This hotel is affiliated with the Golden Nugget, but a totally separate building up the hill. Worked well for our family.
- 4/5
Clean for most part. Only complaint was sink only ran a trickle of water and water tasted nasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Bed was hard as a rock got the king suite with the hot tub / bathtub in room. Super hard to sleep on the bed was even three pillows for two guest.
- 1/5
Didn't like the room.. after an early check in we decided to leave and go to the golden nugget instead. Just laid our keys on the counter and left...
- 1/5
Unknowable staffs...
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing and helpful. Gave us dinner ideas and made sure we were taken care of.
- 5/5
Todo bien
- 5/5
Cost, pool
- 5/5
I realize the pool sometimes needs maintanencebut it would of been nice to at least have coffee & cold water.
- 2/5
The hot tub was open with the swimming pool being closed because of maintenance - Not aware of $94 dollar deposit CARD only when arriving - Not aware of Swimming pool Not in operating condition - woke up to loud banging at 8:50am in the morning for 35 minutes because of remodeling next door over. - Late check out over priced - No breakfast
- 5/5
Great experience, clean rooms and the staff are amazing!
- 5/5
Nice basic affordable hotel. Very clean, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Enjoyed the stay. Only thing the hotel could add is coffee in the lobby in the morning. Its a distance to get coffee first thing in the morning.
- 4.5/5
TV was poor reception
- 4/5
Nice room. Pool closed. Hot tub was HOT so we added pool water. No breakfast.
- 4/5
No breakfast, phone didnt work back door didnt work. But it was ok i guess
- 3.5/5
that the rooms were quiet and clean. I was happy to see a mini fridge and microwave in the room. They had a nice indoor pool, gym and hot tub. This pool/ hot tub and gym area closes at 10pm. There was no shuttle service available to or from the hotel to nearby restaurants or town, and the distance—combined with the steep downhill and uphill terrain—made walking impractical, especially given the cold and rainy weather. Since our group was sharing one vehicle, it would have been very helpful to have transportation options into town for dinner. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until close to 7:00 PM, and not everyone wanted to leave again to pick up food. Unfortunately, there is also no food delivery available from the casino restaurants to this hotel. The only food option on-site was a vending machine in the lobby, which was not a suitable solution for dinner. Given that this hotel is affiliated with the Golden Nugget, we expected there would be a shuttle available for guest convenience. However, we were informed by the front desk that the shuttle service had already stopped for the evening at 7:00 PM. There is no such thing are uber eats or door dash in cripple creek. So if you stay at this hotel and get hungry, you need to drive to one of the hotels for food.
- 4/5
The hot tub was nice to relax in.
- 4/5
Hot tub was nice. Great View! Front desk attendant was helpful. Room was comfy. We were missing a pillow, but they got us one on request. We also needed more coffee and creamer, but they were quick to get us more on request. The pool was way too cold.
- 4/5
Need to update irons and add room safes. That was comfortable nice TV clean room.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Room was big enough to have nightstands on both sides of the bed not one. Bathroom was small. Shower walls and toilet had something on them like they weren't cleaned good. Bed felt soft until you woke up and felt like you got beat up because it sunk in the middle like a taco. Hot tub looked like it needed cleaning. Couldn't even get in the pool because it was ice cold. Thought they provided some kind of breakfast but I guess that's at the Golden Nugget. I understand that the 2 hotels are connected but don't list things on both hotels if they both don't have it. Staff seemed friendly enough but had trouble with their computers running slow to check people in.
- 5/5
Older hotel but very clean and comfortable! Staff was quite nice
- 5/5
The updated rooms a great.
- 4/5
The only reason i gave this property a 4 star is that the photos are misleading. This hotel is not connected to the casino at all. To be clear. I did like my stay and had no issues with the hotel or the room or amenities. Just acknowledging the photos do not match to the actual hotel.
- 1/5
No, hot tub was nasty and had to leave a night early because a dog barked none stop!
- 2/5
It is the hotel of last resort in town. Prepare to be disappointed if you pay more than $70 for the room.
- 3.5/5
Clean rooms
- 0.5/5
Location was nice Stood at the front desk for 35 minutes while the lady at the front desk try to double charge me for the room once from Booking.com and them. Ridiculous. There was blood on the wall right where we had to lay are heads. Lady during the day was very nice
- 4/5
Hot tub was definitely hot enough
- 5/5
No breakfast available
- 2/5
Don't believe the photo of slot machines with Gold King Mountain Inn as they are not on site. You have to go to their sister property to gamble. Not handy when you wanted to stay on property with minor kiddos but be assessable to them and still gamble. Heated pool was COLD! The smell of marijuana was throughout the hotel, stronger when you turned on the fan in the bathroom. Disappointing stay.
- 3.5/5
Pool was super cold hot tub was dirty when I booked on booking.com got there said they couldn't find it after I paid for room on booking but took like a hour and a half to get it right after many calls to booking to get it worked out
- 4.5/5
Ice in the parking lot was bad.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff they welcomed me with smile. Very clean and easy to navigate
- 5/5
It was awesome the pool and hot tub were perfect
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was gruendly
- 1/5
Picture is wrong there is no game play at hotel. As well as pool is down and that was not explained. Amd the hotel to game play is DOWN the hill.
- 1/5
The receptionist Brandy attempted to charge us an additional 100 dollars prior to checking in. We requested a refund immediately. Brianna refused and said we need to contact Expedia our 3rd party. We never checked in and we were not refunded the money. So perhaps Expedia can help.
- 2/5
I guess you're just suppose to turn the heater up and that makes up for the substandard pillows. There were 2 lamps, which didnt evdn have the same bulbs in them and 1 side table. This place is definitely not somewhere you go for long term or want company to stay. Especially, if they need something. For what we paid, it should have been a lot better. Motel 6 is a thousand times better than this place.
- 2/5
There was lots of confusion upon check in with double reservations (paid for by me) I had confirmation of only one. The desk clerk was not helpful in resolving. She acted like she did not know what to do. The check in disturbed my husband so much we had a poor stay. Also the hotel was not as expected. Bare room with nothing on the wall. Sub standard amenities no food available and was not close enough to town for us to walk. We are elderly and had to drive for food. Also the toilets were very low to the ground and difficult for us to get up and down on
- 2/5
The location and price were appealing. After arriving to check in I had to wait for the front desk attendant to finish cleaning the lobby bathroom. On top of waiting it took her longer than normal to check me in & issue my keys. She gave me keys to an occupied room and I walked in on a family with small children, frightening all of them and embarrassing me. She reissued keys to a different room and they didn’t work, I had to go back to the front desk. The sauna was out of order and they were using it for storage space. Both treadmills in the fitness center were inoperable and dangerous as the belts slid while walking causing me to tweak my knee. The bathtub was dirty and there were a pair of dirty socks left behind the door from a previous tenant. The cleaners were talking very loudly and making a lot of noise at 8am.
- 4/5
Staff friendliness
- 5/5
Staff seemed nice
- 3/5
Room was clean but dusty, had an immediate smell to. Maybe just an old building. But overall good
- 4/5
The hotel itself is quite old but it has been kept up very well. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub nice too.
- 0.5/5
Room smelled like paint. Beds were hard. Coffee maker in the room but no creamer or sugar. No shuttle to get to casino. Rooms didn't look clean.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on top of a hill overlooking the city. It's quiet but just a short shuttle ride away from anything.
- 4/5
Pool Not connected to newer golden nugget hotel
- 5/5
That place was extremely nice I really like how nice there were
- 4.5/5
Staff was excellent! The view is excellent! Room was very clean!
- 5/5
Friendly professional staff
- 2/5
everything else is good! but the staff" who works the time i checked in. That lady is bush chitchating on her phone! even when she's infront of the guest never hangs up the phone
- 2.5/5
Room was nice sized and clean. They did at least have me on the lower level. Ended up paying more than I thought it was going to be. Room was just being finished cleaned and it was after 4pm when we went to check in. Overall just not a good experience :(
- 2/5
The staff, they were great! A few things. It was definitely a motel… I wasn’t happy that I slept on the mattress without a fitted sheet and because I toss and turned the sheet I had covering the mattress moved so I woke up on the mattress cover which was itchy. The hotel was definitely out dated. The pictures are of the golden nugget rooms so it was definitely misleading. I booked this room for the swimming pool. But for the price I paid for this room was definitely not worth it. An 89$ price and I still think that’s too high. The front office staff was very pleasant and very nice.
- 3.5/5
I was told that our breakfast was free when we checked in, however, when we got to the restaurant, we were told that it was Not Free! I called the hotel & they said that they didn’t do the free bet! Food was pricey for the food, which was not very good!
- 4/5
I was sad to learn the shuttle was shut down
- 4.5/5
Location. Accepted my great grandchildren
- 4.5/5
the pool and hot tub were amazing! no breakfast!
- 4/5
Clean room and bathroom, thick towels, friendly and professional staff. Lack of art in the room made it feel boring, otherwise my stay was great!
- 4/5
Hot tub was too hot and mattress too soft.
- 3/5
Very old and outdated smelled like old smoking room, the ladies and the one guy during the day were sweet but the guy attendant at night was very short not friendly. Both of My nieces toilets plugged in their rooms and one had to change Rooms. They did accommodate the new room. The pool and hot tub was great!!!!!
- 4/5
Staff was kind and helpful! Place was clean. Not extravagant but comfortable. Didnt make it to the pool or hor tub.
- 1/5
Misleading. No casino. Dingey and old.
- 3/5
Hard to no where to go to check in. At casino it said casino entrance u park n go in to find yourself in the parking garage
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, great view of the town, clean swimming pool, great price. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room.
- 5/5
It was wonderful and Glean
- 2/5
Could not get the door to open. It was stuck and when front office tried they had a extremely hard time opening it. Very run down.
- 3/5
Very expensive for a boring room and no amenities. Anything over $125 all in and you’ll feel slightly ripped off
- 4/5
The basic hotel room is a decent size, clean, and appears to have been updated recently. The hallways and elevator are old. Staff were wonderful and very pleasant. Price was good
- 3/5
No signs to find property. Road up hill unmarked. Dangerous especially after dark. Refused to give receipt after stay - said we had to get it from Expedia ? Plus other items above
- 4/5
Clean room, super friendly helpful staff, all of them, nice hot tub. Dissappointed that pool pump was broken so pool was too cold for me to use. Good value, great location
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
Although the outside is needing some finishing repairs, the lobby, rooms and pool/hot tub were in good/great condition. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
- 4/5
This was an affordable two star hotel, and it lived up to my expectations.
- 4/5
We go here just bc it's the only pool in town. Well there's two now but who can afford the other one
- 5/5
Room were very clean, staff wwas very helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 2/5
Rooms were surface "clean" but there was mold in shower and the ac units were filthy. Bed sheets were stained and the floors were dirty and had spill marks . The longer we were there the more you see. Beds felt very old and worn felt like I was falling through. The pictures when booking were not what we walked into. The advertisement set false expectations and so we were very let down for the cost of the rooms .
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great accommodations. Will definitely be back.
- 3/5
Seemed run down
- 5/5
Hotel was great for the price point! Older but kept up with. Galway’s did smell of cooked food, it just made us more hungry than anything. Pool was amazing, only down fall is it’s not really walkable to the main part of town due to being on a steep hill!
- 4/5
Very clean and great staff. Only negative was no breakfast options available.
- 5/5
The pool area was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My main compliment goes to the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating!
- 2/5
The room stunk really bad. Beds were hard, and you could hear every noise everyone else in the hotel were making. I checked out at 2 am and deove home.
- 3/5
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Mattress was uncomfortable. There was some smoke odor.
- 5/5
Great staff, pool is awesome, bathroom was clean but the shower had a few hairs left behind, great view, spacious room
- 2/5
The windows and air circulation devices (air conditioning/heating fan ) were half of them all covered in plastic/taped for painting, also over the entire unit air circulation vents. I'm pretty sure this is a safety or fire code violation as the unit over heats. We had to tear the plastic off the window just to get some air. And see the view we were charged so much for. I reported this, when I saw it, and voiced it to the person who checked ius n. She said they were painting. Which wasn't true. And another employee said this was done several days ago and so far no painters have been seen. 9/29/25 i called to request a discount from Darlene the manager (as staff at desk suggested at check out) via phone message i made this request. So far i have not had a response. I am asking the $20 "'resort fee" and extra $30 for Saturday upcharge be refunded. The. Gold King Mountain inn Website should warn their visitors that they are under construction and rooms should be discounted not upcharged as their nearly at full Capacity.
- 2/5
Outdated and things were dirty
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
I really liked where it was located! The staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
I loved the location of the building, but the property itself was a run down motel 6 that was poorly remodeled. Has such great potential considering the top mountain location. Was very disappointing to see what i had reserved online. Staff was polite but didn't explain anything about anything, my room had dirty carpet but the beds were clean. Thankfully! So much potential gone to waste.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice
- 2/5
The auto lights in the hallways are
- 5/5
The hot tub pool and view were amazing
- 5/5
Wry friendly staff
- 3/5
The pool was very clean and one is able to have fun with the whole family. The hotel is family friendly.
- 1/5
The hotel isn't bad but the town sucks ITS NOT KID FRIENDLY ITS SCARY BECAUSE OF THE CASINO'S I DONT RECOMMEND A FAMILY TO GO LOTS AND LOTS OF STRANGE PEOPLE COME I SAY FORGET IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
- 3/5
In general run down hotel for the money. Check in person very nice and helpful. The check out gentleman had no personality and not helpful.
- 5/5
It was accommodating for our needs. Staff was super friendly and helpful!!
- 5/5
A dated but very clean and a very nice staff
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
The staff was great but the bed was uncomfortable the shower was kinda gross. Looks closer to more of the attractions in town but is up a steep poorly maintained road. DOES NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE. DOES NOT HAVE PINBALL as pictured. DOES NOT HAVE A BAR as pictured. Most frustrating part is the pictures on the Expedia site DO NOT REFLECT THE PROPERTY.
- 4/5
The only thing I wished were different was the spot light shining onto Ole Glory ALL night. I would have liked to see the stars, as this hotel is way above the city lights.
- 1/5
I made reservation with Expedia and the dates weren’t correct. You refused to refund my money.
- 5/5
Great stay! We enjoyed the placement of the hotel being on the edge of Cripple Creek. It was quiet, staff were friendly, and the cost was low. Truly a great place to stay and one I will recommend to anyone who asks. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and the staff and guests were so friendly. Made our family vacation a positively memorable one.
- 5/5
The service was great
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
This is a Golden Nugget property with Motel 6 vibes. The Golden Nugget needs to put some serious money into this building. However, I knew this going in. For the price point, you get what you pay for. Pool was nice. Beds are terrible. Hotel is old and grimy. Staff was great.
- 2/5
The shower curtain had mold. The heater/cooler was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. The beds were made up with the sheet on top. One of the beds had two sheets and the other had only one. When utilizing Expedia it stated final cost of $191.42 but when checking in the charge was $201.78. The lady checked me in didn't seem to know how to respond to my complaint. I informed the gentlemen who checked me out about my complaint, the dirty bathroom shower and curtain, and the cost. He was not sure how to respond either! I asked for the Supervisor. He said she doesn't respond when she is off the clock! What. I am requesting a refund $10.36 of "resort fees" to my credit card. If you have questions my name is Tammy Trujillo I can be reached at 303-349-2076.
- 2/5
there was a problem getting manager to speak with about refund, I advised the front desk i wanted to pay with a different card, which she took the number of the card but never charged the correct card. Suspicious on what she did with the card #. I tried to reach the hotel numerous of times, for days. when we left the room there was Maintenace working on patching up the wall outside our room and the maid service has their cart stationed right next the Maintenace guy. leaving little room walk through. the walk to the casino is a far walk down steep hill it may be minutes of a walk but better off driving down to the closet casino only. otherwise you will need to drive.
- 4/5
We’ve stayed here before but rooms were updated
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 1/5
There are no amenities here such as a continental breakfast. The hallways have a weird smell to them; the rooms are nasty! Your socks stick to the carpet; there was someone else's hair on the bathroom sink, the bedding is dingy and stained and reminds you of just looking at sheets. Not to mention all the dirt. There doesn’t seem to be any level of standards for cleanliness…or advertising the hotel in an away that depicts reality. Don’t stay here…there are much better hotels for $200 bucks!!
- 3/5
The table between the beds was pulled out from the wall revealing spilled cheerios. The bathtub had a soap scum ring and the hair in the drain was a little gross. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby in the morning. The bed was comfortable though and the view was amazing. I felt it was a bit pricey for the lack of amenities.
- 4/5
The property is perfectly acceptable and our room was clean and comfortable. The view overlooking the town and the neighboring mine are beautiful. The building is showing some wear and tear but the pool and spa were clean and this was a real winner with the grandkids.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. It was only for one night. The auditor, Tim, was very kind and personable. We used the pool and hot tub, very nice.
- 1/5
Check-in staff was super pleasant when we called about a late check-in and when we checked in. However, the room smelled awful and there was a dirty washcloth and hair in the tub. The A/C was super loud. It was really run down and we couldn’t get the smell out by running the fan. Didn’t feel comfortable with it. Actually were planning 2 nights but with how it smelled we cancelled the 2nd night and found another spot.
- 4/5
it was really quiet and i loved that
- 4/5
Older property but beautiful views
- 5/5
Friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean
- 2/5
Was a Great guy working the desk! I reserved a room with a king bed and got 2 gueens! Air conditioner rattled All night.
- 5/5
the room was very clean and comfortable
- 3/5
Not the best hotel, but not the worst. Certainly not worth the price.
- 5/5
The Gold King Mountain Inn stall was very accommodating. The Inn was very comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
Has an indoor swimming pool and hot tub
- 5/5
Great view
- 5/5
It was a good experience. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
I couldn't believe they have no real coffee/coffeepot in the morning. When I asked, they just handed me two instant coffee packs. For a hotel that charges $10 for a resort fee, that's unbelievable.
- 3/5
Good enough
- 4/5
Area
- 5/5
My husband got very ill overnight and the young lady at checkout about 6am was so kind and efficient.
- 5/5
Just a girl get away was great we booked at the sister motel switched us to the other one very nice
- 4/5
We had a very pleasant stay. Seems well insulated as didnt hear other people coming and going. Comfortable bed and room. The only down was tge table in our room .Was very unstable couldnt trust to kean against it.
- 5/5
Beautiful views and friendly staff.
- 2/5
Our first room had a heater that unacceptably loud rattling. We were moved to another room, with lights so dim that we could not read. There was a USED/DIRTY towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was so small that if someone was on the toilet you could not close the door. The tabletop in the room was loose and the bathroom faucet leaked. The shower water was luke warm! At the hottest setting, it was barely warm. The only good part of this stay was the front desk gentlemen that checked us in. He was very pleasant and apologetic. He quickly moved us to a new room, with a better view when I complained about the noisy heater. He recommended a great restaurant for breakfast. I would NOT recommend this hotel or stay here again.
- 4/5
Late night ck in. Comfy. Should offer coffee bar at least. Only in room coffee. Better than none
- 4/5
The staff was great and help me out with my request. I recomend this place its awsome
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
The heater in the room was very noisy and every time it came on it sounded like a wind tunnel. There was hair in the bathtub . The pool was out of order again.
- 4/5
I booked for the use of the pool and hot tub as they're the only ones in Cripple Creek who have one. Pool broke down days before we showed up. Hot tub worked and we got a discount for the inconvenience of not having the pool.
- 1/5
Old food in fridge Shower not warm Said pool was open ended up being closed Hot tub heater broke lukewarm *Picture to show*
- 3/5
Housekeeping rude being loud at 7am knocking on door and the bathroom was dirty
- 4/5
The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Serene, awe inspiring, and worth the trip all on their own. The staff was warm and friendly, and check in was a breeze. The hotel itself is very outdated, and while the room was clean, it did have a musty, old smell that was a bit off putting. That’s really the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five. Otherwise, it was convenient and had all the standard amenities you’d expect—coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hairdryer—but the amenities weren’t really what stood out. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you're after peace, beauty, and the kind of mountain views that stop you in your tracks. Come for the setting, not the luxury.
- 5/5
The staff were so kind!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great choice
- 5/5
Amazing view, clean, quiet
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly.
- 4/5
Customer service was excellent especially considering we were snowed in and I'm pretty sure they didnt get much sleep. Room was clean and the heater worked, and the bed was adequate to get some rest on a road trip. Also, they have a fully functioning hot tub, so another plus.
- 3/5
The door to my room was open and the sink was dirty
- 4/5
The staff was amazing and overall we will definitely be back!
- 2/5
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. The room was relatively clean and the front desk person was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. But, the condition of the property is very much in need of updating. There is not much in the way of amenities with the lobby only having very weak coffee and tea so no breakfast items. We were kept awake most of the night from noise above our room(dog or people running around). The only positive was the nice view from the room. For the exorbitant price we paid, it was definitely not worth it!
- 1/5
We usually stay at the GKMI but this time around it’s been terrible. When I checked in I had two rooms reserved. They gave one room to someone that was not me. Didn’t ask for ID or anything. Just took their word for it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and broken. The hallways smell like marijuana and when I asked not only the staff but the supervisors information they all gave me different answers or they didn’t know. The promoted a discount and no one had any idea how to even get a discount. It was awful. The supervisor made it seem like it was ok that they gave my room to someone else because they had the same last name as me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
- 1/5
Terrible place, never going back!!!!
- 3/5
Average low budget hotel. No breakfast served but coffee available in lobby. As far as a safe and clean space to rest this hotel was fine. We choose hotels based on amenities as well and for us, the pool and hot tub are a must. The pool was so cold you couldn’t swim in it and the first day there they closed the hot tub. The front desk was aware we wanted to use the hot tub and told us the maintenance crew would check it the next day. Never happened so we checked out. Be advised the first floor is undergoing renovation. If you are on the premises during the day you will be treated to construction noise, and in our case, a fire alarm causing everyone but the work crew to evacuate their rooms. Our room was clean. The pillows belong in a prison cell and the mattress was squishy but clean. Our room as pictured online had a couch. The room we received had no couch, just a chair. For the price we paid I’m not upset and would stay there again, but only if the rate is well below the other hotels in the area. If you’re a no frills catch a shower and dome shuteye this property will suffice. If you expect more from a hotel beyond that, look elsewhere.
- 3/5
Domestic dispute in the middle of the night that disturbed our peace. Had to call the cops.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but in one of our rooms the tv didn’t work. Front desk sent IT up while we were out. IT told them they fixed it but they did not. When we told them it still wasn’t working they said maintenance would probably choose not to come look at it again, which they didn’t. They did offer to move the room but we had two and the only one they could move us to was the other end of the hotel which didn’t work for our family. Also, when calling the front desk from the room it seemed to call 911! We had officers show up at our room thinking we called 911. It happened to a room in our same hallway later that night as well. They need to have IT look at that too! Also doors are very thin. We could hear the families across the hall all night long.
- 3/5
The beds were uncomfortable and sheets had stains. Not gross stains, but, black and need to be disposed of. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall a 2.5 - 3 star at best.
- 3/5
A little outdated, small and a bit dirty. Price was good, location, and friendly staff.
- 1/5
I've usually never had a problem at the property before.. I hate to say, but this time was horrible.. Both rooms were invested with bedbugs.. I personally took them to the front desk and showed them.. She immediately apologized and refunded my $ for both rooms.. Keep in mind I have stayed here plenty of times and never had an issue.. This time was enough to want to go back.. Where I have enjoyed staying plenty of other times..

Its a huge place but they loaded all 5 families together. I had 2-3 300 pound cowboys right above me with cowboy boots jumping around all night. Again with the beds. OMG. It will take me several days to get over the back ache and lack of sleep.

This property is now owned and ran by Golden Nugget. The carpet in the room and hallway were all stained. We found hair in the bath tub and a used wash rag hanging on the shower curtain.thwre was only 4 flat pillows on the bed when asked for more 2 were provided.Throughout the night there was a marijuana smell in the hallway, and a dog barking throughout the night. Staff did try to address some if the issues. They also stated that the facilities are in the process of being updated and changed

Noisy dogs and somebody running above us. No continental breakfast and not handicap friendly.

It was a clean hotel great for the price. We came up for a family vist to the ice cattles. Only thing was that i would have to say is the pool area is super cold. They had a fan going that didnt help.

Nothing special about this place. Cheap place to stay for the night. Reeked of cigarette smoke.

My room was double booked and my husband and I walked in on people in my room or their room!

I like that the hotel is away from the strip but close enough to get to the casinos. I also like the pool area.

Bait and switch for hotels as you end up in a sister location. Then it wasnt properly clean never been more afraid of bed bugs in my life. The most spring like beds reminded me of the 90s as nothing has been updated since.
