It’s had a lot going on with so many people outside especially at night little kids and all Also it was roach invested the room was already $100 a night for the two bottom levels I had to switch rooms and when I did they put me on 3rd floor reminds I had a new baby with me the elevator was broke so i had to climb 3 flights of stairs with a new baby in a car seat with all my bags just for them to tell me it’s a $50 deposit for the 3rd floor cuz rooms are nicer! I shouldn’t of had to pay for another room plus deposit! Got in that room just for it to be roach invested other guest up all night in the hallway playing loud music smoking etc I will never again stay here ever!!!!

This seemed to be a very old run down days inn that is now also a Baymont by Wyndham. The pictures online appeared bright and clean but the reality was the entire property has that damp, moldy, stale ashtray smell (everything we brought in - clothes, bags - smell that way now). The staircase smelled distinctly of urine, and the first floor appeared to have several families living there full time. Yes, parking was free and onsite. But for the price (over $170/night) I thought we were avoiding the run-down low budget hotels. The staff was excellent. The front desk attendant was courteous and helpful, and there was a security guard patrolling the property (we were glad to have him) who was friendly and welcoming. None of our issues could have been fixed by complaining to them. Just want to make sure the next person understands what they are booking, and the lightroom boosted pictures don’t show the real thing.

I should have done my homework. It was my first time in Atl. I stayed here because it was close to my venue with that being said I stayed there because it got a good rating and it promised breakfast and a gym..well none was provided. Instead I got a stay in a very sketchy area with questionable ppl in and out all day/night. I could tell from the moment I walked in that the facility was OLD. Although I called 2x to say my flight was delayed into the early morning, on arrival I was told that rooms are not kept beyond 2am..but luckily he had not close me out. The room was neat but everything was stained so not only did I prayed, I sprayed everything with Lysol and only touch the things I needed to. I was told upon arrival that there is no breakfast, and did I mention the promise ride from the airport is also not true. I slept with one eye because the roach kept appearing. I checked out early ( obviously) what I really did not like it that the manager came into my room before the 11am checkout without my permission. Thankfully I had the chain on.

Felt unsafe, people screaming. One of the only hotels near airport that had any rooms available because of massive weather delays.

Lots of foot traffic through the day and night with people seemingly wandering around just loitering about. And one night several fights could be heard throughout the night. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience.

The rate was ok. Although this property advertised free breakfast, none was available. According to staff, the 'truck' had not arrived and there was broken equipment. False advertisement. The smoke alarm in the room was making noises as if it need a battery. I noticed that the device was not placed in the holder properly. I chose to 'fix it', so that I could rest. But I couldn't rest well, however, because the room REEKED of nicotine. Horrible! That smell stayed in my clothes for hours. The soap dispensing was missing from the shower. And the next morning, someone knocked on my door asking/demanding me to open up and give him his bag. Terrible!

I was on the 3rd floor, and it was extremely clean , quiet (I love peace and quiet) , and very spacious .

All the criminal activity

The the worst experience all my travel for pleasure or work. As we drove inn to park, the first experience was homeless sitting, standing and smell of marijuana. To be honest, we were afraid to park out rental car, feeling the will be broken next morning. It was very late about 10:50 pm approximately when we got to the hotel. My reason booking this hotel is a good stay at the chain in Houston at I-10 and Hight 6. I did expect to be same management. Back to our experience, we got to the lobby it looks run down place, a drug infested place, people hanging walking in counting money. We saw prostitution solicitation right in our front at the Lobby. We want to cancel our stay, the reception said he cannot cancel, that we should call Booking.com. At this time too late to look for another hotel. We check in the room found dirty two black stained towel, the most harmful is the room full Cigarettes smoke very heavy to breathe not only in the room also coming from the walls. The worst scary stay we went through the night we just hope there should be no shooting for night. We got out without a shower and checked out. There is nothing to like a that hotel, non.

Room was full of roaches. Everytime I bump an object like a desk of slightly bump the chair you’ll see a roach run from under it. I killed 7 roaches my short time in there. We checked in, dropped bags, inspecte the room, killed a roach in the bathroom. Didn’t undress or change cloths or anything. Left to go get food. Came back an hour later, it’s roaches on the tv dresser a behind the tv mounted up. I smashed the roach on the wall and when I did the wall piece that the tv mounted on shifted to the left a little bit and about 5 roaches ran out from behind that wall. I was disgusted. My and my partner picked up out still unpacked back and left. Went to the front desk and told them the issue and asked can they switch our room. They said no cuz we been checked in more than 15 mins. Even tho he looked on the camera and seen we literally checked in. And walked back out 15 mins after checking in and return an hour later with food. Then returning back to the front desk 15 mins after getting back. They were not accommodating at all. We left and checked into another hotel. Bad experience and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! Everything. Place is filthy and full of roaches

The staff was great...a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I had accidently thrown away my boarding pass with baggage claim tickets on the back and called to see if they would text me an image of the tickets in case I needed them. They scanned the tickets and emailed them to me...much appreciated.

Location was good. Re breakfast see next comment. There were cockroaches!!! The place smelled like tobacco smoke (ugh!) despite my wishes for a non-smoking room. The night desk person was an idiot who almost led me to try a different Baymont hotel because he couldn't find my reservation, using my nickname "Art" to search instead of either part of my full name of Arthur Boley. Luckily he eventually figured out how to search properly, just as I was leaving. There was no breakfast for a reason that was not at all clear. They gave me bureaucratic gobbledygook to explain why it would only be available in the next day or two. The whole place was quite run-down. As I said at the desk, they don't believe in investing to make the place nice.

Bugs, room smelled smoky, people hanging out and talking loud, door did not close properly and could not be secured, police were called looking for person I'm assuming we saw management trying to get off property , property looked nothing like what I saw online, needs to be advertised as extended stay instead of hotel

Upon arriving at this hotel, we encountered several suspicious individuals in the parking lot, including masked individuals. Upon getting out of the car, the first thing you notice is the smell of urine and marijuana. Upon entering the front desk area, you notice a place that isn't in the best condition, and you sense an unsafe environment. Upon arriving, the room was dirty, with cockroaches, and there was constant shouting in the parking lot. I am definitely very disappointed with this hotel; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was not in good condition. The room had an attempt to be clean but carpet was sticky and bed linens old and stained. Lots of angry people living in the hotel yelling at each other outside the building. The door to get up the stairs to get to rooms was broken. Lots of problems.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was the worst hotel stay i’ve had in 20 years. The bathroom needs to be updated as well. The rug also looked dirty in spots. I would not encourage anyone to stay at this property.

Mouse trap under the bed tells me this hotel is an absolute dump in a less than stellar side of town. Negative one star.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. But they weren't surprised that I left minutes after arriving. This seems to be a place mainly for locals, who I do not think like strangers around. But I cannot say enough that the staff were very professional, courteous, and friendly.

It’s my fault! I booked it because of the LOW RATE. The only real problem was too many loud children OUTSIDE my room like they was at FREE CONCERT! All night long! The only day I could sleep was SUNDAY!

There were several police cars when I arrived. The lobby had been destroyed and chairs were everywhere. The person that checked me in had a bloody head from being attacked. I was told by a police offer in the lobby (after I checked in) that I should not stay there as it was unsafe. She walked me to my room because she was concerned for my safety. Do not stay here.

The elevators didn't work. The stairwell needs to be cleaned up. The windows in the stairwell doors need to be repaired so the wood can be removed. The loud clientel and an unexpected visit to my room by the local police at 3:30 am demanding entry (who thought I was someone they were looking for) prompted us to check out immediately.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel is definitely past its expiration date. Room was very worn out, mildew, badly frayed carpet, and mystery wetness on the carpet. We needed a place to crash after a transatlantic flight and the bed was clean and very comfy, so we didn't mind too much. But not a recommended place to stay.

This property was very run down. The checkin fella seemed very confused. It took 15 to 20 minutes to check in. It said they had breakfast but they did not. The room seemed somewhat clean but needs a major rehab or just tear it down. Won’t stay here again. It was late and we were tired.

The front desk service was okay. The carpet in the room was NOT CLEAN at all .the bathroom rail..was extremely loose. There was screws in the curtain. People smoking weed outside.

The front desk service was okay. The carpet in the room was NOT CLEAN at all .the bathroom rail..was extremely loose. There was screws in the curtain. People smoking weed outside.

Started with the elevator not working, overwhelming stench of marijuana in both the lobby and hall to room, hall security doors didnt latch, "guests" in hallway/parking lot smoking, very loud until past 2am, plastic wrap around the fire sprinkler, tape over fire alarm, stains on carpet and chair upholstery, spotty or no wifi, room security door latch broken. I did not get any sleep due to the stench, noise and fear for safety. There were people hanging out in the stairwells all night, still there in am, not sure if they were guests or vagrants. Pretty sure there were drug deals going on in the parking lot.

The best thing about this stay was the hot water. There were roaches everywhere, big, little and small. The holes in the walls, the bugs on the bed. The only pleasant part was being able to take a hot shower.

Staff was nice. Room was OK. The area seemed very sketchy. Wouldn’t bring my kids there. There was a police incident with patrol cars on the ground while I was there.

This is a place where you will find prostitution and drug use at their best. The hotel itself smells like pure marijuana due to people openly smoking in every hallway. Save yourself some trouble and do not book that place.

Friendly housekeeping staff. The front desk staff is nice too but the manager can be a bit of an a**hole…he walks around chastising guests like he’s the principal at a high school

I hesitate to review the property because I work in the hospitality industry and I know during these times how hard it can be to find good help. The check-in experience was OK. They were prompt and efficient not overly friendly, but not rude either. Going into the room, it had a very damp feel to it as it was obvious that the carpet had been shampooed and the humidity in the room was making everything feel wet. At the end of the day we booked a two day stay But really cannot get comfortable that night in the bed particularly because of the constant noise in the parking lot where there have to be a car or two continuing to play loud music, which was the final straw and we decided to get up at midnight and head back home for a 4 hour drive.

The stay would have been great if I could have gotten the second or first floor. The elevator being broke and on the third floor horrible. My room had bugs coming out of nowhere on the last night. The TV only played certain channels at certain time. You could be watching HBO at one point then no signal 25 mins later. I really do like the hotel. Just fix these issues.

I had an excellent experience at this property except for the breakfast which had no juice or Ice Water an a low quality selection of breakfast menu I would pay more for the breakfast because the room are actually amazing that I want to apply for a job at that location an they can pay me with a free room for a month I already have employment I just enjoyed living at location please give them my name which is Wayne Chaney because I want a second job there on my hours off from my first job the experience with one staff member was terrible because he got upset because a group of young men made a huge mess of the breakfast area in the morning and he decided to cut the breakfast time short when I wanted to get a waffle I was so upset because I actually enjoyed their services this staff member had green eyes he was upset which I understand if they could include chicken with their waffles breakfast selection I would pay more for a night stay there an could they include a fruit salad selection included with their breakfast selection just charge more for the stay

The room was clean and fine for a night. The whole hotel was dirty and smelly. The staff member was super nice and accommodating. Cleaned up the breakfast area after a guest pretty much destroyed it. He was patient and kind.

The service was good and people were nice, but i felt a little uncomfortable being there. It looked like people live there and there was trash all throughout the stairs. The rooms smelled like weed so my clothes smells like it too when we left, but beds were comfortable.

Surrounding of the property was very dirty. There was a bag full of trash in front of my room when I checked in, and by the time I check out the bag of trash was still there. The room was a smoke free room, but apparently the inside smells like someone had smoked weed inside. Every time I went out and back in the room, the smell will intensify but gradually fades away. I did let the receptionist know that I was tired but I wanted a good room without having to smell smoke from the hall. He gave me a room on the third floor that look like it was out of order and the elevator was broken. I had visited the hotel the night before and inquired about staying but they had some weird guy roaming around with a stick and dogs all through the lobby and in the kitchen so I decline to stay and came back the following night. Hotel ghetto a lot of drug dealers and street walkers, not a good place to stay at. I felt unsafe and was glad I was leaving very early to catch my flight. The elevator was broke and the ice machine did not work . A lot of noise all night long , banging doors and people roaming around in the hallways. Stay far away from this place.

This is a terrible property. The elevator was out of service and the bags had to be carried to the third floor. The lights on the stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor were barley on it was dark on the stairwell.The room was unclean with holes in the walls and the sheets were stained. No breakfast available

The price, room and location was good for an overnight stay. Too many shady people hanging out in front but I would definitely stay again if I had to.

I went down with over an hour left in breakfast and everything was already gone and the dining area was a mess. The staircase and hallway smelled like cigarettes. The area is also extremely sketchy.

The environment was incredibly unsafe. I needed a four hours nap to hit back the road for a 10 hour journey and I genuinely could not stay there. I had my boys with me and it really seems like it's in the middle of the ghetto.

i will not recommend this hotel for anyone i care about , its a shame that Wyndham have their name on display there . This place should be advertised as a brothel instead of a wyndham , what a disgrace to the name wyndham , again there were many people loitering around the premises that made my stay there uncomfortable

When I Called The Front Desk They Said That It Was The Only Room Available...... And After A Long Day Of Me And My 12 Year Old Moving Furniture... It Was Late And We Were Tired

There was supposed to be breakfast but there was only full sugar juice and waffles available. There was nothing moderately healthy or not. No fresh fruit. Just cereal and waffles. The chairs were still all stacked on the tables. The room was dirty. The blinds didnt shut (screwed to ceiling) and there was a huge spotlight outside our window from the building next door all night. There was no shampoo in the shower, only body wash and conditioner, and the towels were tattered. The shower also didnt drain properly.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke and a super damp feel to the room. Sheets and towels had hair and stains on them. The breakfast is a literal joke. Bread and oranges and the basic waffles. Coffee is so bad and the juice was just water when we went to get some. The staff was nice and accommodating but the environment and safety is scary and unclean. Lots of smoking and cigarette butts everywhere. We did not leave our bags in the room when we left. We just couldn’t trust the people around so we had to pack and unpack each night just to have peace of mind.

It is a local residential instead of being a hotel although the staff were very helpful. Very limited breakfast. Very Busy.

Room wasn’t clean enough. Black & mild wrappers all around the floor. Used soap in shower. Bathroom interior kind of yellow. I left & went home.
