Clean comfy room. Great breakfast options.

The lady who prepared breakfast was very nice. She greeted every guest, and ensured all items were plentiful. The one guy was not nice and ran out of sausage and didn't really seem to care. I requested a room with the view of the mountain instead got the view of a construction site next door which woke us up every morning. Also, upon checking in, the young man didn't even speak when I walked in. I had to speak to him first, and when I said hello, he responded with, "checking in?" When I asked about the view, he was very nonchalant and said he can't upgrade me because we were prepaid. It just seemed he didn't want to be there.

Every thing was fine. Breakfast was the same every day. Stay for four days. Hotel was fine but rooms were noisy. There was no reason that we had to pay for parking. Just pure profit for the hotel.

It was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. Had to ask for extra towels because there were only 3 which I never understand why they ask when you book how many people but then there is never enough stuff in the room for the amount of people. The room was comfortable, couch/bed was nice. Very weird placement of TV in the room. Otherwise pretty nice.

Very disappointing experience at SpringHill Suites. Despite repeatedly reminding the front desk about housekeeping, our room was never cleaned during the stay. Basic hospitality and customer service expectations were completely ignored. It was frustrating having to constantly follow up and still see no action taken. For the price paid, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Definitely not the standard I expected from a Marriott property.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. Everything was very good except for the billing. I was over charged for the rooms by Booking.com. I tried to talk to a live person at Booking.com but was going to be charged $48 dollars. The hotel is in the process of trying to resolve the billing issue.

We called the front desk for housekeeping and were told someone would come, but after being gone for about 6 hours, nothing had been done. When we went down to ask about it, the front desk staff was rude and annoyed about us, and told us service was only for longer stays—which wasn’t what we were told earlier. And would’ve been helpful if they told us that from the beginning then just straight up lying to us over the phone. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work and the room phone couldn’t make local calls. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience. And will surely not be coming back here again.

Clean room, not sure if I’d call it a suite. The kitchen had a 12x12 sink a mini fridge, coffee maker and a small microwave in the cabinet. No flatware and only two small glasses. Three out of the five staff at the front desk were nice and said hello. The sitting area was the best part about the room. Enough for three people to sit on the couch and a desk chair. It was a bit frustrating, none of the power ports worked except for the desk lamp. For me, the kitchen is the most important as it can be very expensive eating out for lunch and dinner every day. However the continental breakfast was great. Had enough choices for everyone. Would I stay there again, maybe. Main reason, it’s only a few minutes from Peterson SFB.

Main reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and it was closed . We had to walk across the parking lot to a sister hotel.

The pool was also closed for "renovation." But this was not stated anywhere on Hotels.com site or the hotel's site. We traveled with three young kids, so were pretty disappointed. We had to walk next door (which was outside and across the parking lot) to another hotel which we could swim at.

Everything was great. Only two things that may just be nit-picky is the white towels and bedding were a little dingy looking, and the bed mattress felt extremely soft, almost broke-down.

The layout of our room was so strange and didn’t feel comfortable…lack of gluten free options but the staff found some gluten free bread so that was nice.

Pool was closed the entire 5 days we were there. We checked in Saturday and were told it would open Monday. We checked out Wednesday and it was still closed. Booked the room partially due to indoor pool, so that was disappointing for my kids. Outlets in the nightstand did not work. Found a pair of socks that weren’t ours under the bed….

Accessible room was not accessible. No shower wand or chair, low toilet and very far from the elevator. My 78 year old mom has a hard time. Beds were also too far off the floor. In general I would suggest a review of your accessibility standards.

Outside property needs landscape update. Building and indoor facilities are excellent, as is the staff.

Great property. We will come back again. The only complaint is the step noise coming from upper floor.Seems the ceiling is not properly insulated for the noise.

Also we traveled with a baby and the maids were very loud in the mornings slamming the doors and yelling! The eating area is very small lines were down the hall blocking elevator overall was okay and the pool is very small no hot tub ‘

Great property a short drive away from the COS airport. Comfy bed, nice shower and separate sink area from shower & toilet. We were only there overnight but it was a very pleasant stay.

Not clear signs as to where the pool was located, breakfast did not have many options and the coffee creamer and juice were out 2 out of the 3 mornings. Otherwise, everything was great.

There was no dial to control refrigerator temperature Bathroom door made squeaking noise, which was disturbance at night, when everyone is sleeping and someone wants to use bathroom Air condition was in Auto mode. So it will cool and then goto hibernate mode. Even FAN would NOT run, due to this room would get hot and we have to force it to run again by reducing room temperature by 2 degrees. What's the use of 3 star motel, if we can't sleep peacefully at correct room temperature ? Breakfast was same/similar (sausage and scrambled egg) to other motels. Nothing exciting or different.

Check-in Luis was very kind and thoughtful; we appreciated his making our family feel welcome compared to prior hotel we checked out from in Vail. Kudos Luis! Room and facility was clean. Swimming pool was inside and heated. Entire staff was actually amazing!

It was nice and clean, our room smelled freshly cleaned. Breakfast was great, pool was heated but a little chilly kids didnt care until they got out. We were celebrating a graduation and had a wonderful time.

It was a nice place to stay, very clean and everyone was kind. I am disappointed though as i forgot my phone charger with plug adapter and called them the same night. I was told they would check the room and check with housekeeping and call me back. I never got a call back.

Absolutely, loved our stay! Your front office staff was beyond exceptional and welcoming, very thankful for him and his willingness to help. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was great, as well. The area was quiet and clean.

This was a great place to stay. The room was wonderful with a separate area for lounging and/or working from the sleeping area. The continental breakfast was fresh and had a lot to choose from. The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times. The only reason I did not give 5 stars overall was that I was not aware of a $10 per night parking fee for the hotel, so I ended up paying $30 more overall for my stay than originally quoted. I don't mind paying it, but I would have liked to have known about it up front.

Tasha was an amazing help to us at check-in. She helped us register for the Marriott bonvoy program and gave us a beautiful Mountain View! Later that evening she recommended some great places to visit for families. We loved the quiet of the hotel rooms- we never heard our neighbors or an airplane even though we were close to the airport. Great eco friendly options, recycling can in every room.

Hotel is well maintained and clean. The desk clerk was helpful and pleasant but the hotel must be understaffed because she was away from the desk several occasions I tried to contact her.

Free water at the front desk was nice. Room was not cleaned daily very frustrating for a family of 5. Had to go across the the other hotel for breakfast one day because the one in the hotel we were staying in was closed.

Wonderful room and great staff! My only complaint is that there was no lotion in the room and no pop machines anywhere which seemed weird.

Decent rate, staff were friendly and professional. The occasional maintenance item like a bathroom fan that sounded like it was on its last leg, but nothing major. We would use it again when we visit family in COS.

This place is frankly an embarrassment to the Marriott name. Our room smelled like beans, the hideaway mattress had stains on it, and the general atmosphere of the place was dank. Shady characters abounded in the lobby. It's the kind of place that you think should have a security guard. My kids didn't want to leave the room to go swim in the the pool. To top it off, the hotel charged us for parking without telling us there would be a charge, and the parking lot was half empty!

The property is Spring Hill Suites wonderful. Breakfast was well set up, delicious and with variety. Jasmine and Shelby at the front desk-AWESOME!!! only downside was during check-in with Elizabeth. She seemed put off to checking us in, did not great us with the typical welcoming -actually no welcome from her. Asked for her name twice without any response. Finally I saw her name tag. No waters offered.

The rooms were clean, but the overall décor and furnishings, including the beds and bathroom, are clearly showing their age. The bathroom was functional but could use some modernization—the fixtures were old, and the shower pressure was just okay. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was satisfactory. If the hotel could invest in updating the rooms and amenities, it would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you're not too picky.

My stay at this property was fine. It's nice and clean, and the complementary breakfast was hot, fresh and had lots of options. I needed to add a second night to my stay and there was a bit of a miscommunication between Expedia and the property, but Keli at the front des was brilliant! She was super helpful and forward-thinking, with great problem solving skills. I'd definitely stay at this property again.

The room was very comfortable.

Check in was easy, the room was ok as the area around the bed was cramped and the shower was small. The lobby and breakfast areas were also very small and poorly designed as it was difficult to move around. Be aware that this hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which is ridiculous since the hotel is in an industrial area. We will try a different hotel next time.

Overall our stay was good. The one part that really was weird is the front desk was calling our room a couple minutes before checkout time to see if we were out. They claimed they wanted to make sure we "avoided late checkout charges". I let them know we were almost out and would be about 10-15mins. Then the front desk continued to call the room for the next 10mins. I didn't answer the phone because we were gathering our things to leave. I thought it was very excessive! They were surely harassing us! I know they weren't calling all of the other rooms that had guests that were running a little late for checkout! I would understand if we were running really late, but it was only about 13mins. We thought that was ridiculous!

Hotel was very clean and friendly staff-I personally didn’t like the eco thermostat. I like a cold roof and it adjusted while we were out and the room was warm when we returned.

The first room we were issued had a broken a/c so they moved us to another room after we had already unpacked, which was a bit inconvenient. Apparently, the maintenance man was aware of the issue in advance but the front desk was not. The room was very spacious, which was great for our family of 5.

Breakfast was never restocked, so options were limited after 1 hour. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking water and A/C did not work.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back if/when we visit Colorado Springs again! The room was huge and very clean and comfy! It was very beautiful and had a scenic Mountain View out the window as well! It was quiet and the beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well. We enjoyed the additional desk and living room space which also had a mini fridge area with an additional sink, counter and cupboard space. The staff was very friendly and our daughter made a new friend, Keisha at the breakfast area! She was so sweet! Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options! We loved this place!

Room oddly shaped due to placement of the bathroom. Rooms supposwdly remodeled.recently but shower was not.

The walls are incredibly thin. We had a neighbor that quite literally talked loudly until 6am keeping most of my family awake. We called the front desk around 1am and they asked them to be quieter but nothing happened. I would warn against booking here because of how noisy it is. If you get a neighbor who is noisy, you can make out entire conversations. Not worth the price and we will not be coming back.

It was convenient to my relatives and the airport.

The property was clean. The female staff person who checked us in was very helpful and responsive. The male staff was not as helpful. There were no towels in the pool area. One the first day, my wife went to front desk and asked for towels, he stated he didn't know where they were. He went to back area after she questioned this and found towels.

The WiFi did not work entire stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Did not like how far restaurants and food options are about 15min away. Literally no options to get food unless you have a car you would have to Uber everywhere. I do think they should offer free airport shuttle for guest since it’s about a 7 min drive .

Hotel has been remodeled but they were still working on the pool. They sent us to the nearby property to use their pool but 2 hotels worth of people were using it so it was too crowded.

We stayed 4 nights place was great bed was very comfortable. Only problem was we stayed in a handicapped room and the bed was too low. Had to have my husband help up every time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
