The staff was amazing, helpful, and very friendly. The room, halls, and front lobby were all very clean. The location was great as we were able to get on to the highway and drive right to where we were wanting to go. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. But there is not much staff could do about that. I would have liked to have had at least a continental breakfast available, but it was not a deal breaker.

Budget friendly kinda Not clean right - dog hair on bed and pillows I’m guessing last person before didn’t us the bed just for a dog to sleep on and the room cleaning didn’t think the bed was use and was left alone for next person stay. And the refrigerator part you grabbed to open the door was pretty filthy.

There was roaches in our room, went up to our room to see two people walk in there and found out it was occupied, lamps didn’t work, keycards didn’t work, toilets wouldn’t flush, the whole hall smelled like chemicals, when we told the receptionist that we refunded our rooms and we need into our rooms to get our stuff he was saying they didn’t have roaches and was being very rude.

When you pay $45 for a hotel room, your expectations cannot be very high…

The parking was horrendous. Every other car took up two spots in their already tiny parking lot. There were constantly random people hanging out in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. My kids couldn't enjoy the pool because they were watched through the window the entire time by other guests or people who lived in the hotel. We felt very unsafe and out of place here. I would never stay here again.

They are charging me for a blanket that had what looks to me like super glue on it. I brought to their attention when I checked in and they said it was fine but now want to charge me 50 dollars to replace blanket. Not cool and I'm not paying if I didn't cause the damage.

Check in was simple and quick, and our room was very clean. The pool was a bit cold but was still a nice amenity to this small hotel.

There was hair on the blanket when I opened it up. Know towels in pool & they lock up restroom near pool area. Staff came in pool area at 9:29 stating we had to get out but yet a gentleman was still in there!!

Didn’t receive any at all. Second of ALL was,…. I was sleeping and kept getting the feeling that I was getting bitten by something and didn’t get any sleep, Shook my clothes off in the tub and noticed little black dots in the tub. I was bitten by bed bugs when I looked it up online. I let the front desk know. Showed them a picture of what was in the tub, The front desk person didn’t even care. I asked them for a refund on the room but all I could get was the refund for the last night. I think I should be REFUNDED ALL MY MONEY because I didn’t know I have to sleep with that kind of issues. What a disaster !!!! I know I won’t be staying there ANYMORE!!!!

Lots of homeless and odd activities that could possibly look like using drugs outside in the area but the hotel itself was not bad.

They were accommodating. Aextneded my stay with no complications. I would stay here again for sure!

Upon arrival, the hotel looked run down. The parking lot had vehicles that looked wrecked and abandoned. Some vehicles had people living in them. There was a sign posted stating it was a Meth and Fentanyl free hotel the fact that they needed a sign to state that, is a red flag. When going to bed, there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets and when asked to receive new sheets, the front desk first stated they didnt have any. After further complaints, they then said, you can come get one, just a flat sheet. They wouldn't bring it to us. When I got it, it was damp. The washcloth in the bathroom appeared to be dirty and stained. The ceilings had dust and dirt on them. The window didnt have a privacy curtain, just an old curtain that wouldn't close completely. Also, the hotel website says that they had a pool and spa, as well as a free continental breakfast. The pool and spa were empty and closed, and they said they did not offer breakfast. When I asked how they would fix all of this, the rude woman at the front desk stated "Would you like to check out?" Seeings how it was 11:00 p.m. that was not an option for us. Thankfully, the next morning the hotel manager, named Bob, voided our 2 night stay payment and we moved hotels to The Holiday Inn. Now THAT was a wonderful hotel! IN MY OPINION, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!

There is a lot of chronics that hang around outside in the parking lot, so I was kind of worried. When I walked in there were two more in the lobby. I stayed back from work because I didn't feel safe leaving my wife and children alone. Only reason why I stayed there for one night was my Air Bnb got pushed back a day later.

This was a stay due to bad weather. Cost was reasonable for what was offered. However the bed was terribly uncomfortable so it made for very little sleep. Slamming doors from other rooms all night long.

There were many people loitering in the parking lot, not sure if any were actually staying at the hotel. Some people were caught trying to break into our friend’s car in the middle of the night. Police were called and a report was filed. Police even told our friend to leave the hotel if they could. Staff didn’t seem very concerned about and it was obvious they knew some the ing was going on. Just weird, would definitely NOT recommend staying there. Will be trying to get a refund!

Other guests were very loud and jumping and banging on thr floors and walls, I asked staff to address this and was told youll have to wait until 9:30, Thats when we close the pool, I said its not the pool, its the guest above us wrestling on the floor and making so much noise we cant sleep, I was told again youll have to wait until 9:30. Very unprofessional, was not even offered to move to another room to avoid the noise. This will be my last stay here.

The property is run down. The bedspread was stained. Shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

There are tweakers all around the outside, and all the people in our room are positive this place is haunted. It was 3 am and we heard walking above us when we were on the top floor. There was creepy laughing like from a horror movie outside our window but there was nobody.

When we arrived, we werent sure if it was the right place. There was ppl all just hanging out in the parking lot staring at the guests as they entered. We got inside and were greeted by a nice man that was never seen again. Are room keys didn’t work. When we got finally in the room it wasn't as clean as I would have liked when staying somewhere. We were in a hurry so we left to the event that we were in town for. When we got back there was no one at the front desk ,which I didnt like seeing as again there was just ppl hanging out in the parking lot. There was a man in the lobby that was ranting about how his information was given out and that his car was stolen off the lot during his stay that he wanted us to know it wasnt a safe place for your car. Finally we gave up waiting for a worker to assist us with the room key not working. We finally got one to work got in the room and thats when we realized how dirty it really was. The duvet was stained and not what you would expect when staying somewhere. After removing it i finally thought i would relax and thats when I found what appeared to be fecal matter on the light fixtures and the box spring cover. We felt like we would rather not stay in such a disgusting place and left the hotel. Dropped off the card keys and finally a worker came out to talk to us. We left to go home so drove 3.5 hrs at midnight.

We spent two nights here and first impressions were sketchy at best. There were a lot of people sitting in their vehicles smoking (due to no smoking policy of motel) in the parking lot, so it made you a little more cautious. The room was surprisingly quiet - faced the golf course and highway not too far away. Staff were very polite and kept the place pretty clean. Bathroom is very small and pillows were flat/cheap. The price was good and all we needed it for was a place to sleep, maybe watch some TV for a bit between getting out to visit things in the area.

Excellent stay! Although it’s a bit out-of-the-way, the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean and in good condition, we never had a problem with noise. The only downsides were that the location of the entrance is a little difficult to see/easy to miss, and the restroom door in our room did not latch correctly, but did stay closed, so not a big deal to us. (This was reported at the time of check-out). This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast, however, for the price and quality, we were happy to forego. Definitely worth the small drive away from downtown.

The motel is located in a very shady area. At night there were non-residents hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking . The listing said breakfast is included but that's a lie, there is no breakfast included. Its close to a lot of fast food places so its convenient but very shady area. The room was clean on the inside.

They said that there would be a continental breakfast and when we checked in, we were told there wouldn't be breakfast!

This hotel had a few maintenance issues. The advertised "continental" breakfast was not available. The spa in the pool area was very relaxing.

Wi-fi was down because of weather, but management was apologetic and it wasn't down for long. Bed was soft, but comfortable, and I slept well.

They had bed bugs so we did not stay, requested a refund and found a nicer place.

This entry-level budget hotel was nice, clean, and thee was nice attention to detail. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Great temps and clean. The parking lot was ample and fairly clean. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. It's a shame that, though advertised, there is no breakfast and in my 6-night stay there was never any coffee in the dispenser in the lobby. In my opinion as a guest, the hotel advertisement SHOULD be changed to reflect what is actually available. Or at least remove the empty coffee dispenser, cups, stirrers and other amenities that indicate that there is coffee available.

Towels all came with stains or just dirty. The pillow cases were either stained or just dirty also. One bed skirt has some type of food splatter on it. Bed was comfortable. My expectations weren’t high so I’m glad I brought my own pillow and blanket. The sheets were clean. Hotel staff was nice and easy to check in and deal with.

I had chose this location for it's 3.8 reviews and listing for continental breakfast. The property was terrible, dated, parking lot had lots of pot holes. They did not have an elevator the location is not ADA friendly. You have to do stairs to get to the 2nd level rooms. They did not provide any breakfast not even bottled water for their guests. The front desk suggested to walk to the gas station located behind the hotel for bottled water. I was very disappointed that the hotel did not provide a to go baggie breakfast as some other hotels have done thru and after COVID. This location is not close to any restaurants. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you need ADA accommodations. Definitely not for a family stay. Find something closer to town. This would be a great location for a single person stay especially if you need to be close to PAFB. Otherwise, do yourself the favor of finding a different location.

The staff was very friendly for the most part. When i mentioned to one of the ladies at the front desk that towels were needed at the pool, she stated that if people wanted them, they could come ask for them. Most people wouldn't and would use their room towels, rather than bother.

Tried to get an extra blanket and pillow, but apparently we were too late in the day, didn't even try asking for any extra towels. Pillows were either thin or lumpy and mattresses were way on the firm side. And after taking the full price of the room, they charged and extra $40 deposit On the plus side, the evening desk clerk was very friendly and professional, even tried calling her manager to get him to bring the key to get us the blanket and pillow, but to no avail. Another positive, the A/C worked

A real no frills hotel, the first night I thought there was a mistake of having one face towel, but the next day when they replaced the towels there still was only one face towel. The front desk doesn’t have access to towels, and the towels were really thin….😒

We were told no free breakfast for the entire four day stay. And the shower had intense pressure that actually made the shower painful. I did not shower every day and at times we had to use my brother's shower. Also, the housekeepers would come in to our rooms at 8:30 am regardless of the do not disturb. There was banging and slamming of doors at all hours of the day. Like my brother said... It was just a place to crash and not enjoy.

The blankets had holes in them no shampoo supplies no pool towels. We took our grandkids for a night away to have fun and relax we wanted to swim at 6pm and we were told night shift doesn't have a key to the towels, shampoo or blankets. Total disappointment with this place and half the parking lot was dirt or mud we wont be back.

Worst place I've ever had to stay at. Got bit by some bug, so I showered only to find out that there was blood on the towel and then on the walls of the bathroom. Dirty bedding, and towels. The place is gross. Tried to get my money back and check out 5 hours after I got there and they said I would have to wait until the owner got there the next day and I paid with cash. So I slept in my truck only to be told lies that the room was checked by him and his wife. The maids were in the room when I walked in to it finishing up and noone checked it out. He refused to give me my money back.

Bed very comfortable, assortment of 4 pillows with different firmness. Location is a bit sketchy, a bit worried when we arrived. We’re in our seventies still adventurous, so all in all, we had a good night sleep and a nice hot shower in the morning. Sandie’s restaurant served a really nice breakfast nearby.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. the service very good. my room was dark as no natural light coming in. if you open the blinds anybody passing by could look in. the location it backs up to a golf course…literally almost nothing to walk to…except a liquor store. surroundings not pedestrian friendly..cars speeding with no place for pedestrians….while taking a walk a car slowed down as if I might be soliciting something. It’s a good place ..just depends on what your needs are. don’t stay here if you don’t have a car is my advice

DO NOT stay here. I walked into my room and there was a huge puddle on the floor which I had to clean myself then there were ants crawling on the night stand. Then my sister gets into bed and something g stung her in the foot. We got up and left, told them what happened and they argued with me about a refund.

The hotel was clean just outdated as you can see in the pictures. The parking situation was not the best. You only can park on one side of the hotel which does not have enough parking.

The whole building needs renovated. The service was good and the proprietor was attentive. The pics on the website do not reflect the actual look.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, staff just gave me a spray bottle to mist the room to “fix” it. Small parking lot, had to park on the street. WiFi didn’t work well.

Economical place to stay.

Advertised breakfast when I reserved, but there was only coffee. It was also still had it listed in room info book that there was breakfast, but there was no food. TV channel list needed updated. Bed could use updated. Broken on/off switch on desk lamp. Had a large cricket in room on last day which I killed and brought to the front desk at check out in a cup. No clock radio.

Terrible for the price we paid. Dark, dingy room that smelled terribly of smoke. Towels were dirty, shower curtain was moldy. Advertised free breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Would not recommend, even to someone I didn’t like!!

We felt the room was overpriced for how the room was. There was no carpeting, the bed was hard, and the shower was so-so. We've stayed at Ecno Lodges previously with no issues. The room was probably worth $65/night, not the $119/night we paid.

Walked in smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Dead bug on floor. The shower faucet was broke. Manager give us a new room next morning. Everything worked. Manager tried to accommodate and was polight. Pool looked greenish not like pictures. So I did not swim. Manager did offer to open pool at 6:30 am so I could do my laps. Manger did try to accommodate but was not worth a hundred a night for five nights . I spent very little time there and no where to park it was full every night.

I feel this hotel really needs to be updated. Just because it is in a not so good area doesn’t mean it should match the area. Take pride in the hotel and better care of it.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable as were the thin, lumpy pillows. The toilet refilled so loudly we had to shut the door and turn the tv up. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. (There was a cigarette burn hole in one of the blankets.) There were even ashes in the window sill. Staff was friendly but that just isn't enough to overlook the problems. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a dump. The clientele is shady and I feared for my safety and the safety of my car. I considered using the hot tub but it looked dirty and the large amount of foam on top eliminated my consideration. It was hard to rest with people constantly going in and out to smoke and me looking out the window to see if my car was still safe. Didn't realize the condition based on the reviews. Don't take your family here!

Immediately felt uncomfortable.. to many people smoking outside staring as your walking. Whole place smells like cigarettes. Empty beers left outside room doors. Just in general felt unsafe and uncomfortable with my family there.
