Good value, clean rooms and helpful staff.

Brreakfast was good although pretty much the same everyday. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I was in the 3rd floor with a pet which was not easy

Exercise weight machines were all broken, no warning for that, room carpet bad shape, staff meh. Breakfast standard factory eggs, meat.

Location was convenient had a nice view of the mountains and a little stream and walking trails Definitely would recommend a room facing the mountain and I would recommend staying on the third floor. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most hotels I stay at for this price. The hotel was right next to a mini golf place, so if you’re looking for a nearby entertainment. There was also a food truck nearby that was also convenient if you were just looking for a quick meal nearby. There’s a large staircase that people would run up and down, and it would cause a lot of noise if you stayed on the lower floors. The staircase was for the lower level rooms as well the pool, gym and guest self serve coin operated laundry. There was a bug in our room, pretty good size spider so I would definitely recommend an exterminator of some sort, but you are up against a nice wooded area so that is expected, especially if someone’s opening the window regularly and there was also some birds one actually flew into and hit the window also expected in the kind of a wooded area. There was an broken light that kept flashing on and off the sensor must’ve been bad that needed to be addressed because it was flashing on and off all night. Fortunately, the curtains closed up and blocked the majority of that light, but if I wanted to sleep with the curtains open that would’ve been a problem. This light was over the patio area outside probably the dust Dawn sensor was going out . There was also some birds nesting on top of the roof that were pretty loud in general. Same bird that accidentally flu into the window and startled my girlfriend. Felt bad for the bird, But had a good laugh from the reaction from my girlfriend. The smoking bench that’s in front of The hotel should be moved to one side so it’s not right in front of the main entrance when the wind blows, it blows the smoke into the building. Also, there was lots of cigarette butts, even though there was an ashtray there next to the bench it looked like it was overflowing, and you walk past this area, basically to go to the parking lot not the best presentation for the front of the hotel. Some minor maintenance things that need to be addressed at the hotel overall.

Hotel was dated but overall okay. Location is next to a noisy road and you get planes going over, so not the best for a good night's sleep. Also nothing within walking distance. Parking was good - lots of spaces. Breakfast was basic but with a few options (waffles, cereal, fruit, yoghurt).

Quality of the room was very good - spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet with a great view across the hills Breakfast is quite poor. I know disposable plates etc are a regular thing in US hotels, but it doesn't give a good impression

Not very much lighting, very small pool area,dogs barking, ac didn't work, tub needed replaced it created like it was going to break though the floor. The whole place stuck alot and needs remodeled very bad. Price did not reflect the low class of the motel. Would not recommend this motel.

This is a bit older. There was nothing spectacular but the staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The bed in the room was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. I would recommend and will definitely stay again

The only thing I can say is it was conveniently located. It was in TERRIBLE condition! Big hole in bathroom door that they stuffed cardboard in, holes in the shades, and hotel in general was not great. Had a room by the housekeeping room that had the door open all morning blasting music and talking loud. I’m not sure why this had a rating in the 8’s. Was more in the 6-7 guest rating range in my opinion.

First of all there was a cockroach on our bathroom counter in the morning we reported it to staff and she said OK then we exited the elevator and smelt marijuana. It had to have been next-door to our room. I exited the elevator and almost slipped and fell from water puddle in the elevator from someone getting out of the pool. no safety carpet in the elevator.

The hotel was dirty and smelly. They allowed pets and my granddaughter is allergic to dogs. The pets pissed in the only elevator and no one cleaned it. We had to get our key programmed every time we left. The carpets were stained throughout. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I’m upset I couldn’t get a response to cancel the reservation. Not happy at all.

There was a Peruvian food truck available most times, highly recommend! Pool and hot tub worked well, outside porch from pool is super nice, wifi strong enuff to stream Netflix. the hotel is right on bike/walking path, must take a stroll. Will stay again.

The staff was definitely the highlight of this day. They were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were ok. The whole hotel could benefit from new carpet or laminate flooring. The breakfast was okay. I did get put in a room under someone who is staying long term with four kids. It was very noisy. They offered to move me but the rooms they had available did not smell very good.

A specifically pick the place because it had a hot tub and of course, when I get there, I find out the hot tub is out of order, and the overall vibe of the place is kind of grungy. But the staff were very nice and was even willing to give me my money back if I wanted to change hotels, but I wasn’t here long enough to waste time trying to find another hotel so I dealt with it

We did not know until we arrived that the pool was being worked on. I reported to the staff on two separate evenings that someone was smoking pot on the floor and it made our room smell. They walked the floor but that was the extend of it. Breakfast was plenty. There are no other shops or restaurants within walking distance.

We like the Mini golf close by as well as the walking path. If you get a room on the mountain side, that is a score. On the other side there is a lot of road noise from I-25.

The room was dirty, there was a freezer that was in process of being defrosted so when we entered the room there was wet towels and some that appeared dirty being used for that purpose. The water in the shower was extremely hot. The water from the faucet had to be ran to get warm. There was dust above the lamps by the beds. There was dirty black fingerprints and smudges on the wall in the bathroom around the light switch. Breakfast was the same each day, no variety and the eggs were often watery. The pool was under construction which we knew ahead of time, but was a bummer. It looked like it wasn't being serviced or worked on while we were there. The outlets were concerning they did not hold the phone charger except for one in the room and sparked once. The beds and the sheets were clean. And we received fresh towels each day

Areas that need work are hotel upkeep and food and beverage services. Examples: the carpet in the rooms and in the lobby look filthy. The sitting chair in my room was very worn and looked dirty on the armrests.The coffee maker in the room made undrinkable coffee. The hot water in the lobby for teas was never hot, lukewarm at best. The buffet breakfast was severely lacking. The only options were eggs, sausage, some bread, waffles, bananas and some vanilla yogurt. There were no biscuits, bacon or oatmeal. If the hotel update the carpets and the room furnishings and get a better buffet breakfast, it will be an amazing place. They already have incredible staff!

Very shabby in appearance. The bed was not very comfortable. Sound from the nearby freeway made it necessary to have earplugs in order to sleep.

The staff are always so polite and so friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a shout out to the maid service here at this hotel. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure that the room is not only habitable but enjoyable. They gotten rid of the vending machines which is good. Because they have a full line of snacks by the front desk that can be purchased at any time day or night. They do not charge for a room deposit as long as you have a card on file with them that they can use for incidentals. The breakfast is amazing to say the least. They definitely put a lot of effort into making sure that their guests have a pleasurable stay. I'm talking eggs sausage links sausage patties waffles with syrup cereal oatmeal muffins toast juice milk. And this definitely is not party Central hotel. During the night the hallways are nice and quiet. You can definitely tell that the staff take pride and working here.

Staff was wonderful and hotel was clean. And that's about it. I've stayed in many comfort inn locations and this was by far the worst. The pool was under construction, our bathroom door was literally falling apart, had trouble with the toilet and TV. The pull out bed was broken and would fall through to the floor... The place seemed to be falling apart everywhere. Better places for the cost. Go elsewhere

We were supposed to have the side with Mountain View and we did not. The pool was also closed.

Staff was great. The condition of the room however was a solid 2/10. I had clean sheets and towels, that's about it that was clean. Stains on the walls, cigarette burns in the couch, musty smell in the air. Also, ZERO water pressure in the shower. The sink wasn't any better.

So we booked this stay because they showed having a pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the amount of homeless around the property sitting in the parking lot on the curb next to peoples cars. Then when we are checking in, I noticed the pool room, only to be disappointed that they were not available as all pools were drained. We entered our room, a very small room with 2 queen beds. The attention to cleanliness was not there as the pack and play we recieved for our 9 month old didnt look very clean and was falling apart, and there were plastic wrappers on the floor. The heating unit for the room has 2 temps, very cold or very hot, we had to shut it off. The rooms are very outdated and the electrical outlets are very loose, could cause a fire if not fixed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, a very bad stay, we wont be staying here again.

Room was clean, but disappointed we called to ask what time the pool hours were and they told us 8 AM to 10 PM. We get there to check in and they tell us that the pool has been closed for a long time and that was the reason we chose that location?

Clean room and great staff! The only refommendation would be to refresh the coffee condiments, as the creamer was solidified/hard.

This property is in dire need of renovation and upgrade. When I went down the exercise only one machine worked. The other cycle did not work and none of the weights work. There was no water in the dispenser. There was plaster falling down. The breakfast wasn't bad and the employees was helpful but the rest of the property needs DLC

I booked a double queen bed room #404, with a friend for a week. Before I arrived, I messaged the hotel and made sure they were pet-friendly, and they got back with me in a timely manner and let me know that they put me into a pet-friendly room. The room was stocked with body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, lots of towels, tissue, and had clean sheets with no stains. I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars to the amazing staff! They are professional, kind, hard working, and helpful. They kept the lobby clean and smelling nice, breakfast every morning, and were available whenever 24-7. I always came back from a long day apartment hunting/touring, to my bed made and fresh clean towels. The reason I give 3 stars is because the whole building beeds a major upgrade. The carpet was outdated, the lamp shade was old and dented with marks all over it. The shower curtain would not stay closed. The shower curtain rod is curved causing the curtain to slide back to the middle leaving the the sides open (the magnets inside the shower curtain didnt help at all). The curtain on the window doesn't close all the way either. The curtain rails are short on both sides, leaving just the sheer curtains exposed in the middle. Sheer curtains do not block the bright morning sun out of your eyes when you first wake up. The lamp was flickering on and off. Our chargers wouldn't stay plugged in the wall under the lamps next to the bed. Because of the staff, I would book again.

We encountered a small problem with our hotel room—the bathtub knob was broken and merely placed on top, making it look like it was attached. However, when we tried to turn it, it just came off. I went to the front desk around 2 AM, and they kindly provided us with a different room. Overall, the accommodations were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I was given room 418 on the top floor, so I thought it would be quiet. As I entered my room, I saw there was someone in the room to the right. Not an issue, but apparently there was someone in the room on the left as I was woken at 1:30am to loud snoring coming from that room! Based on the number of cars in the parking lot, it was not fully booked. I would highly suggest you put at least one empty room between occupants if possible as the walls are way too thin. I am not a light sleeper!

We enjoyed the view from our window every day, very comfortable bed & pillows, friendly staff, walking path behind the hotel, the river flowing along the path. Breakfast was ok and coffee was always available.

Our room needed painted and the closet door looked like a door you would see on your shed in the back pasture. Hallway carpets were terrible. Lady who did the breakfast was FANTASTIC - so kind & very hard worker.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk for 10 minutes, our room smelled awful, and the door was hard to open.

Enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. The room was slightly smaller than expected and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We had two queen beds, but for the price we paid per night, it made sense. The room was clean, we had great service, breakfast was very good with lots of options and I was impressed with this! The front desk clerk remembered us and was very helpful our entire stay. Overall we would stay there again, but maybe pick a king bed and two rooms for our family instead! :)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our way back from Garden of the Gods. It was a great location for our travel needs as it was close to I-25. Check-in was quick and our room was nice and clean! They even had lemon infused water and coffee in the lobby for their guests. The room we had was a little dated as there were a few marks on the walls, but other than that, the room was great! In the morning, the hotel had a great spread for breakfast. They offered eggs, bacon, waffles, various breads, various cereals, coffee, and fruit. The woman who was in charge of restocking the breakfast buffet was jovial and played soft uplifting music to help you conquer the day. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would love to stay there again if the opportunity presented itself :)

We had a decent stay overall. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, and the breakfast each morning was satisfying with a good variety. However, the property itself felt a little dated and could use some updates. Pool and gym are very small. Also, the hotel is close to the interstate, so there was noticeable road noise at night. Not a bad place for a one or two night stay if you aren't spending time at the hotel, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

This property could use some updating, some areas in the room had some wear and tear and were older. A spot or two on the carpet in the common areas were stained. The staff was nice, check in was easy and the room was adequate.

We picked this property because it had connecting rooms, which would have been really nice, given that my wife and I have 4 young kids and thought this way we could share a room/bed and keep an eye on the kids. When we first arrived, the rooms assigned to us weren't even on the same floor. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough to at least get us into 2 adjacent rooms, but they're not connected, so my wife and I still had to stay in separate rooms. I realize that the logistics can be challenging to get connecting rooms, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

This is a dilapidated property! Very gross! The staff is kind & we did see them working hard to clean & provide for guests but it’s obviously been let go for way too long & beyond a deep scrubbing. Spend the money to go elsewhere! Will let the pictures speak for themselves. Greeted by a filthy carpet, toilet & random trashed closet door. Ripped carpet, stained chairs, walls furniture & carpet. The bed was clean & comfy & the pillows nice. They did work continuously on the breakfast (eggs, meat & pastries), good amount of parking & the surrounding walking paths & bridges were beautiful. I would feel cleaner sleeping in our car at a rest stop!! Pool & hot tub were out of order during our stay.

Conveniently located next to the interstate. Front desk staff was polite. Continental breakfast was good, always had fresh coffee and cold water available in lobby. Our room was standard in the terms that it was not anything special. Bed was comfortable. had to ask for a clean towels from the front desk. Had to ask for trash bags from the front desk. Had to get batteries for the TV remote from the front desk. Our carpet was so filthy that I had a sticky residue on the entire floor. The room and the halls were very smelly for lack of words.

I made last minute reservation it is a decent property just needs some updates. I did appreciate that the room had a frig and microwave. Not all hotels do. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was ok.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was so clean, people were nice. It was lovely. Yeah, it's not totally modern, but nothing is falling apart. I thought it was charming! Would stay again.

Horrible smell in the room

Staff was great! We asked if there was a room available with a mountain view and they switched our room graciously. They have a nice walkway to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The only thing our teen girls had an issue with was the size of the pool but they are teens who swim and play water polo. If you have little ones just looking to play in the water after a traveling day, it’s perfect.

We had two rooms for our kids and us for our stay while getting married. The staff were super accommodating with anything we needed. Hotel definitely deserves some money to be invested in it.

Hotel is very close to I-25 and is kind of noisy. Shopping stores and malls are close by. Do not expect breakfast at 6 AM as announced, we waited until 6:20 AM and nothing, so we decided to get on the road, thus checked out and left.

This Comfort Inn is an older hotel, but we didn't have any problems in our room 318. We stayed there for 5-nights, and were very comfortable. The hotel is close to I-25 and within minutes of any dining or shopping we needed to do.

My room was in some pretty desperate need of repairs. the dresser drawer handles were broken or missing. Lampshades were torn, lightbulbs burnt out in lights by the bed. The air conditioning unit by the window was in need of a DEEP clean as well. Also found the last persons socks on the floor. The walls are a bit thin so made for a bit of a loud night. Staff was very nice though!

I spend more than 50 nights a year in a hotel and this one was way below what the reviews were. After this experience I will have to seriously reconsider stay at Comfort Inns, even if they have decent reviews.

Well the tv remote didn't work except to change channels. Literally couldn't change volume or turn it off & on. (They're providing a 10% discount due to this.) However, the lamp on one side of the bed didn't work. There was a hole in the carpet in my room. Everything just seemed less than average.

The staff was amazing! The young lady at the front went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is alot smaller than we thought and seen in pictures. The room had some gum matted into the carpet and and some old pepperoni on the carpet in between the wall and TV stand when we arrived. Overall though the beds were clean and comfortable to sleep on, they had breakfast made every morning and the creek and trail right beside the building is really nice.

For the price it’s a good value, Good breakfast, pool and hot tub and fitness center. The interior does need renovation, especially the carpeting.

Stayed for about a week and it was a good stay. There were a lot of homeless people sneaking in but the staff did their best to prevent it. The bathtub needed some updating but other than that it was nice. Continental breakfast was a plus with a nice assortment of foods. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They also have a fitness room available 24/7. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff had been amazing and so helpful with all of my request!! I have enjoyed every moment here!! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff were great

My tv's cable didn't work and they didn't have another room available on the same floor to switch to, so we just didn't watch tv. But other than that, everything was clean and the staff was friendly.
