Room was clean, AC worked properly, enough towels, great location Bathroom could improve but was clean and I appreciated.

The location is good, right off a main road and near downtown. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room had zero facilities - not even soap or a bin. Everyone here seemed to smoke, and given the size of the gaps around the doors, means they might as well be smoking in your room. Even the towels reeked of smoke. Lots of noise at all hours - I didn't feel safe here and left the next morning, even though I'd already paid for another two nights.

Love this place. The air conditioner in room 214 wasn’t working, and somehow the floor was heating up the room as well as the air outside. The sink in that room has some kind of pressure issue and starts loudly vibrating now and then.

Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be staying there ever

This hotel is not what I was expecting it looked completely different in person than it did online The air conditioning didn't work The room smelled smokey there was not even toilet paper in my bathroom.

parking is off one of the busier streets in town, there's a heavy homeless presence in the area* not all of them are friendly...

I liked the cheap rate and proximity to where I wanted to be in town. I never got to check in. There was nobody working, nobody answered the phone numbers I was told to call. Booking.com prompted me to specify my check-in time and I got a response from the hotel stating that would be fine. They knew I had a reservation, they confirmed my time was okay, and then nobody was there. Very frustrating, but Booking.com didn't give me any trouble getting a refund.

The bathroom faucet didn't work well and we got no new toilet rolls, thank God we brought our own. The air conditioning didn't work and the place over all was kinda of sketchy. But for the price I guess it was expected.

I was waiting for check in. I was with a friend and we were sitting on the stairs rolling up. Then I 2as accused of being a drug dealer. I am Front Desk Lead at Kinship. So I would never do anything to put 1. Myself in danger 2. Your property in danger. The manager said "I will refund you stay". So literally, I paid to be insulted. And wasn't able to stay in the hotel. And then still haven't gotten the refund that management promised me. I would get. I would have gladly stayed in my own hotel but we were almost full. I was styling because I had to work at 1am to cover Night Audit at my hotel. So I wanted to be closer than my house is to both Kinship and N. F. I will give a shout out to the couple that were in 5he room right next to the office. They were really nice and understanding.

Absolutely deplorable
- 3/5
Room was generally clean. No garbage can in room or bathroom. No hand soap. Employee was nice.
- 1/5
A friend went by the next day and said the same thing. The photos online are not what it looks like in real time. Definitely a case of false advertising. I lost $100 on the room- non refundable but I’m okay with it. I wasn’t comfortable staying overnight.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 1/5
The amenities do not match what the website stated they have breakfast and they do not, no swimming pool, limited parking, charge extra if you do not arrive before a certain time of the evening
- 1/5
So bad i left 2 seconds after i got to my room
- 1/5
The hotel room smelled bad, it was noisy since it is close to the road, the condition of the hotel, and the bed was not clean
- 1/5
We arrived shortly after 9pm. There was no one available to check us in. We called the number posted on the door and no one picked up. I had made the reservation through Orbitz that evening and there was no indication about the 9pm check in deadline on the website. We ended up spending the next two hours looking for a room elsewhere. When I requested a refund for the room we could not access, I was denied.
- 5/5
The street the property sits is a pretty busy street if you're somewhat used to urban living it's no problem
- 5/5
The only downside this time was rhe room that we got didn't have a working AC, but they brought in a portable AC unit and you couldn't even notice that the original one was broken
- 3/5
Location is good and manager was nice. But some rooms are long-term leased and always a crowd sitting in the parking lot smoking marijuana. Bathroom old and dingy, carpet smelled badly, didn't feel safe at this facility.
- 1/5
Never got ahold of anyone had to stay elsewhere
- 5/5
Safe
- 2/5
The room was ok but after a long drive we arrived late to a closed sign. We were not aware you had to check in by a certain time. While in the parking lot looking for a different place to stay a security guy came up to us and luckily let us check in with a $25 additional late fee. He was kind but as we went to the room, you could hear lots of talking in other rooms and a strong smell of urine, rotting, and drugs. We didn’t feel safe at the property at all.
- 1/5
I need a refund ... found insects in my room.. stay wasnt good.. couldnt sleep
- 2/5
The front desk clerk was really nice, it was an easy check in...
- 3/5
We booked based on higher reviews. This is an older motel that has smaller rooms and bath, shower very small. It has been renovated, nice flooring. Was somewhat disappointed based on reviews. Felt it was in a run down area. Saw people sleeping in entrance to a building boxed in with plywood a block away. Check in people were very nice however.
- 2/5
Lots of homeless addicts hanging around the days I was there. But close to nicer downtown amenities.
- 3/5
It is budget friendly but probably worth paying a little more elsewhere.
- 1/5
Wanted no star rate but no option but 1 star. Very cheap because really cheap. Bed sheets, blanket, pillows and pillow cases are looking dirty, all stained. Pillows need replacement. Tenants in some room, kept door and windows open while laying in bed and watching TV. Felt unsafe for me and my kids. Ended up not staying in this place and looked for another place. Hopefully the management will refund me. Please remove this place from expedia.

Afyer talking with cycle shop i decided to stay. Sign on the office saya opens at 10am. No one there. Called the number on the door and its out of service. Maid said someone will be in at 1130. Checkout is 11. I tried calling reservation number and left a message and how to get ahold of me. 1130 i start towards the office. Here comes Karen. You needed to reserve yesterday. Tried to explain. You should have called my cell number on the door. Explained i did. Its out of service. Bo its not. Thats my cell number. Calling police in 15 minutes. Told her to try calling the number on the door. Even offered to show her my cell phone log. Called lyft and got out of there. Stained sheets, stained towels, 2 small pillows on king size bed. Not worth it.

Would stay here anytime! Great place to stay!
- 3/5
Place is getting run down. room and bed was fine, but property is older than the pictures indicate.
- 4/5
Totally average in service, eco-friendly and food. Good enough to be recommendable.
- 1/5
It was terrible to us and we could no stay in the hotel as scheduled. We arrived at the hotel at about 11:00pm due to the delay of our flight. We could not make a call to let them know we will be late to the Hotel because we were in the plane. The Hotel was closed and no one answered to our phone call. We had no may but finding other hotel. However, no other hotels nearby are available for 31 members of us. We strongly suggested Hotels.com to punish this hotel.
- 2/5
shower was not clean
- 1/5
Zero parking if you have a trailer staff beyond useless and not helpful
- 1/5
This place is absolutely the nastiest motel! Room smelled like smoke, broken thermostat, outlets uncovered, moldy bathroom, homeless everywhere, very sketchy!
- 1/5
Not a place to live it filled with sketchy people , women breaking car windows , dogs off leash and I would even say there are lot of homeless and the kind of people John’s like
- 1/5
Gave the lady in front of me her keys to the room .then make believe he computer was frozen and that shoe could do nothing until doe one else got there

Hello this is the Nevada Flats front desk, We were able to get you booked into a 2 bed 1st floor room for your reservation on 2-22-25 to 2-23-25. If you have any questions let us know. Have a great evening! - NF -" , for this hotel, minimum check in time is 4pm, not three pm. showed up and they put us in the 2nd floor, got the feeling this was done on purpose (fun to watch the crippled walk up the stairs? lots of entertainment). got to the room, beds looked like the had been slept in prior with a hair on the sheets matching one on the mirror in the bathroom. . . only commodities, shampoo, lotion and hair clenser, no cups, etc. . . , guy did come up later in the evening stating he could move a bed from our room downstairs and give us a downstairs room (same that stated he might be able to give us a discount too), told him no, has that would have been a huge item. . . big challenge, know one is available for any item basically after 8 in the eveninig, so, the only hours that you can reach the front desk for anything or any item is between the hours of 3pm+ to about 8 in the evening. Concerning the guests, except for a couple of others, most appear to be staying on a voucher system, so, smoking in the room, both cig's and "smoke", outside in the hallways and outside. . . the people in the room one down and accross the hall would let there dog (bigger size) out the doo
- 5/5
I love this place i recommend it to anyone very clean
- 2/5
Was not able to check in at the advertised time. No one was at the office until 45 minutes after we tried to get a hold of someone using the posted phone numbers. Decided to go stay somewhere else and request for a refund.
- 1/5
The key to the door was not working. The attendant was not in the office during check in times. Place was very dirty.

No hot water. One washcloth for two people. Door looked like it had been broken into. People sleeping in hall near our door. As two women we didn’t feel secure or safe.
- 5/5
I was helped by such a friendly manager name, Rebecca. She changed my room and accommodated me with whatever questions I had. Checking in was quick and easy. I will be staying again. Thank you Rebecca!
- 1/5
Arrived at 10 pm and the office was closed and sign read 'be back at 9'. No one answered when we called. Had to find alternate accommodations
- 5/5
It was convenient for down town.
- 1/5
Fully closed with no one to check people in at 8:30pm, no warning that it was considered “late check-in,” looked like a scary area with randos smoking any number of things out front and staring everyone down who pulled in. Almost $80 in 2024, which is nuts. What a waste, and also capitalism has clearly failed. Do better Expedia, and may any god have mercy on your vanquished soul
- 4/5
The desk manager was very helpful and friendly.
- 2/5
The photos are deceiving. The staff was fine. However, when I opened my rooms I received two kings when I originally reserved 2 queens in each bedroom. I was too tired and couldn't find staff since the lobby closes at 9 pm. The room was clean enough. The parking was very limited. The location was great. This is probably okay for a one night stay but I wouldn't suggest anything longer than that. It needs a huge renovation IMHO.
- 5/5
Rebecca at the front desk is a superstar! Helped me with my reservation error and was very welcoming. Would stay there again if I'm in the Springs. Great value for the location downtown.
- 1/5
No hair dryer. Very noisy and lots of pan handlers. If all you want is a bed, tv, and a shower, your set
- 1/5
Of primary concern would be that there was no phone in the room to connect with the front desk. No one was in the from office so I guess it goes hand in hand. But reviews told us to anticipate eating breakfast. There was nothing served and no place for it to be served. The linens were clean but the bathroom could have used help. And the neighborhood took on an entirely different feeling after dark.
- 1/5
Worst hotel you can imagine. Scary, dirty, cops were out there twice in 2 hours. Room had trash and hair everywhere. Very sketchy. We checked in after about 3 hours, we left to find another hotel.
- 1/5
We felt very unsafe here. The police were there when we arrived so after we checked in and they came out we asked them if it was a safe area since we felt weird about it already. There was a man staring at us watching us unload the car and walk to our room. The police said to stay elsewhere if at all possible so we left immediately. The front desk man is very nice though!
- 3/5
Positives - beds were comfy. The portable a/c unit (that was in the room replacing the broken one that used to be there) worked well. Also, the shower had really cold water. (I know that sounds like a bad thing but I'm prone to over heating and cold water is a bonus to me!).
- 5/5
Love the people
- 5/5
I am so happy with my stays. Everyone us professional and friendly. I am currently apartment hunting an c nice to b
- 5/5
Had a great one night stay. Place was super clean. Comfortable bed and nice front desk person. Would stay again.
- 1/5
Never actually stayed here. Pulling in the parking lot and viewing the surroundings as well as the condition of the exterior was enough for me. Looked unsafe. I took the monetary loss and was happy to get out of there and find a much nicer place.
- 2/5
Although the staff is excellent, the facility is beat.
- 1/5
It was a scary, dirty place. Do not waste your money. The friendly staff does not compensate for mice feces and sticky floors.
- 2/5
Room was clean. Front desk was nice. Motel advertises they have Wi-Fi but they do not and the remote didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch TV. When my wife went to talk to the man at the front desk about it there was no one there. Also the phone number was disconnected so there was no way to get ahold of the front desk. Would definitely spend the extra money to stay some place decent next time but the advertisement on Expedia was misleading.
- 5/5
The manager is really nice and helpful. Very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend Nevada Flats. The rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable, and the price is affordable and worth it.
- 1/5
The young lady at the front desk tried to be accommodating but the hotel did not appear safe for my daughter & I - the cleanliness of the room was questionable, the refrigerator was unplugged & not cleaned out, the TV/remote didn't work. We didn't have a shower curtain & the woman who brought one to our room tried to come in without knocking. The final straw was a sketchy man who knocked on the door, asking for someone & trying to look around the room. This was all within the first half hour in the room. We were definitely not comfortable there and afraid something might happen to us or our vehicle overnight. We did not stay there any longer! I would appreciate a refund and Hotels.com needs to make unannounced inspections of the hotels on their site!
- 1/5
Terrible. Do not bring your family here.
- 1/5
.
- 1/5
Very unsafe.
- 1/5
If it was possible to give this property a negative zero star, I definitely would! This place is just terrible, from the poor service, there is a sign at the main desk stating to only ring the door bell once or else no one will respond to your request. The rooms were filthy, the towels literally changed color when wet with water, our hand towels had black and yellow spots on them, sheets had spots on them as well, maybe their washing machine isnt working properly, but if thats the case do not stock a room with dirty linen. The area was with constant flow of people, with some sitting outside in the parking lot talking and yelling loadly late at night. I wouldnt dare book a room here again, Id rather sleep in my car if do not have any other options.
- 5/5
People here are cool as hell and I would def recommend staying here if you want a budget friendly laid back experience!
- 2/5
Police are always on the property and don't ever let up, you are questioned, name ran and harassed by the police if they are on the property. Not a good feeling. Other then that the staff is excellent Jeff is quite an asset to this property, he warm and understanding and will work with you when everything is going wrong in your life. Other then the police contact I really enjoyed my stay at the Nevada Flats
- 2/5
The man checking me in was great. However when I got to the room it had a very strong chemical smell from cleaning supplies and it appears to be transit housing with a lot of people loitering around the property. As a single traveler I ultimately didn’t feel safe and left for another hotel in the area.
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
We booked. Our reservation was canceled by the hotel 3 hours from check in. Hotels.com helped us secure another booking—however, Nevada Flats decided to still charge us for our stay….that they cancelled. Very unprofessional.
- 4/5
Solid standard motel in a great location very close to downtown, shops, bars. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet and the staff is very helpful. Only downside was the wi-fi wasnt the best. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Jeff, was helpful and good at his job.
- 2/5
It appeared as if the hotel was housing transient people on some type of drug or alcohol program. The upfront service. was slow, the front door always locked requiring a ring door bell which was not promptly answered. The wi-fi and TV didn't work and nothing was done to correct.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Highly respectful and accommodating. Very nice work.
- 1/5
Was told we could check in at 3:30pm, but the door was locked and no one came to help us for 30 min despite ringing the bell. The area didn’t feel safe. We asked for a refund and went elsewhere for the night.
- 1/5
I booked and paid via expedia. Nevada flats charged to my visa an amount they said Expedia shorted them and they refuse to give anything back to me. So i paid a lot more than the price expedia charged me. Expedia was no help either. Stay here if you want double charged.
- 3/5
Check in was nice, fast and easy. The place was clean and we felt safe. However, the air vents need to be cleaned badly. You cannot have the air run at all, because there is a terrible smell coming from the vents. Location is also great, close to the city and the main restaurants and only 8 mins from garden of the gods
- 5/5
Mom and Pop operation !
- 5/5
It couldn't be beat for the $50/night price, and great location.
- 3/5
No water pressure in the shower, barely a dribble. Did not seem like the room had been cleaned other than trash taken out and linen changed. Very noisy area at night.
- 3/5
We booked the hotel because of the price. It wasn't too bad, however we did have to bring in our own sheets & pillow shams. The ones on our bed had stains on them and the towels did too. Didn't feel very sanitary. The deposit is higher than other hotels we've stayed at & had to call multiple times to get it back. You definitely get what you pay for here. (Cheap price compared to others, but cleanliness could definitely improve.)
- 5/5
Room 108. 1 night. Nice clean room. Very comfortable. Few workers about but no problem. Felt safe would stay again
- 3/5
The bathroom shower was out of order. We were supposed to receive a 50% discount in the room and our deposit refunded. It has been a week since we stayed and still have received my money back. The place was nice. We were accommodating by accepting the room and they were accommodating by reducing the price.
- 1/5
It was not good whatsoever. It was clean and comfy but I would never stay here again.
- 1/5
Refused to fix the Wi-Fi during the entire stay
- 2/5
Floor and shower were not clean. The rooms still smelled smoky despite the no smoking policy.
- 4/5
Walking distance to shops
- 3/5
King bed was comfortable, new floors, bathroom updated EXCEPT the shower. The biggest complaint was the air conditioner. The filter which you could see through the grids was BEYOND dirty and as a result the a/c struggled to pipe in cool air. Change the air filter in room 211. Also, although the toilet appeared new due to the recent renovations, it was not SET properly because there was a thin line of water around the outer edge on the base. Last but not least, there were druggies hanging out around the property-not ON the property as far a I could see, but………. We stayed one night before flying back home so it was okay
- 4/5
It’s a nice basic hotel for the price. WiFi is spotty though.
- 5/5
Don’t really have any complaints about the property! We wasn’t in the room much and did not necessarily need any amenities. The room was clean, and had plastic mattresses protectors on the beds, and the floor was hardwood. When we requested a pick up or more towels, the staff was very friendly. Shower was a little small but it was manageable for the price! It was actually more quite than I expected as well. It is also located so close to the walking strip!
- 1/5
TV never worked. No toilet paper, soap, nor towels when I arrived. Promised to discount room but never got discount. Next door to a dispensary, so lots of traffic. On a very noisy street. Convenient location to downtown. Has a usable laundry room.

Thank you so much 🙏

Its right next to a pot shop. Must have extended stay. Families living there. You feel like its crack ally. I would not take a family there.
