asked the front desk for two additional towels, but the man working there told us they do not give out extra towels. We didn’t make a big deal about it, but it was disappointing. When we returned that night, the room was still hot and there was a horrible smell in the hallway, as if someone was cooking nearby. Around 1 AM, my daughter woke up because it was too hot to sleep. I called the front desk, and the same man came up to check the AC. He determined it wasn’t working and moved us to a different room—which I appreciated. However, the smell in that area was unbearable. I asked to be moved again, and he explained that some guests were living in the hotel and cooking in their rooms. Thankfully, he moved us farther away to a room where the AC worked. The next day went fine, but on the morning we were checking out—before a 13-hour drive back to Texas—we discovered there was no hot water. Due to plumbing issues, we were all unable to shower before leaving. This was incredibly frustrating and just the final straw in what was already a bad experience. Between the poor customer service, broken AC, horrible odor, and no
- 2/5
Our key was accidentally given to another party staying at the hotel and they walked in our room during our stay, of no fault of their own, and our bathroom shower knob was broken, there was clear water damage in the corner of the room where the wall socket didn't work, and I had to move the lamp to the other side of the room. Overall, it wasn't terrible and of no fault of the cleaning staff, the property itself is just kinda dingy, and not my best hotel stay. Pillows were comfortable, bed worked pretty well for me, just older mattresses. Neighboring properties aren't great.
- 5/5
Easy online and in person check-in. Recommend
- 5/5
It was really comfy and the staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
Unsafe. No lock on door. Window was super loose, could hear expressway clear as day. Immediately left and was denied a refund
- 4/5
It was decent hotel for a 3 star
- 4/5
Pamela and the staff and hotel desk clerks were amazing and helpful at.all times very knowledgeable too
- 1/5
Noisy. Was not what pictured online at all. Staff was nice. Parking sucked. Very noisy.
- 5/5
Great place to get a room if you are in the area. Everyone real nice.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Was charged a deposit fee but was fully refunded after our stay. Pretty clean room and breakfast was decent.
- 0.5/5
Cold dirty toilet didn’t work-staff could care less
- 2/5
floor was dirty
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Breakfast did not include eggs, bacon, or sausage.
- 2/5
The whole place smelled like smoke. They are trying to stop it, but it still smelled like smoke. Too many pets for me. We did enjoy the breakfast. It is a great location.
- 4/5
The night shift guy was very sweet and the housekeepers always made sure we had service everyday i was there.
- 2/5
Our original room had a strange metal base on the beds that we kicked every time we approached the bed and it made a loud clang. Staff was helpful and pleasant and allowed us to change rooms. The second room was very dim as you walked in, even with the light on. One of the bedside lights was missing its bulb. There was no smoke detector. Breakfast had no fruit and no protein, only bread products, juice, and coffee. It was quiet at night, aside from traffic sounds, and it was decently clean. The surrounding area was not great. The fence had razor wire on part of it, which didn't make us feel great about parking there. The first night, it took a long time to get hot water for the shower, and the second night there was no hot water!
- 1/5
Staff is super rude. Worst hotel we’ve ever stay. We travel so much in a year for almost 20 years and this is by far the worst and rude staff/owner.
- 4/5
I like the location. Bathroom needs to be fixed
- 5/5
Its was good no complaints
- 1/5
Would never recommend as a place to stay.
- 3/5
Rude guests, breakfast can be a lot better seems to be no effort put into it. Staff was friendly. Kind of dirty but the building may just be old.
- 2/5
If the counter needs a bullet proof screen, you know what’s going on. A bunch of kids (obviously drunk) were very loud between 2-4am. Not much sleep…
- 1/5
I’ve never stayed at a hotel that made me more uncomfortable. The parking lot was the first give away; I didn’t even want to leave my car there while I “slept”. There was duct tape holding up the vent in the bathroom, a screw trying to keep the toilet seat on, stains on the towel and bed sheets, and I believe mold in the shower ceiling. I used a towel to cover the huge gap between the door and floor. One morning, I woke up to a loud slam. The towel had been moved to the exact length the door would open with the chain locked. Someone tried to enter my room at 7AM (had the DnD sign so it shouldn’t be staff). I’m a believer of good intentions, and even I slept with a knife next to me. I checked out after 2 nights, was told I’d receive a full refund for the nights I didn’t use, and that morning they refused to refund me. Eventually I did receive a partial.
- 5/5
Conveniently lockated by the interstate, everything's you could need within a 5 minute drive. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, very pet friendly motel. Staff were very accomodating and nice. My only issue was the noise from the interstate (not their fault), mostly motorcyles, but If you get a room pointed away from the interstate I would imagine it wouldnt be bothersome.
- 5/5
The gathered group by the door.
- 1/5
There was a cockroach in the shower and stains on the bed sheets. Pretty sure there are bedbugs too as I woke up with bite marks around my face. Go elsewhere or be aware
- 1/5
I wish to forget the whole experience thank you .
- 4/5
Owners were very nice. Building was very sterile. Homeless people hung out around the parking lot, giving an unsafe feeling.
- 5/5
The frint desk people were great and accommodating. They allow pets so dogs of every size and breed were around and well behaved. I was there because my dog had 2 days of surgery and I wanted to be close by
- 5/5
This hotel is very centralized so you can get anywhere in the Springs within 15 minutes. There are several dining options available within walking distance, including In-N-Out right across the street or Taco Bell right next door without needing to cross any streets. If you’re looking for a place to rest and you have a lot planned to do then this is a great option it’s not fancy or cute but it does the job for a low price.
- 1/5
This motel is run by an arrogant manager who just loves nickle & diming every poor desperate person who is unfortunate enough to book a room. They charge a pet fee. For absolutely no reason. It's just a scam. To get some extra money. From desperate poor people. & if you raise issue with this stupid fee? They order to leave the property. A pet DEPOSIT I get. In case there is damage. A pet fee is nothing more than a con to get hardworking people to pony up extra money for no goddamn reason. & they got me. A vet. Traveling with my Murphy. They got me good. I hope they enjoy all the fees I had to pay. I highly recommend anyone with an ounce of dignity boycott this scam motel.

Hair dryer was broke small refrigerator
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and professional, and I had no issues checking in. The building itself looked as you would expect an older building to look like. The rooms were equipped with functional AC/heat window/wall units. Although all of the appliances worked, my remote had no back, and there were only 2 sad lonely hangers. Outside of the building was clean with sufficient parking. The location was safe, quiet, and convenient with freeway access and restaurants close by.
- 3/5
The elevator broke down on my birthday. I'm near disabled and was on the top floor. Sucked
- 5/5
Staff is great and accomodating. Nkce and clean

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean, Quiet always comfortable
- 0.5/5
My first hotel room was filthy. The carpet was stained and there was a dirt ring around the top of the sink.
- 4/5
Check in took forever! Nice young man but very nervous and slow.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Guy who checked me in was rude & turning people away when I handed him my license & said I have a reservation. He acted like I didn't have one & tried to send me away. I had confirm #. Took pic of sink had chipped paint. Room dirty. Floor gross.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
Had a terrible experience at hotel we had originally booked so made reservations at the last minute. Much better hotel. Shower walls could have been cleaned a little better but not awful. Friendly staff member at check-in and throughout the stay.
- 2/5
I would not stay at this location again. Once inside the hotel, I felt very dirty. The room wasnt much better. The hotel is out dated. I considered leaving right after getting there but i knew I couldnt get my money back so I stayed. The shower was hot but pressure was low. There is mold within the ceiling in the shower. My room was on the 2nd floor close to the door that leads to stairs to go outside and guests were rude when going out that door all night and letting the door slam shut. The wifi barely worked.
- 1/5
Didn't like Nothing about this place, the bathroom shower ceiling had a leak coming from upstairs and the room stunk like smoke which gave me a headache!!!
- 1/5
Roaches in the room, refrigerator and exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work floor dirty
- 4/5
Room was clean but beds were older. Area around hotel was sketchy and some of the people staying there were also. Breakfast was basic. The best was Pam the front desk person. She did it all and was very accommodating if we asked for anything. For the price would stay here again.
- 2/5
The motel itself was in bad shape, but not anywhere near unliveable.
- 1/5
This is easily the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. People selling illegal substances in the parking lot. Banging on the thin walls all night. Water barely worked, shower curtain hanging off the wall, no toilet roll dispenser, light switches not working. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Its a dangerous place/neighborhood and would highly recommend not booking here.
- 2/5
No lamp was working, looked like very old property , Staff was very humble. Elevator was very shaky and slow. I loved the location. All the tourist attraction points were within 15min drive. Property is located at the highway so no city traffic.
- 2/5
Shower curtain rod and toilet paper rold holder fell off wall absolutely no water pressure in shower tub would not hold water and parking was way to tight
- 1/5
Bad odor, ac did not work! It has not been remodeled/ renovated sense it was built! Trash!!!
- 2/5
The rooms—we were moved from the first to the second—were not maintained. The microwave in the second was dangerous and unusable because the inside was melted from a fire, the freezers in both were covered in inch-thick ice, the bathroom fan in one room didn’t work, and was hanging by one corner in the other room, the toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall, half of the lightbulbs were burned out, the mattresses were old and sunken in, the too small, ill-fitting curtain let the light in, and the first room’s door or lock had something wrong with it and I was unable to open the door from either the outside or inside. With much effort, my adult son got it open. The property is next to I-25 and the traffic noise was very loud 24 / 7. Also, sketchy people sat on the sidewalk and in the parking lot smoking and drinking. In its favor, the sheets were clean and we got two fresh bath towels the second day. However, I would not return and would not recommend the hotel to others. This was advertised as a Wyndham hotel, but appeared to be privately owned—which was misleading. I won’t trust Expedia in the future.
- 4/5
Unique
- 2/5
Not safe. Rundown.
- 3/5
Front door was jammed. Took several attempts to open from both inside and out. Another guest down the hallway had similar problems. We were both told that our rooms were “the best” on the property and there were no other rooms available. It should be considered a safety hazard in case of fire. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, the odor in the hallways and room was unbearable. Vagrants loitered on the property.
- 5/5
The fellow that checked me in was great. He found me an east facing room on the 4th floor so that I could take some pictures of the rainbow to the east. He showed me a picture of a rainbow he took a week or so beforehand. He understood. Great place. Great fellow.
- 4/5
Location
- 3/5
We were there 4 day .they never changed the sheets, never made a bed never empty the trash no new towels. We were totally ignored. The room was clean the bedding had burn holes.
- 1/5
We did not even stay the night left early evening as we felt the area was unsuitable for a child and not safe. The hotel is shabby and not clean. We did not feel comfortable staying. Would not recommend this hotel! Terrible
- 2/5
The place needs some updating.
- 3/5

- 5/5
Friendly staff, Pamela. Ac not cool enough specially during the day. But early morning its good. Need updating of bed and pillows. Saw cockroach in our room.
- 1/5
Our A/C leaked a large puddle on the floor and the whole room smelled moldy. We had to leave first thing because my family felt sick. When I told the desk clerk he brushed it off and didn't care at all.
- 5/5
Thank you for all your hospitality,
- 2/5
The stay was overnight on the way to our destination. I would not stay or recommend to others
- 5/5
I hope to stay here if I return to Colorado Springs. Thank you to the thoughtful staff on all shifts!

- 2/5
Not a great property, but I guess OK for the price.
- 1/5
Hallways were filthy. Bathtub was disgusting.
