Clean and nice smelling room. Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk person did his best to find two rooms next to each other for me and my wife and for my daughter and her family. Breakfast was good and all attended.

I love this place!! Every time I come into town for a few days. This hotel is my to go place. Staff been good to me. Room clean. This time I stayed the elevator was down but staff still did their best to keep me happy. They did their job and kept me happy. Thank you and see you soon!!!!

Elevators were broke; night clerk was very hard to understand, but did accommodate with room on the first floor. Hotel is pretty beat up and showring wear. Cleanliness was average to slightly above. This property is NOT in keeping with what I usually see from Comfort Inns.

the guy at the front desk gave my key card to me in a used key sleeve- with food stains on it. if they're reusing paper sleeves/envelopes, what else are they reusing??

In addition, the bathroom walls had several noticeable brown marks and patch repairs, which affected the overall appearance and cleanliness of the room. The ironing board cover was also heavily stained and in need of replacement. We hope these maintenance and guest service concerns will be addressed for future guests.

We stayed here on our way back home and left at midnight to avoid traffic through DC and NYC. Guys at the front desk were super helpful getting us out quickly and even giving us coffee and a bagel to go. Very nice!

Also, there is an active train in the area that runs during the night, blowing its whistle and woke us every 2 hours. Make sure you ask about the train and stay away from that side of the hotel. Choice Hotels and property personnel where notified after I arrived home and stated they will try and do better in the future.

We were on the side just next to the gas station where large trucks refueled all night long. Trains also added to the noise. To ask if the property was a “romantic place to stay” was a real joke!

Good for a short stay with minimal amenities. This hotel.is on the older side and right in the middle of a busy area. Walking distance to gas station and McDonald's.

Room was not the cleanest. First room we were in smelt like cigarette smoke. The air and the fridge didn't work. Second room everything seemed to work. The mattress was lumpy and curtain didn't close all the way. Okay for a one night stay.

The bed was comfortable and the space was adequate. Breakfast waffles! The breakfast eggs were not so good.

Breakfast was completely gone at 8:30 am. Our room was filthy! Mud (hoping it was that) was on the walls of the bathroom. Room smelled like someone dumped malt vinegar on the carpet. Was awful

Close to freeway Needed some TLC. Example the shower head fell off and it was cross threaded. And hot breakfast was colder than normal.

The only thing is the parking. There’s only one main entrance to get into the hotel, which is still good, but if you park in the back or far side of the hotel and it’s raining, just be prepared to walk in the rain for a bit. When I was checking out, I couldn’t wait for someone ant the front desk, but I left my key card on the counter and called the front desk later to confirm that they checked me out. Everything went smoothly. Overall, not a bad experience and would definitely come back again.

There wasn't any coffee (lobby machine was out of order as well as the pot in my room) and the ice machine on my floor was out of order. I didn't appreciate 'discovering' these things... along with the proximity to a railroad crossing that I had to hear the horn of trains passing a couple of times throughout the night. I liked that we shared the parking lot/area with a McDonald's and a Shell gas station in case I needed them. But, it also meant late night traffic (loud music). For whatever reason, I was placed at the very end of the hall upstairs. There were other patrons who squatted in the hall to talk on the phone and hearing male voices outside my door in the evenings made me uncomfortable.

Checking in was fine , but I had to go out to my brothers and didn't get back until after 9 pm. There were no handicap parking spots, a big work truck was parked there with no handicap card or plate. It never left for the 2 days I was there. Not one parking spot I could find. Maybe Mc Donald's would have allowed me to park there. As a single woman and handicapped I didn't feel comfortable parking at the next store parking lot. I came into lobby and told the woman and she offered to move her car to under the canopy so I could have her spot. Very kind of her. I arrived after midnight, and it was still easy to get in, and the clerk was at the desk and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean, and the shower had water as hot as I wanted it, and the bed was perfect and firm.

I felt very unsafe the one night I stayed and after sharing my concerns with Expedia (also very disappointed with the Expedia experience) and the hotel the hotel only refunded half of the total stay in addition to a $25 fee for checking out early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Highly disappointed that safety was not considered in this situation.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We were given a handicapped room which was fine except there was no where to sit to dress. The toilet bowl style had no cover. Other than that I have no complaints. I’d stay here again if needed.

Everything here was fine, for the price. Nothing fancy, no pool, the gym had no weights. But the free breakfast was solid, and my room was made up on the 2nd day of my 3 day stay which was a nice surprise.

I was there for a family and church visit. Nice room first floor, quiet even though I know a train runs behind. Bathroom needed updated but was clean, carpet was very stained. Breakfast was great!

The woman at the front desk was very polite upon attempting to check us in, but their system was down- luckily I had already prepaid with confirmation. The room key worked partially for the door. It lit up green but wouldn’t open- multiple times. The room smelt damp moldy and I was not comfortable with me or my children walking on the floor without shoes on. The AC struggled to keep the room cool unless on 61 degrees. The refrigerator also did not keep any food cool so I didn’t bother putting anything in it. It was one night stay so I tried not to make a big deal about it.

The Comfort Inn was exactly what we were looking. Up-to-date, clean, a friendly staff and a plentiful variety for breakfast.

The room we stayed in was in need of some serious updates from what appeared to be black mold from a bathroom vent, cracking door base possibly from moisture, etc… there were long black hairs found on he bathroom door, shower, and in one bed. Surely just from when the room was cleaned, but should have been noticed and removed. A curtain was off the ring above where we could reach and light peaked through from the gas station. Pillows were an odd small square shape, more like throw pillow size. We asked for an extra pillow and were given one and told there weren’t any pillow cases available for it, which struck me as rather odd. With that said, the beds were comfortable. We felt safe. The location was convenient in its juxtaposition to 95. One person from our party had breakfast in the dining area both mornings and said it was a decent breakfast. Run-down, dirty, stinky overpriced accommodations. Must not be colled hotel. It is motel level for the price of hotel. Do not recommend. Stained furniture everywhere, staring from lobby, stinky hallway, Stained carpet and curtain in the room, tv removet control was missing part that covers batteries. When I called servise to let them know, they said that it is fine ....?!

What I didn't like was there was 2 guest right across our hall that was putting their dirty towels & trash out side their door for all to see, on top of smoking weed. The smell was so in you face as soon as you got off the elevator , & even worse once we got to our room.

Good place to spot when traveling down I-95.

This hotel served the needed purpose. I was in town for graduation party and needed a place to sleep, shower, and change. The staff was friendly. The room was clean; however, the furniture is dated. I would recommend for family with kids. There is a McDonald’s across the parking lot from the main entrance. In the back there’s a gas station and a subway.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker really came in handy. There was a complementary self-serve breakfast each morning that had something for everyone. Waffles, sausage, eggs. Hot and cold cereals. Toast, bagels, muffins. Excellent coffee, a selection of juices, fresh fruit, and yogurt! Will definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for the old fashioned customer service.

Traveling solo, needed a place to sleep mid-journey. Past reviews are correct, place is clean, easy to access , quiet, bed are soo comfy, decent tv, good towels and sheets. Front desk clerk was soo sweet and kind. Mcdonalds next door and a Wawa down the street.

This is a small, older hotel. The rate is good. The staff were exceptionally courteous. Every interaction was positive, many hotels have stopped daily room service for making beds and refreshing towels when needed, this was a welcome change to have that service included. Breakfast was typical for hotel chain, not wonderful, but good enough.

It was clean but the price changed once I got there to check in.

It was as good as four stars hotel considering only room condition, the bed was so comfortable.

Great property location

Sahmi at the front desk was so kind and incredibly helpful. I was traveling with my elderly mother and Aunt, and we lost our car keys temporarily. Sahmi helped us search the room after checkout, and she also found some other items left behind. All was well in the end, and her assistance and positive attitude made such a difference in our day. Sahmi is a great asset & employee!

The rooms were clean, bathroom had plenty towel,s so body wash, lotion shampoo condition the kitchen area inside your room refrigerator was clean microwave was clean they had the coffee tea option for you with plenty of cups. We slept like a baby everything was nice and quiet overall for the price I was very satisfied. One thing that I was very impressed with which is the first thing that I always do is change the air conditioner filters and wash them out they work spotless so it looks like housekeeping does their job hopefully they get paid well.

Smooth check in and check out. Contintental breakfast was good and they were attentive to replenishing things. Bilal was very kind and helpful. My kids usually hate staying in hotels, but they liked it here.

Sammy and Benny, the managers on duty for my stay on May 20, 2024 were awesome. Very accommodating and considerate, willing to help. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Only stayed one night.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. I had stayed at a different local hotel the night before with the worse service. Check in was a breeze. The front desk laughed and joked. And the next morning she was still there and remembered the conversation.

Their 50 mile radius policy is should not be in the fine print. They should not allow people to book without their address. It is very inconvenient to learn about the policy once you have arrived.
