Sandie was an awesome bartender in the evenings at the bar-grill area. Overall good amenities--average on value when compared to other nearby hotels. Charges for breakfast seemed steep with how much the rooms were, bit staff was friendly and earned their tips. Clean room with no major concerns.

Clean room grate staff. I did feel the description about the breakfasts was off on Expedia it said breakfasts included and then if you click on it it says "(with a fee)"... i was totally surprised when they walked over with a bill and honestly I've had better breakfasts elsewhere. So that was a big turn off for me.. probably will not be staying again.

Breakfast was not offered. I was told it was closed due to the Holidays. But other than that it was wonderful! It was quiet, couldn’t hear the people on either side of us (like most places you can) and the beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

One thing I didn’t like was breakfast. Website has free continental breakfast but when I checked in, they told me that it was $15 for breakfast buffet. I book based on the amenities. Breakfast is one of them do very disappointing.

Excellent food and bar service. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and was told “eat here, it’s excellent”. So we did and it was!

I did like the hotel. There was no Electric car chargers though. Room was nice. AC was either 62* or 78*. Other than that no issues. Gym was very underwhelming.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good water pressure and space in bathroom. But the gym and pool were very basic, the location very noisy with highway right next to our room. It wasn't really a good "vacation" hotel; more geared to business travelers.

It was a clean hotel loved the bath products a/c worked great Pillows were flat and only had 3 for 2 people. Tv only had streaming service you had to sign into and no regular channels so tv was basically no existent.

Wonderful hotel that’s close to the airport. The onsite restaurant serves up fresh, made-to-order meals. I had an Asian chicken salad and my wife enjoyed an Italian-inspired Caprese sandwich. Both were very good! We’ll stay here again when we’re in town.

Nice hotel!

There were multiple hairs in our bed sheets and when I called down to the front desk to ask for new sheets I was told that housekeeping was gone for the day and wouldn’t be back until tomorrow. I had to convince them for new sheets and then I had to change them myself. The room smelled like mold and mildew and there was mildew on the showerhead and the showerhead was falling out of the wall. The ice machine looked like it had never been cleaned before despite the sign on it saying that it required cleaning every two weeks the air filter on it was caked in dirt. The self checkout kiosk for snacks in the lobby didn’t work and nothing would ring up, it all said no SKU found for everything we scanned. I will never ever stay here again and I will also never use expedia again for recommending this place. I will use air bnb next time. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hot tub was not hot it was barely warm and there was so much chlorine in it that when I stepped in to test it out it made my legs itch afterwards. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were offered a free breakfast, which was delish. But sad its a more expensive stay and no free breakfast. A beautiful hotel just needs better training off staff and quality checks with house keeping.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds i’ve ever slept on. The pool was uncomfortably cold.

There was trash left in the room from the last person. There was hair in the tub. The hot tub was not hot. The pool was extremely cold

The stay was good. They have breakfast , that costs 10 dollars a day for continental 15 for hot breakfast. . When i checked in they charge a 250 dollar deposit which seems extremely high and i wasn't informed until arrival. No biggie tho they released it and its now back in my account. The only thing i was unhappy about was that housekeeping regardless of the DND sign asked me every day when i was checking out . Im in the business i know they have that info . But they still asked me every day

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. Hotel was close to the airport which is why we chose it. My only knock is that the bathroom door could not close and stay shut. I'm not complaining and we look forward to coming back.

I reserved a King room. When checking in, I was told that they had a big party check in and forced me to take a 2 queen room. Supposedly the price was the same, but I would have preferred what I reserved.

My recent experience at this establishment was nothing short of horrific. I checked in on Saturday night, Upon entering my room, I immediately discovered that the toilet was broken. I promptly contacted maintenance and housekeeping, not once, but three times over the course of twelve agonizing hours. Despite my repeated calls and the obvious necessity of a working restroom, nobody ever arrived to address the issue. It's frankly appalling to think I paid over $150 for a room with a non-functional toilet. The issue wasn't even resolved until the following morning, after I was forced to go to the front desk yet again to demand a plunger, which I used myself to fix the problem in a mere 30 seconds. It was evident that the hotel staff chose to completely ignore my calls and requests, moving at an infuriatingly slow pace and ultimately failing to provide even the most basic of services. This was especially egregious as my disabled daughter was staying with me, and we were forced to go without a usable restroom the entire night. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff didn't even offer a gesture of reimbursement or compensation for their negligence and our considerable discomfort. After this disastrous experience, I can confidently say I will never stay at another Hilton property again. Enduring over twelve hours with no resolution to a broken toilet, especially after paying full price for a hotel room, is utterly

Nothing to share.

Room had hair in shower, finger prints on tables and tv. Plastic razor cap on carpet from previous visit. Worse was if tried to shower during morning the water was only a trickle and ice cold. Also unable to get internet or cell service. Very bad!!!!!!

Excellent hotel very close to COS. Easy to get to, check in, and check out. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Clean building and room. Everything worked correctly and the room was comfortable. This is a great pick if visiting the Springs area. Plenty of parking. Updated everything.

Hotel is near the airport, but it is nice and quiet.We definitely recommend this hotel.

This property is very clean. It’s was under construction but you’d never know, it was so quiet.

The property is being renovated so there is construction material laying around and not all of the facilities are working

When we checked in to our room our toilet wasn’t working properly in the evening when we got back from Dinner we asked for someone from maintenance to come take care of the toilet. We waited and had to ask three times the third time I went to the front desk and they handed me a plunger to take care of it myself. I would like a refund on this stay.

Very overpriced for the quality of stay. The room smelled of dog urine. Lots of construction. The pool had standing water each day (never drained). Breakfast had to be purchased and was very mediocre. Night manager was great - day managers were unfriendly, unresponsive and could care less about anything.

Just overnight for plane transfer.

The room was A little dated. But enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

We were disappointed, to be honest, tho not with staff, they were nice. But we were on a floor that was being remodeled, so stuff all over the place, workers around, not a quiet peaceful setting. We were in the not yet remodeled section of the floor, and the furniture was worn, the chair too uncomfortable to use, uncomfortable pillows, and the coffee maker didn't work. There were so many other hotels by the airport i could have chosen from, but decided to spend a little more thinking we'd splurge on nicer accommodations....boy, big mistake!

We arrived early after a long morning of travel and was able to check in. So grateful.

Not a friendly bartender. Everything else was great.

No room service because the kitchen would not answer the phone. Said they were too busy when i went down to ask. Order in the restuarant took 1 hour for a ceaser salad and PBJ SANDWICH while i waited.

We arrived after driving for many hours and were notified that they only had rooms with one bed in them...I had prepaid and reserved a room with two beds as we were traveling with adult children. They told me that I wouldn't be compensated for the difference in room as we used a 3rd party (Expedia) and the best they could do would be a roll away cot. This was disheartening as we were exhausted and had no other options unless we would have been able to eat the cost and stay elsewhere. The bed spread had stains and the cot brought in was in terrible condition. I was disappointed as I travel often and this chain of hotels are usually very clean and stand behind quality service. I will not be staying here again and I would caution others to do the same.

Hilton's landscaping was amazing. A glimpse of the Rockies made it fabulous. The surrounding properties weren't well though.

We were given a handicapped room and WE LOVED IT. I wish we could request this size room everytime we stay with you guys.

We were signed up for the 0600 shuttle as were others for a total of 13 people. 0600 comes and goes, we see the shuttle take off from the adjacent hotel. There has been no communication from the hotel staff, despite 13 of us standing outside. I proceed to ask the staff “where is our shuttle?” I was then told the shuttle was used to transport aircrews at 0600 as there is a contract that they must be shuttled at the appointed time. I say okay, but “Why were we not told of the delay?” The response from the staff was that the manager says “the shuttle service was not mandatory and should not be expected.” My response was “It is an airport hotel, the entire reason travelers choose this hotel is for the airport shuttle.” To which the staffs response was “the aircrews were unexpected”. I say “okay, but the crews spent the night and have a mandatory rest period so it is not possible for the conflict to not have been anticipated. In any case, why did you not give us a courtesy notification that our shuttle was delayed.” I received a blank stare. I then inquired about the second shuttle parked in front of the hotel. The response, “we only have one driver.” My response, “why is the manager not involved in solving the timing conflict?” The response, “the managers shift does not begin until 0900.”

Minor adjustment- the shower curtains and bedspreads are snagged. Someone chose tge wrong fabric
