    The fact that I accidentally did 2 bookings and the owner made sure that my $73.62 over payment was refunded. No breakfast even though it was advertised that they had it and the channel selection on the TV wasn't very good.

    I like the location of the property. It is close to a lot of places. My room needed it to be clean again. My bedsheets were dirty. There was hair in the bathroom on the toilet.

    The shower pressure was amazing. And as far as getting to things it was decently located. The first day we got there it took 30 minutes to check in even though I checked in via the link texted. And they changed our room after telling us they didn’t have the right one prepared. We also went the whole weekend without tv because they refused to fix whatever was wrong with it. They also didn’t provide any WiFi information to make it easier to stream. Additionally the breakfast that was advertised was cereal, oatmeal, and bananas.

    When I was in the hospital with a heart condition bob gave my money back to me and that was nice after thst I fell and sprained both ankles right in front of him and his wife he never offered to comp a room or anything even with the very uneven tile that I have photos of and in motherday weekend his staff lied to steal money from me my mom died from covid my name is leshauna rollins I had to pay to sleep someplace else because his staff is a liar I want my money back I was bot given a room key or allowed to register

    The motel is clean and functional. The room is small, but if you are just there overnight between flights, it is all you need. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a microwave in the room. My gripe is the airport shuttle. It stops running at 10pm, so I had to take a Lyft -- $17 before tip for 1.6 miles! I was told the shuttle starts at 6 am the next morning, but then found out that it starts at other hotels at 6 and gets to the Microtel a bit later. 10 - 15 minutes can make a difference for a flight. But all worked out okay.

The worst part is the key card works once before we have to ask the front desk to renew it. So every time we swiped the card we had to walk downstairs to ask the worker to renew it. On our 2 night staying there I discovered that the walls are thin because we heard everything that was happening next to us and I mean EVERYTHING! Last but not least is the door doesn’t shut all the way!!! Like u can see inside the room if someone or some pervert was interested in peaking inside the room and decided to squat.

    Staff took long time to find our reservations. They claimed first they don’t have reservation. We had to argue and do multiple calls and finally they were able to find the reservation. Also we had 4 bags and no one helped or told us about a cart to use to bring bags to the room. Very unhelpful staff.

    When i got to the hotel i know why it wasnt answered. The person working the front desk received a call while i was standing there and just hit the mute button on the phone. Never once did they pick it up. Because of this i had to pay for an uber to get there.

    Not in the best shape but rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with fresh sheets. In a pinch, it was exactly what we needed and would stay there again in the same situation. Staff was friendly enough and it seemed as if he was training in another worker at the front desk. Uber arrived within 2 minutes and I was shocked at how close this motel is to the domestic departure gate.

    It was clean, and the staff was excellent. The person at the front desk was so friendly. it was a great location. Close to the airport and easy to get to. The only negative is that they said they included free breakfast and it was only cereal and coffee, but the guys said that unfortunately they were just out of bread for that day

    When I checked in I did not get the room I paid for i added the additional day because it's freezing outside I always pay I don't ask for much a have a heart condition and diabetes and breakfast is being eaten before I come down a member of the staff told me not to complain on booking dot Com any more but he does not refund he doesn't adjust i fell in his lobby and I have mounting medical.bills and he has not even mentioned it or accommodated me at all I need to speak to your legal team a lady told me the breakfast is not served until.7 but its nothing for me I have diabetes I'm so mad omg Everything it snowed ? To get WiFi, you Have to join Wyndham rewards program, the heater is as loud as the airplanes taking off, and the Plastic mattress cover was disturbing for sleep, breakfast was spartan, no tea, like from a convenience store (Packaged muffins and packaged oatmeal and grits).     Nothing, not what I expected from a Wyndham brand The place was filthy, I had to clean everything myself, thank God I walk with Lysol wipes and Lysol spray. The room needed to be cleaned properly, the sheets are in a deplorable condition, there was splatters of what looked like blood on the bathroom wall, new towels are needed , they do not represent the Wyndham brand of being dirty. The house keepers mixed the foot towel with the body towels, that’s disgusting and do not expect breakfast because all they had was muffins cereal and bread no juice only coffee and creamer no sugar. This place needs new management because clearly it not being managed properly.

    Location It is very inconvenient to find out after you have checked in that a lot of the establishment is incomplete and under construction. On top of that I was moved to a room with no microwave even though they had ready rooms with no microwave. The receptionist did nothing to remedy the situation. I had to get a random maintenance man to call the manager and retrieve me a microwave. Bad experience…

They did however provide disposable replacements for these. I found pubes in one of the towels, though, so it made me wonder about the laundry. Staff was friendly, though!

The fixed body wash bottle in the shower was completely empty. The elevator is sketchy and makes noises. Didn’t see any breakfast being served although that was advertised. Seems to be run by a pretty nice family though.

We told the maintenance staff that one of the fire alarms was beeping in the hallway due to the battery needing to be changed. He said I’m not doing tonight. I will do it tomorrow. I could hear the smoke alarm beeping all night which did not make for a good night’s rest.

    My room was tiny but it was there when I needed it and I'm thankful for that. The bed was nice and cozy. My door was rickety when the doors to the rooms next to me would close or when housekeeping cart bumped it, it would open even when it was locked.I stayed there 6 days not once did housekeeping knock on my door nor was my room cleaned, granted I'm a very clean and organized person so I took it as it was Breakfast was non-existing and the building is extremely old. Staff on the other hand was nice and accommodating. If you are content with a tiny place with no housekeeping and/or breakfast then this is the place. But it did suit it's purpose for me.

Entry door broke, carpet and tile floors dirty, elevator dirty and sounds like working on its last leg, my room had old smell, every channel on TV was either too staticky or semi-staticky, towels old, there was a "so" called cleaning/laundry people but did not service my room or come in to clean or empty trash (I stayed 3 long nights) and microwave in the room was old and door on it broke. For this to be a Wyndam property this is embarrassing!!!!!

    This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but as soon as I entered the room I smacked by a very strong scent of fragrance that was trying to mask the still strong scent of cigarette smoke. It was so strong and very unpleasant. I didnot complain because it was a long day at after 1 am in the morning. The bed appeared clean, but the curtains for the window and shower were extremely dirty. Additionally, the shower was stained and very dirty at the corners.

    There was no breakfast offered. The Hotel as a whole is pretty outdated, the rooms looked a little more up-to-date but looked like it was put together by some handy-men with furniture from Wayfair. They were replacing the carpet downstairs while I was there, so maybe they're slowly updating the look of the hotel. Shuttle service from the airport wasn't good (when I called the hotel, they didn't give me much information. When I went to the shuttle area, the people there didn't know which shuttle went to Microtel, since they piggy-back off of another hotel's shuttle. I ended up waiting an hour before someone finally figured out which shuttle I needed to take).

    There was no breakfast offered. The Hotel as a whole is pretty outdated, the rooms looked a little more up-to-date but looked like it was put together by some handy-men with furniture from Wayfair. They were replacing the carpet downstairs while I was there, so maybe they're slowly updating the look of the hotel. Shuttle service from the airport wasn't good (when I called the hotel, they didn't give me much information. When I went to the shuttle area, the people there didn't know which shuttle went to Microtel, since they piggy-back off of another hotel's shuttle. I ended up waiting an hour before someone finally figured out which shuttle I needed to take).

    I booked it because they were supposed to have a shuttle from the airport. When I called to arrange a pickup. I was informed that they had made their last pickup. I request a refund as their ad didn’t state a pickup end time. None was given. I think that their ad was misleading. On principle, I didn’t think I should pay to Uber to their location. I booked elsewhere and actually got a ride there via the shuttle provided by Sonesta.

    When I first arrived, the person at the front desk was on the phone was Indian and didn’t speak really good English like that had a surly kind of condescending attitude. I get there submit my deposit had to repeat my name and information three times. I also get upstairs. The downstairs lobby area is dirty as filthy. It’s under construction as pieces of paint and stuff all over dirt marks and smudges everywhere. I get upstairs to use my door. My door has an issue with the locking mechanism where you have to lift the handle up and pick the door up and pushing hard. It took me five minutes just to get in the door the first time until I had to find out the tips and tricks to be able to do so can I come downstairs to tell them they don’t have towels all night long nobody’s at the front counter. It was a very horrible turn like I walk a lot and then it’s constantly knocking and stuff like that like weird like Plumbing issue. I don’t know it was a lot.

    I had a terrible experience at this hotel for a night and would never recommend it to anyone. First, the elevator smelled like throw-up. The hallway had a strange smell. The room I was in had a ball of hair on the floor, a smoke detector missing, the bathroom doorknob was missing with a paper towel to fill in the hole, hair on the towels, mold under the sink, and a filthy shower floor. I even killed a few bugs on the wall. Luckily, I took several pictures as proof of how things are around there.

    I didn't stay as they were sold out. the man at the front desk was very good canceled my reservation no fee at that time it was 3:00am my flight had been canceled due to poor weather in Atlanta the hotel is listed as closest to the airport in Travelocity app. this is misinformed actually over 2 1/2 miles from air tram there are side walks the entire length of the walk to hotel. it was a 2 star hotel I didn't see the rooms or anything but I've stayed at hotels like this in past list airport shuttle in fine print only to airport 6am to 9am

    The hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, yet the entire floor reeked of marijuana. It was overwhelming and made it impossible to feel comfortable. On top of that, there were people wandering the halls at all hours, making the place feel unsafe and sketchy. I didn’t feel secure leaving my room, and honestly, I didn’t feel safe sleeping there either. This place is unacceptable by any standard. Budget hotel or not, cleanliness and safety are basic expectations. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

    Disgusting, no extra clean towels when I asked . The lobby receptionist was asleep when in the lobby area when I walked into the hotel . They have negative attitudes . Bathrooms are filthy . Sheets are not fully clean . The list goes on

    flight cancelled and this was a close hotel. The hotel is under construction. Our room smelled musty. No bar soap and old towels towels. There wasn't a blow dryer and there was a cord to a hotel phone but no phone.

    Our stay was horrible. You see the photos and think it would be ok for a one night stay but after arriving and actually looking at the place its horrible and run down. We thought because Wyndham was attached to the name it would be at least decent. It was anything but decent. When we arrived their were people sleeping in their cars on property, people smoking weed in the parking lot and the lot looking like i was in the hood. We walked inside to find the reception desk looking ran down and horrible. We knew the rooms would be no better. We asked for a refund and was shown a sign that said no refund. We got our room key and walked in to our room to find water leaking from the bathroom sink fixture as well as from underneath on to the floor. The wall behind the toilet had been bubbled from water leaks and the bathroom door looked like a dog had scratched through half of it. The bathroom door had no knob and the emergency lock on the entry door was broke so we depended on only the dead bolt. For 100 dollars i was highly disappointed and didnt sleep because i wanted to ensure my families safety in this ran down place they call the microtel. NEVER AGAIN would i stay and i highly recommend this place be closed for remodel and new management / owner. We would have left if we didnt arrive so late in the night and just wanted my family to rest. Ive stayed in some dumps before but compared to this they were the rits carlton.

    This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel all over the world to developing nations. The attitude of the staff was dreadful, the place is filthy and looks like it hasn't seen a repair in twenty years. The room was freezing cold and took a very long time to heat up. The bathroom was filthy. There were cigarette burns and a terrible smell of smoke in our "non-smoking" room. There was no breakfast as promised (though after seeing how disgusting this facility is, I wouldn't have eaten there anyways), and the staff misinformed us about the airport shuttle schedule. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    Able to book last minute after weather canceled lots of flights. Lucked out twice with hotel shuttle, less than 10 minutes wait to hotel,cand walked out at 540am shuttle rightcthere. Very old hotel, door latch seemed suspect. Wiring panel open in elevator. No food service in hotel or anywhere nearby. In a cluster of hotels in industrial area near airport. Served my purpose of a clean bedbtovsleepbon lsdt monute.

    States they provide airport shuttle. Not true, they should have said it's a shuttle from another hotel and it only comes when they call for it between certain time frames. I had to purchase an Uber to get to the airport. The sheets had stains. The area did not look safe. I would not recommend this place , especially to families

    Staff just threw my belongings in trash bags and someone took my phone. I had to almost act out character just to get my phone back. I was a regular guest. I usually get off at 5pm and return and check in. But I always pay. Some staff was rude. Just a bad experience. I end up going to another hotel. Kj

    The continental breakfast was a joke. They were items you would pick up at a convience store for a toddler. This left us hungry and wanting more. All in all not a good stay. Knowing what we know now, we wouldn't have stayed.

    Unappealing entry. Room smelly. Pillows looked well used and past prime. Sheets and blankets were old. Hair ball in the sheets. Floor and tiles were broken and stained. Room door did not fit correctly. Just a very poor experience. Reception attendant seemed very un interested in service.

    If you are looking for a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a good mirror to shave it, at a decent price, this is a good option. If you are looking for anything more at all, you probably won't find it here.

    Hotel is run down, no escaping that. The staff were friendly and helpful however and the rooms were adequate for an evenings sleep if sparse and with dated televisions.

    The property wasn't bad for just one night. The bathroom was nice, but why did they not have a comforter. The room was VERY CHEAP so I cant even be picky because at least the heat did work . SIDE NOTE as long as you dont have a problem with the heavy marijuana smell you will sleep just fine. Overall Ill give it a 6/10 for emergency stay or if you just going somewhere to hunch.

    Tv didn’t work and had to be repaired. Lamp beside bed didn’t work. Bulb had to be replaced. No hairdryer. I killed a bug crawling on the wall. Heating and AC didn’t work and had to be repaired. It was dirty and smelled. Entire property was nasty. Wyndham needs to visit this property. They would pull their name from it.

    There was only one person checking people in and there was a line when we arrived. The young man up front was very pleasant and was clearly trying to navigate it all, then in the midst of the chaos an adult woman showed up from the back and offered no help. The building was run down & the bathroom did not seem clean. The toilet ran all night & the bed had plastic coverings on it. It was not what we expected, but the bed was comfortable & we were exhausted so we just went directly to sleep and left first thing in the morning. The person at the desk when we left was also friendly & kind, which we appreciated.

    This place needs to be renovated...from the elevator to the rooms. The sheets were not even white...they looked very dingy and stained. There was hair on the bathroom floor and walls of the shower...I took a Clorox wipe to wipe the shower down and OMG the filth was ridiculous. There was no breakfast even tho I would not eat anything they would have provided anyway.

    I love the front desk agent. He was very nice & polite. Also the maintenance man was very helpful and he even brought me a microwave to my room & even fixed my lock to my room so I could feel more secure. What really made me upset is that the manager (or owner) was mean & rude because he thought I was smoking in the room (which I was NOT) I had my incense going I'm spiritual. And inside the shower floor was nasty so I put a towel down. And for that in the near future if I need to find a convenient hotel on a scale of 1 to 10. I'll give it a 4/5.
