Please don’t stay here - it was so bad we checked in, but just ate the money and went elsewhere - literally within 15 minutes of arriving I witnessed a woman running into the office with her pants down to her knees looking for the rest room, several obvious “entertainment employees” parading around the property and had a man doing dogs blocking the stairs to our room…for whatever reason, this just seemed to be the norm here - the guy at the front desk was friendly enough, but spend the extra $30 and go down the street to the Westin or the Marriott

The rooms were dirty the sheets had stains on them and I found a crack pipe in the bed so now I'm wondering if they ever changed the sheets. There was trash and dirt in front of my door. No phone service, tv barely got any channels and I had a smoking room with no ashtray. I put up with it because I didn't have a choice I had already changed one room because it was missing lightbulbs wth .

The room was clean but basic. It was what you can expect for the price. Close to the airport so you can hear the planes every so often but nothing too crazy. Nice staff.

So, 1st off, we're there because of it's proximity to the airport. If you don't want airplane noise, don't stay here. That said, well maintained, easy check-in, and coffee ready at 05:30, AND, the airplane noise lowers dramatically after 10:00 pm.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms have an extremely heavy smell of cigarettes, outlets don’t work and the overall rooms are very very filthy. We switched rooms and they were both just as bad. We only stayed for a few hours before leaving.

Needed more breakfast options than a muffin. I couldn't find the ice machine and the property (in certain areas)smelled like urine. The lady that worked the day shift was nice and my room was clean. That's only decent thing I could say.

They said they had breakfast. There was no breakfast. Nobody came in my room for three days to even change which I went up to the front desk and told him to change my sheets. They cleaned the room when I took the dog out nobody came plus there was so much argument. It must be a shelter.

Entire Staff was always professional, kind, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are clean, and if there’s an issue with your room (A/C, etc), they come to remedy the situation within 15 minutes. The other guests are always polite and friendly. Overall, a Great Experience!!

You get what you pay for. This is the type hotel you use when you need a room for sex or want to get high. The smell of Marijuana consumes you the minute you get on the property. The staff and ownership knows exactly what goes on there and trust me they dont care at all. The rooms are old and i wouldn't use the shower if they paid me to use it. Again its a spot that's used for getting high , affordability, and orher vices

Service at check in was behind a perspex panel, was rude, unfriendly and unappealing. Directly in a flight path so the whole place, including the hotel room was unbearably noisy (whole place shook sometimes when planes were particularly low). Cannot think of a single reason why I'd choose to return.

The bed was very lumpy, breakfast was muffins and coffee and was actually not out when I went to get it at 9:30 am. Blinds were not working and ac was loud. Definitely do not recommend.

in terms of breakfast, they only did store muffins and a coffee machine so I wouldn't really call that breakfast. However, the room was very clean. Everything was organized and they the staff were really quick with our reservations.

Let’s talk about what I booked.. I booked a smoking room, this didn’t mean that I wanted to die from someone else’s old smoke that was prolly sitting in that room for ages…. After every smoking guest I recommend that you at least put an ozone machine to at least get the old smoke out… I seriously sick with respiratory issues during and after the stay.. I had to go to Walmart and get air freshener and also medicines because I couldn’t breathe whilst I was in the room upon my arrival… then let’s talk about breakfast… the advertisement says breakfast is included.. when I asked the front desk clerk about that he said they only serve hot coffee and cupcakes in the morning… like so why do you advertise breakfast… there was garbage piled up every corner that I looked and the dumpster was overflowing… I wanted to cancel immediately after I checked in but circumstances, plus when I spoke to Expedia rep they told me that I would be charged for the night even though I checked in like 5 mins ago… the bathroom in my room was nasty… there was dried poop in the toilet… the floors were dirty.. the bath tub was ewwww…. The pictures will speak for itself… majority of the time we spent on the road, thank God because I could with that room… the microwave needed cleaning and was very rusty… mirrors had splash marks.. this was a terrible terrible trip that I still am suffering with respiratory issues from

The only thing positive about staying at this place was that they had a bed to sleep on. The areas around the hotel rooms were so smelly. It appeared as a motel instead of Hotel. And if you call some cheap coffee and a muffin breakfast then I guess they had breakfast. There is supposed to a market place but the front desk guy pointed to vending machines. Very dissatisfied.

Our door did not seal at all so I felt like some was going to walk in at any moment. You shouldn’t really say you provide breakfast if the only thing you offer is coffee and a muffin. And I know they cannot control it but the planes landing at the airport were so loud I thought they were landing on us.

I can’t believe this hotel is even open with such poor hygiene and maintenance standards. The room I stayed in was awful. There were terrible stains on the furniture and walls, and the bathroom was downright disgusting. The door to the room didn’t even close properly. It felt like I was staying in a place that hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. I seriously can’t fathom how this hotel is still operating when it’s so far below acceptable hygiene standards. Would never recommend to anyone.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. It looked like they had painted over dirt and the floor corners had dead bugs. The tv had cobwebs behind it. The tv did not get any reception. The door to the room did not close completely. It did not fit in the frame. Thank goodness it did manage to lock. There were people hanging outside the rooms being loud. The windows are thin so you could hear the conversations. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but it had 2 full beds instead.

The room had a funny paint smell to it. The water in the shower took forever to get hot. Parking is very hard to find, they have an area to park for guests that have booked for airport parking but that area has extended into the normal room parking area. So it's park wherever you find an open spot and leave your parking pass on front dash. Breakfast was ok, attendant made your waffle for you. AC works great. Housekeeping crew are very easy to find and available. **They have an airport shuttle that runs on the hour starting at 6 am and says until 11 pm. If you call they tell you it will be there at the top of the hour. When you call back or send them a text looking for hotel shuttle they will tell you that they don't have anyone available to pick you up. So starting at 9 pm be prepared to get a Taxi, Uber, or Lyft because you will not be getting the free hotel shuttle.**

room was in very poor condition. bathroom wasn’t clean at all, towels were dirty and a spot of blood or what seemed like it was found on the shower wall. the bathroom door was very greasy i could barely touch it and there were stains on the walls. before even entering the room there were towels thrown on the floor of the entrance. one of the lights didn’t work. the room smelled bad. i didn’t wanna walk on the floor barefoot nor in socks because of how uncomfortable i was. staff was average, didn’t have great attitude.

It's never a good omen when the first sign you see when approaching the front desk says 'proper clothes required before entering lobby', and said lobby has the receptionist behind perspex. Friendly enough check in but the room had a horrible musty smell which included the bedsheets. There is zero insulation from aircraft or other room noise, the whole building shook every time a plane took off or landed and every time someone walked past my room I could feel the vibrations, even in bed. Worse still I was awoken at 4am by someone banging my door and trying to conduct what I can only assume to be a drug transaction. It took several minutes before he left. This is probably the most scared I've felt in a hotel and also probably the one time I've left feeling dirtier than when I arrived. A horrible experience.

This was the worst stay I had ever had anywhere. There were menacing people sitting outside the rooms and there were multiple fights in the middle of the night both outside my room and in the room next to me. It was scary.

The property is OK but the parking is overcrowded. We didn’t have nowhere to park. We had to park just anywhere and they do not serve breakfast. We went down for breakfast. They only had three muffins one fruit cocktail and a little bowl that was it so they do not serve breakfast. They need to take that off of the website the continental breakfast for free.

Beds were comfortable and free of bedbugs, but the general lack of cleanliness of the room was not ideal. The property is generally run-down, lots of trash. Staff was very friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. Worked fine for a quick overnight after a late flight but would not choose to stay here again.

Staff here are nice and is an okay place to stay. Room needed some cleaning with the bathroom having some mold and hair in the bathroom and the air filter being dirty. Parking lot is okay just make sure to stay inside the fence. With the airport nearby things can be loud but that's expected. Breakfast is coffee and muffins and likely gone within the first hour.

Their breakfast is literally two different kinds of individually wrapped muffins. On an entirely too long counter why are they even advertising if it’s literally just a frozen thawed muffin? The room was kinda Janky. Bad water pressure, the tiles were gross and my back hurt after staying here. The first one they put me in someone had a litter box sitting at the top of the stairs and it smelled terrible. No dining near by, so again that sucks on the breakfast end of things. The staff was nice but being nice doesn’t cover up the fact that they’re being greedy.

My initial room the heat/air not working. Took 2 hours before they found another room move me to. The sheets did fit the bed keep coming off. The window covers were torn. Just overall bad experience.

I booked non smoking they gave me smoking and had no more rooms. We did go in the room though and it was disgusting. I killed a cockroach before my wife and daughter saw it. But my daughter couldn’t breathe in there. Luckily they refunded the money so that was nice. But I had no room for my family at midnight in Atlanta

We requested a non smoking room due to asthma and received a room that smelled like cigarettes when we mentioned it they said there was nothing they could do and tried to give us a new room. The new room has pulled and pulled off boxes sitting the bed and they told us the only thing that could be done was to not stay at the motel. So we had to check out. We didn't receive any receipts and they ran our credit card. The last at the front desk was very unwelcoming and seemed annoyed to be there

I went back to the front desk with pictures, and the receptionist changed my room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty. After two failed attempts, I was finally given a room that was actually ready. Overall, the condition of the rooms at this particular Days Inn reminded me more of a Red Roof Inn than a hotel of this brand. By day three of my stay, my TV stopped working around 1:26 PM. It took until approximately 6:45 PM—nearly six hours—for someone to come and turn it back on. Something that should have been a simple fix took an unreasonable amount of time. On day four, the remote stopped working altogether, and by that point my trip was completely ruined. The hotel advertises “breakfast,” but it consists only of prepackaged muffins and juice from a machine, which was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was a VERY limited breakfast (frozen waffles and cereal) and you can hear the air traffic fairly loud.

The sheets were dirty, only one small soap was provided only barely enough for 2 people. Only two towels in the room for four people. I asked for more towels and soap and only two small hand towels were given. The next day no housekeeping service was provided. The floors were dirty when we arrived and since no housekeeping it remained dirty the entire stay. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend. Service was horrible

Front counter lady was difficult to understand, only one light in the bed area worked, soap too small for bathing, airport shuttle left later than 6am due to no driver so we all had to wait for a taxi shuttle to arrive, free breakfast was disappointing with bread slices or toaster waffles as the only choice, noisy due to low flying aircraft and late arrives. Won’t be staying there in the future.

My room was completely neglected during my stay. My husband and I are Platinum Members, and we stayed for 3–4 nights. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms three different times because of unacceptable conditions. Room 1: When we first checked in, the linen had white strings of hair all over it. When I pulled the sheets back, there was blood on the mattress and the sheets. This was extremely disturbing and showed that the room was not cleaned properly at all. Room 2: The TV didn’t work, and the heat also wasn’t working — we couldn’t use the room comfortably. Room 3: The TV only had 8 channels that worked. The bathtub had green mold inside, and the floor near the bathroom light was sinking in, which felt unsafe. Overall, this hotel needs serious maintenance and better housekeeping. I do not recommend anyone stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice. We checked out on 12/09/25.

Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms three different times because of unacceptable conditions. Room 1: When we first checked in, the linen had white strings of hair all over it. When I pulled the sheets back, there was blood on the mattress and the sheets. This was extremely disturbing and showed that the room was not cleaned properly at all. Room 2: The TV didn’t work, and the heat also wasn’t working — we couldn’t use the room comfortably. Room 3: The TV only had 8 channels that worked. The bathtub had green mold inside, and the floor near the bathroom light was sinking in, which felt unsafe. Overall, this hotel needs serious maintenance and better housekeeping. I do not recommend anyone stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice. We checked out on 12/09/25.

The floor was filthy. I kept my socks on and when I got home to wash them, they had ground in dirt. The breakfast was not good for anyone such as a diabetic, because there was no protein, just premade little waffles, and bread. Also it was in the flight path from the airport, so it was very noisy. It was reasonably cheap. You do get what you pay for, but I think the website made it sound a lot better than it actually was.

When i checked in why are you asking me if i need 2 beds, when i clearly made reservation for 2 bed non smoking. Gave me room smelled like smoke b4 entering room, room horrible dirty old towels plaster all over walls. Lets not even talk about breakfast there were watered down juice, some frozen muffins and waffles that front desk person just set out from freezer this I call the No Tell Motell

I had 2 feelings sheets one on the bottom look like a day old blood on it and people outside your door by the steps talking all night long the TV did not have cable it was tuba and the internet kept going around and around and around

The only good thing was they are close to the airport. First problem was parking. They sell parking spots for fly and park and the people who actually book to stay there are left fighting over a limited amount of spots. The hotel is older and there is a gap in between the door and frame so it's a draft of cold air coming in constantly. The shower is old and the pressure was not the best. If you are there for multiple days housekeeping will not come by. Even after asking several times I was not giving turn down service. Instead they gave me my own towels and linen to change myself after 2 days of constantly asking for housekeeping to stop by.

I understand the hotel have an business but i pay 900 something dollars for my room to have sit in my car for 3 hrs to wait for an parking spot, when I've been at work all night and im not parking my car in another row,because people go in your car,im seeing cars parked taking up two parking spots and being told by the hotel, they can't do anything about it,which puts me back of sitting in my car waiting for hours to park my car,i don't appreciate this when i pay to much to this hotel to sit here be handle and put to where i have to sit in my car for hours after I've been at work all night 😡😡

Good location for airport and Convention center. Nice red maple changing leaves. Some of clentel rough on atmosphere and enviornment. They would abuse in quantities of sugars used, raided the only fruit. There was smell of "weed smoked" (as verified by indepenent source. Noise of departing aircraft (GOOD for me but my bother others). If one has car, easy in and out. If no car hard to get anywhere or even a coffee. the floor in room may need a mopping. Good to have nice hangers.

The lobby looks like the picture, but the couch is with big stains, and there's nothing to eat in the lobby after breakfast. The room looks like it was renewed. One of the beds were the military metal frame, the door didn't close entirely, and the tub had those big stains. Overall, is a good cheap hotel to stay one night.

I walked in and walked out. They did not have my reservation. The place was filthy and dingy with a bullet proof glass where the staff sat, seedy characters lurking outside. Felt unsafe. I went to the Hilton Express and had a wonderful stay. How do I pursue the $70 charge?

The property is by the airport so i expect to hear the planes but i literally felt like i was outside the runway. The room itself was very run down and reek of smoke. The mattress on both beds were extremely worn down and the sheets were old and dingy, same for the towels but i travel with my own because of my son sensitive skin. Only good thing was that it was near the airport but other than that I would stay elsewhere

The young lady at the front desk was courteous, but didn't seem phased by not being able to provide us the one extra towel and washcloth that I requested once we got checked in. The room (non-smoking) was obviously freshly and constantly smoked in, and so was the room that my parents were in.

The room was alful, the bedding was old and stained. The TV didn’t work! There is mold in the bathroom! There were bugs and roaches!

These rooms need to be repainted & upgraded immediately!! My room was not cleaned properly! I couldn’t shower due to the bathroom being dirty tub still had a dirt ring in it. The heater did not work it kept blowing cold air so I couldn’t heat up the room so my room was really cold considering it was raining outside. And I unfortunately didn’t sleep because I had to kill 3 big roaches in the room. At this point I called the front desk who was not helpful! He couldn’t accommodate me by giving me a different room, nor did he do anything to fix the issue! I checked out early & waited for my flight inside the rental car. This was a horrible experience/ stay & I will never stay here again!! I’m completely disappointed & mad I wasted money on that room. Never again!! Don’t waste your time!!

My smoke free room smelled like someone had just smoked an entire pack.

The room was very dirty. Looks like someone has slept in the bed on the pillows so they moved us to another room get up there and their bugs in there and the guy said there’s nothing he can do because there’s trees outside so they put us back in the first room and change the bedding, but the doors locks were broken on some of them and I will not recommend anybody staying there. I feel like we should get our money back because it was not like a Wyndham hotel.

This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Pulled in to the parking lot to people loitering and staring at me. One man was smoking something from what appeared to be a glass pipe. Another man was pounding on a door. Didn’t feel safe to get out of my car! Immediately left and tried to book an earlier flight. I couldn’t call to cancel due to being on the phone getting a flight. I was still charged. When they were called to refund the charge they said it wasn’t their problem and their hotel was safe. Stay away! This place is run down and not safe for two females to stay.

Smoke detector was defective and beeping every 10 seconds. Bedding was torn and tattered. Shower was really dirty and water flow was almost non existent. Floor was sticky.

The room dirty overall. I took one of the towels and it was covered in black stuff. I don’t know what it was. The floor was incredibly dirty as well. The mini fridge didn’t even work.

When we arrived, a family was having a loud argument with the desk clerk over payment. The lobby door was security-locked so we couldn’t bypass them to enter the lobby. We stood outside while they shouted at each other and eventually were able to enter the lobby and check in. The room was very basic Motel-6, rather outdated and dingy. Airplane noise was loud all night, but this wasn’t unexpected as we were near the airport. We got up early to leave and there were very shady characters loitering around the entrance to the hotel around 3:30am. We had a reservation to stay here on our return trip, but cancelled it.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel, disgusting and the other guest at this hotel and their children are equally disgusting completely horrible an absolute nightmare. I was desperate from being so under the weather and was forced to stay it was just terrible don't ever come to this hotel the people here and the rooms are terrible. I have no idea who's leaving these good reviews there is no way people are coming from the airport and leaving these reviews. Also they have one building that's next to the office that is probably the only decent part of the entire hotel so they may only put certain guests in these rooms and I'm sure you have to be the correct race for those rooms. Just completely horrible this place should be shut down I'm sure this hotel is violating hundreds of codes etc. Close this place and fine the owners and arrest some of the employees. I was able to get 45 pictures and one video of the room and property. I was only able to upload 8 per hotels.com

This is not a hotel check in. Is a prison what we see in movies. Firstly you have nobody behind the plexiglass and when they show up , are super rude . I got a room for one of our maintenance crew and was a terrible experience. Absolutely horrible

The property and room were both disgusting. I have never seen a hotel room so filthy. The staff came in to clean and actually disputed the face that it was dirty, unreal. There was a stain on the wall that looked like either dried blood or feces. It was horrible. I didn’t even stay there because of the filth and they still charged me. There are people who live on the property, it’s not a hotel it’s an apartment complex that needs to be reported to some authority because there are children living there. It’s awful.

I had one of the most horrible experiences at this motel. Not only did I book a room there, but when I came to retrieve my key, the front desk person didn’t show up until four hours later. I arrived at 9:50 PM. They left a note up saying that they were gone and would be back in 15 minutes, but I didn’t get my keys until around 1 o'clock. They never apologized for anything. They were just very arrogant and rude about the whole situation, as if I needed them. After that, I extended my room for just one more day because I'm new in the city and didn't know where I could find another hotel at an affordable price. So, I tried to just stick it out, stay in the streets all day, and just come back when I was ready to go to sleep., But boy did that change, because when I came back to the room after being out all night, my reservation for the extension had been canceled. When I went to the front desk to inform them that my key wasn’t working to open my door, they didn’t tell me that they had canceled my reservation for extending my room. Instead, they sent me through a runaround, and I didn’t find out until later. I found out from Expedia that DayInn canceled my room for no reason. So, yes, I did contact Expedia about this whole situation, and they were able to put me in a whole new room without a problem. I'm really amazed at how good Expedia's customer service is, because they even realized that the people at the front desk were rude. I will never come back to this DaysInn ever!!!

The place had a microwave and a fridge for $65, so what’s to complain about. The room key worked and the there were no bed bugs. The WiFi and tv worked, but the lighting sucked. I enjoyed the stay fine.

Nodody was stated to call for Shuttle Service, when i called, i got Shuttle is out of service. I had to beg someone from the others Shuttle, to take me. Arriving by feed, took my DL and the promise that tomorrow the shuttle is running. In General, The TV set was nice, Fridge also, but the Linen had stines and burn marks from zigarettes. Light are not working, an no one of the USB either.The whole room, is outdated, needs renovation.in front of my room, people tend to meet there. one was bumping in middle of the night, on my door, screaming get out if my room... seems he had a bit to much of whatever he smoked...in General the Patrons of the Hotel are scary, really scary. you see there is a will of change, but still a lot ahead.

Conveniently located and affordability next to the airport. Facilities are a bit run down but great location.

I dont mind the noise of the planes but the hotel needs massive upgrade. Too much weed and cigarettes scent with cigarette pieces everywhere. The staff is nice but the management of the hotel can do better. There's the stench of pee lingering at the stairway areas and corridors. As for thier breakfast, the hotel should stop advertising it provides breakfast. It is a disgrace. They offer store bought frozen waffles and dry slices of bread, apples, juice machine and thats it. No protein, at least hard boiled eggs would not be frown upon.

For a cheap stay this location was fine. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. However, there were a lot of people hanging around the area and I was glad I was not alone. It was not the best hotel and not the worst. The reviews that was given by others are true. The owner needs to do some upgrading to the property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. No one came around to clean the rooms. They only cleaned the rooms when you check out. Someone needs to report them to the Department of Health. Both ice machines were broken. I refused to use the bathtub. Bought me some Lysol and cleaned the areas that I was using.

It was definitely close by the airport and it was a good price, but you pay in the end in peace of mind and or sleep because the airplanes were overwhelmingly loud every few minutes, obviously because of the proximity to the airport but nonetheless, I didn’t get a wink of sleep, the door to our room was not secured properly, there were many people outside all hours of the night, loud and obnoxious. It was overall okay not gonna come back to this particular location though.

Walking into the lobby was a turn off. Nobody came to the front counter until 15 minutes later Of my arrival. The counter had a glass divider between us. Parking was bad could not park near my room because at least six cars did not move the four days I was there. Had to park around the building on the other side. I guess had a dog off the leash walking around the property. I must say the room was clean. It was nice, the only downside was The sheets and towels were dingy. They need to get new linen. Oh, I asked for room not near the stairs and that’s where they put me. Some people are not courteous walking past the persons room. Would I stay here again yes because now I know what to expect.

Needs to make sure non smoking rooms are actually non smoking. People can get sick of smoke especially if you are not used to getting exposed by it. Horrible and unsafe as well

With a very busy Atlanta weekend with many flight cancellations (including mine), i booked a last minute night here in desperation. Check-in: they would not even let me inside the building until i asked, as it is an extremely unsafe area. I got to my room and it was absolutely filthy. Some sketchy characters also watched me enter, so i requested a second level room. The one they offered me did not have a functioning dead bolt nor a phone. So i went back to the original as a safety choice. It was when i took my shoes off and turned the lights on when i saw just how disgusting this place was. A complete mold infestation that started to make my throat burn. My socks were black. (See photos). Just before 4 am i decided I could not do it, and went to sit at the airport instead. Save yourself now. This place needs to be condemned. Absolutely DESPICABLE.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! Where do I start? I asked for a early check-in at 2pm, I was told NO ROOMS were clean yet(WOW). Check-in time is 3pm RIGHT! Came back 2 hours later, got to the room and it was NASTY. The sheets looked like they had NEVER been changed. I go to the office with pictures of the room,he was not trying to hear what i was saying about the room.When i asked for new clean sheets,took them over 25 minutes to get them. You are not going to believe those sheets and pillow cases were NASTY TOO. Good thing this was for 1 night. We chose to stay here for the convenience of being close to the airport for an early flight out of Atlanta. Once we arrived we found out we were under the flight path for planes landing and taking off. We got use to that pretty quickly. The bed was comfortable and we were able to park right outside our door. The ice machine in our building was not working though but not a major problem. Good working air conditioner. The chair at the desk was a hazard if you leaned back. It didn't fall over but it sure felt like it. :-)

There were bodily fluids on the sheets when we arrived. There was a blood stain on the mattress pad. There were people doing drugs outside our door. The planes are extremely loud all night. This is not a safe place to begin a family vacation.

The light switch was not working in the room, but the front desk staff was very helpful and immediately switched me to a better room.

I have been coming to Days Inn on best road for over a year I'm a diamond member for Wyndham hotels. I've become very friendly and known to the staff. I currently am residing at the hotel now. Me returning in the last month or so I noticed they have a new girl Sirisha she is extremely rude. Very disrespectful and nothing like the other staff. I love the staff but her being there makes me not even want to spend my money there at times. They need to fire her I've seen her disrespect and rudeness towards too many customers and it's unacceptable. She would be the reason I would never want to return. FIRE HER!!! She doesn't treat Diamond members as top priority or special guest. I really hate her customer service skills. She makes the whole hotel and staff look bad. Sirisha plz find another job.

I chose this hotel because it was near the airport and I trust the Days Inn and Wyndham brand. However, there seemed to be a lack of care for the comfort of guests. The bed looked clean with white sheets but I quickly noticed that there were food stains on the sheets. As I inspected further amd pulled the top sheet down, I could see dirt from the last guest's feet at the foot of the bed. It was very late and I had an early flight so I slept in my clothes on top of the hed. Also, the curtain did not close completely allowing someone outside to look in. The bathroom and room did not look thoroughly cleaned.

Limited choice (expected for the type of hotel) - continental. The room - poorly cleaned. Dirty and sticky floor, dresser propped with cardboard, so many to list. Just dirty. Surrounding area is sketchy - a cop was on site at the time of arrival. The smell of marijuana was almost everywhere. I did not know what to expect. But again, this is a cheap hotel.

I have no idea what is going on with the Wvndam brand. My family,(which is huge) is saying the same thing. I also do not understand why Hotels.com would advertise such a place. If you consider apples, white bread and begging for coffee breakfast...then this is the place for you. They do not provide even small dressers for clothing, the linens and towels are stained, in addition lighting is faulty. This is a place they house people who have experienced fire. You won't feel safe.

We were passing through and needed to find a place to stay overnight. The room was pretty cheap so you get what you pay for. The floor and bedding were dirty, and the security latch at the top of the door was broken. We definitely didn't feel the safest and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Check in was quick but I wouldn't really recommend this hotel to anyone.

First off…the whole complex was filthy. Rugs dirty. Guests outside all night…loud. Roaches. None of the electric outlets worked. A dead rat was outside my door. I’m going to inquire for a partial to full refund. I do believe I’ve carried some roaches home with me.
