Reviews
The hotel offers beautiful views of Pikes Peak and is in a convenient location. The staff is generally friendly and professional. However, there are consistent complaints about the $10 parking fee, unclean rooms, and issues with breakfast service.

Room was clean. The pool was nice. I like the fact they have an indoor and outdoor pool. Staff checked us in fast and smooth.

Poor
- 5/5
The location at this hotel is also in a great spot less than 30 minutes away from so many beautiful things to see, and easily access accessible Uber rides. And, if you’re into Trader Joe’s, it’s a six minute Uber right away! I highly recommend this property, it was a nice surprise!!
- 4/5
Staff could probably be nicer
- 3/5
Clean room, staff at front desk took forever to do anything. One staff member told us the pool was closed and then we found out it wasn’t closed..but then it was too late for us to swim. Restaurant food wasn’t great and was overpriced..but the restaurant staff were amazing. The bar was also overpriced. Was told parking was $12 per vehicle, we said six times that we only had one vehicle and we were still charged $24.

Beautiful place.
- 4/5
Our stay here was comfortable and the location was great in terms of being central to north and south Colorado Springs. The staff were helpful, the view was beautiful, and the room was clean. Our only complaint is that the bedding was SUPER scratchy. For such a nice hotel, we expected soft sheets but they were legitimately hard. That alone will deter me from staying there again. Such a bummer!
- 5/5
The staff was awesome
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Food cost, no pool or hot tub, have to pay for parking
- 5/5
Everything was great, except I had to pay $12 a day for parking to hike up the side of a mountain!
- 4/5
Location is great! Hotel is cleaned regularly, however it is a there are furniture items that need to be replaced. For example, the couch in our room had dried coffee stains all over it, torn wallpaper in our room, vent in bathroom was full of lint. The bed was well-used, with deep body indentations. Furniture in the lobby was torn and a lot of the faux wood furniture had deep scratches in it. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had what we needed, yet I feel for a Marriott and to uphold the Marriott reputation, some things could be replaced and updated.
- 3.5/5
Room was nice and staff was great and had a beautiful view. Was not a fan of the restaurant breakfast and the steak were not great. The restaurant was ok but not great for the prices breakfast was sub par for the price.

The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. We asked about breakfast the first day at check in. We were told a whole bunch of times and asked again about just the complimentary breakfast. We were told it was in the 9th floor from 6-1030 on the weekends and 6-930 on the week days. We were also told if we missed it we could let the restaurant staff know and they would take care of it for us. When we got there at 940 on the first morning, other guests came out to let us know there was no breakfast and that it ended at 9. The restaurant told us it was $22 and no complimentary breakfast is served there. It took 4 hours for us to receive a replacement remote for our room and 6 hours to receive towels because the front desk staff was unable to find anyone from housekeeping to fulfill the request. We only saw housekeeping staff 1 day of our stay. On the final day, the water to the hotel was shut off. We were not notified we would have no water and were just blown off when asking about it. The only bright spot in our trip at the hotel was Lance at the restaurant bar. He was amazing, gave some great recommendations of places to eat and sights to see while we were there, and was the only friendly staff member we met. The other female bar tender we had was extremely rude and blowing people off in the very busy bar area. We came to relax and instead were stressed with our stay.

This Hotel was very elegant and beautiful. The king size corner room was spacious and comfy. My family and I definitely had a great stay. The staff were courteous and very hospitable . The lobby area and bar was elegant and cozy .
- 4/5
It looked like it needed some updates.
- 4/5
I arrived to check in at 5pm (check in starts at 4pm) and was told that the room that I had initially booked and paid extra for was already given to someone else. Other than that, the property was a older but well kept. The bar and restaurant was very good and convenient, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
- 2/5
Very disappointed my seven yer old son found a pill on the floor in our room
- 4/5
Location good and nearby to businesses and restaurants

Nice hotel and friendly staff.

Great stay!
- 0.5/5
The front desk was terrible Aleena was the worst person I have ever dealt with when checking in at a hotel judgmental, dismissive, and all in all extremely unpleasant terrible worker i never leave reviews but people should know who there dealing with!!
- 5/5
Hot tub and pool were great! Perfect temperatures on both, and pretty clean!!
- 3/5
No water to fill up
- 5/5
The hotel had a clean room. It was very self park. There is a lobby bar and if you’re a bond voice member there is breakfast
- 5/5
The food the comfy beds basically everything The stay went too fast I could literally live there

Nice hotel
- 4/5
The room and the view were great. Only “negative of my stay was the bed wasn’t that comfortable, but I’ve been on a lot worse
- 4/5
Very clean room. I enjoyed my stayed. It’s in an industrial area so there’s not much around in terms of restaurant selection. I did use Door Dash a few evenings so that helped. But the hotel does back up to some cool walking trails and it’s very quiet. I would stay again but a car is necessary if you want to explore Colorado Springs.

Friendly staff, I enjoyed the fitness room, indoor pool, breakfast, and dinner. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Location was close to many enjoyable places.
- 5/5
The room was clean and had modern amenities like a smart tv, comfy bed, and toiletries. The staff were very helpful and professional. I will stay again if in the area.

Very helpful staff very nice facility
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel are all so well trained and professional, kind and personable. Thank you.
- 5/5
The room was great and the Hotel staff was awesome.
- 2/5
The concierge breakfast on 9th floor was sorely neglected at 8:30 am. The room was crowded. That part was okay and expected. However, the disappointment was there was no on tending to the food (however there was a tip jar there😏). Fruit bowl was empty, juice pitchers nearly empty, eggs nearly gone and dry, etc. We went to main dining room. Also OJ tasted watered down. Expected more from a Marriott. We have two more stays coming up next week and again in May. Needless to say, we won’t be paying to eat breakfast. Better off paying elsewhere.
- 4/5
I loved the location and the views. Nice waking up in the morning with mountains out your window
- 4/5
Very nice place. We had a Mountain View room, which was beautiful. But the only thing I would critique would be they need to wash their windows. Have these beautiful views and you can’t even hardly see out the windows. But we had a good time room was nice and the lounge area with the fireplace and I was very nice too. The only other thing is why do you have to charge $12/night for self parking. The lot is huge with plenty of spaces.
- 4/5
The shower was very hard to turn on.
- 3/5
The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The hot tub was disgusting, with greenish dirt, honestly, the whole point that I picked this hotel was the hot tub and the pool facilities, and the tv it wasn't did not work ably a blue screen saying no signal we did not call the front desk because it was almost 11pm and we did not want someone coming to the bedroom. Honestly, for the $180 I was expecting something better.

(not good) Overall good stay my rating 8 out of 10
- 3/5
Beautiful views and gorgeous lobby. Everyone is very friendly. The bar is a great place to unwind. The bathroom toilet kept running and we had to juggle the handle nonstop. The sheets were so stiff they were loud. Every time you moved it would wake the other person. We usually sleep in a chilly room but the temp would not cool down. We were sweating all night long. We didn’t sleep much so we got up and left at 5am.

Cleanliness , excellent breakfast , views from the room.
- 5/5
the only concern its about the restaurant...
- 4/5
good location, clean room, decent prize, and smooth check in/out. Maybe breakfast buffet could be improved with more choices.
- 5/5
We stayed here Christmas night. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were exhausted, but the rooms were comfy, and the views of Pike's Peak were gorgeous. The buffet breakfast was typical of a hotel, but the food was fresh, had variety, and was tasty.

Efficient service in the restaurdant
- 5/5
Love how spacious and comfortable it is. Staff are friendly and there’s ample parking. We went with the breakfast buffet included in our stay and the food was great. We also had dinner here and everything was delicious. This is our 3rd stay and I am sure we will be back!
- 4/5
*For price point, no water bottles in the rooms was a bit disappointing.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly. Parking included. Rooms were clean with views of the mountains. Perfect location, everything was just a short drive. At the time of our visit, there were a lot of buses and sport teams staying there as well. It could have been a loud disruptive stay but it was perfect. No complaints!!
- 3/5
Just okay. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The buffet (added cost) breakfast was terrible, potatoes were hard as a rock. No microwaves in rooms, by 3pm the housekeeper still had not come to clean our room, so we just decided to forego it and just ask for extra towels. She was too busy talking on the phone when we went to ask her, so it took a minute. The hotel is beautiful, but it was nothing exceptional. $12 a night for parking? Stupid as hell. Just okay, mediocre at best.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Didn't love the additional charge to park at the hotel I paid to stay at, in an basically empty parking lot. Nickel and dime
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful! Atmosphere was warm even with several athletic teams of different disciplines staying in the same hotel. Very pretty scenes & exterior area of the buildings as well as clean and inviting.
- 5/5
Room was nice, and staff were exceptional
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and elegant and cozy. The front office staff at the reception desk were hospitable and friendly. Transportation to and from the wedding that I was a part of was exceptional. The drivers were very hospitable and insured my safety.
- 5/5
Great hotel, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, nice people and service
- 5/5
Clean room, polite staff. Good view. Easy to get around from the hotel.
- 5/5
Greatest hotel Marriott company
- 5/5
Don’t know yet
- 2/5
I was told by the desk clerk that there was no breakfast being offered. Also they charged 12 dollars extra to park my vehicle.
- 5/5
Location is great. Staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
This location felt very clean and quiet. My family did a last minute trip to the Springs to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The beds were very comfortable and soft. We loved the stay we had. The pool was clean and a nice little get away from home.
- 3/5
Bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small and had to pay to park.
- 3/5
Overall, hotel was nice. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Timing of the daily room cleaning was confusing with it sometimes happening early in the morning and other times late at the afternoon. Restaurant was OK. Food was not great.
- 5/5
Hotel was in a nice location, my bed was extremely comfortable, customer service was excellent! No complaints. Will definitely be back again. Nice job Marriot.
- 5/5
Food was left in fridge
- 5/5
Excellent service, the place is expectacular
- 3/5
The Marriott Colorado Springs is fine, no frills no thrills. The rooms need a deep clean,
- 3/5
The view from my room (3rd floor) was not great. I was surprised by the parking charge. Really?
- 4/5
And the people next door were talking all loud since 6 in the morning and kids crying So I couldn’t sleep right.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
Ive stayed here a few times and the beds get worse and worse with every stay. It is a very convenient hotel for most events in the Springs but I wake up as if ive slept on the floor.
- 5/5
Just beautiful easy to find hotel
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were ok. My tub was not draining well. It would take a few hours for it to drain and then there was a ring around the tub, which house keeping didn't clean. They vacuumed at night while I was sleeping in the hallway, both nights, and the shower next door was making a loud winy sound when someone was showering, and they showered at night.
- 3/5
Rooms could have been serviced more frequently without us asking - for coffee & cups, waste basket emptying, We also noted small amount of blood on sheet when we first got there. We didn't;t report it.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Room met our needs. My husband is disabled and all were helpful in our needs. Helped with luggage which was greatly appreciated. Room, restaurant, bar were great. Views of the mountains was great. Enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
I was told at check-in the outdoor pool and hot tub would be open until 10PM that evening, no mention of any work being done. I arrive after my work day to use the hot tub and my husband called to make sure it was open, and they said it was closed for the night, and we said it was only 9PM - and then she said "closed for maintenance and cleaning". There was no one working on it, we essentially booked the hotel for that amenity and it being a Mariott. The AC in our room also stopped working shortly after we check in and didn't get any cooler than 75 degrees although it was set at 62 for hours. It got very stuffy and thankfully we were leaving earlier in the AM. I expected better from a Mariott property.
- 1/5
Paid more than surrounding hotels to attend an event and then wasn’t able to check in until late. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 7:40am. Completely overpriced for the quality of rooms, pool and service.
- 3/5
I didn’t like the fact they advertised a Mountain View and it absolutely was not unless you want to press your face to the window and look right.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel, nephew had a blast with 2 pools lol
- 5/5
Our stay was great! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the outdoor space with pool and patio was beautifully set against mountain views. Highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Everyone was friendly and the room was nice and comfortable.
- 4/5
We had a really nice stay. The room was clean and we had nice views. The food was also good and the hotel was located by all the attractions that we had on our itinerary.
- 5/5
The gym, bar, and common areas were very nice for my friends to come and visit and catch up with. The front desk was very nice, and held a package I had delivered for me. It was close to all that I needed, and not a busy part of town. Very much enjoyed my visit.
- 5/5
Good time there!
- 5/5
All was fine.
- 5/5
Nice staff, food and room
- 4/5
We stayed in a suite but could hear the person next door snoring to the point that it interfered with our sleep. Not sound proof.
- 3/5
I noticed a fee for $6.25 for catering
- 5/5
Marriot need too improve on there food and dining!!
- 4/5
This is a great hotel if you want a view of pikes peak. It is also just 15 minutes away from Garden of the Gods and 20 from Manitou Springs.
- 5/5
The property was in a perfect location for all of our adventures for our family. The front desk staff, especially Pauline, waiters and bartenders were very kind, professional and courteous. Thank you!
- 4/5
It was nice and easy.
- 4/5
Expedia needs to make it easier to extend stay and hotel instead having to do another separate reservation …. The room was nice but it was handicapped room with Mountain View .
- 5/5
Great location, everything you need in one quiet place with magnificent views of Pikes Peak!
- 1/5
Blood on the sheets in our room. And stains on the couch. Fridge had old brown water in it. Super loud noise coming from the halls all night and in the morning. Couldn’t sleep. Didn’t feel we had privacy. We’re moved to a new room that also had stains all over the couch. The hall leading to the new room smelled terrible.
- 5/5
Such a nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
And they charge for parking with no garage Seems like a money grab
- 1/5
Walls are paper thin!! House keepers started banging on my door at 7:30 am to clean. Then came back at 8:45am banging again. Won’t ever stay here again
- 5/5
Highly recommend
- 5/5
We loved how beautiful it is inside and out

- 2/5
If you’re looking for great location, this is an excellent choice. Bar/ restaurant has great service. However, everything else about our stay was terrible. Upon arrival, the security lock on our door was broken and hanging off. When asked to have it fixed, the front desk kept telling us they were too busy with other guest. The “engineer” finally arrived with the wrong tools. Toiletries were not stocked up. Old food was left behind the tv from previous guest. Lights didn’t work. We declined cleaning service for the first part of our trip & when we finally requested it, we were told that they were really behind so we didn’t have room service our entire stay. I shared all the feedback with the front desk and all that was said in response was sorry. Super disappointing.
- 5/5
Room was clean and they were very accommodating for my dog and I. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
- 5/5
This location was beautiful! Lovely Mountain View. Hiking trail out back. Nice outdoor area. Rooms were nice and clean. AC worked great. Front desk staff were terrific. I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The bar was a nice convenience. However, there was a large event while we were there, so it made made the lobby/bar area too crowded to participate in happy hour. It also made it difficult to find a parking space. Our room was hot despite lowering the AC temp, the lights above the bathroom sink flickered on and off, and there was no body wash container in the shower (only shampoo/conditioner). We stayed for two nights on a weekend. There is a $12 charge for parking, which isn’t a dealbreaker, but the returnable parking pass hanger was annoying. Most places do not have passes that need to be returned, making it easy to forget. Probably wouldn’t stay at this property again.
- 4/5
The view was amazing, proximity to what I was doing in town as great. The bar and restaurant left a lot to be desired in terms of quality of product and service.
- 5/5
Very nice relaxing lobby-lounge area, well maintained and friendly staff
- 5/5
Aleena helped at the front desk with some challenges, she was great
- 5/5
Loved it
- 2/5
My key card wouldn’t work-3times. After a long day, I just wanted to get to my room to relax. Took an hour to get it figured out and many trips to the desk. Frustrating to say the least
- 5/5
My only complaint is the mattresses in our room. They sagged in the middle pretty bad. Otherwise I love staying there!
- 5/5
Better than what we expected, vert clean and modern 10/10
- 5/5
Incredibly clean, quiet room with a beautiful view of Pike’s Peak. All the amenities you could want. Welcoming and professional front desk staff with super quick checkin! Recommend this hotel to everyone.
- 3/5
There’s no microwave in the room. Hot tub was cold and has no jets. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Bathroom was very small. I paid a good amount for a staycation with my husband and I wasn’t very impressed.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Had a good stay here, quick in and out, all checked out well the hot tub was nice.
- 4/5
There are a few things we do hold against them though. On the first night we discovered a rather prominent blood stain on the duvet. They replaced it, but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. The bed was also quite uncomfortable: the mattress was very firm and the pillows were practically rocks. You also had to pay for parking which just felt like being nickel and dimed considering the hotel's location outside town. On the whole though we were quite happy with our stay (that view is just unbelievable) and would stay here again if we revisit Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
The lobby and rooms were clean and spacious. The setting is gorgeous. I wish it was warm enough to enjoin my their outdoor sitting spaces, the view on the west side is lovely.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was awesome. I would recommend that you advertise the parking fee with the hotel because it was an added expense that was not planned for. Most of the hotels that do charge for parking advertise it on the description so you have a choice. The fact the parking lot is huge and they charge an additional $12 a day to park is ridiculous.
- 3/5
I told the front desk that my husband was on crutches and would like a closer room. We were put on the END of the far hall. The parkinglot was severely icy and dangerous. The comfortors were thin like sheets.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel
- 4/5
Hotel stay overall was good. Room was too small for two queen beds. I could hear too noise through the walls and outside of my room. Restaurant food too pricey. All the food is frozen nothing fresh.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
the view was unique, the room was very confortable
- 3/5
Bed was not comfortable my freezer had 2 to 3 inches of ice couldn't put nothing in it and if I put something under it everything freezed fan didnt work in restroom hot tub bubbles were broke only had water in it
- 5/5
It was wonderful
- 5/5
I liked that I was able to check in early, the option to have diner or drinks downstairs, the bed was comfy, the TV was over 50in, and the toiletries. I didn't like that the bathroom fan didn't work and there was visible particles in the air, ie dust
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, with great staff. We spent two night Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was beautiful decorated. On Christmas morning there were families taking turns exchanging gifts under the beautiful Christmas tree. We had a Mountain View room. I’ve asked for fluffier pillows on the second night and it was dreamy. The blackout in the window really works and we would not see any light until we would open the shades in the morning. Really enjoyed it.
- 5/5
An older property. Good location with easy access to nearby attractions
- 5/5
Loved the views and attention from staff - especially during a holiday week.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Excellent area
- 5/5
Great experience thank you
- 5/5
The Marriott always provides a comfortable and welcoming stay. The attendant at the desk when I checked in, was friendly, professional and helped me quickly.
- 5/5
Very nice and quiet hotel on the hilltop with great views of surrounding mountains. There was an abundance of parking with easy access to highways and roads to navigate to local attractions. Personally did not like the $10 a day parking this hotel is not in a downtown area or limited in parking and there is no where else to park. Breakfast was excellent with nice food and friendly service. Fitness center was very large and included everything one would need to workout all of the body. Outdoor courtyard was very pretty with nice wildlife roaming the property. We would stay again.
- 5/5
It was nice overall. Carpet is old.
- 5/5
It was overall a excellent stay
- 1/5
Terrible services at the restaurant! They were out of couple menus items plus the staff super rude
- 4/5
Good overall, property is showing some signs of age but not bad just so many new properties in the area
- 3/5
Poor attempt to disguise older property with heinous deodorant sprays that felt like a chemical bomb exploded. It’s a great property but let’s be honest it is begging for a facelift
- 5/5
Staff were great. Restaurant food was good. Room was nice but fridge only running 2 hours was a problem. Bottled water should be included in rooms.
- 5/5
Very nice Marriott in a convenient area. Rooms are nice, lobby and bar are inviting
- 5/5
The ladies I interacted with at the front desk were exceptional!!! I have NEVER had such a great experience checking in. Shout out to the 4 I met while there!! You guys are lucky to have them!
- 5/5
All aspects of our stay was great!

- 4/5
Hotel was beautiful and the restaurant was nice. Only thing that was unpleasant was being roomed on the second floor right above the lobby and hearing all the noise at night. I also wished they had a microwave. Otherwise, it was a great location and a nice stay. Would recommend to others.
- 5/5
good views
- 5/5
We did a short stay in Colorado Springs and chose this hotel. Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We changed tons due to a loud air conditioner and staff was helpful. Serving room was fine. Sara is beautiful and easy to locate. Pool area was closed due to season but looked like it would be relaxing.
- 5/5
Nice location, great views, but room had a few things needing updated. Nothing bad though
- 5/5
Lights over bar in lounge needed to be cleaned.
- 3/5
They moved us to another room that also had the automatic doors that didnt work and again only a tub. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Great location was near the attractions I went to visit. It was a short drive to Garden of the Gods, 7 falls and Pikes Peak. Friendly staff and very clean. Felt safe and had a good view of Colorado Springs. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
- 5/5
Awesome place!
- 5/5
Very nice facility and also close to where we wanted to go.
- 3/5
Our check in was awesome and quick. The room however, was disappointing. It definitely wasn't Mariott standards. The sheets were very loose on one bed, we had one lamp that didn't work and another one without a switch, we had to unplug and plug it in the wall. I had to call down stairs to get a new Iron and a new hair dryer because neither worked. There was hardly any storage drawers, just one small one next to the fridge. On a more positive note the restaurant and food was FABULOUS !!
- 5/5
This was my 4th stay, and the best one yet…
- 3/5
What didn’t we like? It was noisy. Ran out of toiletries, shampoo, Skin cream, body wash Kleenex.
- 3/5
Outdoor pool was closed. In room refrigerator has a three hour cooling timer.
- 4/5

High-end experience located very conveniently
