Barn door bathroom door came off the hinge as soon as we opened almost crushed us. Got charged a fee for my seizure dog. Night crew wouldnt answer any of our questions. Perhaps one of the worst stays ive had. Seeking a refund

We love everything about the hotel, and Micheal, you prepared delicious breakfast e ery morning we enjoyed so much , and the pool and hot-tub is amazing, everyone is so friendly we will come again!!

Breakfast was great. AC fine I had reservation 4/15-4/19. I was called on 4/18 at 11 saying there was stuff in the room and I had checked out that morning at 630. This wasn’t the case. I explained I had a reservation and had it on my phone. The lady said I could reserve a longer stay by need a credit card. I had already paid for my stay. I was on the Westside touring Glen Erie castle. I had to leave ( loosing the money I paid for the tour and tea) I got back to the hotel, they had checked out someone at 630 that morning and they gave my room number. So it was the staffs fault. I wasn’t happy but it did get worked out. But all I could think is they were going to take my stuff out of the room before I got there. Very stressful. Not what you go on vacation for.

However, the check-in and check-out times were frustrating. A 4:00 PM check-in combined with an early check-out significantly reduces the actual usable time of the stay. It ends up feeling like you are paying for a full night but only getting a partial day. Because of that, I will be avoiding hotels with these kinds of hours going forward. It takes away from an otherwise great stay and just doesn’t feel like a good value.

Bathroom sink was so clogged the sink wouldn’t drain 1 ounce after using. Toilet paper holder was broke and TP kept falling

The man at check in was not friendly at all. Also booked room wanting to use top tub. Needless to say the last time we were there hot tub was not working a yr in a half ago. When we seen the same sign saying hot hot was out of order that was not listed on the website. Also check out was 11:00 at 10:00 had a knock on our door the maid service to trying to already take over the room.

Friendly staff. Clean. Best continental breakfast. TV had no USB option or casting option. Just HDMI and JVC

When the room isn't carpeted is makes the room a lot noisier. Especially when the person above you has a heavy footfall with significant activity at 5:37 am. Would have liked to get a bit more sleep in the morning.

The suite was clean and we had a quiet evening. Hotel is very close to grocery shopping and many restaurants surrounding it. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher in our room.

Hot tub was not hot at all. Room was freezing cold had to put temperature up to 90 just to get the chill out. The breakfast was not that good either.

The tv did not work. We immediately told staff about this. it was not fixed. It continued to flash throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. There was no breakfast offered either and we were not informed of this when checking in the evening prior.

We were visiting family and this was the closest hotel to where they live. We were very pleased with the property: clean, easy to access (although GPS took us the wrong direction), free breakfast and the man taking care of the dining area was friendly and very efficient.

Property showing a little wear, but otherwise nicely maintained and very nice.

Our sliding door in our room was broken and came off completely, almost falling on us. The elevators did not work during part of our stay, and when they did, they were crazy slow for just 3 floors.

Smelled clean. Good A/C. Ran out of coffee cups at breakfast one morning. Hot food (eggs, sausage, biscuits) not hot. Ran out of creamer packets for the room. Had to go to store and buy my own.

The only drawback was smell of fish in both the rooms were occupied. Staff was ok

Convenient location, quiet, open large room. Air conditioner could not be left on without making a terrible screeching noise in the middle of the night. Couch sleeper mattress was not clean.

Great location! Fabulous breakfast! The fridge was noisy but got used to it!

Room is clean, however the A/C does not work very well. Our room was comfortable but if it were warmer outside it would not be. Parking was not very accommodating for our room not enough spaces for the amount of rooms and the room was difficult to find.

Check in process was bad. They were unable to fulfill my request even though requested were made multiple days in advance. She said alot of people have been requesting to check in early. So if the staff was aware there were multiple events and people wanting to check in early. As a business wouldn't you plan to accommodate your business as best as you can.

We stayed at the MainStay for its location. The hotel was clean with a sofa, desk, refrigerator, stove and microwave. It has an above average breakfast each morning included with the room. Maid service is only once a week. There is a workout room and pool. The only thing I disliked was the bathroom had a sliding door that made a lot of noise when it was used at night.

We had an outdoor opening and it was chilly air coming in around the door. We were discouraged from enjoying the hot tub because we had to go outside to go inside to the pool area. Then would be wet on the return.

It was a very nice stay, honestly better than the holiday Inn i was staying at. Staff was friendlier.

Staff was friendly, place was clean, for longer stays I was told that room service was in the 4th day but if I didn’t want them to put DND door hanger out and I did but they still came in. Also, both the refrigerator & the heater were very loud.

The property was easily located. The shower was not clean and the room floor was sticky.

Two hotels connecting for this property. Not a fan of the layout, had to use an accessible room for family and entrance was outside. Not great to have for using the breakfast facilities as family member is in wheelchair. This place is ok if you need something in this area but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I am pretty sure it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and I did get a non smoking room but there were times were it is so overpowering with smoke. Other then that it was okay. The hot tub was not working as well. It was in a great location and close to everything.

Did not know it was a two hotel in one kind of place. Not a big deal but our room was to the outside which was different. Shower didn’t seem too clean but other than that everything else was nice.

we were only in town for a short stay, but comfort was of the utmost importance. The room was clean, and spacious. However, we were disappointed that the hot tub was not working, and the pool was cold and dark, not very inviting at all.

Check-In was very easy and the gentleman at the desk was very accommodating.

Breakfast was great with waffles, tasty scrambled eggs and more! Staff was helpful, and the whole facility was very clean Google maps did not take us to the right location---called the desk and they said to type in Firestone Tire store and it took us next door to that business--kind of weird!!

Clean environment. The breakfast and beverage set up is awkward. We witnessed several people take way more than a fair serving of orange juice and put it into a large container and then walk out the door right next to the juice. The OJ and apple juice machine ran out. These should be in a place where people don’t have easy access to bolt away outside. Also, if people are being watched, they may not abuse the free juice.

Bugs in room likely because of the 1/4 gap between bottom of door and threshold. having tin foil covering the smoke detector was a safety concern.

The water in the pool was in bad shape! You coldnt see the bottom. And as much hair or dust floating on top, looked like you could walk on it.

Bed sheets were stained with an orange-ish color and blankets were stained with old red blood looking color. Bathroom had a pink stain on the side of the sink. Overall was decently clean but little things were overlooked.

The hotel was pretty quiet. The overall stay wasn’t bad.

Yes, I was not expecting to have our room exit from the outside. All other floors were on the inside of the hotel. Go figure

Clean comfortable and modern good location

The room was not ready when we checked in at 4pm. Housekeeping asked us to give them 20 mins. We left and came back, wait was a total of 35 minutes. The Shower when they left was FULL of black hair in and on the curtain and the shower floor. The "Hot Tub" was barely warm and the pool was not clear at all. The Room was good, with great accessibility options, and small kitchen area. Was disappointed in the rest. Really was looking forward to the hot tub! Next time, we will stay on the West side of the Springs!

Elevators smelled like smoke, broken glass in the bathroom & dog poop in the hallway

Although very newly constructed, many bathroom fixtures were crooked or loose. There wasn't sufficient hot water later in the morning to have a warm shower. The outlets on the light fixtures only barely functioned to recharge tech devices. Without a rug, the vinyl flooring makes the rooms feel cold and echoey. The rolling table in our room was assembled incorrectly and the wheels either scratched the floor or fell off when it was moved. The pool and the hot tub were murky, as though not properly treated. The staff was stern and many were unwelcoming. I will not be coming back to this location.

We wanted a place with a hot tub. The pictures were deceiving and the hot tub was broken. Kids were running aroud

Extremely clean new hotel. only negative was that the couches felt plastic, but is way easy to keep clean and sanitized.

My husband had knee surgery so we stayed here the night before and I stayed the night of surgery. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub jets weren’t working but went back to our room to just chill and get to sleep early since we had to get up so early anyway. The fridge in our room was extremely loud with a rattle. Husband tried to get it to stop. Next night it was just myself and after a long day I just needed a place to sleep. That darn fridge wouldn’t stop so I got up in the middle of the night to unplug it. Problem solved. Breakfast was very decent. Overall I would definitely stay here again and just hope for a better fridge but it’s a great place and so close to the hospital.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel is very clean all the way around. The bed was very comfortable, the fitness center was clean and had the basics. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was down for maintenance the whole time we were there and that was the major factor in why we picked this hotel. Overall though, great place, great stay!
