    No plates coffee machine etc. Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ? It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon.

    It was Memorial Day weekend prices were three times what they usually are I book a room for me my lady and her kid spend my last $30 to get to the Inn Town suites. I go to check in and findout they're overbooked and don't have a room for me. Which left me having to find a room where prices are three times as much as normal and I just wasted $50 on Ubers to get to and from as well as having to wait 2 weeks to get my money back on my card.

    When we got in the room there was 2 towels and one washcloth. Attempted to get more the day, the front desk was locked down with a giant metal roll down. 2 days no luck. On 3rd day someone was there and informed us no extra towels were allowed. That we could wash what we had at the laundromat. They wouldnt even give us another roll of toilet paper! And there was less than a half roll when we checked in We picked this place because it had a kitchen, but there were NO plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc that you would normally see in a place with a kitchen. The wi fi went out constantly so doing computer work or even watching TV was impossible.

    Full sized fridge with a freezer was awesome bcuz not very many places have that but only tiny 2 foot mini fridges, me and my fiancee Nina we're impressed with the big fridge/freezer combo, the nice wooden table, the tons of closet shelving, the nice big wooden clothes dresser, the 2 stovetop cooking burners, table the big bathroom with a big mirror, big roomy tub and awesome shower head! All the amenities and the whole place is the best motel I've ever stayed in like in the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado from cleanliness to furniture to the awesome over the top helpful front desk staff plus the pricing is excellent for all the awesome things you get here!

    I also got a note on my door one day saying that they’d be spraying pest control in the room (I assume there were pest complaints, not surprising). The note also said that if I did not move things away from the walls and put things on the bed and cover them in plastic, they’d fine me $50..

    Good space, had everything I needed. Was not very handicap friendly, very long outside ramp to front door, steep enough to require breaks. Also front doors did not have a handicap assist button, thankfully the staff & guest were friendly & helpful.

    the check-in person was really nice. The entire place smells kind of dirty. And there is NOTHING in the room. No shampoo, its an Extended Stay place with a kitchenette and there is nothing there - no cups, no plates, no silverware, no sponge, no soap, quite literally nothing in these rooms. I needed to Iron my shirt, no Iron or Ironing board.

    Room was very quiet, downside is no maid service, no coffee anywhere and you've got to provide your own TP, soap, etc. once you run out. After my stay there I was able to find a better motel closeby for a couple dollars less with full maid service and free breakfast.

    Check in was extremely friendly, the lady at the desk very informative and when I told her I read rules and everything online then she became even friendlier lol. I was surprised that my bed was very comfortable for 70 a day. The room was decent size. Outdated tho, needs a little remodeling or painting. The rugs in room and hallways need to be changed, but people will trash it pretty quick probably, so there’s that. Very convenient. The fact that I can cook my meals a huge help. Overall everything went great. I’d deff stay again but probably will not happen cause the reason I stayed there is that I was looking for a place to buy and move to next year and I found it.

    The hallway smelled of weed, there were needles on the floor, I was offered drugs in the parking lot, and there were loiterers all over. It did not feel safe and was just gross. Nothing available to use in the kitchen to eat, so the pictures are misleading. One of the worst places I have ever stayed, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

    Only thing to like is how close it was to a mall and pretty much every store available within mins. Dislikes are, terrible wifi, no breakfast, terrible maid service, awful office hours, too many drug users and riff raff people wandering in parking lot at all hours of the time!

    Even the Saturday front desk person, Aaron was surprised I was on the list and even said I’ve never been a problem. I’ve been denied the ability to talk to any other manager about this. I feel like this is completely unfair and super frustrating-this was my favorite hotel!

    Honestly terrible experience all around. I booked the hotel thru this hotels.com app and called days prior to prepare for a late entry- and was charged the fee of one nights stay due to my late arrival. But when we got to the hotel- around 7am, i came ti find out the hotel itself would not even legally allow my to book my room- nor stay in the room they had ALREADY charged me for due to my age not being over 21. I have booked hotels before being underrage & have been made aware of the rules by the hotel before i ever walked in and was told i couldnt even stay. This lady names ingred or something similar, opended the doors for us to help out out and relat that message, she was great and very helpful. After being on the road for 10 hrs we ended up having to pay and find a whole new hotel. I got a refund but this was a nightmare

    The staff and check-in process was great, but our room was in rough shape. It reeked of body odor and other bodily fluids and the room was really run-down. The mattress was badly sacked in the middle. At the price point we paid, I expect minimal service and no frills in amenities, even to the point of being austere. That's totally fine. But the room had an odor so strong you wondered how sanitary it was. Because the front desk closes at 7pm, we weren't able to address this.

    I was traveling to see my granddaughter on her 13th birthday. She was in a tournament at the Air Force Academy. I needed a location. It was fairly close. The hotel was just right for my needs, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Couldn’t beat the price!

    The property is very dated. However the beds were clean and comfortable. For a long stay facility there was a refrigerator and two burners to cook on. There was no coffee pot, pans, or dishes to use. Anytime I have stayed and a similar place they had at least a pan, a skillet, and a few plates and utensils to cook and eat with. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

    I booked a suite for 7 days through hotels.com. when I arrived they did not have a Handicap accessible room available. I use a walker & can not walk up the stairs. I had to cancel my reservation. Then they ran my credit card anyway, calling it a no-show! Although the lady at the front desk we nice and sympathetic, I am still trying to get a refund since they were unable to accommodate me & my walker.

    Too many units for one maintenance person to keep up with as well. Real attitude at front desk when I was locked out of room due to dead door sensor. Expedia didn’t share that reservation was non-refundable (third party booking), so I couldn’t cancel or shorten stay without financial harm.

    For the price, InTown Suites served it purpose and the rooms were surprisingly nice. My only complaint is that my four rooms that were reserved wasn’t available upon arrival at 11 o’clock. It appeared that it was only one or maybe a very limited number for housekeeping; which made the wait longer than expected. The saving grace and real hero was without a doubt the receptionist, Aaron. Aaron delivered quality service to all the guest all while working without any additional front desk support and with a genuine smile. Because of that alone I would recommend staying at InTown Suites.

    Zero frills not even an ice machine. Front desk said there are ice trays in the fridge/freezer. Twenty cubes in 6 hours, wow. Hard to find entrance (only the address above the door) which was down steps. We got several pages of paperwork and signed 5! times. Ridiculous

    We didn't get to the hotel by 6:30pm the day of our check in cause our flight was delayed so they cancelled our entire stay for the weekend and charged us a cancellation fee even though we never cancelled anything. Apparently you must be at the hotel by 6:30pm to check in or else the hotel automatically cancels your entire stay. I've booked hotels in multiple states, countries and even multiple continents and never had or even heard of a issue like this before. The office closes and locks up at 7pm and doesn't reopen till 11am, what kind of hotel hours are these? We had to sleep in our car the night we were supposed to check in cause with the event we were there for all the hotels were booked for 40 miles. Their after hours number was absolutely 0 help. At 11am we went to the office when it opened and they told us our stay was cancelled, they already charged me for a night stay (we didn't even stay there) and a cancelation fee. Our original room we booked and they cancelled was already rebooked by someone else and they told us they were sold out of rooms. I was livid! By far the worst experience of any hotel custom service I've ever had and I've stayed in multiple places all over the world with well over a hundred nights of stays total. Absolutely terrible hotel service!

    I booked through Expedia. When I showed up to check in the hotel was closed. I called the only number I could find and the person that answered told me "if your not here by 7pm, we have the right to rent to someone else, and that's what we did. All rooms are sold out. You'll need to take it up with Expedia" He hung up! My wife and I got there around 7:30pm and received NOTHING about check in before 7pm. To be honest, the place was a dump so it might of been a blessing in disguise.

    I did not like the fact that they advertised dishes and they had none for us we had to buy everything to cook with clean with we had to provide toiletries they only gave us one roll of tissue they did not have any cleaning supplies we checked in on a Tuesday and we had to wait until Friday for them to clean our room had to purchases everything so on top of paying for our room for a week I also had to come out my pocket to buy necessities for the room and that sucked but other then that was very clean and homey

    The whole place smells really bad, is supposed to be free of pets and a lot of people where staying with their pets even one dog jump on me, is supposed to be free smoking and it wasn't true, the picture that they show you online they are a complete scam, the checking is until 6pm if you don't get on time for it you have to wait to the next day or u can even lose your reservation.

    I arrived at 9:30 PM and I was told that you can't get the room now as the last check-in time was 7 PM. I had my sick old mother with me wanting to check-in after a day long drive and this hotel just denied us the room. They also took our money away. Expedia is simply saying sorry. This is not acceptable. It is a terrible business. I would not recommend any one reserving this hotel. It was dirty to the extend I could see and the neighborhood was not good either.

    **Beware** Upon arriving no signs where the office is at. Checking in was quick and smooth and the gentleman was pleasant and professional. The hallways and our room was clean a lot of chipped paint around the doorframe. 1st night around 1-3am there were kids or someone making all kind of noise in the hallways people banging on walls. This woke up our 3 year old and she’s a hard sleeper. 2nd day we ran out of toilet paper there were no extra one in the room. I sent my son to get some TP a simple request you would think. Well apparently not that pleasant guy on day 1. Was very rude to him and told him they don’t provide any toilet paper that we have to go buy our own. My husband called them and requested that they give him some, and they argued with him very rude and unprofessional (same guy). He finally gave him 5 paper towels begrudgingly. Long story short I went down there and got a roll of TP and he told me after that they would have to charge for it. But I’m sorry this doesn’t fly with me. On Hotel.com doesn’t say for there guest to bring TP, extra pillows, extra towels. This place provides the very very bare minimal things and try’s to charge for it. I understand if we were staying for weeks or months. But we were only there for 2 nights. The pricing for it was good for me and it was comfortable except for the paper thin pillows of witch each spot only had 1. They need to note these things on your web sites so we can be aware of it and you need to give your hotel guest t

    We reached 15 minutes late and were not allowed to check-in. We were traveling with small kids on a trip and the weather was bad. The staff was extremely inconsiderate and just wont ler us check-in. Only 2 hours of allowed time to check-in. Has never happened before. I didn't see the check in times, this should be highlighted better so people should know. Or make it remote/mobile checkin. That was the only thing nice, was the rest desk person which I tip. The rest of it sad and smelly. The room smelled weird, no matter how much I tried to frebreeze it out. Refrigerator door didn't close so food went bad. Door didn't close all the way. Blinds were severely damaged. It was sad to see how many people were using it for temporary housing, I wish them luck and better times.

    The stay was horrible. It was very bad. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at the staff seem very racist upon asking questions about our stay they made it seem like we was inconveniencing them. The rooms were filthy no breakfast they had people out all night long partying drinking smoking blasting music all hours through the night. it’s not safe for a single person let alone a family. You only get one roll of toilet tissue. They don’t wash sheets or blankets and you get a little itty-bitty mini tiny soap bar. They have vending machines with snacks and drinks in it staying there. You always talked about and always have to keep looking over your shoulders, there is no swimming pool or hot tub. They claim to have Wi-Fi but we couldn’t use that. They said they have a facility upon entering there is no work out room The pictures that you see on their website, the rooms look nothing like it. They’re always out of the office, closing up early nothing but a bunch of homeless people out near the door in the front and the back the list goes on with this place. I would reckon that you, go with Motel 6 go with the lowest motel that you could ever go with you would get treated better there than you would at Intown suites you will thank me later

    There were a lot of people that stay there extended times, but were very noisy and not respectful to other guests. Office hours were limited so had to be there to check in fairly early.

    Don’t expect staff or even corporate customer support to be there for you when stuff comes up they are rude unprofessional and unhelpful in the business they are supposed to be handling they don’t care to make u feel welcomed or even feel safe while staying with them when ur away from ur securities u want to know there is someone to turn to and these people are definitely not there for even the establishment they represent and truly not even on property if you are there on a Sunday like no staff what so ever and then at noon a troll like lady comes and yells at you to get out and won’t help with anything when it counts and professionalism is owed

    Loved the plank flooring and the renovation of the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The overall condition and presentation of the rooms and the entryway we're very nice. The immediate area in front of the entry doors could have used a little attention. There are a few cigarettes butts laying around. Did not much care for the fake flowers in the planters. Would definitely stay here again. Found a good deal online,and everything was really perfect.

    Hotel was horrible stains on couch wouldn’t even touch anything didn’t even stay found another hotel even after already paying for two nights there shouldn’t even be on the web site didn’t even have a lobby just a sliding glass door would have slept in my car before touching anything in there now just out the money I spent again didn’t even stay in room more than five minutes

    The accomodations were economical and conveniently located. There was some disrepair that needs attending to, but was relatively clean and comfortable otherwise. Wonderful walking trail directly behind the hotel! Located across from a British Pub and within walking distance of a Putt putt golf course. These were added bonuses. Grateful for my stay there!

    Our stay was horrible, none of the staff are friendly. My first night there a girl was fighting and screaming in the hallway. We paid for 4 nights on the 3rd day i get woke up to beating on my door open it and get screamed at to leave the property immediately for smoking in my room when Im not even a smoker. They wouldnt even refund my money back for the 2 nights i paid for and wasnt gonna be there. Ridiculous. This place is a joke . They are a fraud and i do not recommended this place at all

    Staff are rude, don’t answer phones and do mid day audits. If you got a schedule to uphold, please give yourself lots of time before because they’re slow and do not care what you have going on and will closed down the office b4 they help anyone
