    The facility is older and kinda worn down. We found a dirty sock in the couch and the indoor pool was ice cold. The person who checked us in couldn’t be bothered to look up from his laptop and mumbled so badly that I couldn’t understand half of what he said. We were also charged about $20 more than what Expedia said we would be charged. The hotel is also in a super sketchy area. Keep your vehicle locked and don’t leave any valuables in it.

    I had 2 rooms at this facility. Room 161 the water was cold in the sink was very cold . The second room 613 was issued to me & another couple . The guys Timothy tries to be helpful . The guy that’s high or very sleepy seems to not knowing what the was doing and the high guy was not helpful at all .

    The staff provided outstanding customer service and made sure all of my needs were taken care of throughout my stay. A special thank you to Ms. Bridget and Ms. Barbara for providing superb customer service. They were both professional, friendly, attentive, and truly made my stay even more enjoyable with their kindness and positive attitudes. Their dedication to excellent hospitality did not go unnoticed. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds and great amenities.     I was also disappointed that there was no continental breakfast, and the paid parking fee was not disclosed until after entering the parking lot. By the time parking and breakfast costs are added in, the total price is comparable to staying at a more updated hotel with better amenities included. Overall, the experience was average at best. It's better than a motel but ends there.

    Great!!!!! it smells so good in the Lobby. I was able to check in a little earlier because I had a very early fight. Had a great nite cap at the bar and an amazingly great red velvet waffle. I definitely would go back when I am in the ATL.

    This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in in Atlanta for right now as I was traveling, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling and laying over for rest a comfort, the cleanliness the people everything was top notch. Rome was clean. breakfast was beautiful parking and staff was Safe. I felt real safe in the establishment.

    Great location, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, easy and quick check-in, the food was good and the drinks as well. Bed was very nice and room was super clean. The exterior appearance needs some attention to the flower beds, mulching, first impressions is an expectation of what to expect from the inside. But would definitely stay here again.

    The staff was great and very helpful. Our room was by the training area on the first floor. Meaning loud talking out our door early in the morning. Our refrigerator was broken, leaking water and made a crazy sound all through the night. Beautiful area and clean.

My kids had a blast at the pool, which was a major highlight for them. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the extra space. We will definitely be back!

As far as breakfast $16-18 for each person's breakfast was crazy especially when I had 3 children who do not eat adult portions. They are doing a lot of renovations but I do not know who in there right might thought it was safe to PAINT the pool with no precautions, or grips on the steps of the pool. The steps going into the pool were slick. I almost fell and then my husband actually did fall and hitting his back all the way down into the pool. My husband told the front desk. All they did was notify maintenance. Nobody ever checked back on him, we are following up with doctors because he is still in pain. I was also not happy being woken up in the early hours of the morning to Police banging on the door a few rooms down from ours, which then woke up my small children.

    Sadly, I needed to use the hairdryer and it was the most disgusting dryer I’ve seen. It was sticky, hair stuck to it and I didn’t end up using it. A hairdryer that unclean made me question the cleanliness of the room in general. Also, clearly a pet(dog) had been in the room because it smelled like a dog. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

    The primary issue was the lack of communication and hospitality. My family and I were asked to wait by the front desk for approximately 30 minutes while the staff coordinated a solution, yet we were never offered an apology for the inconvenience. The indifference shown by the staff made an already frustrating situation much worse. I expected the high standard of service typically associated with the Hilton brand.     Ceiling had a leak in it and sewage water was dripping all over the toilet, heater/ac unit was malfunctioning and improperly displayed the temps and the room phone did not work at all. The lamp also appears to be damaged and did not work either. These rooms need serious maintenance.

    Very convienient to the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel is undergoing a renovation of the public rooms, which is not a negative as it really needs updating. Hopefully they will do the individual rooms as well since they are very worn and dated. However, it was very clean and even though the restaurant was a make-shift confrence room for the time being, the food, while very limited, was excellent and the staff member in the restaurant was wonderful and sweet.

    This is also a hotel that allows dogs and cats which I was aware of ahead of time but the rooms were poorly sanitized. As soon as my husband turned on the ac before bed I immediately started to react to the cat dander that was trapped in the I cleaned air filters. I am severely allergic so this was very disappointing. I would assume that any hotel that allows animals would ensure that they are properly cleaning the rooms.

Maybe need to check into investing in some new mattresses. The location is very convenient and it was very clean. Staff was very courteous.     The only positive thing I can say is the scent they use at the hotel was great when it was overcome by the smell of marijuana. Renovations. Booking did not inform us of that the renovations would be taking place. Upon checking Hilton website it did say the renovations would effect common areas (if you know what that means basically the entire hotel. These renovations conveniently started two days prior to our arrival which included a hotel full of other cheerleaders for one of the biggest competitions of the season. It would have been logical to not inconvenience these guests in a time I assume is probably the busiest they are. The reason we booked this hotel over others was for the pool which was closed and made for a long weekend with a younger child to that is the only highlight of the trip. Upon checking in the manager (female) was cussing and fussing about cheer moms. Also, we could not leave the hotel entrance without being over taken by smoke from cigarettes and marijuana even though there is a sign posted no smoking on the property. The luggage carts are very small and outdated. The beds are hard, the blankets and pillows were paper thin and there was a used bar of soap in the shower still. I always try to stay at Hilton because it’s normally always nice and clean and upscale. This hotel did not meet my expectations for a Hilton hotel at all.

    The bathtub faucet was hanging, the handle to turn the water on was getting ready to fall off. I went downstairs 10 mins early to catch the shuttle to the airport, they informed me that it departs at the top and bottom of the hr, not at 50 and 20 like a was told at check in. So I waited and I had to go back inside even at the top of the hr because the van was there but no driver

    Wonderful staff in the midst of a renovation. The construction did not put the hotel in its best light. But that was because we were arriving in the evening and had to figure out how to get around to the front desk. In spite of the disarray, the employees were very welcoming and helpful - kind and friendly! I know they will be glad to get their front service area back to normal!

    I tried to work with the hotel to move my stay up one day due to the massive storm and they were dismissive. They could have at least tried to see what they could do.     I didn’t know that the hotel was under renovation so the room is not ideal as far as the lighting. The breakfast that you pay for do not include a beverage which was shocking being that I prepaid online. Lets not forget the $18 parking fee. I would not recommend nor book this property. Maybe after the renovations it’ll be worth the price.

    On the day of check out without notice, we had no water from 9am through checkout of 12pm because they turned it off due to renovations . Then the desk associate acted as if we were wrong for inquiring when it would be turned back on. We were unable to shower before leaving.

    I chose this hotel primarily for the 24 hour airport shuttle service because I was arriving at 11pm and needed to return to the airport at 6am. Well I waited almost an hour for the shuttle, and it never came. I called the hotel manager 3 times and was told they couldn’t reach the driver. I ended up paying a different shuttle to take me there. Then my room lights didn’t all work. So I was given a different room. The lighting was poor, The room felt like it had been given a makeover on the cheap. However the bed was comfortable and the measley 4 hours of sleep I ended up getting was great. The hotel manager was concerned and helped as much as he could. Best part about the hotel.

    The front desk was amazing and super helpful, our flight was delayed and my husband had to get ready for a wedding we was both in. We needed to quickly change and head to the venue. They accommodated us and checked us in quickly! The room was clean and immaculate! The breakfast was good, but you have to pay is not complementary. I would stay again!

    Staff was good, hotel is an excellent location. However the rooms and the lobby need some well overdue maintenance. For example the paint was peeling off the walls near the floor and ceiling in several places in the lobby. The bedroom carpet squares had dirt stains in several places in the high traffic areas near the door and dresser that made me hesitant to walk around in bare feet. The nice chair in the far corner had dried food in between the cracks that I found when I went to pick up my glasses that I dropped.

    The beds were dated, one needed flipping, felt upsidedown all night. The rooms were clean. I had never been to Atlanta, stayed at Hilton because of the name. Our room was tucked in the back with a view of the dumpsters and parking lot. Would love to be able to send a photo. Maybe the wrong time of the year to see the gardens.

    Bad experience. They charge for hotel parking even for gold members. Everywhere smelled like weed, even in the lobby. Area felt unsafe. The windows did not have shutters/curtains and the sunlight woke me up at five. Lots of chatter and noises at 2 am on the floor we stayed.

    The staff on all shifts were exceptional. Friendly and patient. The breakfast was great and the price is right. I spend 2 nights on 2 different days on the same week. I had to change my scheduled day because a plane failure and all went very smooth. The next time I am in ATL, this hotel will be my first choice.

    My experience was unpleasant. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the plug in the bathroom was broken. My maintenance requests were not addressed and I requested another room with resistance. A half day passed and the problem remained. I received another room and the room safe was locked. I asked for it to be unlocked and my request was ignored. I didn’t even bother to ask anymore because I knew I wasn’t going to stay at that property anymore. It was a terrible experience especially after I spent my hard earned money to give them my business.

    The shuttle does not run on the posted schedule and the staff don't really care. They just tell you to wait. I almost missed my flight and eventually got an Uber. There was a smell of natural gas in the hallway near the elevators. When guest told staff they just said it's ok.

    The guy that works around the 8 Pm hours with braids has the nastiest attitude and I know he has had way more than this complaint. He is the rudest person I have ever met .     The staff was great. The location was great however, breakfast needs to be included and also my room was dirty. When I went into it there was still a tissue under the bed, which was very disappointing right at the foot of the bed as well as the blanket on the bed was dirty Housekeeping needed to come and clean the room once I checked in that was unacceptable and I have never had that happen. It was quite a disappointment.

    This was the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. It is outdated and dirty. We wanted to leave this property, but all other hotels in the area were booked due to multiple events going on in the Atlanta area. The male staff was friendly, the female staff not so much. Daily parking was $18.00 and there is no continental breakfast. Definitely not worth the money.

    I reserved 2 queen beds and arrived late due to storms my flight was delayed so I arrived at midnight and was told they only had a king even though I prepaid. They gave my room away. The next morning I requested extra towels so we could bath and had to call again an hour later and they lady said I forgot to tell someone. I also asked that my room be cleaned and bed made and that never happened. The phone did not work so I had to use my cell to call the hotel. The tv had 3 vertical black line going down it. The shower handrails were broken. This was my worst Hilton experience ever.

    As requested by Yolanda, the manager, I sent her pictures and videos of the issues with my room -221. The bathroom ceiling had black mold the tub has holes in it that was leaking water and it could possibly cut your feet. The tile surrounding the tub grout was falling off, and the tiles moved around. When stepped on. There were sewage flies coming out of the bathroom I took pictures of all of these issues and video of the TV. Having a crack on the bottom right corner there's no picture. No one has called me to make it right

    Service was excellent at check-in and check-out, all staff super friendly, breakfast team also excellent and welcoming. Facilities clean but I had some trouble with coffee machine in room. Being British I would have preferred a simple kettle to make some tea with a selection of tea bags including mint or some other herbal.

    The front desk staff were great. A female moved us to a different room after letting her know the room we were in initially was noisy and we asked for a quieter part of the hotel. The hotel needs a major update. Food choices at the restaurant were limited.

    I have stayed at a lot of Hilton this one is dated when we entered the room it was smelling funky I went downstairs to the front desk and the gentleman told me he could cancel my reservation, I said to him where am I gonna go at 1:40 in the morning just came off a flight where should I go , however in the morning the other staff member tried but there was no available room well that’s what they said, because people were checking out

    The lighting was very poor in our room. The fixtures and lamps are outdated (the reading lights have a short in them, when you wiggle them the lights flicker on and off). After a bit of attitude from the front desk, Maintenance came and changed a bulb in one light but that still only gave us minimal lighting.

    They had a fire drill and nobody warns us. The desk clerk stated she put a letter under everyone door but we didn’t receive one and when my wife asked about it she got smart and was very rude. I stayed at this property a couple of times but this time wasn’t the best or average.

    Got on a shuttle as instructed , arrived at the hotel to find out there are two Hilton Garden Inns, I was at the wrong one, and they wouldn’t take me to the other. Ok I got an Uber to the other one. Checked in, next morning they Woke me up in my room claiming I was a ‘no show’ and my prepaid reservation was cancelled. 😞 This property is not organized. I won’t stay here again. I’m sure the mix up with the shuttle happens 20 times a day.
