    The front staff and the breakfast staff were very nice to talk too and deal with. The breakfast was nice and I understand that it was complimentary, but I am a later one to want to allow the "rush" of people going first and I don't like to be around too many people. So when I went out most of the selection was empty. I can fully understand to not have waste, but I believe if it is offered that maybe it is stocked until the cutoff time. I also noticed many people taking the tiny cups to fill the waffle batter and the smaller cups were not anywhere near the proper amount of batter and so the customer would have to go back over and over to get more to fill the waffle maker enough all the while the cooking has started. This also prolongs the time for the next person to be able to use it. Also the batter was waaaaay too thick on the second day. I am not sure if it was left in the unit and not maintained properly or if the mix was made wrong. I would have thought it was pre-made and just poured into the machine for dispensing to the customer in the disposable cups. Also the cereal on day one seemed to be stale. The next two days were awesome and fresh tasting. The room was clean and nice. The staff was very accommodating. I was taken aback when I checked in being told that I had to pay to park my car on premises for my three days. This was $10.00 per day so a total of $30.00 for my stay. I stated that if I had known this as I don't believe it was listed on the website when I booked the room or as I had stated with the staff gal I would have looked elsewhere as that added onto my overall cost, I asked why I had to pay to park where I was paying to stay. I was told "because we are close to the airport". I am not sure what exactly that is supposed to mean in regards to charging for parking. Also, we had asked for help to stay on first floor due to my medical issues. The stay was very accommodating in my request to stay on first floor. We were told that there was only one room available on the first floor so I was overjoyed that they were able to allow us to stay in that room. The issue that came into play was the fact that our room was obviously on the ground level, the problem was it allowed people to stand just outside our room and smoke cigarettes' and the smoke and smell was pouring into our room while we laid in bed and all of a sudden we started to have trouble breathing. I personally pounded on the window and told the people to move away that I did not wish to smoke with them. The next night we had a similar experience except much worse. Again, laying in bed and all of a sudden, I thought the city dump mixed with a Godzilla sized toilet started to fill our room with the most awful smell ever!!! I got up and looked and there was a woman standing outside out window smoking marijuana. I immediately went up to the front desk and expressed my enormous displeasure having this introduced into my sanity, safety, and harmony of only wanting to be quite and at peace. This location utilizes an onsite security guard to patrol the grounds and I would guess the inside when needed. So they dispatched him right away.

    No drinking water anywhere in the room went downstairs and was charged $3.00 for a 16 oz bottle of drinking water. I had just arrived from the poorest countries in Asia, and all the hotels supplied the room with 2 bottles of drinking water. It was very cheap to find a hotel in the USA charging $3.00 for a bottle of water that cost .25 cents in the supermarket. Was not there long enough

    When I booked this hotel, I specifically asked for non feather pillows etc, as we are both allergic to feathers. All the pillows were feather, as was the quilt. Also, there were people in the hallway outside our room, talking, laughing and using bad language until midnight, and we needed to be up at 3:30am to catch our plane!! We are older, 86 and 75, so getting only an hour and a half sleep is NOT good! We also had a problem when we checked in. They said we had two room reservations for the same day, and even though I called you people three times that evening, no one there could help. I only hope you do NOT charge us for both reservations, because the second one was a fraudulent reservation! Nice room and nice bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and nicely appointed lobby.

    The beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking is terrible. They charge you $10 to park in their small lot but good luck finding a spot! Also, the handicap parking is on the backside of the building and not in front by the lobby. They charge a $150 deposit at check in. The free breakfast is until 10 am but when we went down at 9:30 it was a mess. Orange juice and pancake batter spilled all over the counter, all of the cups and utensils had not been stocked and the food was empty. The guy said he was “breaking it down” already, but about 20 other people showed up at the same we did so he brought out more food. Never wiped down the counter or tables though. Our room and bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The walls must be very thin because you can hear your neighbor’s phone notifications.

I also made a waffle, but after taking a closer look, I noticed a green-colored substance inside, which made me uncomfortable and unable to continue eating it.     The issues started before I even arrived; the quoted travel insurance was doubled from $4.50 to $9.00 at the time of booking. When I brought this to the attention of Hotels.com, they promised a refund that never actually happened. To make a bad situation worse, after being denied my room, I was forced to wait over two hours for a hotel shuttle just to get away from the property. It is predatory for a hotel to keep payment for a "ghost stay" that they made impossible to fulfill. Hotels.com has shown zero integrity by failing to resolve this clear service failure and a blatant billing discrepancy, hiding behind automated emails while I’m left out of pocket. Between the hotel’s dysfunctional management and the booking platform's refusal to stand behind the transaction, this was a total scam. Avoid this place.

    Dru the breakfast cook that works there is a great cook. The breakfast taste like you were eating at home in the kitchen. The grits are so creamy. The eggs is so fluffy. The bacon is cooked right the waffle mix is gray orange juice is on point. A great day the staff there are very nice and very helpful. Very clean and neat and nice. Stay when I do come back to visit Atlanta. I will stay there again.

    Stayed for one night for the airport shuttle. Upon entering our room, I found someone else’s makeup up that was left and not picked up by the cleaning crew. We had dinner around 8pm and it was not crowded, but they only had one waitress waiting all the tables and serving the bar. It would a little busy by the end of our meal and really require two people working, but it was still that one person waiting all the tables, takeout orders, and bartending so it took us 45 mins to receive our check. The really only good thing was the airport shuttle. There were stains on the couches in the lobby and everything felt dirty. Including our floor in our room was sticky too. It was fine for one night but we will never go back, even though we fly frequently. You get what you pay for.

    Everything was great but it was kinda frustrating that the desk lamp was unplugged and the tv stand desk combo can't be moved to plug it back it in. I had to move around a bit to charge my laptop and not have it overheat. I would advise that housekeeping makes sure to mop the whole floor as I tried to mop up some water under the night stand and ended up with a dark dirty spot. The ptec unit was kinda confusing to use at first since there's no real indication that it's operated by the thermostat but I looked up a manual.

    The room was good. A bit dated. It was a horrible stay due to the smell of smoke and the fumes of smoke. Burning eyes due to it. I called the front desk and they said they'd send someone up. She just walked around trying to figure out where it was coming from. This went on for about 2 hrs. Then a smoke alarm went off. Now 2 workers arecwondering the hall trying to figurevit out. I went to sleep to close my eyes, gotbup earlg and left. What an unpleasant stay. Don't bother tipping at the restaurant there. The chicken fingers that's supposed to be $12.99 is $18 after automatic gratuity is added. That's a lot more than 30%.

    The room was clean! Yes loved that. The staff was amazing, bar was great. Although it said the pool was open. When I arrived the pool was not indeed open yet. So that was the only downside & then when people said it was too loud. Well we are across the airport so maybe dont get the room if your going to get upset about the airplane noise. I was drunk so it didn’t affect me. & gym was great. Lobby was great. Front desk was friendly and kind.

    Cons: -older exterior of the hotel -noisy location. Because we could see one of the runways from the hotel, you can hear the noise of planes coming and going, and being right next to the freeway meant could hear a lot of the traffic noises, especially as some cars were accelerating rapidly.

    The hotel was decent enough but it seems that I spent my two days there living with a wasp nest. On the morning of check out I open the drapes and was attacked and stung by wasps. I have never been stung by wasps or bees before. My day was filled with anxiety not knowing if I was going to have an allergic reaction from the sting. My arm hurts and swollen my flight home was the worse in pain all the way.I am back home now just made and appointment to see my doctor.

    I stayed in room 628 and that room is in need of serious cleaning. The bathroom comes with a standing shower and the drain of the show is filled with mold and the base of the shower wasn't washed. The sheets smelled like they weren't properly washed however they appeared clean. Expedia charged me for my stay then Wyndham Garden charged my card again for the same stay. I called the front desk at 770-430-625 on the night of 3/21/26 and the representative for the night kept answering the call and leaving the line open without speaking to me. Very unprofessional environment

    the rooms were soaking wet from the water coming in from the rain because the windows aren’t sealed. they held a $150 deposit and NEVER returned it to my card.     I arrived at 8 and had to switch rooms because someone smoked in the room prior to my arrival (I’d selected a nonsmoking room specifically). In the room I was switched to, there was long hair on the towels and there was stains on the bedding. Only one elevator was operational for 6 floors, and it would also get stuck. Breakfast was okay, but every station was left completely uncovered for hours. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again unless you’re cool with 2 star hotels. Would rather sleep at the airport.

    The room was in good condition but the wait time to be checked in was ridiculous. It was one attendant trying to check in at least 25 people. The elevator smelled very old and moldy going to my room, then checking out it smelled like weed. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant and trying his best to get everyone squared away as quick as possible. But I guess this is what to expect for the price.

    Checked in at front desk at 11pm and asked for a quiet room. They gave me room the room just behind the front desk, I think #101? When I questioned the location and how loud it seemed from the lobby, they said it that room was known as one of the quietest in the property. IT WAS HORRIBLE EVEN WITH MY EAR PLUGS!! When I checked out and told the person at front desk she was shocked that was the room I was given. Very disappointed in your service. Oh and then in the morning at 7:45am, they ran out of eggs!!!! Whoever is in charge there should be fired along with the person who oversees them!!!

    Immediately upon entering the facility everything was very clean .. checking in Shaun Lee had the most welcoming energy. Any staff we came into contact with was pleasant even the cleaning crew. I dont remember the womans name at check out but she was very empathetic and accommodating. I loved the entire stay. I’ll definitely be back. HOWEVER consider extending breakfast for another hour or so. But the food and setup was great also.

    My stay was nice except for my check-in problem. I wasn’t informed of payment cards accepted and when I used other cards I was constantly told the payment was declined I had to leave my function to come to the hotel to check in. the lady on the desk was hard to understand over The phone as she had a thick accent. She also was no very helpful or hospitable. Her customer service needs training. We had to come in to show her the card as well as show her the funds on the cards . It was obvious she had made an error, however she wanted to be argumentative with a long line of customers in the lobby. I understand she may have been frustrated due to the line and the phone ringing. I also think that since the meeting area is not private $400 was extremely over priced. Especially since we only needed it for an hour. We were forced to spend more time that needed due to the cost. The price was outrageous.

    I had a very nice overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, and my room was perfect in every way. The restaurant in the lobby was also an added treat. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The property itself was clean and comfortable—not overly fancy, but it had everything we needed. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since it rained during our stay, but it looked well maintained. The gym was well equipped, though it did have a noticeable odor. The only downside was that during our three-night stay, housekeeping never serviced our room, even though we were out for most of the day. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

    The hotel itself was ok, but the sheets were disgusting. Had dried up blood. Had to go to the front desk and get new sheets and change the entire bedding ourselves because housekeeping was gone for the evening.

    The only negative was the new manager didn’t know how to ‘manage’ placing guests in rooms. GUESTS before me were placed in a dirty room (before staff was able to clean after someone else left). The manager placed GUESTS in a new room but didn’t enter it correctly so when I checked in, I was keyed for the same room. I walked in the GUESTS room and thank you Jesus they were just relaxing. We had to get that corrected IMMEDIATELY. The wait staff was extremely apologetic. All else was good.

    The 2 of the 3 lamps in our room didn’t work. We arrived on Friday and they didn’t come to clean our room or replace our towels until Monday. They were very busy due to there being some type of biker convention. So when they all checked out there were a lot of rooms for them to clean and get ready for the next guest but they still shouldn’t neglect the guests that are still checked in. The pool was open, clean and very fun and the staff were overall nice.

    The only thing I didn't like was it was right on the street where a red light is, so the constant traffic noise. If you live in the city, however, and not the country, the noise probably wouldn't bother you at all. It just depends what "noise" one is used to hearing all the time.

    Everything was nice, but they have false advertisement. Before I booked the hotel, they said breakfast was included. Once I booked the hotel and finalize booking with payment, they sent me a email and text to update me on changes, that breakfast wasn't included. That is false advertisement. I only book hotels that include breafast.

    The furnishings were nice. The staff was cordial as well. Late at night the bathroom began to emit a methane odor. We had to close it off and stuff towels under the door. It eventually got better. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Noise level was also surprisingly good.
