The staff was very nice! The breakfast was just okay. I had way better at Hyatt House the previous night.

Great experience overall and wouldn’t have stayed elsewhere as we were with a large wedding group. Staff took care of us once we were checked in. Allowed our group to host a number of wedding events on premises just because we were such a big number of their guests. It was very kind of them and they didn’t have to do that.

Had to wait 10 min for a staff member to appear to check in. Think she was on drugs. Our room was missing the main lamp by our bed. And other items throughout were unfinished and didn't appear to be in progress either. Breakfast was a no go upon walk by, most items were empty (@7am) and no staff insight.

Overall stay was great. Room was very clean, pool was great. Breakfast was a plus everything was really fresh. Also the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was really clean and well kept. However, out rooms thermostat was broken for the duration of our stay so our room was hot at night. Additionally the pool was under maintenance, so I cannot speak to it. The fitness facility was nice! The hotel breakfast was suffiecient, but nothing super special. Eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, hot coffee, juice, with limited gluten free options. We had no issues finding parking. Overall I enjoyed our stay, and would book a room here again.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the delicious cookie at arrival was such a lovely touch. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again. all okay

The fitness center had modern equipment, was spacious and well lit. There was a small pool no hot tub. I would say this hotel would be more suited as a couples get away more than a family place. Overall, the property was clean, friendly, modern and across the street from a police station.

Room and hotel was very clean, amenities were exactly as advertised. Breakfast could have been better but decent considering nightly cost. Staff was amazing!!

So, for this reason alone, I would hesitate to return to this hotel as lovely as it was, otherwise. Fairfield by Marriott, surely you can do better. Your breakfast staff reflects your company….perhaps the breakfast staff has lost sight of this. I appreciate you letting me express my disappointment and trust Fairfield will address this. Thank you.

The room was not cleaned, the staff was not helpful. We were told to wait when inquiring about an additional room upon check-in because the person wasnt good at muti-tasking. Then lost the opportunity to get an the additional room. When we checked out on the final day they then told us they had extended our stay. We had already found other accommodations. This was extremely dissapointing as it used to be a really nice place to stay.

Great room for a good night rest. Would stay again.

Very pleased with my stay here. Place was clean , staff was friendly, breakfast wasn’t bad. Definitely stay here again next business trip.

The TV had a short in it so it worked one minute and went out the next. The front desk clerk attempted to fix it on the first day but no luck. So we pretty much had no TV the entire stay which with kids was not ideal. Overall it was ok. Could use some upgrades of shower curtains and toilet seats.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Front desk was amazing and gave us a great room that viewed the venue for the concert we were attending. The room was clean and when the breaker popped and took out the electricity in the room they fixed it immediately.

At check in an older man gave us our keys we went up to our room to place our stuff inside, we left for a few hours and when we returned our room was given to somebody else with our stuff still inside. Had to wait for about 30 minutes to get another room. The other people who were in that room never went to the front desk to say somebodies stuff was already in that room. Was very disappointed.

Staff went out of their way to help when needed. AJ was particularly friendly and also had a smile on her face!

Check-in was super easy. Breakfast was great both mornings! All staff was very polite and friendly especially AJ; and extra accommodating for me being 8 months pregnant! Was very impressed with how clean everything was and easy to find!

Hotel was nice and well maintained. Breakfast could be improved but they had the basics. Housekeeping every other day but they never came even though I requested service. Never had body wash as it was out upon check-in. Small little extras missed but all in all a good place to stay.

This hotel was very clean and conveniently located to many restaurants and stores. Really secure, right across from Colorado Springs police department.

Enjoyed our stay. Place was nice and clean. Pool was fun for the kids. Located near many food options. Shower curtain was short. Caused water to go all over the floor. Seemed kinds cheap that i paid 190 dollars for one night and the hotel cant afford to spend 10 dollars to get a correct shower curtain.

Check in took over 20 minutes 3 staff membera were behind the counter and only 1 was checking in guests.

We stayed here for one week for our granddaughters HIgh School graduation. Hot complimentary breakfast was really good. Coffee and Tea was provided 24 / 7 in the breakfast area and coffee in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property.

Property gave away my room, so then I had to be booked into another room spent the night there had to travel back to that property to spend another night there until we brought up the bridge of contract rules and regulations they count me both nights I’m not sure

This is a beautiful property and I would stay here again. When visiting Colorado Springs. It's like staying in my old neighborhood again.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful

I had called the hotel directly and was told they only had one room with a king bed available. I then booked through Expedia and got a room with two queens. I was traveling with my adult daughter. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. The bacon was extremely thin and the eggs were watery and mushy. There was a decent assortment of other foods to choose from. Waffles, bagels, oatmeal with lots of toppings to choose from, yogurt and fruit.

Quiet location for annovernight stay with the family. Facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too. The only negative is that the pool is smaller. Just fine for adults, but a little limiting if you have kids that need to burn off energy. All in all a great place, and will look for this one again in the future

Ray was great. Was able to check in early, right after reservation was made. Water pressure in shower was really poor and room a/c didn't work all that great and weather was hot for the Springs. All employees I encountered were friendly. Disappointed I only had housekeeping 1 time for a week long stay. Hotel is nice and new and many amenities near by.

Was relatively quiet until full fireworks show went off after ball game next door. Was a good show but we had an early morning so had gone to bed early. Then doors slamming shut in hallways was loud. It’s clean and staff are friendly. Shower curtain barely comes all the way down to the top of the bathtub though so water was everywhere no matter how much you tried to keep it in.

The shower curtain was missing and breakfast was awful. Everything was empty or undercooked and staff didn’t care.

They need to give enough towels for the number of people that are in the room. There was 4 of us and we only had 2 towels had to ask for more. The guy in the evening needs more training he doesn’t know how to do his job. We asked if he could turn on the outside fire pit. He didn’t know how to he did try.

Rooms weren't cleaned upon check-in. Front desk used abuses language. No soap in bathroom and didn't get refill upon multiple request.

Lack of daily cleaning service was inconvenient for us with two children

The property is very clean and the staff are always friendly. It is our go to place when we have to spend some time in Colorado Springs.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice workout room. Close to great restaurants and shopping only complaint is the occasional flashing light on the fire alarm in the room.

The pillows were old and had no support. Other than the coverlet, the bed linens were not the typical Marriott linens. I book Marriott properties to be assured of good quality pillows & bed linens. This was a disappointment.

This is our go to hotel in Colorado Springs. The service and accommodations are always to shelf which will earn our business every time we visit.

AJ the desk clerk was amazing. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and engaged in conversation while she checked us in. Hopefully management is aware of how great of a person they have working here.

I decided to try a new hotel in the area, and was honestly wishing I had stayed at my usual go-to. I tried to save a little bit of money and was disappointed. My room had been restocked and appeared nice when I first checked in, but it was not clean. I checked in late and was really tired so I ended up sleeping on top of the bed because of dirty linens. I'm not one to complain about minor things but taht really bothered me. The next day I ended up asking for a clean set so I could make the bed myself as they hadn't been replaced as requested (maybe a misunderstanding? We're all human). The rest of the stay was ok. Free breakfast was nice and well stocked, and the staff were all very friendly! Parking area out front is well lit and close, which was comforting.

Excellent hotel to be with the family without any worries

The staff were very friendly and sincerely so. The room was clean the facilities were clean, and parking was easy. If you are just going through Colorado Springs this is way east of I25 however if you are flying in its a great location.

New hotel with easy access. There was no notification that our bed would not be made during our stay and that we would have to ask the front desk for towels during our stay.

The room was adequate and the hotel itself was really nice. It had a nice lobby and a deck with a fire pit and then several chairs and sofas throughout the main floor. The gym was adequate as well. The pool was a little small, but at least they had one if you were interested. The breakfast was always hot and fresh and plentiful. The staff were great and accommodating. They only do housekeeping services every other day to conserve resources; however, they WILL do them more frequently upon request. The hotel is conveniently located to the highways, Colorado Springs attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to let us use their social rooms along with the outside areas. They turn on the firepit for us when they saw us sitting outside with our family. Overall we had a great stay with them.

This i travel for work i get to stay at a lot of hotels. This was by far the worst. The first room i checked into was not clean. Pee stains on the toilet seat,dirty microwave,yellow stain on sheets and mattress cover. I was moved to a second room that was also dirty. Hair on the shower and shower drain. The accent pillow had stains on it. Microwave was not clean. Definitely will never stay here again and it was a waste of my time.
