Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, there were consistent complaints about the outdated facilities, particularly in the bathrooms, and issues with maintenance and housekeeping services.

The hotel was clean, the laundry facility was reasonable, the breakfast was only okay. It was perfectly adequate for our purpose
- 5/5
I only interacted with the staff when I checked in and checked out but they were very friendly. My room was clean and the view was amazing since I had a mountain view. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Was ok. Didn’t help that as we were walking in, the police were arresting a woman and putting her in the back of their police car. Kind of put a damper on our initial impression.
- 5/5
Great room easy check in, pull out couch was broken, but other then that, perfect for a stay
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for our family of six! We had the two bedroom suite, and having the second bathroom was amazing! The property was very clean and the beds were nice. I personally think that the complaints that I read about it before booking were extremely overstated. No, it’s not as nice as staying in a 5 star hotel which is what it seemed some of the reviews were expecting. For my family and our expectations, it was perfect for our stay!
- 4/5
Continental breakfast is served in a separate building. Somewhat inconvenient. The continental breakfast was very limited regarding selection.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 5/5
Everything! Outdoor pool & surrounds. Hot breakfast & extremely nice eating area. Very comfy bed & large armchair. Very nice & helpful staff. Wonderful location on the NW side of Colorado Springs. Ease of getting to all the tourist sites, inc;. Manitou Springs (15 mins.). Taxis & ride shares (Uber & Luft) are expensive. Would pay $20 for a shuttle service shared with neighbouring hotels at specified times during the day & early evening. A shuttle is a necessity!!!
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 4/5
The staff was helpful.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
We didn't enjoy out stay here . The beds were comfy but that was about it. Bathroom needed a refurb badly. Also screaming kids in corridor and a strong smell of weed even though a non smoking hotel. Didn't have breakfast. Would not stay here again. And when we went to walk upstairs there was poop on the handrail. But staff did sort that out.
- 5/5
The service attitude from the start to the finish was super friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast served everyday of our stay.
- 5/5
Good value, and convenient to attractions.
- 3/5
We were given 2 towels for 4 nights for 2 people
- 1.5/5
Hotel had old feel and smell; noisy hallway. Facilities not what expected; lacking positive customer service.
- 4/5
It was o No coffee when I went in
- 3/5
Rooms where ok. Hotel outdated. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was a real bust was to small of an area for how many rooms. No we're to sit. Not enough options. Good locations. Lots of space in rooms
- 4/5
The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. No musky smells in room or hallway. Gym equipment was broken or disassembled. Used local gym membership instead. Shower had peeling white paint but worked fine. Hotel room overall was okay, softness of the bed and no weird smells made it good.
- 5/5
It was a nice place to stay Breakfast.
- 3/5
The stay was okay. Both bathrooms in our suite could use a face lift. Paint chipping/peeling, etc. Breakfast was very standard but there’s too many people in the hotel for such a small breakfast area. It was extremely crowded every morning.
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
The room was nice and spacious. The shower in the bathroom needs to be fixed/remodeled, the paint is peeling off around the soap holder and a couple other spots.
- 4.5/5
Good location Nothing
- 5/5
The place is clean. Staff are very helpful. The room are very comfortable and it’s in a good area. Nothing

- 4/5
The hotel is in a great location when traveling across country. The breakfast was good. And the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice staff, even though very busy. Large comfy, quiet rooms. Decent breakfast with good coffee.
- 4/5
It was lovely
- 4.5/5
We left too early for breakfast. Kids and adults had to remember card key when going front desk building to hotel rooms building. Card inevitably misplaced, hence drama. Not how it could have been easier and still safe though. Keypad w/code maybe?
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
I went to pick it up at the front desk. I had the order invoice with our business, attn name, and the business it arrived from. I also had the recorded phone call to my phone number that the box arrived from the manager with his name & number. I showed several ID’s including my disabled husband’s DL. Plus my handicapped husband was immediately visible just outside by the front desk. The woman insisted he had to come in, which again, he’s disabled, or she wouldn’t give me my box. In fairness, it was regrettable for both of us: Her, for lack of empathy of disabilities and comprehension of how ID’s work. For me, for allowing myself to be sucked into the dispute.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, had a alot to choose from. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
Clean rooms The surprise 250.00 deposit with no knowing. Because I already paid for room.
- 4/5
it was fine
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Cleanliness Family friendly

Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Hot water was GREAT! Easy access to room. Shower stall needed work, paint peeling, tiles loose. Room 437.

- 2.5/5
It had beds. And the price was good, given the location. The woman at the desk at check-in was not at all friendly, quite surly actually. The toilet in our room was loud and took verrrrry long to refill after flushing. We could hear barking dogs, people talking, and the slamming door at the side entrance when people entered and exited.
- 4/5
yup
- 5/5
Maintained. Staff was helpful especially housekeeping and front desk. Loved breakfast and AC was perfect!!
- 4/5
My parents weren't able to checking early when they arrived to the hotel. So they had to go find another room for that night. When I called and asked if they would be able to check in early I was told yes they can.
- 5/5
A good place to stay for family. It very clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
The room has a damp mold smell when walking. I asked to change the different room and Corina the front desk gave me a hard time and had a bad attitude. The changed room had a broken hair dryer, I asked Corina again to send someone ro fix but never heard back. I ended up with the wet hair for the night with 40 degree outside. The next day I had a cold caused of wet hair. I planned to stay 3 nights but ended up to check out 1 night early because of poor staff and poor condition room. The hotel charged me 20% early departure. Very disappointed for the charge too, bad experience, don’t stay there!!!!
- 4/5
Good value for money. Enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast was too repetitive. Everything was the same every morning.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great! The manager that checked me in was helpful. The towels were very thin so that is my only compliant.
- 4/5
The price was the best thing. Dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod, Bug in corner I killed upon arrival.
- 2/5
The room was fine, TV was outdated and slow. If you plan on walking to nearby locations this hotel is not good for walkability, busy roadways and shifty characters. The bed was uncomfortable despite driving for 14 hours I couldn't fall asleep. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The pool was closed, the "fitness center" was 2 treadmills and a broken machine. I was very disappointed by this stay. Be sure to read the negative reviews off Expedia before booking. Waste of money, left after one night.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the room was clean had restaurants like on property area and got a discount.
- 2/5
I think it could use some upgrades feels kind of dingy the pool I was out of order.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Great location. Nice and clean.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Very convenient location!Good stay.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
The staff was not nice
- 5/5
We never went for breakfast so I dont know how it is I walked through there to get to offfice It was very clean...Every thing. Worked fine.it was a great stay.....wee stayed 18days
- 4/5
I stay here quite a bit, location is good. The hotel itself is very clean but a bit worn around the edges. When the hotel is full, which it often is, the breakfast area is not sufficient to handle the crowd.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
The hotel provided everything we needed for my wife to recover from surgery. The breakfast was welcome and good
- 4/5
It is ok but buildings all need maintenance this one needs a little care.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
I booked this with a government move. I tried to get it refunded when we found out the date had been moved up and they would not let me cancel. Expedia told me it was up to the property and the property said no. Now I will no longer book with any choice hotels.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
It was a great place to dtay. Lots of room , good breakfast, and n
- 4/5
Old building. But they did a good job on keeping it maintained. Pretty quiet inside didn’t really hear other people. breakfast was adequate. just the right enough of items to get you going for the morning. overall day was great.
- 5/5
Very clean and great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Will stay again, for sure.
- 5/5
Eating utensils....
- 3/5
But other then that not a bad stay.
- 5/5
The stay was everything promised to me, including the mountain view. Restaurants were in walking distance but I was close enough to the interstate if I wanted to drive. This is a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Gabbie at the front seat is an amazing person.
- 3/5
nice staff, clean room
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice I had a nice day. The staff was very helpful very friendly. If I ever come to Colorado springs again for the Manitou incline I definitely will be staying. Thank you very much I had a very nice trip.
- 5/5
Excellent 😊
- 5/5
For the price, it was great. Only problem was I needed to do laundry (was there for a week) and the charged for it. Shouldn’t it be included?? WHO Carrie’s 1.50 in quarters anymore? And the only wieght machine in the tiny gym was broken. Other than that, it was great.
- 4/5
This was a quick over night stay. It was dark when we arrived. The parking area was well lit up. We had a good nights sleep. Loved that there was a sleep button on the remote. Clean room. Breakfast wasn’t much but the price of the room was good.
- 5/5
Todo bien
- 4/5
When I checked in the person (female) working that day around 5 pm was short with me, not friendly then later when I went to talk to her about another issue she was even more rude. It made the whole experience of staying here unwelcoming and I’ve stayed here many other times before.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
PS
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Very comfortable rooms and great pillows!
- 5/5
Staff was absolutely amazing!! We had a very frustrating situation with another booking with another hotel and it was late and I vented my situation to the front staff. She was very supportive, listened to my concerns and helped calmed me down. I truly appreciated it. It turned out to be a better night just having someone to vent to.
- 4/5
Breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Nice hot breakfast in the morning friendly staff for a two star hotel overall cleanliness and amenities were on par. Price was reflective of the expected condition.
- 5/5
Breakfast was surprisingly good
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The breakfast was good except they need to fix their apple juice machine because water kept coming out the 4 days I was there
- 5/5
Best room 2 queen suite! Normal breakfast. Check-in staff super accomadating
- 5/5
Left early morning.
- 5/5
It was a very pleasant stay, no complaints at all
- 3/5
It is an older property, and has the smell of such, but rooms are clean, and it definitely served the purpose of sleep & rest! The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room I was in had a beautiful view of the mountains!
- 5/5
Had a great stay. nice and quiet
- 3/5
Very strange set up with the lobby not being connected. Lots of people lingering around on thr property next to the hotel l.
- 5/5
Great stay and breakfast!!
- 5/5
Clean room, lots of parking, continental breakfast, elevator is available
- 4/5
Easy quick check in and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot and fresh options. Only stayed one night but it was comfortable.
- 1/5
The staff appeared to be helping criminals that were guests or relatives of the cleaning company they use. A group of hackers were also targeting their devices and would not allow me to sleep.
- 5/5
Breakfast was better than many. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff OK.
- 4/5
Front staff and breakfast were good. Nice room. Dogs barked in next room.
- 1/5
Be aware, don’t believe the photos .
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
There is one exception. The person who helped me when I went to check in, apparently the assistant manager, named Gabby….she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though she couldn’t be bothered to even speak to me. She purposely went out of her way to mock the things I said , be combative, and was as unhelpful as she could be all while being snarky and rude. I brought this up to a different employee later in the day to be met with a sigh…. “Oh that was Gabby, shes always like that. But shes a manager if you complain they wont do anything about it” To the owners: this woman is a detriment to your business. And I almost walked away from a multi night reservation because of the way I was treated. Based on reviews I’ve seen,I’m certainly not the only one.
- 3/5
No elevator and husband has breathing problems so going up stairs was hard for him.
- 4/5
Breakfast was subpar compared to other generic breakfast at hotels. It’s a decent place to crash and sleep if you’re traveling. You can buy food and drinks nearby within walking distance.
- 5/5
Internet was rigged for slow-running unless more $ paid. OK tho, seems to be standard these days. Otherwise very nice stay.
- 4/5
Clean and comfy Quiet Gal at the front desk was personable and helpful
- 3/5
This property is dated and the furniture has stains on them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I could still find dirt on the soap holder. I didn’t use the wifi or laundry. Staff were courteous.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice beds
- 2/5
Its an old motel trying to look new. carpets are old and when you take a papertowel and swipe it across the rug you can see the dirt it picks up. shower and bathtub need repairs. room looks clean. no charging stations for cell phones. breakfast has only waffles no meat and no potatoes. will not be staying there again
- 3/5
Beautiful view
- 4/5
Didn’t use laundry
- 3/5
The breakfast was just waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt not as usual with eggs, bacon and sausage.
- 4/5
Good location to eating and to attractions in area. Nice and quiet even though close to i25. Will stay again
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, great customer service!
- 5/5
Fantastic staff support, clean rooms, clean area to walk the dogs.
- 5/5
Was very clean friendly staff very nice place to stay at
- 3/5
The general manager was helpful, but later on in the night when my wife asked for more towels, whoever was on staff that night told her she had to come to the lobby and get the towels herself. And when the staff member gave my wife her towels, they told her that the towels might have hair on them because they were just blow drying their hair back there. All I can say is that it’s hard to get good workers nowadays. But besides the couch being a little dirty it was ok. The bed sheets and bathroom were clean, so that’s all that mattered at the end of the day.
- 4/5
Average hotel with a continental breakfast.
- 3/5
Great restaurants adjacent to the property Chick fil A on one side and Village Inn on the other which was great for full breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
The receptionist was pretty rude and not ready to take my credit card because my full name was not printed in the credit card. She was not ready to take my husband's card since the room was booked under my name.We had come at 11.00pm with kids and to deal with the rude receptionist and gruesome admission process. Finally when the admission process was over, she gave us a key to a room which had faulty room lock. We had to go the lobby again with luggages n kids (lobby is located outside the building that has rooms)and got a new room allotted. Took almost 1 hour to complete the gruesome process and get a proper room. The room was okay. The comliimentary breakfast was pathetic with very less options.
- 5/5
Loved the location, very convenient plus friendly staff.
- 5/5
The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and the room was very nice.
- 3/5
The front desk lady was nice and the room was clean. Otherwise, it was pretty bad. Walls and doors so thin can hear everything, including people dragging their luggage thru the parking lot. The free breakfast had no meat, no eggs - pretty much danish and make your own pancake. The shower soaps and conditioner didn't work or were empty. The wifi password did not work
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
The breakfast is nice and the hotel located near the Garden of the Gods. My main complaint is that it smells like cigarette smoke. Even all the way up on the 3rd floor.
- 5/5
The room was clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was large. The front office person was a little rude, but nothing atrocious
- 5/5
I have stayed here twice in the last month due to a family death and it was a nice place to stay. Felt safe and was quite.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was clean, the staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Great stay would do it again
- 5/5
The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. I also enjoyed the clean room and privacy. Overall, very comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable bed and room.
- 5/5
Location great and the room was clean
- 5/5
The room was clean and had everything we needed.
- 1/5
Very dated structure, horrible low pressure shower, terrible TV, lots of strange smells, and terrible staff at front desk. I will NOT stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, especially clerk at check in and staff at breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff are great!! Rooms are clean and nice. Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Overall, was happy with our choice to stay here. The front desk person who checked us in could've been more pleasant, but the rest of our stay went fine
- 4/5
Staff was great, room was great
- 4/5
Clean room, staff
- 2/5
Gabby at the front desk was confrontational with my other party after I informed her in person I left access for my room for another person.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition, the staff friendly and helpful. My main problem was with the "Breakfast".. I think it would be better called a Continental breakfast, there is a waffle iron but not much else. As a diabetic, I don't eat bread, cold cereal, danish or waffles. I am looking for eggs in some form. Even hard-boiled eggs would have been welcome.
- 5/5
the staff was courteous the hotel was in a great location for our travels
- 5/5
Excellent overall
- 5/5
Only needed it for a few hours, it did just fine
- 5/5
Great staff and huge room for the value!
- 1/5
Room smelled really bad and sheets smelled like urine. When we let the front desk know, they said they didnt have any other bedding and offered one clean blanket. Left a day early due to unable to sleep in the smell.
- 5/5
My reservations were just as expected. The staff was friendly, and the morning meals were nicely presented. It was a pleasure to stay here.
- 3/5
The room was okay at best, could really use some TLC. The staff was very pleasant and nice.
- 5/5
Staff, cleanliness. Parking
- 3/5
Rooms were clean, shower had no water pressure, toilet leaked and was noisy all night, beds were very hard as well as pillows. Overall it was fine for the price and what I needed but staff was not overly friendly and breakfast was subpar. Would stay again in a pinch but not for a family trip.
- 5/5
Easy registration and check out. Room easy to get to. Quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the staff were very professional.
- 3/5
The room was clean. There weren't enough towels for the family, and they refused to give us two more unless we returned the only two they provided. The shower clogged up on the last day. Lots of people smoking dope in the parking lot.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was very welcoming.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
There was a fan running in the ceiling of the bath room 24/7 that was so loud! Don’t stay in rm 410.
- 2/5
This hotel is in need of a lot of help. Furniture is broken, the breakfast was a joke and you couldn't touch a switch or lamp without getting shocked. I would never go back!
- 4/5
clean room
- 4/5
Our room didn’t have an ice bucket and she tried locating one for us. The woman at the front desk the next morning, however was very rude. Wouldn’t even look up at us when we asked about getting hot water. Just pointed to the kitchen and told us to ask them. No one was there, but she was not even a little helpful.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
The night desk clerk who helped me check in had no personality
- 4/5
Check in was good. The only thing I noticed was that the soap bar holders in the shower had soap residue from previous guests. My husband felt the bed’s were hard. Great location, though.
- 5/5
When you think of a Quality Inn, I am sure it doesn’t give you much to hope for - however this was a pleasant surprise
- 5/5
Lovely
- 4/5
My only objection was the breakfast. It was all carbs and no meat. (The waffles were definitely a plus. I really enjoyed them.)
- 4/5
Everything was fine. The person that checked us in seemed to be having a bad day possibly? Unfortunately I had a slight issue with my card and they were patient but you could tell they were annoyed.
- 5/5
Room was awesome! Great price as well
- 3/5
Room was dated, but Staff were good and courteous.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Room did not have a functioning toilet. Moved to the next room and there was no hot water. This was resolved but not a great first inoression
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 3/5
Room was fine, bathroom was dated
- 5/5
Comfortable bed and clean. Front desk was very warm and welcoming.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 1/5
Poor customer service by admitting staff. Placed in “Dog room” as stated by staff. Room smelled of dog. Areas in room dirty. Unsafe electrical strip with several items plugged in. Toilet extremely low off the floor and difficult for elderly to get off. Slamming of doors late at night.
- 5/5
Excellent value, a really good place to stay.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Staff is great, room was very clean, everything in the room worked as expected. Parking is easy.
- 5/5
Clean, great breakfast, secure buildings.
- 4/5
pleasant staff
- 4/5
The place was well kept, just had a pet odor when we walked in.
- 4/5
Our room was clean even as a pet room, we didn't stay long. Beds were comfy and the staff seemed attentive and nice. Price was acceptable except for the $250 per deposit seems a little excessive considering it's a hold on someone's account. All and all would recommend. Breakfast was offered but did not consists of much!
- 1/5
I reserved a pet friendly room on expedia. When I arrived the front desk person told me they did not have a pet friendly room and were not able to accommodate me. She said I would not have been able to purchase one since one was not available. I went back onto the expedia website and again, they were showing pet friendly rooms available to reserve. It was non refundable, but because I was 1 hour out, I knew I would make the stay and did not anticipate any problems. I called expedia to dispute the charge and because they could not get a hold of the property manager, they were not able to process a refund. Expedia made several attempts to call and speak with the property.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable, convenient parking
- 5/5
check in was super friendly
- 3/5
Bathrooms- no fan, breakfast quality is not good
- 4/5
Not the worst but certainly not the best. Might be a seasonal thing as colorado springs is more of a summer town.
- 5/5
Staff was really helpful.
- 5/5
The fridge was a good medium size and a microwave
- 3/5
Had to wait outside for the door to the lobby to be unlocked. Also, the toilet wasn’t flushing once we got to the room.
- 4/5
A nice, decent place for a quick overnight stop
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Small room, carpet not clean. Good rate and front staff was good. Good parking and easy access
- 4/5
Good location, decent breakfast
- 3/5
Horrible breakfast options. No protein, only carbs. No refills done even with an hour left.
- 2/5
If you want a cheap place to stay its ok. Bathroom tiles peeling off, door safely lock broke, and I left a day early... no room credit.
- 4/5
The 4th floor room was very nice and clean with an outstanding view of the Pikes Peak and the mountain range.
- 4/5
Didn’t have to do any laundry there.
- 5/5
Super clean room
- 4/5
nice room. Just wished they had eggs for breakfast. Even hard boiled would have given us a keto option.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice facility and delicious complimentary breakfast. Happy to be a returning customer.
- 5/5
Staff is great all 3 that I talked to thru the 3 night stay only complaint is your breakfast has went downhill last few years....
- 5/5
Awesome staff clean room quiet and exactly what I needed for a night
- 5/5
Great value for the price, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend.
- 2/5
I have pictures of the carpet / easy chair and the easy chair especially was inexcusably stained and dirty for a motel room, I still have not received my deposit for the 2 rooms I rented or the overpayment I was charged for a total of $298.00 dollars. If I don’t receive it soon I will be contacting my attorney. Not good and the front desk people were made aware of the conditions and over charges.
- 5/5
The room was great, the bed very comfortable ! Everything was clean and neat. And very convenient off of Route 25. Would recommend !
- 4/5
good value. friendly staff
- 5/5
The breakfast was ok, not a lot to choose from, but well stocked with what they did have. Definitely a great place if traveling with pets. Staff was great and beds were comfy.
- 5/5
Fairly clean
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Room was great.
- 1/5

- 1/5

- 2/5
Very old building
- 5/5
All the above PLUS being from out of town and husband in ICU heading for surgery #2, all staff has been AMAZING!!
- 5/5
Property was nice and clean. Paint was peeling in the shower but nothing to crazy.
- 5/5
The line for the beakfast was long and all they had was waffles and yorgert.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly...the rooms are in great condition and clean...and it is quiet and conveniently located.
- 5/5
Was a perfect location for my needs and very comfortable and roomy. Would definitely stay again!
- 1/5
My brother was in and out of the hospital. The manager, Jennifer, refused a simple accommodation, for us after I made a mistake on our booking due to exhaustion and stress. I intend never to stay at a Quality Inn if there are any other options
- 4/5
Security deposit is high..but the place is good for the price. Nice clean rooms
- 5/5
Very clean, kind staff, available and willing to please. Value is incredible.
- 5/5
We really liked this hotel. We booked it last minute and got there pretty late at night, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Love it

Clean room, quiet, easy in and out.
- 1/5
Bed Bugs...I had to change rooms in the middle of the night and I checked out early. No thanks.
- 1/5
Deceptive
- 3/5
Staff didn’t seem welcoming at check in, after that everyone else I met was great! The breakfast selection could be just a bit better. Otherwise, great spot!
- 5/5
It was a quick one night stay but the room was clean and spacious. Super courteous staff. Super convenient and free continental breakfast that tides you over until your next meal. Really close to other food options. Beautiful sights, surrounded by mountains. It was a super duper stay all around, will definitely recommend
- 3/5
The room was great. But I was put on hold, standing at the check-in counter, because the two individuals standing behind the counter wanted to finish the conversation/issue they were talking about, concerning a previous person’s check-in issue.
- 4/5
Room clean. Check in clerk not the friendliest.
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
It was great. Very clean. I left super early to workout. There was a security guard walking the floors. I LOVED this! Extra added security - all my stays in the springs will be here now
- 5/5
Great place and secure place
- 1/5
The people were absolutely rude, unhelpful and completely unwilling to assist with issues. I have traveled all over the United States and without a doubt this was the worst stay I have ever experienced. And I don't usually complain.
- 1/5
Were not allowed to check in. Had to find other accommodations. Staff was rude and unyielding.
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
Smell a lot of cigars
- 3/5
Rooms were decent enough for the price. The breakfast was basically non existant the pastries they had were hard as a rock and I didn't eat cos i didn
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Fair breakfast.
- 1/5
we were told we didn't have a reservation.were still charged for room
- 5/5
They didn’t have good breakfast selection
- 3/5
room and staff were good enogh to stay for two nights. Complimentary breakfast on Saturday was not impressive.
- 3/5
Room was clean. They painted over the shower tile and it was peeling in a large number of places. Several feet of the caulking area in the shower area was moldy. Staff ok but not friendly.Four thirty Check-In took just under 15 minutes as there was some issue with one of the three people in front of me. The clerk called the manager three times and eventually she came out to get it corrected yet, she did not stay to help others in line with an open register. Worst breakfast presentation and selection I've seen in numerous years. I've had better variety and quality with "to go" breakfast hotels. I've stayed at several Quality Inns over the years and don't recall one that needs this much improvement.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were friendly, my room was clean and well maintained, with modern, comfortable furniture. Room had all the amenities you would want for a hotel in this price range. Building and grounds are well lit and felt very safe, with key card readers at all side entrances. Definitely a solid choice in this area.
- 5/5
Alexandra checked me in and she was outstanding! Room very nice.
- 4/5
Breakfast excellent. Breakfast staff efficient. Room clean. No laundry. Check-in staff was masked and brash but working alone and busy with three check-in’s. Overall, a convenient place to rest in a clean environment with a scrumptious breakfast. Construction outside on Garden of the Gods was concerning at night upon entrance to location.
- 1/5
The room was trash, the heater didn't work, I found bugs, the staff were horrible and got a free breakfast that you microwave things they did terrible at. The hotel manager should be fired for accusing and discriminating against people who try and stay here. If you are thinking about staying here DONT. Book the La Quinta on the other side of the highway
- 5/5
Most everything was great but the breakfast had minimal items
- 5/5
My bf has never been to garden of the gods. I surprised him with a trip. We live in Missouri the staff were great. But the one who stuck out was the manager. She was beyond excellent.
- 2/5
The room wasn’t visibly a mess but the paint was peeling, the tile in the shower was lifting and had mold growing on it. The bathrooms didn’t have a fan so the humidity traveled throughout the room. The price of the room was great but the room looked horrible but manageable during my stay.
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available from 6am to 9pm.
- 3/5
Cool
- 4/5
Our room was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and helped us find a solution for a handicapped person in our party. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and friendly.
- 5/5
The stay was good. Nice clean room.
- 4/5
Jessica was super friendly and informative but the room did have some stains on the sheets. Loved the self serve waffle breakfast
- 1/5
Never had a stay. I paid for my friend to get out of the cold and not have to sleep in her car but you all refused to let 76 year old stay at your hotel!!! If I could do minus stars I would!!!!
- 5/5
Quiet weekend breakfast was great Monday and Tuesday a little disappointed with no hits other than the waffle.
- 4/5
Very nice friendly people and clean, comfortable rooms
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
We enjoyed the room size in our suite. We wish breakfast had more options.
- 1/5
She asked if I had a dog while checking me in and I said yes a 5 lb dog that I decided to take last minute. She froze, looked on her computer, and then said you never told us you were bringing a dog, I'm sorry we can't serve you and you have to leave. She then gave me her manager's line and said it was a hard policy that they can't have dogs in non-dog rooms. I see they have a pet friendly room option now, and I get that I brought a pet last minute and they have a policy on it. But there's a better way to treat your customers, especially when they're not out $100+ dollars and left finding a room. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location ever again.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is fine, but the area is not. When we arrived, there was a group who had scattered their belongings all over the landscaping next to the hotel. We assumed they were homeless, though the desk clerk assured us they were not, were causing trouble, and she'd called the sheriff. It was nerve-wracking and we wanted a refund to go elsewhere, but they wouldn't give us one. Thankfully, we didn't have any problems and the sheriff took care of the situation.
- 5/5
It worked for us
- 5/5
Clean room, nice smell. I wish they had eggs and bacon or sausage at breakfast
- 3/5
Average hotel that needs updating. Check in was quick and easy. Alexander at the front desk was pleasant. Unfortunately on day 2 our cards stopped working, so that was frustrating since the lobby isn't attached to the hotel part and when you have your hands full and family in tow it is very inconvenient. The room was clean but very outdated with paint peeling off the shower walls, the couch had stains and the pull out bed was worn. The area is very busy which did mean options for dining close by but stressful when coming and going. Breakfast offered the typical options you hope for with free breakfast, eggs, meat, waffles etc
- 4/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
Good value convenient to Garden of the Gods, CO
- 4/5
This hotel was good but not great. The parking lot & shrubs needed some maintenance cleaning. The hotel hallway that we were in on the 4th floor needed a better vacuuming. Our room was good and looked as if paint was applied recently to cover flaws in the walls of the room, bathroom, & shower area which was pealing off especially in the shower. The A/C-Heating unit had a rumbling come in through the ductwork in the bathroom that was annoyingly load. Our beds were comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Brown water came out of shower
- 5/5
Older unit with some furniture issues not being repaired
- 5/5
Wonderful Service! Comfortable stay! Many options nearby for restaurants.
- 4/5
clean nice staff
- 5/5
Areas out side dury
- 4/5
Great place to stay, but the street noise went on all night.

- 5/5
Comfortable bed, appreciated the quality of the wi-fi. Very clean. I needed quiet place to study and attend webinars for an upcoming certification. This was perfect. Also close to the Garden of the Gods park at which I spent about 3 hours. Restaurants were clise by and there were lots of delivery options.
- 3/5
The room structure was a mazing best lsyput for a suite. But our check in expwas THE eorst front desk personel Alexander was hideous, their was no accommodating- people were not allowed to check in, door was locked, just in the 1hr 20min it took to get, someone was changing rooms due to a maintenance issue and older gentleman abd disabled wife frustrated because check in took over 40minutes and they were treated as s terrible inconvenience to the front desk staff. Everyone was spoken to rudely and eith disgruntled behavior, many were corrected on improper use of pronouns. Several trying to check in although having previous reservations were unable to use them due to various reasons presented to everyone as "policy". It was so exhausting and definitely the worst checkin experience we ve ever had.
- 4/5
2 night stay. 2 bedroom suite. Very large room, 2 queen beds, separate room with couch, tv, 2 chairs, a desk, and a 2nd bathroom. Room is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Quiet other than the barking dog at midnight. Another dog barking for 2 hours straight earlier in the evening. Cmon people, do NOT leave your dogs in an unfamiliar room by themsleves. Trully ridiculous! A call to the sympathetic front desk immediately took care of the problems. The complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing as the only hot dish offered was waffles. Standard cold fare was available. Other than the inconsiderate guests, was a great stay, great value for the money, and would stay here again!
- 1/5
Parking crowded. Room not very clean. Dogs barking all night. Someone tried to come in our room.
- 4/5
Location are good
- 4/5
No issues happy with my stay
- 5/5
Easy access to everything necessary.
- 5/5
Pleasant front desk personnel. Great value for the price of the room. Close to local attractions. Comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Room (229) and furnishings are very nice. The only problem is that the only outlet near the desk has the lamp and refrigerator plugged into it. there is no way to plug in a laptop or the coffee maker. The next nearest outlet is ten feet away and the cords don't reach.
- 5/5
The service was great. Clean rooms. The staff was really nice.
- 5/5
Nice check in staff
- 5/5
Stagg was excellent and the free breakfast was great. Not juat bagels but cookes food. : )
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Was a nice room and conveniently located. The amenities were exactly what i needed. The furniture was a little soiled but the beds were comfortable. It also would have been nice to have a smart tv option.
- 1/5
I checked out two days early. I had to cut my trip two days. Extremely disappointed with the entire umbrella of this particular place. My review lies in the negative 10. The food quality is given to the lowest bidder and tastes like it. So wrong. Stay elsewhere!
- 3/5
Bed comfortable. Sheets on one bed did not look clean… so I used the other bed. Check-in check-out desk people were not very friendly.
- 4/5
The room was fine. The hotel is located near restaurants, so there was a loud noise from the trash bins starting at 6 a.m. The breakfast wasn't very varied.
- 3/5
I requested towels before 8 a.m. and when we returned in evening they were not there . The same thing happened the next evening AND our key cards stopped working when returned that last night.
- 3/5
Shower drain didn't work, faulty lamp switches.
- 5/5
Great - thank you!
- 3/5
I was not made aware when I made the reservation (and paid for the room) that there is an additional "deposit" required at check in. The clerk at the desk refused to give me a printed reciept fr the deposit, and i was told that it would be tp to 5 business days to get it credited back to my bank, Ig i had nit had a credit card with me I woulf not have been able to check in .
- 5/5
The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Close to my locat I on.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I come probably last 10 years or more
- 5/5
Excellent value
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Fine
- 5/5
It was comfortable. Breakfast is not the best. Location was convenient
- 3/5
We didnt like the fact that the butter at the morning breakfast was cold and solid...you CAN put butter out and let it come to room temp without fear of melting or going bad, so we couldnt use it unless we microwaved it...thats dumb...our microwave in the room didnt work, the outlet next to the beds didnt work...come on guys!
- 5/5
Every thing good
- 5/5
Great price very spacious
- 2/5
Arrived to no parking because non-guests had taken all of the spaces for an event next door. Rather than enforce parking and tow those cars, we were told that we could wait until after midnight to park or find a new hotel. The halls were putrid with smoke and the staff were not enforcing the no-smoking rule. The bed was comfortable, but that doesn’t matter when you can’t check in or access your room to sleep. False marketing and poor customer service in the morning. We had a fantastic stay elsewhere for the same price, so caveat emptor.
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff, little strange but nice
- 2/5
My Expedia reservation wasn’t recognized. Need to make a second. It took over an hour with customer service and yet I don’t know whether one of the reservations will be cancelled. They are both on my credit card record
- 3/5
No fans in the bathroom, air conditioner was old and noisy. No bath mat. Pillows were terrible. No extra bedding or pillows.
- 5/5
Internet good
- 4/5
The room was nearly perfect however the chair provided was badly stained and gave off an “Ick” factor
- 4/5
A little run down, but clean. Good hotel for the price.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze, breakfast was great and overall stay was awesome. Will stay again!
- 5/5

- 5/5
The hotel was convenient to where I wanted to be in Colorado springs visiting friends. The check-in was very efficient. The pool was an outdoor pool.
- 3/5
When we first parked there was a homeless encampment right in front of our parking spot. It made us feel that security might be an issue. It was behind the Chick Fillet next door. In spite of our apprehension there were no problems. Loved being close to the In n Out burger across the parking lot.
- 4/5
Hotel was quiet and had everything we needed. The tv in our room was messed up but we didn’t watch it anyway. Breakfast was small but had the essentials. The man at the front desk lacked a smile but was otherwise sufficient in checking us in. For what we paid we were happy.
- 5/5
Good people

It was very, very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much
- 5/5
9-6-8-25. Close to freeway, but not so close it sounded like it was in your room. They kept the place nice and clean and the breakfast was awesome.
- 1/5
Disgusting fishy odorous room and demonic Asst GM.
- 3/5
It was a one night stay. The homeless camp behind the parking area was a bit uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Close to highway and convenient for being close to Garden of the Gods
- 5/5
The staff were great and it was clean.
- 5/5
Great place clean great staff. The bast place we hade in years
- 5/5
Professional staff, clean environment , good breakfast , we arrived several hours after midnight front desk was kind to check if late check out was available
- 5/5
Good accommodations
- 5/5
Easy to get into from i25 lots of placea to eat around the area.
- 5/5
Great location for what we needed!
- 5/5
OK but congested
- 5/5
Great for the price. Room was clean, decent breakfast, and great location for easy access to I25.
- 5/5
Second time staying when I have a quick trip to Colorado Springs, really like the area for walkable food, a bar, liquor store, Voodoo Brewery nearby. Centrally located. Easy in and out, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice pool, always chairs and towels, well maintained area and feels safe in a bustling area. My choice for stay when the need arises. Thank you Quality Inn Garden of the Gods.
- 4/5
It is a good location. Close to the Garden of the Gods
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing. Room was perfect!
- 5/5
Great staff and clean area.
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
Our room was OK but the place needs some updates. I would rate it 3 our of 5.
- 4/5
Unfortunately, you have to walk outside to get to the lobby for breakfast. Thos wasn't a problem with the nice mornings we had during our stay, but inclement weather would provide a different experience. The door to our room had a large gap on the latch side and it appeared someone had attempted to pry it open at some time, though we did not experience any issues or feel unsafe. The toilet would not flush paper during our entire stay.
- 3/5
Average hotel. Clean but worn out. Both chairs and couch in adjoining suute were wore out, stained and with lots of pet damage visible. Customer service at check in was nonexistent. A robot probably would have been more welcoming than the gruff dude that checked us in. Won't stay there any more.
- 2/5
staff very knowledgeable
- 1/5
Dirty room and hotel, the room & buildings smelly and outdated. Terrible!
- 4/5
Clean. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Room 108 smells a bit like urine
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, efficient
- 3/5
I love the breakfast. Cleaning service do not carry supplies to assist right away. There seem to be a lot of homeless in the back parking lot. I wanted to take walks back there, but seemed unsafe.
- 5/5
Overall, clean and quiet. I only complain I have is your breakfast did not have a variety as other hotels that include breakfast have a bigger variety.
- 4/5
Asked for cleaning after 3rd night before 11 am as directed abd told too late. Otherwise nice place for price
- 4/5
Clean room, and areas around the hotel were clean as well. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options but enough to get you going. Only negative was the stained furniture in our suite.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet Hotel. Good location with easy access to restaurants and gas. Breakfast is moderate. Staff were helpful and courteous. I like staying in this Hotel.
- 3/5
Okay for the price, but definitely felt like the area wasn’t the safest.

- 4/5
We stayed there twice. The hotel is a little run down but pretty clean which is more important and staff was friendly. Great location.
- 5/5
Brief stay in the Springs, was looking for place with pool. Quality Inn fit the bill perfectly with location and sought amenities. Very quiet in the middle of Colorado Springs and comfortable. Good breakfast and happy, helpful accommodating staff. Staying again next month!
- 5/5
only downside, is washroom needs ventilation
- 3/5
It was just an average 1 night stay. I turned The AC unit all the way to the lowest temperature and it was still warm. No I forgot to mention it when I went down for breakfast.
- 5/5
Everyone was nice. Front desk person recommended pie at nearby restaurant. It was great!!
- 4/5
A decent hotel in a good spot. Very average in every way, not great but not terrible either.
- 4/5
good value hotel and convenient location....only one socket total to plug into by both sides of the bed as others taken up by their lamps/alarm clock....bathroom and far wall have unused sockets but not convenient if you want to use computer while sitting on bed and charge phone (for example)....could use a bit more light...
- 3/5
Thus property needs a complete renovation. Our room didn't smell right. Had to spray it completely with Lysol. The breakfast was ok. They did have some hot options. Front desk clerk was nice and professional.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable and staff was great.
- 1/5
Waited nearly 15 minutes to check in (unsuccessfully) as the front desk had trouble locating a reservation for one family. Two other parties were behind them and in front of me as well as one behind me. I left at that point as little progress was being made. The front desk person didn't try to quickly check in any of the others nor did he even acknowledge any of us, apologize, or provide an update. When I returned about 2 hours later, the checkin was ok - but the first experience was unacceptable. If there's no one else on the property, there needs to be a way to hand the problem off to someone remote who can handle the problem so others can check in at a peak time. Otherwise, the property is clean and a good value.
- 5/5
Easy to get to.
- 5/5
Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, waffles and eggs/sausage breakfast was also a plus. Suggest some salsa versus just ketchup for the eggs but overall, very good for the price of a night at the hotel. Set off our day just right.
- 4/5
Paint chipping and carpet coming up. Road noise not to bad but other room doors slamming very loud.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Good rest stop
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
The room we had was much larger than what we expected. Good price!
- 3/5
The room was average. We felt the parking lot was sketchy.
- 2/5
The property smelled funny and just felt dirty. Felt a little bit unsafe. The person working Alex was wonderful. The restroom was pretty gross and looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower tile was falling apart. A cheap stay for sure definitely get what you pay for but will not be going again.
- 4/5
Convenient to the spectacular Garden of the Gods park, and the affordable Village Inn diner shares a parking lot with the hotel and offers a discount to guests. Easy access to the freeway and good refueling options.
- 2/5
Close to the highway, so traffic noise especially on the east side is high. Also the east side parking has no trees for shade at all and is not well kept. There is a very small courtyard with a couple of tables, but the tables are dirty. I asked to move my room to the west side, which they did. Check in is very late, 4 pm. That is very inconvenient. The small love seat was very dirty and definitely needs replaced. I would not stay there again.
- 4/5
Wish we had a walk-in shower, because I do have knee problems. Was hard getting in and out. Didn't like the porcelain tub.
- 1/5
Alex the front desk female is rude and terrible service
- 4/5
I can tell they have updated the property and that was good. Easy on and off of highway. The breakfast was excellent!
- 3/5
Good location but limited dining options.
