The hotel was well maintained, very clean and nicely furnished with modern furniture. The room was good size nicely furnished with couch. The hotel location was close to where we needed to be so the proximity of going back and forth was perfect. We paid for the parking so that was fine. The reception was cordial and friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Nice stay!

Firm comfortable bed as requested. Clean room. Shower pressure a little low. Front desk and restaurant staff extremely pleasant and efficient. Used Godstime taxi service as recommended by front desk. Very efficient, timely, polite and handled baggage entry/exit. CAll HIM especially if going to International Airport! Way better than walking to Domestic shuttle to be taken there.

Was the perfect place to overnight. Shuttle was great, staff very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. No places in walking distance for good, however, we caught the Marriott shuttle to the other hotel and good was great there for steaks or southern cooking which we totally enjoyed

The staff are very caring, they were a big help with the shuttle and Air Train information, and they were friendly. My 1 bed king room was roomy and clean.

Everything about my short stay was awful. The front desk check in girl was nasty and rude. She cursed at me. The room was disgusting. Bugs in the room. Old. Not clean. Hard beds. We did not end up staying the night. We left and went to the Westin. Book there instead. You have to pay for parking, even though they have a lot onsite.

The front desk was not helpful at times in need. I have book a night to stay…. After my airline cancel my flight three times. I have tried to book a night for the 17 of March- however, it was past midnight and the app would not allowed me to book it. I tried to call the hotel number…. But no answer. So I book the night for the 18 to have a room to stay and rest after a 36 journey with no sleep. When I got to the hotel ,the front desk will not allow me to stay because the reservation was at 3 pm on the 18. I have paid the night in advance. I will not recommend to use Expedia to book a night past midnight… because the app will not let you do that. This work needs more empathy and collaboration in situations like this one

My stay was fine. Close to airport, Friendly staff and clean rooms. But Expedia had entered my reservation incorrectly. If the Marriott team member checking me in hadn’t taken the time to search, one of my reservations would not have shown under my name. Better to book directly through hotel.

I was actually overly surprised. This was a pretty good experience. It was an easy check-in staff was friendly. The room was pretty clean and spacious soft bed, hot shower free Wi-Fi plus free airport shuttle like every 30 minutes or so. The only complaint was the food and drink in the bar area was not too many choices in kind of pricey other than that, good for a short stay.

The bathroom floor would accumulate puddles as it was a roll-in shower. Asked housekeeping for extra floor towels so I could dry but she wouldn't assist because she wasn't assigned to our room. Expected a restaurant not an over priced bistro. Was not given the correct information about the shuttle.

Room was not clean. Multiple towels and wash rags looked dirty/stained. There was toothpaste splattered all over the wall of the sink (not us). And there were someone’s very “personal” hairs throughout the bathroom and shower. And there was no business center for computer access. I had to go down the road to another hotel to be able to use a computer for work.

Jeannelle the front desk agent was absolutely wonderful, she should be praised. I am a Marriott-loyal client and I usually stay at Courtyard or AC, this was a pretty standard Courtyard but the microwave on my floor was not working and there was a smell throughout the hotel that wasn't great (not in the actual room though). Jeannelle did mention the carpets were being cleaned and may be damp, so that could have been the reason. I would stay at this Courtyard again, but I would hope for it to smell a little fresher next time.

Very nice hotel. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It is close to the airport and not too far from the city of Atlanta. All things (shower, TV, air conditioning) worked fine. Whenever I needed to talk to someone at the front desk, they answered my phone call promptly

This is an average, clean, older but serviceable property for the price point.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and it having a 24 shuttle. I was very pleased with everything I expect in a mid-priced property. It had modern and pleasing decor. It was very clean. Staff were efficient and pleasant. The shuttle was quick and the driver helpful. Food was a problem. Restaurants in the vicinity are not walkable. The Bistro is in the lobby, has a bar and a limited menu. We ended up ordering through GrubHub, eating in some nice booths along the side. My husband did buy a beer from the bar. $12.

Airplane noise was unbearable. Planes landing right above the hotel. So many landings. Could benefit from sound proof windows and doors.

Issue was booked 2 rooms with paid receipt in my name At hotel, they stated only 1 room in my name Turns out Hotels.com put under other travelers name Over 30’ checking in…….finally to straighten it out Nice hotels.com……..not

Overall, the property was nice. It was clean always. The parking was OK at times considering there was a concert going on and certain times of the night. There was no parking available. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and overall experience fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevators weren’t working on the side of the hotel I was staying on. I was put on the third floor. The ice machines weren’t working on my side of the hotel. The stay wasn’t bad it was just the inconvenience.

Hotel was nice and close to the airport. There was a storm and the computer was down... so check-in took a few minutes, but staff was working diligently to resolve. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay for parking, and no one told me about that. Didn't know it - until I got the bill.

The a/c had issues the balcony door was open upon arrival, which I discovered later that night since we checked in and left for an event right after our arrival. I would have thought parking would have been included but was not. No continental breakfast, that was my failure to discover before booking.

The hotel is a nice place if you have an early flight like we did. It’s very convenient to the airport but I do not agree with paying $18 to park, that’s a ridiculous amount of money to pay when you have already paid for a room.

The property looked nice but was not clean. There were cockroaches in the hall, hair in the bed and they refused to refund so I could change hotels. The staff was not friendly, but the Bistro staff was amazing. I would NOT stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was super busy during Memorial Day weekend but all the staff remained cheerful and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and were impressed especially considering the great price. The cafe is a bit limited but the food was good. I had their Caesar Salad twice!

I did not require or request a handicap reservation and everything was to low. There was no real shower just two drains and the entire bathroom was wet. I had to put towels on the floor because water flowed everywhere. Very frustrating! I have always liked Marriott properties but was not happy with this one.

The hotel was great, clean and nice. But you have to pay for parking, which I thought was strange when staying at a hotel.

This was a good place to spend the night in transit. It was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The room and bed was comfortable and roomy.

It's a nice property close to the airport with a 24hrs shuttle. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and modern.

Everything was great until I tried to take a shower this morning. There was hair in the tub. Two hairs in the tub. Ok. I could almost get past that but then. The tub wouldn’t drain!!! So, I’m showering while the tub is filling (rapidly, I might add) with water. The tub was FULL by the time I was done. Gag. It took about fifteen minutes to drain. Disgusting. Would not stay again.

Perfect location to get to and from airport

The staff was great from the time we arrived to the time we left. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower head doesn’t have the best pressure, but is overall fine. I wish Starbucks inside the hotel was open till at least 11.

There is one of those fake Starbucks coffee shops in the lobby. They serve Starbucks coffee, but the employees really did a bad job of actually making the coffees taste like they do in an actual Starbucks.

Great staff provided great customer service!

Airport shuttle was of no use. Waited on hold for over ten minutes with no response to schedule an airport pick up. Used Uber instead. Waited with 15 other people for a ride to the airport which didn’t show up and took an Uber. Very disappointed. Should not advertise air port shuttle.

The rooms were very outdated and incredibly overpriced. I felt unsafe with the walk out doors being unsecured next to an airport. This was an old room and offensively overpriced for what I got

Nice hotel but extremely expensive for breakfast is $28 for two coffees and one blueberry scone and one yogurt. They did not have really much to choose from expensive.

Super convenient to the airport. They offer long term parking onsight and a shuttle to airport. It was perfect for what we needed. We ate at restaurant in hotel and it was very good. The staff were great and really nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Next time we go to airport and have an early flight, we will def stay there again.

The staff in this hotel were top tier. Always pleasant and accommodating during our stay. This property is minutes from the airport so there’s hardly anything else around. The hotel rooms need to be updated or renovated. Although the lobby is nice. The elevator got stuck multiple times during our stay. There is no pool or partnership with the multiple hotel in walking distance. If I’m looking for affordable accommodations for a large group, I’d choose this property again.

Was a beautiful lobby and a great room but once out the front entrance beggars and addicts everywhere. I didn’t feel safe enough to go out for dinner or past 5pm on foot. A shame as the hotel is lovely.

Really enjoyed my stay

Chose hotel due to its close proximity to the worksite I needed to get to. That is really the only thing it had going for it. Hotel was recently renovated so was stylish and clean. Parking lot is gated and they charge for parking which was not disclosed until after I checked out and had an extra $50 on my credit card. They could not provide a receipt via email but said I could stop by to pick up a printed one (I'm not from the area so that was useless). The "cafe" in the lobby has a limited menu of decent sounding food, which I'm sure it would be if the persons working the cafe cared at all. The bartender was abismal, made a patrons drink wrong three times in a row that was a very simple two-ingredient drink and then when the patron gave up on that she couldn't read the beer labels to find a Coors Light. The parking lot is gated which seems nice, but I still had a crack in my windshield on the second day when I went out to go to work in the morning. Thankfully it was a rental. I do not recommend staying at this location. The front desk advised me not to go down the road for Ruby Tuesday because someone just got mugged there. They are trying, but it's just not worth it. Go up to Camp Creek even though it's further away it's a better neighborhood.

Nice and convenient for travel. Shuttle to airport and long term parking available. The lounge area was littered by outside food containers. This of course is the fault of messy guests. They should bus their food containers. Still it makes the place look dirty and uninviting. The overall grounds and facility are very nice

Very nice hotel for price. Super clean and well put together. There really isnt much near the property in walking distance though so you probably need a car rental or be ready to order a lot of ride services. Beware parking is $18/day though. The 24hr Airport shuttle does help a bit but still difficult for places not accessible by the Marta train.

Room was unavailable when I arrived.

When we checked in, the person at the desk did not give information on how to connect to Wifi, did not tell us check out time or basically any information at all. The phone in the room did not work so if you had a question, you had to go down to the front desk. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
