Since we were visiting family in the area, we missed the evening snack/meal every day but it sounded wonderful! We would definitely stay there again…

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again.

This is now our staycation place! Free dinner(essentially- but especially if you have kids), free breakfast, free drinks, and a big hot tub and pool that actually WORK! We have gone to several other places, but the hot tub is on the fritz, or it’s overcrowded, or it’s not as clean and kept up as it should be. This hotel was CLEAN, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Definitely going back!!

Every thing was great

So the property and amenities we good. Our room just had a lazy house keeper. There was a crushed water bottle by office chair we moved the ottoman by couch and lots of popcorn under it. All it would take is a supervisor to go through a room after house keeping was done and check a few times a week to make sure they are doing the cleaning right. Front desk when we told them was lame when we told them the room was not up to standard when you are paying $176 for one night then $328 for a Saturday night the room should be clean. All she said was oh sorry about that. Usually Drury is exceptional places to stay.

We arrived stressed and tired after having left another lodging location that was a bad fit for us and walked in to smiling, diverse faces and a warm welcome. Staff could not have been kinder and the amenities (drinks and meals) were a surprise and tastier than anticipated. Every other guest we encountered was smiling and seemed happy to be there. Room was spotless, comfortable and a welcome reprieve from the busy traffic of Colorado Springs and I-25. Location is close to highway, any number of restaurants and multiple activities. Would not hesitate to stay again and will be looking for Drury properties when booking future travel.

We went to have a nightcap at the bar, and there was a ton of military there very drunk and loud. The bartender had earplugs in and said it was normal. When we first got in our room, we couldn't find an ice bucket or cups. Our second day we noticed them stashed under a shelf next to the closet. The mirrored door to the closet is very dangerous. I almost walked into it a couple of times, thinking it was the door to the bathroom. There were other minor things, also. All in all, though, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the large hot tub and were minutes away from restaurants and Ford Ampitheater, the reason we booked there. We will stay there again.

Was an absolutely amazing stay. The food in the morning and every night along with the snacks was one of the best perks, friendly staff clean hotel. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the TV to a smart TV for apps. I will definitely be staying in this chain again when I travel.

The rooms were comfortable modern. The Breakfast was typical breakfast buffet. Was pleasantly surprised at the dinner buffet and free drink tickets each night. Daughter loved the swim between inside/outside pool.

Asked for quiet room, could not sleep because next door adults had a super loud party till 3:30 am, screaming, laughing, loud talking. Staff did not care and barely said sorry. No hand lotion in the room. Staff didn't know the Kickback menu. Food good at kickback and breakfast. Neither Front desk nor Help Desk knew how to open the microwave in room, said they'd send up someone, I said don't bother, but they did anyway to my dismay- I couldn't let him in because I was getting dressed. Shocked at this experience!

Unfortunately I had to leave early due to a family situation. A representative from Expedia contacted the manager at Drury for a refund and the manager would not give me a refund. I’m sure they rented out the room again as they were very busy.

We only stayed one night, but it was clean and the breakfast was good. There were many places to eat in the area. It appears that the area is newly built with new construction still going on. Garden of the gods was not far from this hotel, and is a must see. Don't go by the appearance from the highway! It is magnificent!

If you are handicapped the beds are pretty high. The room was clean, the bed covers just looked old. At 5:30pm they hold a dinner like Kick-Back is what the call it. There was meatballs in gravey, mashed potatoes, salad, hot dogs, mixed warm veggies, vegetable soup. Parents or adults can enjoy 2 adult beverages. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a soda machine. The down side is people would put there personal cups up to the spouts " dont be that person". There is popcorn and lime water in the check in. The pool is an inside to the outside and back. There is a hot tub and 1 bathroom in the pool area. They have comfy chairs, tables and provide towels. Im unsure about the work out area. The pillows on the bed fall between the bed and wall while sleeping. The shower has body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. We had a light from the outside shinning right into our room. When you close the curtains it helps. Beds are firm. Breakfast I think is 6:30 am to 9 am. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuts and gravy, juice, cereal, hard boild eggs, breads, make your own waffles, sasuage and oatmeal. The worst part only strawberry yogurt. Im allergic and eat yogert for breakfast. Please put vanilla or plain yogurt as well. I could not eat 99% of the foods due to allergies it was disappointing. But nice they have breakfast. So many military people stay there too. Sooo many!!!

Our overnight stay was perfect as we were passing through Colorado Springs. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

My room was actually pretty great. Samson the day auditor did a super fantastic job explaining everything quite thoroughly and the bartender made an adjustment to a drink for my fiance so that it wasn't so strong. Overall I would stay there again.

Great breakfast, great staff, clean hotel. But it was a bummer that the AC in the room was barely felt and we pretty much slept in a warm room. We were only there for one night so we didn’t have time to try any of the amenities but aside from the AC would definitely recommend.

Room was clean. The walls in the ceiling is kind of freaked me out because they almost look like some weird concrete block wall and it looks like what you would see in a prison cell well at least from on TV. And the ceiling is kind of funky as well. It just didn’t feel homie.

I loved having the perks associated with staying at this hotel. We had a wonderful experience and I would totally come back. It was awesome to have continental breakfast as well as continental dinner. You don’t see that anywhere. Also having the three free alcoholic beverages was a plus! Wish the pool was a bit bigger, but it was nice to have the option to be outside or inside since the temperatures were so nice while we were there. The location of this hotel is extremely convenient because it’s central to so many things. Their room was super cozy and we always had fresh towels every day. The only thing would be to have a few more varieties of options for breakfast and dinner because it was a lot of of the same things every day. But I don’t like to complain about that because it’s a perk anyways. Thank you for a wonderful stay and super appreciate the staff and how attentive they always were.

This wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this stay was just as wonderful as the few times prior! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I work late nights and a couple times after I was finished, I went down to the lobby to get some coffee and enjoyed having a conversation or two with Stevie, the gentleman who works the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Quite unique to this property, they also have an evening cocktail and supper hour for all the guests to enjoy and it is absolutely complimentary! Anytime we need to stay in a hotel, it will always be the Drury! Thank you staff for a great stay

Pool was way too crowded to enjoy on Saturday with so many little kids in pool/hot tub until 10 pm but Sunday was great.

This is my go to hotel in the Springs. It's clean and the staff is always friendly. It recently had some upgrades and smells of new carpet. There were new 55" TVs being installed while we were there.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. Both times staff was great and room was very comfortable. The location is walking distance to some good restaurants. We were impressed with the breakfast that was included. They are seldom worth the calories, but this was a really good breakfast.

Under construction in front lobby. Room was nice BUT SMALL bathroom for a suite. 2 queens were comfortable. OK breakfast. Good location, near I-25, lots of great restaurants, Air Force Academy, Hospital, Car Wash.

This was an overnight stop on a trip north so didn't use the facility to any degree. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres were good at 5:30 and breakfast was excellent. Very clean, modern facility.

the staff was exceptionally friendly and apologized for construction that was taking place in the lobby.

Actually I liked nothing, the hotel is undergoing renovation and it was awkward and noisy.

As usual enjoyed our stay even with the unexpected beginning of construction.

They were doing renovations during Parents weekend causing only 1 elevator for the hotel. If you stayed in the lower floors you could hear everything while they worked not a comfortable stay at all.

Noise from highway could hear in room

Only one person serving during happy hour. They have half of the parking lot tore up and NO ADA parking. Very expensive and not even a complementary bottle of water each day in the room. Would expect more for the money you spend!

I accepted your travel insurance and hotels.com ran that charge separate using my affirm card which was set up as a one time charge to the Drury and it caused my card to not work and caused me to use other funds I needed. It was a horrible trip with multiple calls to affurm and reaching out before I found what caused the problem. I was told by hotels.com you would refund that charge but because you did not affirm could not release the loan and rerun it. This was a horrible experience

Drury was top notch. Customer service was great. Really enjoyed saving money on food being able to eat 2 meals a day at the hotel. The free drinks was a bonus. Hotel Manager and Kitchen employee were both kind and supportive.

The hotel was clean and comfy. Beds were great! Our stay was during a huge tournament, and the hotel staff was kind, there was enough breakfast for all the guests. This is not the normal for us. It was gratefully appreciated and we are happy to stay here next year.

We have stayed before and came back because of the location and amenities. The staff is super nice and helpful. We had a few hiccups upon arrival (AC and fridge not working). Staff was prompt and friendly and it was resolved within 15 minutes. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was excellent. You can just walk around the area to find Scheels, convenience store and other restaurants. It is close to the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and downtown Manitou. I can't speak for other places since these were the only places we visited for 2 days. The happy hour starts and 5:30pm. Besides alcoholic drinks, they also serve a "snack". I use the term snack because that's what they advertise but it really was a full menu. This option saves you money on dinner every night you are there. The hot breakfast was also great! They served eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bread, muffins, fruits, among other things. I love coffee and I like my coffee hot and they do not disappoint! There's also free popcorn in the lobby every afternoon. The pool was great although I found the water not as warm as we had hoped. There was also a hot tub. The only comment I have is that when we got to our room, there were no amenities on the sink and no laundry bag in the closet. We went to the front desk and were told the only thing they provide was a hand soap bar. For the price that we paid, I thought there would be other items provided, like other hotels we have stayed at. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

This place is great for families with young children! The evening of our arrival, pork sliders and adult beverages were available. Popcorn and soft drinks available for the kids. The pool and hot tub were great! The room and facility were very clean and beds are decently comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices for picky eaters. Staff were fantastic! Overall, great stay for a great price!

Their customer service was amazing! Breakfasts were so good and plenty of options! They have a happy hour with free drinks and what they called appetizers were actually a meal. Very family friendly.

This was a lovely stop on our way home. Great food for the evening. With breakfast also provided there was no reason to leave the building until departing the next mirning.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable, as our room and the hotel in general was very clean. To top it all off, the staff members were extremely polite and professional. My husband and I both felt like valued guests and would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Colorado Springs. We stayed one night and used the hot tub twice. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The only problem was the AC did not cool past 74 degrees.

I was quite impressed with the stay. The room was spacious and clean. I initially wanted to stay in the downtown area, but I was so happy that I stayed here instead. The parking was so much easier and there was no additional fee. The only thing was that there was no lotion.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have an indoor/outdoor pool with a nice size hot tub. There are swim towels available at the pool so no need to bring your own. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave available. We will definitely return to this Drury location in the future when in Colorado Springs!

Our check in was seamless! Thats where i learnwd of the "light dinner kickback" thatbis served every evening to include drink tickets for the adults. Fresh popcorn and a soda machine too! The breakfast did not disappoint eithwr. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean!

My only criticism was hopefully unique to us: our first night was very windy, and the sounds from the roof from the wind as it it blew through the ventilation system (or something else?!) was so loud, it kept waking us up. It seriously sounded like a semi truck. I don’t know if this is the case for all the top-floor rooms or just ours, but it was awful.

The afternoon popcorn & soda is nice, and also the 5:30pm kickbakc is nice, especially when it's snowing and getting out is not convenient.

I have never been in a more poorly appointed gym. Breakfast was great, room was clean and cleaned daily, staff was very nice. I didn't use the pool but the little kids leaving the pool looked pretty happy.

The hotel is always a great hotel to stay at. However, there was only one elevator and it was super inconvenient.

The kick start on Saturday was not so great. The food was cold. The bartender acted like he didn't want to be at work. I should have saved my money and stayed somewhere else

Great hotel

I needed a getaway to work on a project away from my noisy household.The Drury was the perfect place. I worked in my room that had an attached board room table suite. I was able to spread out my writing, notes, quotes, photos and more in a way that helped me pull it all together. It was very helpful. I was able to take breaks and swim in the pool. It was perfect and I’d recommend it to anyone who needs time and space to complete a task . Thank you .

Love the included breakfast, happy hour dining. Room was a little muggy, but overall a great experience. Price was reasonable because it was off-peak. We usually don’t stay there because it’s a very popular spot and prices soar.

Friendly and kind and easy to get to and around many food choices

This is the best place my husband and i have stayed at in colorado. Check was quick and easy, the staff is super nice. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub was the cleanest i have ever seen at place. The faucet water tasted good, almost like their system had a filtration unit. This place not only offers breakfast, in the evenings you get free popcorn, 3 free drinks, and Hors d'oeuvres! To me it was more like a dinner. If you have never been. I highly recommend. We will definitely go there again!

It’s clean, quiet, & in a new area of town.

For the price it’s an incredible deal large spacious rooms-granite bathrooms — breakfast and dinner included! It’s a no-brainer!!

The staff is excellent. We end up staying here cause of my daughter surgery and wasn't sure if we would be able to make it from home because of weather. End up staying here another night cause of weather. They made sure my daughter had extra pillows and blankets after her surgery. She wasn't able to lay down flate. I can't thank tgem enough for everything.

Needed a pet friendly hotel that also allows cats. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. Amenities were awesome. Breakfast and dinner time snacks were very nice.

The hotel is nice, staff were great. Pretty decent view of the mountains. The area has a lot of options in a walkable distance but the area itself is almost aggressively not walkable.

Our stay was comfortable and luxurious. The bed was so comfortable, and there were comfortable chairs in the room to sit on as well so we didn't have to use the bed to sit. The room was large and the shower was spectacular. There was plenty of food at breakfast and it was replenished often so the hot food was always hot which was nice.
