The location is great if you need to be near the airport. Highway sounds and planes are flying over because you are literally across the loop from the airport. The people are great. The key didn't work at first, and when I took it back to get it fixed, the lady came to the room with me to make sure it worked. I was not bothered by anyone thru the night. The room also had a walk-in shower, which was great for me because it's hard for me to get into a tub. The flooring is gorgeous, and the room is just great. Also, the price is great! Couldn't get any better! The noise from planes and traffic really didn't bother me, I'm use to it. But if you're looking for silence, it's not the place to stay. The mattress and pillows were not soft. That's really the only thing I did not like about it.

The room was clean to look at, my new white socks were filthy walking on the floor, No coffee pot if anyone is wanting to use it, For complimentary toiletries there was soap and shampoo only This hotel is only a $50 hotel night in my opinion

The hotel was about what you would expect for ~$50 / night. The room was pretty spacious. The bathroom was very small and crammed with the sink outside of the bathroom and in the open space with the bed and the rest of the furniture. There were some weird stains on the lower part of some of the walls. One down side was that there was nowhere to fill a water bottle. There was a TV in my room, but the remote was covered in something very sticky.

The rooms are nice , actually they aren’t what Ive seen from Super 8 which Im saying is actually really good ! The location is actually VERY GOOD many quick eats and maybe 3 sit down & eats all nothing more than 7mins , This hotel is on the STRIP & if you know what that really mean then You probably will be prepared for what you might see. I didn’t like maybe just one or two there is a $50 DEPOSIT! Yes and I didn’t see this nowhere until checkin. The TV ! Its only 3/4 channels and that was soo unfortunate. We didnt watch tv really . I say again unfortunately.!!

Getting in and out of there was a little difficult because of the location, but otherwise the experience was great.

The area is quite rough, not very safe. The card keys didn't work, had to keep going to get them refreshed and then replaced. Got no daily housekeeping, asked on the 2nd day for towels at reception, they never came, asked again the following day, nothing came, after 3rd time of asking finally got some!! Had to clean the shower before I used it, had hairs everywhere and stains on the walls! Will not be staying here again!! :(

The front desk staff were nice. The room smelled like dog hair, the heat was not working, the shower curtain had mold. The tv was on when I came into the room because it cannot be turned off with the remote. It had to be turned off manually.

Nothing about the hotel the pictures was miss leading only the front desk was like the online picture. The hotel was trying to get me to sign my signature where it didn’t say sign here nor did it say initial here, so I question why am I signing something that’s clearly doesn’t say sign here nor do it have information about what I’m signing.

They provided pre-packaged mini muffins that went quickly. The door wasn't insulated at all, cold air and you could see through the crack. The heat was off in freezing weather, room was ~50F when I showed up. The place was covered in poor patchup jobs on the walls and ceiling. And the TV didn't work.

The desk manager Muhanmmad was exceptionally polite, efficient, professional, and courteous. He even made me a cup of tea at check-in!

This place should be condemned. Shame on hotels.com for having such a terrible place on their website. I want a full refund, I wouldn’t even use the towels in this place. I waited until I got back to the airport to wash up. Absolute nightmare.

The room was outdated. The bed was comfortable, but that’s about it’s the sink was clogged. The water pressure was low. It took three weeks to get my deposit back. I only ended up a staying one if the two nights I reserved.

These deposits aren't showing as 'pending' like deposits usually do, they were posted like debit purchases immediately. I'm currently working on trying to get these back, but I'm fearful they're just gone. - The rooms were NOT cleaned. The beds were, but a previous visitor's trash was still in the trash can and in one of the drawers of my room in particular, as well as clothing items and a dozen or so dead flies/gnats. The furniture was all completely damaged and covered in scratches and years worth of wear-and-tear. Makes me wonder what they even do with the deposits. - Not entirely sure what was wrong with the A/C, but it IMMEDIATELY made my entire nose/throat burn as soon as it came on. The shower had no divider between the toilet, and i was given one bsth tiwel. Only one lamp worked in the room and thete weren't even light bulbs in the other lamps.

Close to airport. Overall a little rough around the edges. Dirty, dark, lobby has no amenities. Seems to be in a bad neighborhood, the uber guy that picked us up was laughing at us for staying there. They have lights pointing right to the windows which made it very bright when trying to sleep.

Stayed at deluxe rooms, they are nice and renovated, spacious and clean. The bad. Parking was full. The front guy said because of aiport parking during holiday. Didnt understood that. You should have enough parking. Door lock didnt feel secure enough.

Property being refurbished. Our room was nice and updated but areas were very down. Also our door did not properly shut. Locked but caused much worrying.

Property was clean when we got there, it smelled strongly of cleaner. It was good for the price we paid. It is slightly inconvenient to get in/out of the entrance to the parking lot as the road has a median right in front of entrance way, isn’t too bad once you get it figured out. It is very convenient that there is a Waffle House really close by to grab a bite to eat. Although if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend staying here as we could very loudly hear the planes flying overhead. Overall 3/5 stars.

Overall the stay was decent. The doors not properly closing had me nervous but the room was as advertised otherwise and it was thankfully safe and quiet despite the area so I'm very grateful for that concern. Would likely stay there again.

Love the upgrades and remodel. Stayed a week and had no issues checking in or extending my stay. They even accommodated me when i asked for a later check out close to my sons flight time! Friendly attitudes and easy process. Thank you!

Do not stay here! I was in my way back from Europe and had to stop through Atlanta for my flight home the next day. Just needed a clean safe place to rest before my early morning flight. I have pictures- black mold in bathroom, baby roaches, door did not lock completely, stains on walls and floor, dust everywhere. I trust Wyndham properties but did not know this was independently owned. If I were not absolutely exhausted from flying all night and day I would have changed hotels but it is posted no refunds after 15 minutes, and I was so exhausted I had no energy to drag all my luggage to another hotel.

It was convenient to the airport. There is a lot of transients that seem to be there with some of them up through the night. Some slamming of doors and walking heavy upstairs. Kids were up later at night running around on the balconies too. It worked for us because we needed a place to relax and get showers during our flight holdover. The bed is very comfortable. The linens are older, but definitely clean. The room was clean. The staff were very polite and respectful. Quick check-in. Good shampoo & soap provided. There are numerous cameras around the parking lot. Staff do monitor those cameras. TV in the room did not work. Not something that was a concern for us personally. Left early, so no info on breakfast.

I didn’t get my $100 deposit back after I left and I left my $200 MK coat that I also wasn’t able to redeem and other personal belongings. All the restaurants I went to get food nearby didn’t have food available to serve plus I was threatened by local people in the area when trying to go to these restaurants. So I was not able to sleep there for the night I had to leave and go to another hotel plus the phone in the room was not working so I was not able to get in contact with the person I was sharing the room with.

Immediately upon checkin we noticed the door was disgusting. The bed was wet and floors were covered in dirt/debris. The wall had a black soot covering, pillows were yellow, light switch had a dark film and the room stunk really bad. We immediately went to front desk thinking it was a mistake and we were accidentally given a room that had not yet been cleaned. The man at the front desk yelled at us and told us we must have gotten the room dirty even though he knew he had just given us the key 10 minutes prior. He was completely unprofessional and very rude. He would not allow us to switch rooms nor give us a refund. He was very confrontational and we left.

Immediately upon checkin we noticed the door was disgusting. The bed was wet and floors were covered in dirt/debris. I booked a king bed non-smoking room and the desk clerk confirmed that with me. He then asked me would I take a double bed instead and that it was non smoking. I said ok that’s fine. He sent me to Room 241 I entered the room and it wreaked of smoke on top of the room being completely dirty with burns and stains on the chair. The beds looked slept in. I went back and informed the desk clerk that the room is unacceptable and that I would like the room I booked. He showed me two rooms and told me I would have to pay an additional charge if I wanted to book one of the rooms. I did not agree to pay an up charge and he told me he doesn’t have any rooms available. Two other men came trying to meditate the situation and I was livid at that point because I had my 7 month old baby and I with late and cold. The desk clerk then jumps in my face telling me to shut up and I absolutely felt unsafe uncomfortable with 3 men and me alone with my baby. I ended up getting a full refund but they do not need to be in business with poor customer service and ran down rooms.

they gave me a broke old dirty room and they had all the new rooms empty they could've put me in the new rooms they had available if im paying 140 for one night

Arrived and had issues right away. Forst the girl in front of us was taking time.worh the front desk because Even though the website says you can check in with a dog. If you pay a seventy, got $5 fee. She kept telling her that no. She can't check in and when she asked for a refund. She said that she can't help her to call a different number. Then when I went to check in? I was told the room that I paid for isn't a room that's available when I paid for 2 beds that I was all. I'm going to get one bed and I was like. But that's not what I paid for and she's like well. This is all I have. So we go to the room and realize it's dirty. The sink is dirty there's hair on the pillows. There's hair on the hole of the bathroom floor the refrigerator is not plugged in so it's like warm and smelly and I call and I complain and they offer to give me the room that I paid for which I don't know why they didn't give it to me to begin with and we go to that room which is also dirty. You could tell the floors have not been mopped in a long time. They turn your socks black. There's hair all over everywhere. When we pulled the comforter down in one of the beds, there was literally like black dirt and stuff all through the white sheet. It's and the comforters looked kind of moldy. Also half of the hotels under construction so you can't even go to the regular front desk. You have to go to a room in the back that they converted to an office. The tubs were both rustes. The stay was great and the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.. my only concern that in the back the parking is kind of tight bout overall my stay was good with a good price.

The office staff was outside drinking alcohol and smoking hookah when we arrived and the first room we were given was horrible the bed had a big dip in the middle and very uncomfortable the restroom shower didn’t work properly and it had roaches so I requested another room and was given another room with no issues but this room was a little better no roaches but the bed was just as uncomfortable with the same dip in the middle and the shower was the same as the other room but in this room the tv didn’t work so the front desk sent someone to the room to fix the tv it came on showed one tv show until the commercial came on and the tv went back out so my husband and I had to watch tv off our tablet for our stay from Friday-Monday needles to say I willi never go back to that place

I have no words. This was the worst hotel stay ever. Dirty, went without water for a day, dirty bedding, dirty towels, unsafe, got locked out everytime we left due to keys stopped working. Definitely not what they advertised.

The property has bugs in the bathroom roaches to be exact one was in my infants bag so I had to check out early. Very sad. The cleaning staff uses no industrial cleaning supplies or disinfectant. I would not recommend to anyone I am all the way from NY to stay for my uncle's wedding and I ended up staying in his house instead.

Not good stay very dirty should have been free

Renovations currently happening in one area of hotel, but that was not the cause of the general unkempt feeling of building, or the filth of the room. Found a “cleaning person” in room on arrival with door locked with the swing bar, 2 hours after check-in time; it seemed they were simply hanging out in room. Shower drain clogged with an abundance of hair and matter, dental floss in toilet (so not even flushed by “cleaning person”) and a few other things that generally would be caught by a real cleaning crew, like major stains on the walls. I took the place as a cut-rate hotel for a quick overnight stay, no expectations of luxury, just bare bone accommodation, however, basic cleaning is expected at any place accepting money. No concern from front desk when deficiencies pointed out. Don’t turn off TV, the signal will be lost and need re-established. Right off if highway and Tesla destination charger just a quarter mile away at a vegan friendly (Indian food inspired) restaurant.

Its ran down, not clean, tubs are horrible, smells like dog. The bedding was not clean. Wont recommend staying here to anyone.

There was splintered glas in the bed which cutmy foot open.

The worst hotel I've ever visited in my life. Since you arrive, it looks like an abandoned hotel, almost in ruins. I don't know how it can be on the Expedia platform. I spent two hours at the airport waiting for the airport shuttle because I called the hotel twice and they told me that they were already on their way to pick me up. Then I arrived by Uber and when I arrived I could see that their two shutter vans are destroyed they are in front of the hotel, it looks like a junk yard. The hotel is very bad. Check-in is done in a room, garbage and debris everywhere. It has no lighting. There is no control of who enters, on several occasions I saw people (homeless) from the street inside the hotel. The dirty room, with a bad smell, full of insects. In the bed there was a small insect that was itchy, I have stings all over my body. Terrible customer service. Expidia should send an inspector to that hotel so they can see that what I am saying is true. It was a torture instead of vacation.

Bathroom was Dirty. The parking lot was awful property was hard to get to.

This place is a dump. No one can even get ahold of the manager.

I had a room reserve there. Got there to check in, they had sold the room to someone else. And and then tell me they called me to tell me about a deposit the clerk said that I hung the phone up on them. They told me the time they called me was at 5pm. Well i was on the plane traveling to Atlanta, so i couldn't have hung up on them because i was in the sky. Ahowed my plane ticket to prove it. The lady is a liar and lied to the other staff about her job duties before she left. I had to book room somewhere else because they were sold out.
