Hotel will not allow me to check in. I called Brittany at front desk & she was very rude & said she won’t allow my son to check in. I told her he’s 3 1/2 hours from home. And she said not her problem. When I told her that leaves him with no where to stay tonight she hung up on me. I called back & she refused to answer phone.

The staff was outstanding and very courteous, the room was very clean and welcoming; however, the toilet was very low and difficult to use for elderly person. Either a higher toilet or other support would have helped.

Excellent service from Essince, she is very cordial and helpful. Helped me with my cards to get into the room and escorted me to the room to ensure it was not a malfunctioning door and was able to get in with no problem with her help. Everyone that I have met at this location, housekeeping and maintenance were very cordial and welcoming. Appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Elevator was out of service and it made it hard having a physical disability

Everything was great except for the fact the elevator was down but they got us right by the door and let us check in early. Totally understand they can’t control that!

The front desk person at 7pm on Wednesday night was super friendly and very helpful.

Room was not cleaned needed to call for towels. Elevator went out we were on the 3rd floor my husband has bad knees he could not leave the room, I have COPD walked down to the 1st floor to get coffee and could hardly breath. Will never stay here again it was a waste of money.

Other than those two issues this was a clean property.

Great place for everything, but this facility felt like it was made from cardboard. The walls were too thin. I can hear my neighbors very clearly. From foot steps above and from the bed rocking from the side neighbors, if you know what i mean. I didnt even care if they were getting there freak on and they weren't even loud, but the walls are way too thin.

Staff was kind. The hotel needs major updates to rooms. Floors, walls, curtains and there are no clocks or lamps with charging ports for cellphones. Definitely pricey for such an out dated hotel.

Staff is amazing very professional and friendly. Rooms are phenomenal overall great experience will definitely be coming here when visiting.

We’ve stayed here before and tjoughtjit was a really nice clean hotel and this time was no exception. Check-in was very quick which we were grateful for b/c we got in late

Great area for shopping, dining, and parking was easy. Suburban feeling, so modified our reservation to only 1 night so we could book elsewhere that felt more Colorado. Super clean hotel, great breakfast, pool was nice, staff was incredible.

Where do I begin…. This hotel was super clean and was close to EVERYTHING!! From the location itself to the parking to the amazing staff. I forgot the front desk man but he had glasses, he was very RESPECTFUL not only to me but to my wife and son. He was able to check me in earlier than the usual check in time due to coming in town earlier than expected. He made everything work easy, fast and relaxing!! Most definitely coming back here on my next trip back to Colorado Springs!!!

My complaint about my stay is that I was charged double of what Expedia told me($100 per night vs $50) that the Expedia app listed. Not acceptable! Will hesitate trusting their info again

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The walls however a paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING that goes on in rooms next to you and outside in the hall (cell phones ringing/notifications, yawns, coughs, conversations…you name it)! I believe my room was close to a service door or closet because there was a lot of racket out in the hall after 10:00pm.

Front desk was really helpful and professional when checking in as well as check out.

Lots of dining options around. Free breakfast was always good.

Hotel had great location, literally within a centet of shops, restaurants, and movie theater all within walking distance. The room was spacious, and had a microwave oven to reheat leftovers. The breakfast offered was pretty standard, but hoped for more variety of hot food items instead of same every day. Essence, at the reception, was friendly, and was professional with check-in process.

Room was very clean & loved our view of Pikes Peak & being able to walk to go eat.

Was not aware of $50 hold, i prepaid on Hotels.com. that should be noted when you prepay. The bath tub had hairs in it from previous guest. That made the room feel "unclean" because you don't know if linens etc...have been cleaned. For the cost to sleep for a few hours, definitely should have at least been cleaned well. Especially the bathroom.

The guest bathroom mens side was ABSOLUTELY disgusting! Toilet clogged and stunk so bad! Staff were hardly ever at front desk so always had to wait on someone.

Ran into a snow storm and had to stop here for the night. The front desk clerk was alone and when I arrived there were at least 15 people in the lobby checking in and trying to get a room. The front desk clerk was very professional, friendly and she was working her tale off. She did an excellent job and was very efficient doing it. Room was clean, warm and comfortable.

Excellent location center of all business that you will even think of in restaurants. Hotel is spacious shervs hot breakfast. Their associates are helpful and accommodating. We hit 2 or 3 days of winter storm. When we got there, it was great to have hot drinks available Anytime

My heater went out and we were in the middle of a snow storm. I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express in Denver the night before and was very happy with the experience so I chose to stay at the one close to home until my heat was fixed. It was very cozy and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

I had to check out at 3am on Friday, November 15th, in order to travel back to Texas with a family emergency. The front desk told me I wouldn’t be charged for the 16th or 17th. Can you explain why this is not so? Thanks
