Nice,clean and spacious rooms.

Excellent job by Tanner . The only problem our Expedition was in front in the handicapped space and someone cut our tiedown straps and stole out cooler and two totes.

Good location south colorado springs.Comfy beds and great shower and hooks in bathroom..kitchenette in suite was good..suppose to have housekeeping every other day but they didnt come in when we were there..we went to front desk for supplies/towels we needed..also smelled big spray when we arrived in our room..room was clean though..should have plant milk at breakfast bar otherwise good overall hotel

Tanner at the front desk was amazing! The room and bathroom were very nice. Beds are very hard. We stayed 5 nights, and our room only got cleaned the day before we left despite asking for it to be done the 2 previous days.

The king size bed on one side was broke down… the mattress should be replaced.

Everything. From the location, to the view of the mountains out of my suites window, from the kind staff, and the great breakfast that was served. I would say as a first time HOME 2 stayer. This stay would set the pace for all future stays at any HOME 2 locations. And they have exceeded every expectation i had of them. The staff was awesome and super helpful. The facility itself was a little meh. The temperature in my room fluctuated between too cold and too hot, my room was not cleaned until Monday (I checked in on Saturday), the one day I had breakfast it was cold and the coffee was nasty, and the whole place felt generally a little dingy. Like I say, though, the desk staff was great but I likely would not go back.

The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was definitely the highlight as it was close to everything we wanted to check out while in the Springs! Things were frequently out when we came down for breakfast. Luckily the staff would grab what we needed when we asked but it was odd that things weren’t being stocked throughout breakfast hours. Not a huge deal though :)

Clean and friendly staff! The neighborhood around it wasn’t super awesome BUT the rate reflected that I think! It was indeed safe and we had zero issues!! We would definitely stay here again!

The dishwasher did not work, unfortunately we did not discover that until before check out, hated to leave them with dirty dishes. Breakfast was good, however two days straight I found pet hair in my food and could not enjoy it; to no fault of the staff but maybe consider serving the food rather than the guests getting their own especially since it’s a pet friendly establishment.

Beautiful and clean- only problem was the power station right behind our room. The noise was loud and relentless. It kept me up half the night and we checked out a day early.

Paid for a king, got a queen room. Also since paid online didn’t know about a 20.00 charge. Im guessing was to have a credit card since I paid online. Was whole point of me paying online so no other charge's. Was a one night stay also.

Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast hrs are great. The only thinng is that the pool area had heaters going on and it was extremely hot in there to just supervise my kids. Clean pool though.

The overall hotel was just clean in general. The room we stayed in was super clean, usually hotels have a certain smell or the carpet feels dirty, but this room didn't have this problem. The staff at this hotel were super friendly and actaully seemed to be happy there.

Tanner - front desk rep. was a true delight to work with. He gave recommendations on what to eat, and fun activities for the family to enjoy. If you want an awesome breakfast, this is the place. Always well stocked and clean. This is a great location to get into downtown Colorado Springs.

This is our favorite hotel to go to! Clean and comfortable. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety. This time they didn’t offer omelets and said that they had gotten away from them!😢 We really enjoy having the kitchenette while staying there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrible. The hot options were chicken patties, biscuits (with no gravy in sight) and cold and soggy potato wedges. They had a yogurt dispenser but it was empty and there was no concentrate in the orange juice dispenser. Not sure if this was typical of this hotel, but it was not a good breakfast. They DID have a waffle machine, which the kids liked.

Love home2suites however this stay was not as good as other stays we have had. Property was very busy and morning brrakfsst wss eathet out of food or very cold.

I booked this hotel because it was within walking distance from a building that I needed to be at for a couple days. The room was clean, however, the kitchen microwave and dishwasher were still dirty, which I cleaned myself. The breakfast bar wasn't the best but edible.

Our first room was not cleaned and had to get another. About 9:00 am the cleaning people taped on our door to wake us up. I hate that.

Best hotel in its class I have stayed in. Well stocked, clean, friendly, and a great breakfast.

Our family had a great stay on our visit to Colorado Springs. Hilton never disappoints You. Which is why we always chose Hilton group of hotels.

The staff is great and very helpful. Room clean. The pool is very small but great for younger kids. Work out room was good as well.

Clean and comfortable, large room with mini kitchen was useful. Coffee maker didn’t work and was replaced for us. Breakfast was not what I remembered from our first Home2 stay (healthy) but was more typical hotel hot breakfast with the exception of a local yogurt dispenser. Still good. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot seemed safe. Convenient location to west side attractions such as garden of the gods, etc. Would stay again.

Very positive experiemce at Home2 Suites as I was visiting the area apartment-hunting. I felt completely at home, and appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail. All the little extras provided in the suite allowed me to prepare myself plant-based, healthy meals while traveling! Its a family-friendly space so be aware that sounds of laughter or toddlers running was heard in halls and neighboring rooms but in general the stay was relaxing and peaceful.

Location was great and the room was perfect for a family of 5. Breakfast was typical and decent.

Was in town for a Allstate choir concert for my nephew. Stayed two nights. Front desk service was nice but the room was not ready when we got there. We went and ate and then came back for our room. Breakfast had good options.

Overall was a good stay. Stayed 3 nights and the people in the room stomped continuously all 3 nights. Also the shower was hard to work. Other than that it was a great stay!

My grandchildren and myself enjoyed our stay. It was super close to the Broadmoor World Arena, we had an event there. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

Horrible, dirty run down establishment with absolutely no service at all! We needed to call multiple times to have our rooms cleaned and utilitites restocked. Despite paying an arm and a leg for a hotel room with a "kitchen", what we were provided was a tiny lilttle hole in the wall "pantry" with no stovetop and a broken down microwave. The water pressure in the bathroom was laughable, we could hardly wet a finger in the "spray" that issued forth from the tap. We got locked out of our rooms multiple times for the locking system on our doors malfunctioned and the hotel staff had no emergency service people or staff despite it being 2 pm in the afternoon! This is literally a hotel from hell! Do NOT recommend and never going back!

Rooms are large with a kitchen, dining table and living area. Bathroom opened to both the bedroom and living area which was really nice to not wake our son up at night. Lots of nice amenities like the night light, dishes, basic supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc).

Took our son to CO Springs for encampment at the military base. Used this hotel on the way to drop him off and pick him up. Proximity was great. Staff was friendly/helpful. Breakfast was awful, the only bad part of the stay

The room that was provided for me was absolutely terrible. You could hear the traffic at all hours of the day. No extra blankets . The TV had nothing to watch. Bartender inside the hotel she was very rude and inconsiderate and very unprofessional.

This is a very clean hotel and easy to get around. I enjoyed having a kitchen area and a dish washer. The only issue was the family above me must have been moving furniture or kids jumping off the beds, because the slamming noises were constant day and night. We were on the 2d floor. The staff was nice and I felt safe.

We stayed for a few nights with a toddler & teenager and were so happy we chose this location! Having breakfast options on site was great but definitely get there early. Beds were comfortable and we had a good amount of space in our suite. Parking was easy. Coffee and tea available all day which is nice!

The hotel is new and up to date and in a convenient location. The suite room has a well stocked kitchen and good drawer storage space, all suitable for an extended stay, if required. But the bathroom has a strong smell of urine, as if the grout around the toilet is not cleaned adequately. Treatment of that area with bleach would be a good idea.

Beautiful hotel with lots of outdoor patio spaces. Rooms were clean and very roomy. The only bad thing was they should’ve stocked the breakfast items better. Constantly ran out of sausage, coffee, eggs, etc. I loved the full kitchens in each room my family and I had an awesome time. The only thing we wish is that they had a hot tub.

My main complaint was breakfast. We came down at a busy time, for sure, around 8 am. But the supplies of breads, fruit, oatmeal, cutlery, were almost totally depleted. I grabbed the last banana. There were a few cold potatoes and lukewarm powdered eggs. The waffle line took 30 min, but the equipment wasn’t working. Every waffle was mangled and messy. If breakfast is promised, there needs to be the staffing and supplies so that families who are counting on it can eat. I would stay here again if we were in the area, but I would definitely not count on breakfast.

We had a great stay for a girls' trip. We really liked how soundproof the rooms were. Some places you can hear people walking around all the time and we never heard anything and we were right by the elevator. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Plenty of space and the staff was very friendly. Room was clean and kitchen had enough plates for all 5 of us (not always the case). Pool was clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast has real plates available, not just plastic and paper. Would be great to stay again when in the area.

Very pricey but worth it. NO PET FEES only a small deposit that gets refunded! Complimentary breakfast , spacious rooms, ideal location , clean amenities, feels very high class and private.
