The hotel needs a facelift to start. I was unimpressed with the facility due to cleanliness, inside the hallway even to the restrooms. The front of house staff (assistant manager- gentleman) was RUDE! I asked for extra towels, never received them, and I spoke with the Housekeeping management. My last day of checkout, I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk, who assured me that I could do a late checkout for 12 noon so that I could use the shuttle to get to the airport. He confirmed that it was fine, after checking my room number. I came down for breakfast later that morning, and saw the housekeeping manager about the airport transportation times. Explain I was doing a late checkout and that’s some given point or time she spoke with management and they called my room number to tell me that I could not do a late checkout due to them needing to turn all the rooms because they were fully booked. Although use third-party services to book, I was definitely disappointed by the level of professionalism. Also to add when I checked in they stated that the pool was closed via sign. I asked why they said because of failing state inspection. Very distasteful. Also was told airport transportation came every 10 minutes to the hour and every 40 minutes to the hour transportation was extremely late by over 30 minutes.

The entire hotel from what I was able to see was dirty! From the carpet to the room.. the bed had stuff on it and the sheets were wrinkled like someone was already in there. The bathroom had someone else hair throughout the bathroom. Dead bugs were by the heating unit. The door to the room would half way work, I had to scan the card like 6 times before it would open. The door to get in on the side was half working too and hard to open . It’s very run down for the price… then we have to pay to park after already spending $100 for the room. Then it’s 1 microwave for the entire building!!!!!! That’s so insane! And not mentioned when booking! It was not what I was expecting and then they had comfort inn photos for their photos smh! Overall wouldn’t stay there again!!

I was so disappointed, the airport shuttle is non existent. We had to ask every shuttle if they know where that one was, we ended up taking the shuttle for the hotel across the street and had to walk through a ditch with 4 suitcases and across the street, there was nobody at desk when we checked in and 2 other people waiting. When we finally checked in the room was sketchy- we could hear everything outside our room and vice versa. My husband went to grab waters and said he could hear me in the shower. Extremely disappointed for that being a Hilton, I’ve stayed in better motel 6.

The bathroom door room 337 could even close let alone lock. There were no cups or ice bucket available in room. Only a water bottle refill station in the lobby and I do not travel with water bottles for the whole family.

Very nice staff in the building. The early morning shuttle driver dropped us at the wrong terminal even after we said the international side multiple times. The facilities also spelled bad.
- 1.5/5
The room had working A/C. Some ladies underwear on the bathroom floor. Tub scoured black with dirt, what looked like mold growing in the corners of the tub. First shower I've taken where I felt dirtier getting out. Lobby was demolished. Smelled like sewage. Room right next to reception desk with phone ringing all night. People running up and down the halls screaming all night. Some senile old man was outside the front doors yelling at people as they walked in or left.
- 0.5/5
Nothing all this was a horrible experiance with the front desk agent and the room smell the managers was nice and did file a report against the agent but i wont be staying there again
- 1.5/5
We were there for 5 hour, delayed flights not their fault, we were charged a $25 deposit when we arrived, the room was already paid. We were told we would get it back, we didn't and we were charged an additional $13 and not told why. The first room keys didn't work, went down and got that fix, then the door wouldn't open, obstructed some how. Went down again and were assigned a new room. To have so many issues just to get I to a room then be charged extra is ridiculous. We weren't in the room long enough nor did anything other than sleep and a quick shower to mess anything up to justify not getting the deposit back nor to be charged extra. Theft is what that was.

N/A The did not have any rooms with accessibility for my daughter due to renovations. She was not comfortable or able to properly bathe. The renovation construction was loud and disruptive throughout the day.
- 4/5
Close to airport, comfortable room and bed, staff were excellent, especially the lady who worked the night shift on Jan 4-5 (Theresa Kennedy, I think) She was particularly busy between check-ins and telephones, but was polite and handled everyone with kindness. Great employee Was told at least twice by corporate and employees at hotel when I asked about the shuttle service that there was none, (this refers to other stay from Dec. 18-19) came to find out very early morning of Dec. 19 that in fact there was an airport shuttle, from the shuttle driver!? who showed up while I was waiting for the Uber I had ordered, so I paid approx. $40 that I didn't need to. Emailed manager Margaret Dunn, about this, with no response

When you travel and pay to stay in a hotel, you expect to feel safe, clean, and at peace when you sleep not worried about bugs coming out and ending up on you. This should never be a concern for guests. There needs to be a real solution in place so this does not keep happening. No one should have to switch rooms multiple times during their stay. While the front desk manager did his best to assist, offering points was not enough to make up for the inconvenience and discomfort. Overall, very disappointed with this experience.

We just landing , so far going well

Bugs in room. Poor service bec no staff on duty. Elevators didn't feel reliable. Extremely limited selection for breakfast. Parking additional charge. Snacks/drinks are way over-priced. Convenient to airport was only plus.
- 1/5
I arrived at The Spark with a reservation, only to find another 100 or so people ahead of me waiting for a room at 1230am, due to the hotel system being non-operational. I waited for about one hour but the line did not move. Nobody was getting a room because they couldn't access the rooms due to the electronic keys not working. Long story short, I slept on a seat at the airport, which really wasn't sleep at all. They haven't even return my funds!!!!
- 2/5
The night manager did her best - kudos to her. The room when we finally got in it was attractive and clean, but there was No shuttle from the airport so we had to pay a taxi and it took well over 1.5 hours to check in. We left before breakfast, the shuttle was full going back to the airport so we again had to pay for a Lyft. We spent nearly two hundred dollars for 3 hours in the room. Hopefully this was an isolated incident
- 1/5
Couldn’t check in because the system was down, I wanted to sleep for couple of hours but I waited for like 2 hours at 2am and they did not progress with the check in. I left and now they don’t want to issue a refund
- 1/5
I was waiting for 2 hours to be checks in
- 0.5/5
Couldn’t say. Never got to use it. Upon arrival I found about 75 guests standing in the lobby. The hotel computer system was down, they only had one person working the front desk, and the only key that could open doors was the master, which meant each guest had to be manually checked in and walked to their room individually. After waiting for more than an hour at 2am, I booked another hotel and left. Read above
- 5/5
Clean rooms, reasonably priced
- 3/5
Ok

It was very clean. I didn’t like that they were still constructing the rooms and building furniture there like in the dining room/lobby area where guests were sitting and eating their breakfast.

Horrible ants everywhere even in the bed dirty shower dirty sheets and Reid staff never ever again

Breakfast was typical for a low budget motel. The clerk was very nice You failed to mention that the place is experiencing a remodel. The rooom reminded me of a warehouse.

the sheets were clean the whole building smelled like paint. It took 5 tries to get the key card to work on my door.3 other people walked out that i saw while was there.

Although construction is ongoing but you can see no effort is made to keep elsewhere clean. I deserve a refund.

Nothing Very disappointing experience – I do not recommend this hotel We stayed at this hotel after our flight was cancelled, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The only person who was kind and welcoming was the lady who checked us in — she was lovely and professional. We returned the room at noon the next day, left it clean, removed the sheets, and did everything properly. Later, as we had several hours before our new flight, we politely sat in the hotel lobby to wait. We were quiet, respectful, reading, and using our phones. One of the receptionists even kindly gave us paper and pens to pass the time. He had no problem with us being there. But when the next receptionist arrived, everything changed. He kicked us out of the hotel lobby with no explanation, no politeness, and not even letting me finish my coffee. He didn’t ask politely « girls please that bother us that you stay here, can you please go to the airport now, I’m so sorry » NO, instead of that he spoke to us rudely and treated us with zero respect, even though we weren’t doing anything wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The staff (aside from the check-in lady) were unkind and unwelcoming. If you value respectful treatment and basic hospitality, look elsewhere.
- 2/5
I did not like the idea of paying for parking at a hotel room that I have to park my own car.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay there.
- 0.5/5
Nothing They were doing renovations which was not disclosed at booking. There were no amenities and one of our beds didn’t have blankets just a sheet. The other guests were smoking pot in their rooms and running up and down the halls all night. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn or book through booking. Com.
- 3/5
Nothing to remember. Get to your room and do not get out.
- 0.5/5
Tv in room didn’t work was told the pool was open but we couldn’t swim because of renovation so that mean it really wasn’t open never was able to talk to the gm after leaving so many messsages til I just gave up on talking to her

MEETING AND DEPARTURE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS, UNOBTRUSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. NEEDING AN EMERGENCY STAY DUE TO FLIGHT MAINTENANCE TROUBLE I WAS DELAYED 24 HOURS WHEN I BOOKED. I USED AIRPORT WI-FI TO BOOK BUT COULD ONLY GET A CHAT ROBOT'S RESPONSE. YOUR ON-LINE AD SAID A SHUTTLE WAS AVAILABLE WHICH I WAITED FOR TWO HOURS WHICH NEVER CAME. THE HOTEL I HAVE OFTEN STAYED AT BEFORE IS UNDER RENOVATION BUT I SAW NOTHING OF THIS ON-LINE.
- 3/5
Things I wish I would have known- This hotel is under REAL construction. (I see a few reviews saying this but not to extent you wanna know if you are staying for a few days). The elevator was kinda scary and dirty. The hallway was stinky. The pool is closed. Apparently it’s been closed for over a year according to one of the employees. The breakfast is not good. It’s fine if you want a waffle and yogurt but that’s it. Our key card did not work for the parking area. Parking is not free. We booked a 2 queen room but the AC was broken and ended up in a 1 king room. The shower was dirty. We wore our shoes kinda dirty. No ice bucket. They were cleaning the rooms around us until like midnight slamming doors and being loud.

…
- 1/5
This hotel is awful. The front desk staff is impossibly unhelpful. The airport shuttle is supposed to come every 30 minutes, and both times I needed it, it never came and I had to take a taxi. The hotel has no ice, no water, the rooms are old and unclean, and the hotel is under renovation so there is hammering and drilling noise all day long. I would recommend a motel before this place.
- 3/5
There was construction going on and the pool was closed as a result of the construction. There was no notice of the pool closing at the time of booking. If that had been communicated, I would have booked my hotel stay, elsewhere.
- 1/5
Negatives - everything else. It was all filthy dirty. In mybedroom the wallpaper was coming off the walls. Everything looked like it had been stained by nicotine. All the furniture was chipped. There was a tall and wide cabinet in my room that looked like they were told just to put it somewhere. It was jammed into a corner and it was sideways. That meant it couldn't be used as even opening a drawer meant squeezing into a tiny spaces and then the drawer couldn't open as there was no room. The net curtain was "tan" coloured and so were the curtains. The AC looked very old and it was also stained tan. The bottom valance on the bed didn’t fit and was also very stained. The drawers on the main cabinet wouldn't even close. The carpet felt dirty underfoot. I could go on but suffice to say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in over the last 20 years. Avoid at all costs.
- 3/5
The pool was not accessible. They were remodeling and I don’t believe it was in the ad.
- 3/5
Don’t think the room we were in was really ready for occupancy. Need to fix ice machine, need place to plug in phones by night stand, a few hangers in closet, glasses for water, little coffee pot and stuff for that, and a place to actually sit down for breakfast. Oh yeah, pool was a mess. Know it’s being renovated but…. Your morning desk guy, Trey, I think, was very nice and friendly.
- 2/5
Check-in actually went pretty smoothly. I was very curious why I had to pay to park with all the horrible construction that’s going on at the hotel, and the location of the hotel. I walking to my room I noticed the AC wasn’t working in the hallway. Entering my room I was immediately hit with the smell of marijuana. I went back down stairs, explained the issue and was provided with a different room. The new room smelled great but I didn’t have towels, a hotel phone, there were no outlets near or on the nightstand, and no ice bucket. Because I couldn’t call the front desk, I had to head back downstairs for a second time. I was provided with towels and an ice bucket. Well, the ice machine didn’t even work! Also, they didn’t provide a “ Do Not Disturb” tag for the room door. And of course in the morning they attempted to come in and clean the room while we were sleeping! I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location! It would’ve been a one star rating if it weren’t for the young man at the front desk being very kind and efficient.
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
While the staff was very friendly and helpful the property is in need of a lot of attention. Many lights in the room did not work. There was not even glass in the room for having a cup of water. Air conditioning unit only pit out lukewarm air. There was also a funky smell in the hallways.
- 2/5
There were a couple of restaurants around. The hotel is dated not very clean. Staff are not very welcoming. Truck stop in the back, spotted furniture outside my room. Room furniture is old.
- 1/5
Im so disappointed in our stay but we had no other choice since we booked this weekend. Saturday we checked in...employees nice enough room decent. Could use cleaniness. First, i chose a room that would have a pool for summer no place on booking did it say close for construction. The vending consists of ice which did not work. NOW, THIS IS WHAT I AM UOSET ABOUT . ON 2ND FLOOR SATURDAY NIGHT IT REEKED OF MARIJUANA MIND YOU NO SMOKING ROOMS. IM WITH MY CHILDREN ONE WHO IS 10 AND SHE IS ASKING WHAT THATS SMELL.. ETC. I KNOW FOR A FACT STAFF MEMBER WAS ON THE FLOOR MOVING OTHER GUESTS AND HAD TO SMELL IT. SUNDAY WAS THE SAME. I feel something should be done. I No coffe for breakfast juice machine broke. Definitely will not return.

I had a leak in my ceiling that ran all night couldn’t get another room because it was sold out my personal belonging was damaged from the leaking ceiling

The construction made dust and debris near rear entrance. Otherwise staff was excellent and responsive. I slept well on the comfortable bed.

Construction going on.
- 5/5
It was fine for our upcoming trip.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean rooms. However, the icemaker did not work and the bathroom ceiling was peeling and cracking from previous water damage. The bathtub had a constant drip and looked to need repairs.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for , this was definitely a convenient $60 a night hotel , that’s all I’ll say
- 3/5
All good
- 5/5
Allá I Liked
- 2/5
Had to pay extra $10 for parking which makes no sense for a hotel of all places to charge. Wifi was so spotty I just gave up. TV kept freezing. At least the 'gym' had a treadmill that worked which is why I chose the hotel over better ones down the street. the bathroom sink and counter are set too high for shorter women or children to use. the front desk clerk was sitting at a table talking to a woman when I needed to check in and acted like I was bothering him.
- 1/5
Place is old and dirty. Torn chairs in the breakfast area is all you need to know.
- 5/5
Everything was pleasant.
- 1/5
Staff is horrible charges are uneccessary
- 3/5
It was ok. Needs upgrades.
- 1/5
Please know you will have to pay a $10 per day fee for parking that’s outside (no garage) from the $100 daily deposit Also, once you pay said deposit it takes UP TO 14 days to get it back. Neither of this information was provided in the Expedia details. The rooms are dated, smelly and may have stink bugs in the windows. The staff is not very helpful or welcoming.
- 4/5
Gated parking there is a $100 deposit plus some other non refundable $12 fee. Free Breakfast was a regular continental breakfast. The property is close to Hartsfield and about 5-8 mins from some fast food restaurants the room was great for the price only problem was the water pressure from the shower I will stay again in the future
- 1/5
We did not have the best experience at all. There was work being done to the hotel and we were not told until arrival. All of our coaches had a TERRIBLE experience. The smell of cigarettes and weed was wafting through the entire hotel. The construction sounded DANGEROUS. This hotel should be closed. At least during renovation for such a small hotel. We will never stay here again. Just a heads up for anyone considering staying here. DONT DO IT!
- 4/5
Quiet
- 4/5
This is my second time staying at this hotel, I like the proximity to the airport, transfer at any time, very nice staff. Not bad breakfast. And a good price.
- 1/5
Cleanliness of the room - Terrible!
- 1/5
Staff was just standing around, made us wait on them for check in.
- 1/5
Cleanliness, tv didnt work, duct tape holding the carpet together. This is a 1 star hotel at best
- 3/5
I wouldn’t stay here again. It was ok for one night stay to rest and get going the next morning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was not fresh. Even the wrapped muffins tasted old. Outside of hotel looks clean and modern, but old and run down inside and needs major renovations. The tub area was visbly dirty/stained.
- 3/5
Customer great . Breakfast needs improving and rooms updated
- 4/5
Shower could use a good wash so I didn’t use it. The blackout curtains only had a foot-long track, so they didn’t cover any of the window. Only sheer curtains on window with a bright street lamp meant it was bright in the room. Other than that it did the job! I asked for a lower room because of the storm and they had one!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean, quiet and near the airport, just what we needed.

This place is my go to when I have an early morning flight out of Atlanta. It’s cheap, quiet and safe. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shuttle is reliable and easy to catch. The same guy has been running the morning shuttle for at least 2-3 years.
- 4/5
Pretty nice place
- 3/5
Hotel was older could use some updating and extra attention to cleaning but worked well for my 1 night stay especially for the price
- 4/5
Nice little property, clean and quiet, very out out the way, only place to eat near here is Ruby Tuesdays. The rooms are very nice and breakfast was alright for a quick bite. Shuttles does take you to airport which was nice, even at an early hour
- 1/5
The stay was utterly uncomfortable, the bathroom had roaches and I felt like I was sleeping a dirty room. It smelled like mildew. My flight was delayed. I had a reservation and was told upon arrival at 4:00am that they had no rooms bc their cleaning crew didn’t come in and then they had a room which they deemed as clean and it was a terrible experience.
- 3/5
That place needs remodeling
- 2/5
It took over an hour to get checked in. Only had one person working the day before the college football national championship. One person left when there was a written list of at least 15 names waiting to check in.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
We stayed at this hotel for a 12 hour overnight layover. We were worried based on the reviews. But we checked the beds extremely thoroughly and we had no bug/stains. Lots of stains on the floor, the chair, etc. the bathroom light constantly flickered and the light switch and door was extremely dirty. We felt ok sleeping in our beds for a few hours, but that’s all. The coffee machine downstairs is empty and the shuttle is also broken down, even though we were told last night it is working. Perhaps it just happened this morning. Staff were polite. Lots of weed smoke outside. Next time I would just spend a bit more on some of the other hotels around.
- 3/5
It took over an hour to check in. It was the day before the National Championship game and only one person was there to check people in and answer the phone. The person who got off at 3 left when there was a list of at least 15 people waiting to check in. don't understand why she couldn't stay and help. Then arrived home from the game and the key did not work for the gate to park. Got that fixed and then the key would not work on the room.

The AC/heater was broken completely dead and wouldn’t turn on in 19° weather. there was no remote in my room when i called the front desk I was told that “he will try to find one floating around but there’s no guarantees” and never called back. The tub is rusted and brown water came from the pipe at first. I asked if they had drinking water/bottled water on property but they were “all out.” When I first walked up to check in, front desk guy had a list of names to be checked off that he wrote in blue pen on paper and wouldn’t check me in until he went down the list and called names in order, had us all sitting in lobby? The airport shuttle took over 30 mins to get to me it’s an old run down van with no door handle and stained seats. Really wouldn’t recommend here. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
- 2/5
We came to check in and the guy at the desk said our room was not ready yet and we were well past the check in time. When we finally could check in, our key had to be reset twice because I wouldn’t work. I watched another couple have the same problem, and when I talked to the desk manager, he swore it was because we kept putting it near our phones and it was wiping the card but I kept my card in my hand the whole time no where near my phone because I had seen what the other couple had gone through. So it wasn’t that

Convenient for early morning flight
- 4/5
But they had a beat up old van that reliably shuttled to the airport at 5:30 in the morning.
- 1/5
This is place is disgusting it needs to be shut down. Dirt everywhere l. Hair in showers I switched 3 rooms dirty carpets leaks stains. Roaches bed bugs I mean I would love to speak to a higher up and get my money back. Last start eating chicken in the dark in one of the rooms. Smoke smelling hallways and weed smells. And they leave the doors open in the back to let people in. I am very disappointed

Thanks so much., the only thing I didn't like is that I had to pay $50 optional dollars for an Insurance and that includes $12 parking and the rest they said they will return it to my TC

- 1/5
The room was very dirty and smell very bad.
- 3/5
It’s a very outdated and rundown property. It hasn’t been updated like other Comfort Inns that I have stayed in previously . I also got bit by something while sleeping in the bed.

The condition of this property leave a little to be desired, however the staff are amazing. Dealing with a snow storm in Atlanta, they were very organized and all maintained a professional and friendly tone with everyone. Even the not so polite ones.

Very busy due to weather and flight cancelations. Able to get checked in around 3:45. Room was clean, able to park were I could see my car and airport was a convenient distance.

The staff was very nice and professional. The continental breakfast was good.

It was the worst experience ever, there was no bathroom tissue in the room had to go down to the front desk to get some, saw small roaches in the bathroom tv remote didn’t work well, we were gone for the day when we got back that night our room had not been cleaned called the front desk was told that house keeping was gone for the night asked for fresh towels to be brought up to the room was told there were no towels asked to speak to a manager was told manager won’t be in until tomorrow morning. WORST STAFF and WORST hotel EVER. I. WILL NOT BE BACK

We had two rooms. One room was ok, other room was infested with roaches. Staff was notified and stated the room would be shut down after our departures . Definitely not somewhere we would stay for more than one night.

Poor customer service you dont feel greety from front desk and unwelcoming

I have been to this hotel twice. The people who checked me in were extremely rude both times. This time after the rude introduction they stopped checking me in to discuss food. That would not be so bad if they didn't also help another customer that came in after me. The bed is like concrete. Not going to be visiting here again.

Had a guaranteed Expedia hotel stay with reservation number etc. Drove a long ways to get to destination and expected a hassle free check-in. Instead, I got please wait in the lobby. After 20 minutes, attendant mentioned that a room with 2QB is not available. Startled, why was I not notified in advance that the room is not available, especially receiving confirmation and check-in ready emails. I do not appreciate being a victim of a bait and switch scam.

The staff was very friendly.

This hotel says it has a “good” rating above 7.4. Yeah that should be lowered to something sub 5.0 as it was very poor. I booked this room for my MIL and my daughter and the room was disgusting, the bathtub was absolutely filthy, and the door lock wouldn’t lock correctly. When looking closer, the door frame had clearly been busted before indicating that someone had likely broken into that room at some point. My family didn’t take showers and ended up keeping all their clothes on and sleeping on top of the sheets is how bad this place was. I don’t understand how these hotels think things like that are acceptable and are willing to put paying customers in awful rooms.

Bugs in the restroom just felt nasty but I was only there for 3 hr . And it wouldn’t dare stay there longer than that
- 1/5
One of the worst comfort inn properties that I have stayed in my life. Dirty hall ways, dirty foors in and outside of the rooms. Dirty elevators with trash on the floor. Coffee machine not working at the break fast. No fruit juice in the machines, when asked, I was asked use the water. Pathetic and rude behaviour by the staff at the breakfast

It's next to the hood. However you feel like it's in a high end situation

It was wonderful

I loved the staff. They were professional and helped solve the maintenance issues with the room.
- 5/5
The front desk representative was extremely slow with checking my family in. Additionally, housekeeping DIDNOT come to clean my room my entire stay. I had to literally ask for new towels. Also, they charge you for parking, daily, which was not indicated at the time of booking. The condition of the room was fair. You can tell that is old and they attempted to paint over old stains/ spots. Because of theses issues I will never stay here again.

Hotel clerk when I checked in was very rude and gave me an unclean unsafe and unfunctional room. I had to change rooms when the next clerk came in.

There were a few issues that happened out of the hotel control. Ice machine was down on first floor. The elevator was stuck with someone in it. I had to take the stairs second floor for ice. I had to walk to the front desk for extra towels. Overall, not bad.
