Nothing This place is shocking - I am actually shocked booking.com even list this place. The rooms are filthy, bed cover with burn holes in, hairs just disgusting. The room smelled heavily of smoke, the bathroom was unclean and the toilet blocked. This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life out of 34 years of travelling. Do not book this hotel.

The hotel need to be remodeled and they need to spray for bugs.

For the price you pay for what you get. Bugs (NOT ROACHES) but brown bugs were hopping out the tub. Towels were stained really bad. There is nothing special about this hotel/motel. We couldn’t find the remote for two different rooms.

Wasn’t even able to stay in the room wasn’t decent living conditions! Sheets had burn holes. Furniture and ac were broken. There was bugs gave flea vibes! Still waiting for a refund and I purchased room insurance! Worse hour of my life and most of that was waiting for an associate to come and assist! Absolutely horrible experience made me late to my business event I drove 13 hours to get to! Tried to call and see if I could check in early so I wouldn’t have that problem but of course when I called I was just left on hold and not the hold button just left the phone on the counter!

The accommodations were in an unacceptable state. The bedding exhibited burn marks and holes. The door displayed significant deterioration at the base, allowing for a noticeable draft and visibility from the hallway. I was compelled to request a room change due to a pervasive cigarette odor, and unfortunately, the subsequent room presented even more severe issues. I possess photographic evidence to substantiate these claims.

Room had an awful smell and very strong cigarette scent. The AC vent had garbage/particles inside and was dirty so I didn’t even turn it on. There were food particles on the table and on the menu inside the room. The bed sheets were stained. The toilet tank was broken.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. The hotel is disgusting. Blankets are dirty, the bathrooms have a lot of stains and rusted areas and fungus everywhere. AC is not working properly, no refrigerator. And overall it's not refundable. We're not friendly at all. Don't even try it.

SHUTTLE is Important since I was arrive from Airport -- I called hotel -- they said OH, No Shuttle !! so I lost $20 and wait for UBER -- when I arrived i try to be ok -- they seemed indifferent -- I thought oh, since it would be safer (they kept office locked even at 12 noon) because my bags had no place there to keep-- I said ok since no shuttle i can be ok just let me checkin when u can instead of 3 pm -- then i try to shower -- its NOT WORKING -- they had Stuck a Plastic Cup over shower head !! i think ok --tub -- nbut no drain plug -- so there i was kneeling in tub --im 65 btw -- using plastic cup to "birdbath" -- this is NO GOOD !! then when i go to checkout at just before 11AM when i close to office door with my several bags they Yell -- OFFICE closed !! i HAD IT after that -- i say nothing but now i TELL what Jerks they are -- shbe FULL REFUND -- they no NOTHING about customer needs -- they should NOT be in hotel business !!

The place reaked of pot and cigarettes. The guy told me he would give me a refund. I'm seeing if he keeps his promise. Went next door to a very clean large room for only $10 more. I felt very unsafe there. Too many bums hanging out front and around the building. This place needs to be torn down.

During my brief stay at the lodge, I encountered several unsatisfactory conditions that compromised my comfort. Despite the prompt check-in, my room had persistent blinking lights, insects in the bathroom, and dirty towels. These unpleasant experiences left me uneasy and compelled me to sleep on the bed sheets until I left. I will prioritize comfort in future accommodations and pay a premium for a superior sleeping environment.

The place is a dump. We would not even stay there. I still had to pay for the first night which was not happy about. Check in is a small door to a bullet proof glass. The bedroom when we opened the door smelled and burn marks and stains on the bed sheets. We left immediately. No pictures on your website even look like what it truly is. Wyndham should not be associated with this hotel as it brings down there quality.

Basically it was like staying in used public housing… or maybe like a Third World country that just obtained power two months ago.

The room was infested with roaches and no heat in the room customer service at the desk so bad.

I had reserved my room the same day but probably about 8 hours before I arrived, when I arrived i was told that they didn't have a room for me and when i said i had a reservation he said I wouldn't want the room. When I arrived to the room it smelled like smoke and was not made but I had no where else to go and it was 20 degrees outside.

I dont think the room was cleaned at all, there was weed tid bits on the bedside table from someone previously packing a bowl i would assume. There was no pillow cases on the pillows and im pretty sure the floor wasnt vacuumed, there was also some dude trying to get into our room, aggressively trying to open the door handle... eventually left and then came back doing the same thing until my boyfriend pounded on the door for him to stop. I did not feel safe there at all... i should've known better than to stay there but i didnt have many options.

Well where do I start? I was in room 129. My door had no latch lock, the restroom was filthy as hell with a huge hole in the floor of the bathroom wall. Also the rooms are none smoking to have burn holes on the spreads. No microwave or at least a fridge. The ac filter was extremely black. The shower curtains have mold . Towels dirty like they were just refolded. Curtains were moldy just all around a terrible stay

The lot itself had some drug addicts wondering around. The room didn’t have a microwave, or a mini refrigerator. The beds were small and seem like they were full size beds and queens. The remote to the tv was breaking apart, and the sheets on the beds had stains on them. Well it look like stains but because the first stain I noticed I felt it and it felt hard. Sleeping wise the people there seem like they never sleep. There were people arguing 3:00am in the morning and it wouldn’t stop. It made me feel unsafe because idk if they were gonna fight or start shooting. Even though they gave me what I asked for the environment was terrible.

I stayed in the second building from the front the older black house keeper I watched her for 2 weeks working so hard from early mornings to late nights I hope you guys give her a raise in pay because she deserves it she's so sweet and makes sure her rooms are clean. The only good thing I can say is it wasn’t roach-infested. We arrived at dusk to a sketchy scene—people hanging around, young women on the corner, and heavy foot traffic. The first room reeked of pot, had stained bedding, a toilet lid that didn’t fit, and a bathtub separating from the wall with brown stains. Calls to the front desk went unanswered; when we complained in person, we were told we could just cancel. We checked four other rooms—every bathroom looked the same. Floors were sticky, the kind where your shoes catch with every step. A security guard on site told us locals lived there, which explained a lot. We finally found a room without smoke odor, but it still had dingy washcloths, no fridge, no microwave, no chairs, and a toilet that shifted because it wasn’t bolted down. The only seating was the bed, so we piled all our belongings onto the table to avoid the filthy floor. Out of two nights booked, we endured one. It simply wasn’t worth staying longer—comfort at home was far better than this misery. If you’re desperate, you can sleep here, but don’t expect comfort or cleanliness. For anyone with a choice, keep looking. This was not the hotel for us or anyone else!!!.

It was a horrible experience as far as communication with customer service staff the room was dirty. There was water marks in the ceiling from dripping the bathtub had to ring around it that was supposedly from the previous tenants who was stated by the employees lived there six months. They’re also has no fridge no microwave in the room and it was very toxic and dirty and like mysteriously dangerous outside people sitting on the parking lot homeless people walking around

My main issue was that found multiple roaches in my room during my stay. After killing my third bug after checking in, I kept all my luggage in my car.Return to the hotel that night and sighted additional bugs. Did not stay my additional night. Upon leaving to explore the city, it’s was pretty evident that this property is located on the “ho stroll” so I lowered my “low” expectations.

I thought I had an apartment until I got here then I had to get this hotel cause I had spent all of my money. No microwave, no refrigerator, no iron nor ironing board. Phone didn’t work and people peeking in your window worst place to stay

This hotel property is the worst one that I ever seen in America. Prostitutes on the outside of the gate. Ladies, naked in the window of the neighboring hotel facing where I was. Black men with guns hanging out of their pocket and belt. Their foreign staff was ignorant. I wanted a refund and did not want to check in. The front desk staff said they won’t check me in or give me a refund. Therefore, they basically stole my entire room charge and booking fee. They refused to check me into the hotel. I booked it through Expedia, who was no help at all. The first day they claimed they were trying to make a resolution. And now it has been a week and I never heard nothing else from it in reference to will I get a refund or free room stays elsewhere. This was a big mistake. This hotel is very dirty and a lot of strange people walking through the parking lot. It is extremely dirty. It’s so bad they dont let customers into the lobby. You have to go to a side door and talk through a thick glass window. The room and bathroom just dingy dirty. I booked it for five nights and cancelled after the first night and got out of there. It’s not in a good area. I’m very surprised this hotel is an option. Stay at your own risk.

This is one of many horrible experiences i have had this year alone with this property. I consistently report all the issues but no one ever follows up on them. 1st thing is i booked a King Non Smoking room. They gave me a Full size bed ( picture) that reaped of smoke. This visit, the neighbors next to me were fighting where the male physically assaulted a female. 2 housekeeping attendants were right in the middle of it. I went to the office and requested to be relocated to another room. The Front Desk associate denied me and told me if their was an issue that i needed to call the police. I left in disappointment and went back to my room. About 1 hour later i was preparing to shower and was bare in my room and another guest opend my door with a key while i was naked! He sold the room to another guest!! I called Hotels.com and they immediately moved me to Red Roofs Inn across the street. While i am thankful for the move...i have been inconvenienced many times over. Their should be something done above this as i am an avid Hotels.com patron.

I ended up there bc canceled flight (like hundreds more), and hotels were already full bc of a concert and a sporting event. I would have been safer and more comfortable on the airport floor.

I requested a non smoking room....i received a smoking one. Burnholes all over the top sheet, toilet filrhy, tub damaged and filthy, roaches crawling. I went to lobby several times, no one there. Once i was assisted, i asked for some new sheets, they never bought them. My feet were black from the floors not being mopped or cleaned. I do have pictures for reference.

We got to the hotel at night to check in and there we loads of people walking around and a few hostiles, though not the hotels fault but still felt unsafe in the are for both nights of my stay. Once we got into the room there were burn holes in the blankets and roaches. We tried to be hopeful and turned the tv on for it to be broken and only half of the tv worked. Okay that’s fine I can live without. But once we walked into the bathroom the back of the door had a giant hole in it! I drew the line at that because I didn’t want any extra charges for damages that were there prior to my group being there. We got a room change and once we walked in the smell was horrible like smoke and mildew, the blankets were shredded (it looked like there could’ve been some kind of animal in there) only 1 roach, it was tolerable but we definitely asked to have different bedding and we were only accommodated with one blanket instead of the two we asked for because they apparently didn’t have enough blankets that weren’t shredded. I would definitely not choose to stay here again!!!

The whole hotel experience was awful. I think Wyndham should rethink on putting their name on this Travelodge because they will lose their reputation. Horrible customer service and property poorly maintained

Disrespectful staff dismissed concerns and requests to resolve dirty sheets, roaches, smoke odor and ashes in non-smoking room. CAUTION: Staff will provide a complaint form but not acknowledge receipt when Hotels.com or Expedia follow up for a refund on your behalf. When I approached the staff about my concerns, they told me "you've been in the room too long to change rooms now". This was ~90 minutes used to open all doors/window to let smoke odor out, make a trip to the store for Fabreeze and a candle for smoke odor and finally pull back the bedspread to get into bed. I requested a new sheet to change my own, "no, we don't have sheets at 9pm". Learn from this... if you want to rent a 'party room' for a few hours, you'll love this place. Everything else AVOID.

House keepers are lazy and dont clean the rooms right,no wash rags,dirty bathtub and roaches

Don’t stay here until they get the roach situation under control. First red flag was when I checked in, another customer was complaining about the same thing and the front desk person was saying, “The people that last stayed in the room probably brought them in”.

Total experience was horrible .from rude check in , suspensions of quality of cleanliness.

The room was NOTHING like what was promoted on hotel.com . It stunk of cigarette smoke , the mirror was broken , the tub was dirty . It was terrible

This has to be the worst of places I’ve stayed in. 1. roach invested 2. No microwave 3. No refrigerator 4. No linen 5. Bathroom was dirty 6. Loud noise all night even on a snow day in Atlanta 6. Police officer was onsite when I arrived, was the clue that this was not going to be a good stay 7. I checked out a day early and still got charged full price surreal. 8. This place needs end to end inspection

Not very friendly. Rooms were old, bedding looked worn and unclean.

Stuck in Atlanta overnight and this was a last minute cheap book. The nonsmoking rooms do smell like smoke and there’s a whole lot of smoke of a different kind in the breezeways. While waiting for my rideshare at 4am, two men who were not hotel guests entered the night desk space with me. A security guard immediately came to monitor but without his presence, I would not have felt safe.

The property was convenient. Being there during that slight winter storm. On Friday 1/10. We left to get food to come back to no power. When power finally came on. We went into our room. I went to the bathroom and noticed there were a lot of bugs in the tub. I went to tell my husband and noticed there was one on the bed. I know I didn't bring them. Anyways yeah I won't be staying here ever again

This place is the worse. It’s not clean, my towels were dirty. Went to ask for more, staff says he doesn’t have more since they didn’t do laundry. I voiced my displeasure and he said I’m free to get a refund, which I said ok I’ll meet you in the lobby. My wife said don’t worry about it since we’re already here. No one was at the desk when I arrived. Waited over 15 minutes until they came back. Smoke detector was beeping loud as hell. Heat barely worked. Room smelled like recent smoke. Bedding had holes in it from what looked like cigarette ash falling on it. No free breakfast. It said it on the site though. I only used this place for a quick overnight stay to make an early flight. That’s the only thing I would suggest it for, and that’s a last resort. Stay away

Room reeked of smoke, AC no heat, floor filthy, door lock busted, no tissue dispenser, tv weird colors, prostitute in parking lot, no peephole cover, chair was 3rd hand garbage quality. On the other hand, at least there was hot water and soap to sanitize anything before touching. This property should be condemned!

Horrible

The only thing I like about the property is the TV that I can use my apps to watch TV other than that there was no microwave there was nothing and the roaches kept looking at me and the people outside kept fighting and arguing it was not a good experience

This hotel was nasty. Full of roachs, blood was on the wall and ceiling. Holes in the wall just plan ass nasty. I want my money back didn’t stay there

Worst hotel I’ve been in in 40 years. Bugs. Smelled of cig smoke. No desk chair. Noisy - people beep beeping car locks all night. Panhandlers on property. Terrible battered furniture in room. Cig burns on bath fixtures. Floor sticky. Mirror shattered. No clothes hangers.

Also the room smelt like cigarettes - we left at 2am after seeing the cockroaches come out - we were only in the room for about 2 hours and slept in our car. I demand a full refund. Contact me on 2566069620 or I will post photos or cockroaches and blame both Travelodge and Expedia

I checked in and checked right out. I never stayed. The room was filthy and was infested with roaches. I got my money back and left. I would not recommend anyone to stay there

My room had roaches. I killed at least 3 of dem. The toliet was also broke.

Worst experience at a hotel or motel of my life. I had signed up for a "nonsmoking" room, but when I arrived, every single room the property had available was absolutely drenched in smoke. The manager showed me about 8 different rooms, and said, "we tell people not to smoke, but they do anyway. Hey, it's a budget motel." As I can't tolerate cigarette smoke, I asked for a refund, as I was not going to be able to stay at this property, and filled out a refund request. The property refused to give me a refund even though they failed to offer me a suitable room, and I was not able to stay there. Additionally, there were many sketchy characters hanging around the property, several of whom approached me asking me for money, and I would not have felt safe in these motel rooms, where the windows and doors opened onto the parking lot that felt quite unsafe. In fact, the reception area itself was kept locked, because obviously even the management doesn't feel safe there, and has to come to the door and unlock it for each guest's arrival. Do not stay here!

The place was disgusting. Cigarette burns all over the room, bedspreads torn, bugs in beds and on floor.

They did not have a room that was fit to stay in. It was full of roaches and reeked of cigarette smoke (I'm allergic). I was told I would not be charged, but was. Now I need to sort out the charges. Expedia should not carry this property until changes are made.

Don't stay at Travelodge College Park Georgia. It's bad business that cons and cancel pre reservation from 3rd parties to force cash payments at higher rates. You have to pay before viewing the roach infested, dirty rooms with leaking ceiling & moldy, non working tubs. Unless you are use to living in theses environments. If you complain then they deny alternatives, compensation & the services purchased via manipulation of random reasons and don't refund, exchange or honor the truth of the placation they formed to take your money. Don't visit, don't stop by, don't go near this or any motel near by. They are all the same family with the same hustle asTravelodge College Park braggs on about.

The room was filled with roaches. The floors were sticky and had debris. I ordered a non-smoking room and it stunk of smoke. There were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot outside the door all night, talking to themselves.

It was ok but old and run down.

I was shocked at how dirty and broken this room and hotel was. The floors were dirty and not finished. There was a missing transition between the main area and bathroom. I saw atleast 3 roaches in the room. The shower/tub surround was broken and dirty. The room was very dark. The sheets and blankets were stained and gross. I was so disgusted by this room that I checked out at 2 am after trying to sleep in my clothes on top of the bed. There was alot of noise from people hanging out in the parking lot until 2am. This hotel seems to be in a bad part of town too. Two police cruisers were parked in front of the hotel as I left. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in or booked.

Bad area

The check in was smooth and easy. When I arrived in my room it smelled wonderful.. then I went to where I was sleeping and it was burn holes in the cover and dead roaches on the bed. More dead roaches on the floor but like the pest control sprayed the rooms but the housekeeping people didn’t come clean up the dead bugs. So please beware that this hotel is infested with roaches. They are living in the crevices behind the walls and everything so please be careful.

The place was infested with roaches, the bathroom was dirty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke the floors was nasty and after a roach crawled on the bed we left at 3:00am and asked for a refund. I would never recommend nor stay at this motel. It was Horrible

It had roach in the room the bed sheet not clean and the floor was so dirty you walk around and your sock was so dirty the floor they don’t mop the floor it was so terrible you have guest stand in front for you all night long I will never go back to that Travelodge

the room was low end but put together. the problem is infestation. i turned on the lights in first room i was placed with, room#132, and it had critters that scattered across the floors, into & under the furniture, including a gapping whole in the arm chair. I wanted to see how much of an infestation i would be dealing with before i decide to stay. i left cookies on the floors and furniture to bring out the infestation. i left for the store to get bug spray for an hour. when i returned all treats were covered with critters. i sprayed the treats, but many bugs escaped under the furniture and cracks. I left the room to request a new room. i was given a new room#203. this room looked and smelled better. i walked across the street to get something to eat. when i returned i sat in the corner chair while i eat my food. after 10-minute i notice a baby critter crawling on top of the covers of the bed where i sat my food container. then i looked around and notice more crawling on the railings and chair arm next to my arm before i moved it. i gathered my things and returned the room key to the front desk, letting the clerk know i would not be comfortable staying on the property anymore. I was told, he would let the manager know in the morning. when i called later that morning i was told by a representative that the manager would be in around 10am or 11am. i called later to find out the manager wouldnt return until monday morning. I found out online i was charged for someone else stay.
