Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.
- 4/5
Place was clean and nice. Breakfast was okay. I would stay again
- 5/5
Having the outdoor amenities was amazing. Whenever my toddler got restless we would go outside and they would play basketball or roam the area in their bike.
- 4/5
The room was large and homie, but I could hear people walking around in the room above, which sounded like stomping.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy to get on the highway.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional!
- 5/5
Nice, well-run establishment. Front desk specialists were helpful and courteous. The room was nice, clean, and nicely appointed. Great breakfast layout and serves up a great cup of joe. Pretty much everything you need all in one spot. Ran into no problems. The location was ideal for commuting around the city. Lots of attractions and restaurants in the area alone. Keep this place on your go-to list when in the area.
- 5/5
It was a great breakfast and the hotel had everything we needed in our short stay.

The bathroom was not as clean as it could of been. Found some hairs that I had to clean myself.

Clean, easy check-in, good breakfast.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep.. Also, it didn't help that the inconsiderate hotel guest(s) occupying the room above us sounded like they had pet elephants stomping on the floor at all times...
- 2/5
The lighting is terrible in the room and the bathroom. Can’t even see to put on makeup.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. They are very warm and friendly. The breakfast was quite good as well and the coffee lover in me appreciated the 24hr coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint is the horrible wifi. Even trying to stream Netflix on their own tv was bad and there is a lot of lag. I’d reconsider staying again but not for work because of the internet issue.
- 4.5/5
The streaming service on the TV was pretty bad. Would freeze, be unable to load, shut itself off, etc. it really needs an upgrade.
- 4/5
Other than minor cleaning misses (under counter ledge, under chair cushions) the room was nice. The walls are thin so we could hear other guests through the night. Overall, not a terrible hotel.
- 2/5
No services such as Internet, WiFi, TV channels, no phone
- 3/5
Room was very clean. The cable wasn’t working but the lady waived the $10 parking fee to comp. Breakfast was a good variety of choices and everything seemed pretty fresh
- 3/5
Reserved ADA room for 85 yr old mother but had a bathtub instead of roll-in shower. Night staff made changes the day after & 40% discount. Hotel had no CATV services or internet the entire week stay. Had to use our data plan on phones to Stream video. Hotel printer was out of order. No housekeeping the entire stay. Had to get towels and toilet paper from front desk. Front desk night manager did as much as he could to help. Coffee machine broke 3rd day. Found out hotel was not corporate owned which tells me why the infrastructure was not maintained. Corporate only from now on!
- 4/5
Staff ver friendly, room were nice. Only issue was the their direct tv wasn't working. Hard for a 4 day stay.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was excellent. The room was clean. I didn't see any pets during my stay.

Bed is fair in comfort. Our room was not done in all days there. Breakfast is great. In general, decent place to stay a few nights.
- 5/5
Desk staff was very helpfull.
- 3/5
The shower was pretty bad the tub was so dirty and the drain was so plugged that water took hours to drain. There was dried up boggers and old build up.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff was welcoming and accommodating.
- 5/5
Clean spacious convenient
- 5/5
The One receptionist was over-loaded but helped each person fully, according to their needs. She made sure to apologize to others in line for the inconvenience. I gave her 5 stars for her customer service.
- 5/5
It was nice. Me and the gal are from out of state and we thought it was a very safe and clean hotel/ area. All sorts of shopping and food nearby.
- 4/5
Thought I paid all the taxes and fees when I made the reservation but when I got there I found out there was a "parking fee". I don't know why because it is like every other hotel with it's own parking lot. Why not do like Vegas and call it a resort fee. That seems to be working out great for them. And you wonder why tourism is down?
- 5/5
Excellent location. Loved that we could walk in the area.
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 5/5
We were visiting my parents who are in assisted-living close by and needed a pet friendly large room for all of us to gather together.

Close to Air Force Academy Poor selection with Breakfast
- 2.5/5
The hotel is in an excellent location on the the North side of Colorado Springs. The staff was nice and the kitchen in the suite was stocked with everything we needed. The room was clean which really is one of the most important things to us. Also, for being a suite with full kitchen it was a good deal. The walls are TOO THIN. We heard the person in the suite next to us SNORING when we went to bed. The rooms apparently are set up to share the wall with headboards on each side. We couldn't even keep the fan running to help drown his snoring a bit because the air wasn't kicking on when it should never mind have the fan run. Also, the dishwasher is very, very loud- don't run it while trying to watch TV or sleep. Lastly, toilet kept 'running' so had to jiggle the handle a lot each time to get it to stop.
- 5/5
Fantastic service as we needed an early checkin and later departure. Very accommodating staff. Nice place and great breakfast included.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, nice room. Downfall was next to elevators and many people stomping above us and walking down the halls. Otherwise very nice
- 4/5
Great property.
- 5/5
The staff was great. Help me out when I was traveling.
- 3/5
The front desk was amazing. The room was clean and all we needed. The beds however were not comfortable at all. The pull out bed you could feel every spring. It was terrible the regular queen bed was decent but truthfully had better.
- 3.5/5
There was absolutely no way to contact the hotel. The phone number just rang - never even went to message. Called Marriott and they couldn't reach them either - very strange.
- 4/5
Great place
- 1/5
The room was filthy. A strong odor emanated from the garbage disposal. Pet hair was matted along the baseboards.
- 5/5
Impeccable staff at this location! Very customer service oriented, polite and professional.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and great staff! The breakfasts were amazing and you could tell that the cooks cared about the meals they were preparing. Also the pool was great to have with our children there.
- 5/5
Perfect place with the kitchen. Spacious and clean.
- 5/5
More fresh fruit at breakfast
- 5/5
We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. Every staff member we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Our room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We visited Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, the Olympic/Paralympic Museum, and more. We anticipate future trips to Colorado Springs and this will be the first place we check for availability.
- 2.5/5
Excellent staff Breakfast was OK I checked in after 7pm and had to wait 30-40 mins for representative to come the desk. Butter knife found in shower. A/C unit went on the 3rd day of stay. The hotel was overpriced. The queen suite setup became much smaller once the pullout sofa bed was in use and also blocked the walkway to exit the room. This poses a safety and a fire hazard.

Location
- 5/5
I like it was real nice
- 3/5
Not a fan of having to pay for parking each day when there are so many parking spots available
- 5/5
We stayed in a very spacious room with a kitchen. By not eating out every day, we saved a lot of money.
- 5/5
Wonderful Hotel! 😊

:)
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. We got a suite for 2 couples. I got there a little early and they let me check in before the normal time. Each room had its own bathroom. Nice kitchen. Very comfortable. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good each morning.
- 4/5
Great staff and walking distance to food and gas station
- 5/5
This is a lovely property in a great convenient location. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The room was very nice and clean. Great staff. Will stay again.

(Manager) and his team were cordial, friendly and helpful. The food selection and amenities were very good.
- 5/5
Amazing stay in Colorado Springs!! Beautiful mountain views. Close to Manitou Springs and many attractions in the area.
- 5/5
Only complaint was we could hear every neighbor we had
- 5/5
Very accommodating.
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay when visiting the AF academy.
- 5/5
Our stay was great!! The pool is very nice; the breakfast was great; the staff are outstanding and our room was more than we expected!! We’ll recommend staying here and will be back!
- 4.5/5
Nothing.
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming and took good care of us
- 5/5
Highly recommend. Very nice, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is very nice and upkept well. The only issue we experienced was with the staff. Upon checking in I was scorned and talked down to for not booking direct and was told I was lucky they had room as 3rd party customers (booking on hotel.com) usually get unpreferred treatment and sent to their siter properties. Upon checking out the guy didn't ask how the stay was and seemed pretty bothered by us checking out as if we were interrupting something else he was doing.
- 5/5
Breakfast closes a little to early
- 5/5
The 1 bedroom queen suite was perfect for our travel needs. It was comfortable, the facilities were welll kept, and it’s in a really great location.
- 5/5
Breakfast was exceptional. Waffles and pastries with eggs and meat. Staff did great job in keeping food fresh and the area extreme clean. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming Happy with experience
- 3/5
They stopped breakfast each 30 minutes before they were suppose to. The room was not cleaned well at all nor were the sheets on the bed they also looked like they were slept on but never changed.
- 5/5
The room was like a little apartment. Since we had our dog with us the extra room was nice. Kitchen was a nice plus Nothing.
- 5/5
This place was PERFECT!
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and inviting. The breakfast options were great and we enjoyed having fresh fruit-infused water, hot chocolate, and fruits available to us all the time.
- 5/5
Check in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to several restaurants some w/in a reasonable walking distance. The continental breakfast is sufficient, consists of the usual including waffles, eggs and meat plus various shelf items like cereal, muffins and bagels. The hotel itself was clean and always felt safe. My only complaint is that the walls are thin. We were lucky that most of our stay was neighbor free.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Reasonable rates, good breakfast. Clean facilities
- 0.5/5
The amenities were the best part. The pool was clean, the gym had several nice pieces of equipment and the basketball court they have was nice. The room was dirty, breakfast on a Monday morning was exceptionally slow. Never had eggs, or bacon, creamer ran out. Low options to begin with and then we had to wait 30 minutes for the food to come out. Then of course it ran out right away because multiple people were waiting. The receptionist was angry to sell us stuff from the little hotel grocery market they had. He wasn’t doing us a favor, just his job. I think they are a nice hotel, but the service, cleanliness, and customer service was awful.
- 1/5
Under renovation- did not honor our booked reservations. Turned us away the morning of our check in. GM was aware and refund is to be issued back for our relocation. MICHAEL HARBACH the GM hasn’t responded to Expedia nor myself in regards to the refund. An claim to the BBB has been issued.

Counted quite a few hairs. Overall was fine but it was quite expensive

comfy bed breakfast was good Room we reserved was unavailable. Room we were given was not 2 rooms so had to share with son
- 3.5/5
Location The rooms bedding was substandard . Seemed thin and worn out and needs better pillows . Not good !! Needs new bedding in room
- 2/5
Disappointed. Low quality mattress. We had bad night with the people above our room throwing heavy stuff, making a lot of noise. We called front desk and nothing was done. Also they charged us twice for the parking lot.
- 3/5
1. They ran out of the main breakfast items (fruit and eggs) well before the 9:30 end of the buffet but no steps were taken to even post a sign or make amends. Only when pressed did one person say they were "waiting for supplies". A hot breakfast is part of what we paid for. 2. One working elevator with 4 floors and at least 90 rooms above ground floor 3. Asked for service but was missed the first day. Asked again and was cleaned the 2nd. 4. Internet very flaky. Complicated to get on with laptop and later with phone requiring steps I've never seen in 2 million miles of travel and hotels 5. If the amenities were any smaller we could not have found them. The cheapest, thinest, scratchiest TP and Tissue. This is not Motel 6. 6. Very loud built in A.C. They checked and left a note saying it was working OK. Well...... 7. Walls and floors must be thin because can hear other guests too easily. 8. Overall, clearly got the impression that Marriott is shaving every cost and backup system to re-build profits post pandemic and doing so at the expense of guests and certainly in my case reputation.
- 3.5/5
The hotel is very clean The price was a different we pay more, we pay for the parking because it’s no free, we ask for extra pillows and the person on the front desk only give towels, we ask for housekeeping service and the same person on the desk said “ you don’t need service because it’s only 2 nights The price on booking was 356 and the hotel charge 410 on the first day and 90 on the second one
- 5/5
Hotel is very nice room was great
- 4/5
The pillows are atrocious. They are so flat that they are very uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a very nice place.
- 4/5
This hotel is amazing, the amenities the friendliness and the area around the hotel was beautiful. Close to a supermarket and a Church.
- 5/5
The lobby was a great place to hang out with our family of 20 members. We enjoyed the breakfast as well!
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was great, I looked forward to that part of my day. Location was convenient and the Double suite was nice and roomy for our family! Thank you for allowing us to experience a great stay while on our mini vacation.
- 5/5
Excellent rooms very clean roomy bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable enjoyed the full kitchen.
- 3/5
I have stayed at this property multiple times due to its location near I-25 and the excellent selection of nearby dining options I also like the option of booking a room with two actual bedrooms. However; on my last visit things were not up to the standards I have become accustomed to from this location. First of all, when I checked in around 9pm, the person at the front desk was fast asleep behind the desk and I had to call to her several times to wake her up. After checking in and heading to our room, there was a rowdy group of young people horsing around in the hallway that lead to our room. Not a big deal, except after going to the car to get our luggage the hall then reeked of a particular herbal substance. Inside the room, the kitchen had barely been cleaned. The table was still dirty and sticky. There was some kind of splatter on the wall by the table. The refrigerator handle was sticky, looked like dried ice cream (?).There were dishes still in the dishwasher from the prior guest.
- 5/5
Everyone and everything was really nice! The staff was really helpful.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was great too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
The facility is great as is the location. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean. However, we had a couple of issues during our stay. A fire alarm went off at about 3am. We evacuated and waited for the fire department to leave until we went back in. It was a little unsettling. The thing is we never got an explanation or even an apology. Our sleep was interrupted for what seemed to be a false alarm? The rest of the evening we couldn’t sleep thinking the alarm may go off again. The service issue I noted was that we specifically requested the beds to be made and trashed picked up on one evening during our stay. My wife asked the front desk employee in person in the morning after breakfast to do this and the response was that it would get done. When we returned that evening it did not happen since it was late we did not make another request.
- 4/5
Great location. Front desk staff was very friendly!
- 4/5
Needs a little maintenance.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay again. Breakfast is great, room was great. Pull out sofa bed a little bumpy but otherwise can’t complain. Loved the kitchenette. Great service and desk help.
- 5/5
Awesome place see next year
- 2/5
Horrible put in king suite next to outside door that everytime it closed it slammed shut it was so loud and disturbing. Then when asked front desk if they cud help they said we guess we could put a sign on the door then after that is when they wanted to switch us rooms and got rude with my wife.
- 5/5
Will definitely return back.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast bar!
- 2/5
We smelled trash getting off the elevator, but assumed it was people cooking, as we had a room with a kitchen. We had fun, went swimming and came back with food. A roach was on the counter when we turned on the light. I talked to the front desk and they stated, “usually people take pictures.” I wish we would have thought to take one before we killed it. My kids all saw the roach and no one felt comfortable staying. We’ve never stayed somewhere with a bug problem. No alternate options were given. No response was received from hotel management when emailed, as the front desk suggested. Waste of time and money for our family, especially after a stressful event.
- 5/5
The hotel location, cleanliness, staffs, facilities, mountainview from the suite, everything was great. The only thing I did not like was knowing about the parking fee only during chek in. If that parking policy is implemented, I felt that it should have been clarified before the booking confirmation. That would improve tranparency with the customers.
- 3/5
I asked for my room to be cleaned and they did not do it
- 4/5
Loved that is wasn't near a freeway or busy street. Very Quit location.
- 4/5
There were no towels at the pool
- 5/5
Great place, friendly welcome. Great quiet room, no noise at all. Very close to a lot of good restaurants.
- 2/5
The women that worked at the grab and go breakfast were very nice & friendly. They would be the highlight of my stay.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, overall had a great stay! Friendly and accomodating staff.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Kitchen
- 5/5
Nice place to stay and good for family
- 5/5
We stayed in a queen suit room. It was perfect for our family. Spacious, had everything we might need in the kitchenette, the bathroom was nice and clean, the closet had extra blankets, sheets, and pillows for the foldout bed. This room even included a gas fireplace and a small kitchen table. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is still being passed out by staff (brown bag special) but they had lots of options compared to other places that just have fruit and muffins. The location is great as well. Not far from downtown, Scheels is right around the corner, as is several gas stations, and eating places. I would definitely stay here again on another trip back to Colorado Springs!
- 3/5
Great location. The only complaint is that carpet in the stairs were very dirty. There was dog hair all over. My mom had allergies all during our stay.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and bathrooms, property in nice condition. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite.
- 1/5
The room was not ready by 4pm, we were not alone the next day several parties had the same issue. The pool was only open for one room at a time, so if you plan to swim this is NOT the hotel to stay at.
- 1/5
We stayed on the 4th floor and a dog went to bathroom in front of the elevator and it took hours for the staff to clean it up. I repeadedly asked them as did others to clean this mess up. It took hours. Why are "pets" staying on my floor? There should be a designated location for all pets. The staff doesn't care. I'm a pet owner too but it needs to be managed properly and take its residents in to consideration. Anyway my family and I will never stay at Marriott again. Don't stay here.
- 5/5
Very quiet. Front desk staff friendly.
- 4/5
staff pleasant. convenient to food n shopping
- 4/5
Great location near lots of great restaurants 👍
- 5/5
Newly renovated hotel! The two bedroom suite was super nice with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living area and dining area. The only thing this hotel is missing are balconies. We were able to reserve the pool hourly and you get the pool all to yourself! Since nobody was in the next time slot they offered us the pool for a second hour! Highly recommend this hotel with restaurants close by.
- 5/5
Front desk staff friendly and nice warm indoor pool
- 2/5
We were told when we checked in that pool reservations had to be are due to Covid safety and that we’d get the pool to ourselves for an hour and that they sanitize between each group. On Saturday we were to our reservation and you could tell no one had been in there to clean or sanitize anything because people’s wet towels were laying around across the furniture. When we arrived to the pool we noticed there were no towels so my husband went to the front to ask for some before he got in....We swam for the hour and by time our reservation was up still no one brought any towels... it was right when we were about to just walk to our room soaking wet did someone finally bring towels( after my husband gave them a phone call from his cellphone)... it’s concerning that the pool was getting sanitized properly then how do we know the rooms are getting sanitized properly?
- 5/5
Nice staff. Clean facility. Easy parking.
- 2/5
The room was not good. Dirty and dingy carpet with stains. Bathroom tile was loose and crumbling. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Bed was not very comfortable. At least they’re in the process of renovating the upper floor. If you go here see if you can get a refurbished room otherwise we don’t advise staying here.
- 4/5
A fine place to stay for a reasonable price.
- 5/5
Wonderful trip! Hotel was great with kitchen. Breakfast was limited due to COVID but still good. Living room gave us extra space. Would definitely stay again!!
- 1/5
Bes was very uncomfortable and second night room flooded due to the dishwasher broke. They change me to a different room, where a found a use soap and towel in the bathroom. Left the hotel right away. Still waiting for Marriot to paid for al the inconvenience. Will never stay there again. They promised they are doing deep cleaning due to the pandemic, it was clear is not truth.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and exactly what they advertised. Comfortable and quiet. Convenient location to everything.
- 3/5
Front desk help was exceptional. Room are extremely dated, worn & it feels less than clean.
- 3/5
Refrigerator quit. Ruined groceries.
- 5/5
The staff was phenomenal! I can't say enough about how accommodating and friendly they were. Our stay had the potential to be very stressful. They made a huge difference, especially Dillion!
- 5/5
The girl at front desk was really nice. Breakfast was really good and accommodated my family of 5 and their different preferences.
- 5/5
Great stay awesome place
