- Friendly and helpful staff
- Quality of breakfast
- Parking fees
- 2/5
Also, I have a feeling they didn’t clean the bathroom before our stay. The bathroom had a lot of gross stains all over the walls and pieces of plastic and trash left on the floor near the toilet. Also, the hand soap smells rotten. We had to use body wash instead.
- 5/5
It was a good stay.
- 4/5
Clean room and very friendly staff
- 4/5
The overall condition of the property was above average. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly. Not sure why they charge for Parking though? It’s definitely a good location with a lot of amenities close by. The bed could be more comfortable and the Ac controls could have been more consistent. The breakfast is okay, somewhat standard, but clean and appealing. I Would stay here again, a good place to enjoy with family.
- 4/5
Clean room. Quiet area. Good surface parking.
- 4/5
On Monday, we didn't get fresh towels, etc.. Somebody forgot us. Luckily, Heidi to the rescue! I told her about the oversight. In only a couple of minutes, she was back with the bath items. Very nice lady!! We didn't appreciate the dog barking for ten minutes from 12:05 A.M. on Sunday. Breakfast was very good. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and professional. We stayed here last year. That is why we came back.
- 5/5
Very clean & quiet. Friendly.
- 5/5
Room was clean, breakfast selection was very good. Staff was great and very helpful. Gave at the front desk was exceptional in answering all of our questions. He is a great ambassador for the hotel.
- 4/5
Very good. I liled everythingf
- 4/5
Did not receive housekeeping services during our stay- Otherwise, it was fine. Thank you!
- 5/5
Both attendants at the desk that I encountered were super customer service oriented.

- 5/5
Everyone had very nice and friendly
- 5/5
Nothing else
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Nice clean room. However not disclosing a daily parking of $10/ day is awful. Even worse was I was there less than 24 hours and got charged twice. Not pleased at all.
- 5/5
Room was clean with no issues. Front desk was pleasant checking in and out. Nice quiet area. Would recommend a stay to anyone traveling.
- 5/5
staff was very friendly, room was clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and good variety of items to chose from. Only problem I saw which did not affect our stay was one of the window curtains was ripped down the edge, should be replaced.
- 3/5
Front desk was very friendly. Room was adequate. Did not have hot water available outside of breakfast and it had coffee grounds in it during breakfast both mornings. Oatmeal was empty the first day and had to find staff to replace it. Very small and uncomfortable breakfast area
- 5/5
The room was clean and up to date. The TV was kinda finicky. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. The staff was awesome! Cody is excellent and has a great attitude! Breakfast had a good selection and is better than most places I've been. The heat and cooling worked great!
- 5/5
Clean great staff and service
- 3/5
Staff very friendly, good smiles at end of very weary day. Sofa bed was not made, bedding did not match double, awkward space when sofa bed open, hard to navigate to bathroom in the dark.
- 1/5
Definitely not 3 half stars
- 4/5
Why charge for parking
- 5/5
We didn't have breakfast, only coffee. It took a little work, but we got the AC to shut off
- 5/5

- 4/5
Beware that they charge for parking

- 5/5
Nice hotel. Central location. Nice staff. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
Nice front desk service
- 5/5
Best stay in Colorado Springs
- 3/5
The AC keep the room cool. We've stayed 2 days they didn't clean our room. First day we were waiting for a long time setting up breakfast
- 4.5/5
The breakfast was great and the location was great. I was happy with everything.
- 2/5
Waited an hour and a half after check in to finally be moved to another room due to a stopped up toilet. The second room wasn’t much better. One of the beds would rock side to side every time my granddaughter rolled over. There was a very weak spot, a hole, under the carpet that made me nearly break my ankle. The girl at the desk after 5pm did her best but just some Bonvoy points don’t make up for the terrible room condition. I go to Colorado Springs very often but this hotel is now off my list of places to stay when I’m there. Do better Marriot.
- 1/5
We went down for breakfast & one lady was all by herself trying to get breakfast ready. The coffee was gone & the orange juice needed to be changed. They ran out of bacon & sandwiches & she was trying to make knew we just ended up leaving. For a Marriott property it was not up to standards. We won’t be staying here again or using Hotels.com 😡
- 5/5
The breakfast was hot and had lots of options. The beds were comfy and smelled so clean!
- 5/5
Conveniently located; breakfast staff very friendly; easy parking.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Nice hotel, very convenient for activities at the World Arena.
- 4/5
Great location. Convenient access to many restaurants. I wish breakfast would have opened at 6am vs 7.
- 5/5
Awesome customer service and so friendly.
- 5/5
room had cracked sink. very minimal toiletries
- 3/5
Only real complaint was that the mattress was too soft.
- 5/5
Desk staff was very welcoming and our stay was great!
- 3/5
Parking is $10 extra which is OK but you get for free in nearby quality hotels around the area. Hotel is decent but not great. Rooms felt a bit too small. Good for a quick nights transit. Breakfast was decent.
- 4/5
Liked the area, no homeless people asking for money. Staff went from very accommodating, to annoyed depending who was working. Breakfast was only good when the young man was doing it. He kept things filled. Days the lady was there she claimed they were out of whstever you asked for. One day milk, then muffins, then english muffins, the bread always something.
- 4/5
There was water leaking from the bathroom roof, staff did not help us very much about it, but other than that, our stay was good. Good value for money.
- 5/5
All was well
- 2/5
The bed was comfortable and I loved the pillows but all that was overshadowed by the black mold growing in the shower and on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The paint was peeling in multiple places on the bathroom ceiling, I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries with better, really makes me change my thoughts of staying at a Fairfield/marriot in the future. Also got hot in the room at night.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good value for money
- 4/5
Clean room, convenient location, gym. Most of staff ok and nice but the person who checked me in was not considerate when I asked about my booking through Hotel.com and to confirm billing. As a result, I was overcharged, which I found out after leaving the property. I called Hotel.com and they reached out to the property to resolve the payment issue.
- 3.5/5
Walking distance to restaurants
- 5/5
Nice hotel, good location, great bkfst, nice staff
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. Property is in great shape.
- 3/5
Hotel served its purpose as a base for our brief stay in the area, it’s very dated and worn but the staff was great as was the free breakfast, lots of choices that were refilled regularly and the area kept clean
- 5/5
The beds were to soft for my liking. Need to upgrade better quality. Shower floor was a little slippery for this senior citizen, need a bath Matt or something. The staff was amazing. The breakfast deserves a 10 rating. I was able to wash 2 loads of clothes while there. 1 washer was out of service (had a sign). I would stay there again
- 5/5
The staff went beyond my expectations to make sure our stay was very accommodating
- 2/5
There was mold in the bathroom all over the ceiling
- 4/5
People
- 5/5
Surprised that we had to pay for parking.
- 5/5
I didn't like the additional 10 dollar parking fee. I think that should be hidden in the room fee and not a separate charge.
- 3/5
Well it’s not quite as nice as I expected. Looks kind of like how the hotels 20-30 years ago looked. Probably needs a complete renovation
- 4/5
Easy to find, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was nice — very comfortable bed, great shower, roomy, with small fridge and microwave. Breakfast had lots of options and was good!
- 4/5
The check in person was very helpful. We got a room away from the highway which was quiet. There were several restaurants that were walking distance. Breakfast was great. They charged us $10 for parking which I thought was ridiculous! Next time I’ll park in a nearby lot. Alsomhad to call support to get wi fi working.
- 4/5
We made a quick overnight stop on our way back home from UT. We arrived very late and tired and were greeted by Matt, the MOST friendly front desk manager. He got us checked in efficiently. We left
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield. Excellent friendly service, nice rooms and close to restaurants and shopping
- 3/5
Very noticeable Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Had to go multiple times to front desk because the keys didn't work.
- 5/5
The only negative I can list would be that the conditioner bottle in shower was empty!
- 5/5
We stayed here so we could walk to an event at the venue 2 blocks away. The place was full of families going to the same event. It was fun and the staff was great with all the kids
- 5/5
This property is conveniently close to I-25 making getting to the gteater Colorado Springs area much easier. The breakfast was generous and offered some healthier options.
- 1/5
I had to make my own rollaway bed and rearrange the room in order to create a path in the room. We were promised the room we requested for the next night-never happened. We were charged as a “No Show” after it was promised that the room would be “comped” A double charge was put thru, because Hotels.com is supposed to credit the card. On Saturday another guest was given the key and entrance to our room. Not pleasant. There was a guest ahead of us who gave up his room w/two beds but this was not given to us. The light in the bathroom was wired to an outlandishly loud fan. The light in the area for makeup and hair combing was ridiculously dim. I had to kill a spider. The receptionist apologized. The motel was overbooked- that was just our “tough luck” We were told the “system was down. But they were certainly able to run charges on my credit card. Which I will dispute! The maid apologized. Our reservation was ignored! Access to our room was given to another guest.
- 5/5
The room was on the small side, but clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and good enough fitness center. For a quick overnight stay, it was great!
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly and helpful. After a horrible experience at another hotel 3 years ago and having to check out almost immediately, Fairfield Inn & Suites saved our trip that weekend, and this is now my family's preferred hotel when we visit Colorado Springs now. It's close to stores, food, and entertainment.
- 3/5
The hotel was in decent shape. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Our TV didnt work correctly when we got in. I went to the front desk several times for this. They gave us a different remote. Then we tried swapping out batteries in the remote. (They gave us used batteries from a remote that was in a drawer) At this point we were getting irritated. We were able to get new batteries from the Residence Inn next door (the hotels are affiliated) and the lady there also called the maintenance guy to help us out. She was amazing. Maintenance man also was very helpful! Tv was fixed in no time! We also had some difficulties with our key card. It would work for 2 or 3 uses and then nothing. The kids were back and forth to the pool (which you needed a card for) and we had to have the card rekeyed at least 10 times. Pool was great though. It was one of the few pools we found during our vaca that was not freezing! Would I stay here again? Maybe.
- 2/5
Night attendant wasn’t ready for the shift and was having a bad day. Nice person but may need something other than night clerk. Site though has great reviews should be in the two star area. Received an automated wake-up call at 3am for no reason. When discussing with the morning girl, she was clueless.
- 5/5
The staff at The Fairfield here go above and beyond! Such lovely people to make you feel welcome and valued!
- 4/5
Nothing that was the fault of the hotel.
- 5/5
Solo trip to visit family. Hotel is located within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Feels safe.
- 5/5
Very accommodating! The late night staff was helpful and kind. The morning staff helped was kind and understanding. They were able gave us a slightly later checkout too.
- 5/5

Good
- 3/5
Very dated.
- 5/5
Sarah at desk was amazing!
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable
- 5/5
Nice
- 4.5/5
They need better signage to identify the location from the road. This hotel sits back from the road and it is easy to drive past it
- 1/5
the staff was nice. the breakfast was terrible. the hotel needs a update specially for Marriott. Very noisy.
- 5/5
very walkable
- 5/5
Place was clean and staff was very nice I would definitely book again when I come back
- 5/5
We have stayed here several times visiting our kids/grandkids. The front desk staff is amazing!
- 5/5
Very handy for us...right off the freeway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
We were very road weary after having driven through bad weather to get to the Springs and I thought I'd made a reservation but the front desk couldnt find it. Apparently I never finished the online process, but unfortunately while trying to figure things out I was rude and short. The desk clerk remained very professional and calm, helped me find out what was going on without incurring more expenses , in fact was so sweet I almost starting crying. I did mentioned I was very tired right? The room was excellent in every way. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Hotel was near family and worked well for us. Nice place, will stay there again.
- 5/5
Nice restaurants nearby
- 3/5
Room was spacious, but the walls were very thin. We could hear people next door, in the hall and upstairs from us. Staff were friendly. Close to restaurants and stores.
- 5/5
This property has a great location, very friendly staff and is super clean! The included breakfast is wonderful and we stay here every year for an event and I am so excited that we found this place!
- 5/5
Beautiful. Everything was clean everyone was exceptionally welcoming pool was wonderful Nothing
- 5/5
Great staff! Very friendly and kind!
- 5/5
The front desk attendant was super welcoming and friendly. She waived our parking fee and asked for our preference of floors. Lovely welcome to the hotel.
- 4/5
A fine place to stay. Nothing exceptional, but the staff was friendly. Had some trouble with WiFi.
- 4/5

- 1/5
No bread in breakfast
- 5/5
Great hotel and close to restaurants. The staff here is friendly. Breakfast is delicious! They have an amazing tomatillo salsa. So good!
- 5/5
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a warm welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean and inviting from the moment you enter, and the room itself is wonderfully comfortable and welcoming.
- 4/5
Stay was great
- 2.5/5
Great location. Outdated furniture, I didn't watch TV for two days because the television didn't work! Bad internet.
- 3/5
The tv didn’t work a
- 3/5
Their breakfast is always the best part of the stay.
- 4/5
The Hotel was nice and clean. Very conveniently located near many restaurants and stores.
- 2/5
Target and many restaurants within walking distance. Great view of the mountains.
- 3/5
Can’t believe we had to pay 10 bucks just to park in the parking lot. Marriott is going down hill. Hilton here we come.
- 2/5
Property is old and worn.
- 3/5
Very small and basic room. The sink drain was clogged.
- 3/5
Room smelled horrible - like dirty feet. Some of the linens smelled moldy. Fixtures broken in the bathroom. Hotel room was extremely dark. Staff was very nice, but would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.
- 5/5
Need to place a sign n the window AC unit explaining where the thermostat is located. Water from the shower never was hot.
- 4/5
Close to garden of gods and restaurants. Very convenient if you traveling around Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
Easy check in, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Many restaurants in walking distance.
- 4/5
Super clean! I loved
- 4/5
I would say it is not up to what I expect from a Marriott, and the internet was worthless, I did not understand the $10 a night for parking? It was not closed in and I saw no one monitoring my car
- 4/5
The pool was small, the breakfast was good. Temperature in the room would not go below 68, we like is cooler when we sleep. I am unsure why we paid $10 for parking, there was nothing secure about our parking area. In general is I didn't feel like it was up to the Standards of a Marriott. The very worse thing was the internet, it was super difficult to get on and only worked for 1 electron it devise and I needed to do a little work and could not do anything! Rather upset about that!!!!!
- 1/5
When my husband and I checked in on August 31st, we were told that all rooms on the top floor were taken. The receptionist put us in a room on the first floor. I woke up around 2pm, wheezing and finding it difficult to breathe. I luckily had some benadryl in my bag. When we checked out at 6am, we were told by the front desk that animals were allowed in the rooms. I am extremely allergic to all cats and most dogs. We were never warned about the condition of the room that could make me sick. This is a holiday weekend and my doctor was not available. I had to take medication all day and into the night to be able to breathe properly. Full disclosure needs to be made to your clients in order for them to be safe in your hotels.

Nice hotel
- 4/5
Very close to where we needed to be. Clean and close to the interstate but the noise was low.
- 0.5/5
Each day: requested clean towels in the morning. when returned at night there were none. Breakfast was FALSELY advertised on the site. Each morning was microwaved chopped up eggs. Never enough for all at breakfast. Long wait for eggs to microwave.Terrible
- 5/5
no
- 5/5
I would love to stay again.
- 5/5
Great place.
- 4/5
Room was small
- 4/5
Took a little road trip to town to visit the zoo. Short drive to the zoo from property. Several dining and shopping options in the area. Nice indoor pool that the kids loved.
- 0.5/5
I was satisfied the first night and would have given it a higher review but The staff made a "boo-boo" when we attempted to extend our stay because of an emergency. I noticed many charges going through on my card. When I spoke to a manager about all the charges she told me "my employee made a booboo" They tied up so much of my money because of the staff's so called boo boo and wanted to charge me more. When I refused to allow them to hold up more money she told me I could check out but would still have holds on the funds as there was nothing they could do. Had to check out but couldn't get another room because they tied up so much money
- 5/5
Everybody was so nice, helpful. Rooms were clean. Amazing stay.
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
Room was clean, great location to all. Maids did not observe "do not disturb" doo hanger, as there was evidence they entered room. Bathroom light burned out on last morning of stay.
- 4/5
Front desk stuff could be nicer at check-in
- 4/5
Charged for parking. Traveling with small children and didn't feel completely safe. Workout room is very small. Kids loved the pool. Restaurants were very close.
- 4/5
Breakfast area kind of small. Good breakfast options though.
- 2/5
The staff was rude and unwelcoming
- 5/5
Most reasonable price. But can hear every footsteps outside your room.
- 5/5
Good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Easy on and off the highway.
- 1/5
When we walked in to check in at 4pm they told us they had to cancel our room because they were overbooked. No apology - just that they only had so many rooms. We sat down by the front desk to try to figure out what to do and as we were sitting there Chad checked in 4 other groups of people. When I went back up to ask why he was checking other people in he told me “they had reservations”. I said that I did as well and I had booked them quite a while ago. He said that because I booked through a 3rd party service I was not as important. Super frustrating. And all surrounding hotels were already booked because of the event in town that night. I have NEVER had this happen before and I use hotels.com a lot
- 4/5
Very nice stay. They’ve updated it since I last stayed in 2004. Very well done!! None of the charging stations worked in the room and the telephone said I had messages but the phone didn’t work. I stayed for 2 days and had to charge my phone in my car.
- 5/5
It was an amazing stay. Breakfast was incredible, and the staff. THE STAFF. Absolutely hospitable, positive, and kind. Very willing to help with anything and everything without a hitch. It was a wonderful stay.
- 3/5
Building very warm but clean.
- 5/5
Service is good and it was nice and clean
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Hotel was clean. Comfortable staff was great. Breakfast was what I expected. All in all I would stay there again.
- 3/5
Found out after we left the charge for parking. When asked I was told we cut the price for you. This is supposed to be an upper class place
