Second, the water pressure on the sink faucet was extremey low, and the drain was clogged making it drain very slowly. I asked the front desk to take care of it while I was out on the second day. They said they would, but there was no sign that it had even been looked at, let alone corrected. Not up to Hampton standards, IMHO.

We were very upset to have to pay a night parking fee, when no one notified us of these fees at booking. We haven't had to pay this fee at any other Hampton Inn. As a gold member its very deceiving.

The kids liked the breakfast, the waterfall that was separating the lobby and the dining area. They provided bottle waters when we came to check in and the room. The suite was big enough to sleep for people for a night. On booking.com I wish they would have advised that we would be paying for a parking fee. Although it’s not much, we would still like to know that we would be paying an additional fee.

The room (502) we had was backed up against the elevator and you can hear it all day. Lastly, they only had two elevator and one was broken the whole time.

Breakfast options were plenty. Liked the shower, plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was central to where we needed to be and go. Only one elevator working, not a showstopper, but irritating.

Bed was very very comfortable. The pillows were great and I wished I could take one home. Very close to the casino too. We were really comfortable.

We spent two nights at Hampton Inn Coconut Creek. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, there was no housekeeping attention to our room. We were out of the room from late morning to late evening and left the card requesting room cleaning on the door knob. It was still there when we returned about 11pm. No excuse.

We had serval issues: 1st- you didn't read the fine print (you have to pay $10/night for parking - never have before for Hampton Inn & Suites), only one elevator worked and it was incredibly slow. It was so painful we took the stairs instead of waiting for it. While we don't mind stairs, it isn't easy with suitcases. The ice machine on the 3 floor didn't work - minor but another annoyance. We only had one wash cloth - and when they changed out the towels we didn't get any wash clothes. While we could have gone down and gotten towels, I am sure it is just not something you want to have to do (constantly going to the front desk). Breakfast was great, and staff very friendly!

Front desk clerk was very professional! We had a reservation and checked in a little late. 9 pm. We were given an ADA room though we had no need for this type of room. Room was large however the bathroom was not great. They shower definitely had evidence from the previous guest clearly visible and shower floor and the curtain was short and water flooded the entire restroom floor due to no edge for shower entrance. Defiant safety issue for slipping and mold. Very concerning. Breakfast was minimal with a thick skin covering the oatmeal. Went with hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

I believe it said something about free parking and then when they get there, they charge you $10 a night to park when you check in they give you a couple of bottles of water for Free. I don’t drink soda pop I don’t eat cookies. Don’t charge me $10.

Our room was spacious , bed and pillows comfortable. Morning receptionist was a pleasure ! A charge of $10 per night to park the car and additional $ for internet if you were not a member ( easy to join)

This was an excellent experience with 2 kids & 2 dogs. The room was HUGE, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast selections were good and everyone went out of their way to make our stay great. Tara even called after we checked out to see if one of the girls left her water bottle in the lobby (of coure she did!) and is holding it till we can pick it up.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the shower felt like i was in a phone booth way to small. There was a small amount of what looked like mold and rust around the bottom of the shower. The shower door was not high enough to keep the water off the floor. The cleaning crew kept our room very clean and fresh.

The check in process took a little extra time due to employee training, but the manager acknowledged this without me having to say anything and upgraded our room for the inconvenience. We come to this area often and usually stay at another hotel but the excellent customer service provided has convinced us to make this our go to property. Once the check in was sorted out everything was great.

Location for where I went 1) they didn’t make the bed 2) poor amenities 3) dark and poor illuminated rooms 4) a/c control didn’t work 5) poor training of personnel at check-in

The hotel was quiet and clean. Joseph and the other concierges were amazing they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were okay. Breakfast was great. The hotel was located close to casinos, shops and the beach. Parking was easy and safe. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub

The front desk attendant, Joseph, was great! He was super welcoming and accommodating. We saw him multiple times during our stay and he started conversation with us every time we walked by, which was nice!

Just an observation, not a criticism... My room was Very Spacious... I liked it a lot... but the spaciousness seemed to demand a sitting / grouping of loveseat & chairs to cozy up the room a bit.

This was an overnight stay at this Hampton Inn. It is our preferred hotel when going to Coconut Creek Casino. The front staff was friendly and very accomodating. The hotel was clean and must have recently gone through some renovations. The only disappointment were the beds. They were hard and the platforms made noise everytime we turn which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The location of this hotel is great if you are going to the Coconut Creek Casino. It is only 3 miles away and there is shopping and restaurants also within a couple of miles away like Chresecake factory and other restaurants and shops

Hotel was full of teenaged ball players so elevators were completely packed, and elevators are ridiculously slow except for the door opening and closing, which was ridiculously fast!

We had no hot water in our shower the first night at all. My fiancé discovered water severely leaking near the gym from the ceiling and had to let the front desk know. Had a suite and was supposed to get snacks and water, we had 5 people and received 1 Lorna doone cookie pack and 2 Waters. Room floors were dirty, closet doors were off every time we tried to open them to hang our clothes. We ordered delivery the first night and asked the driver to drop it at the front desk so we could go pick it up from there, they refused it. Uber called me and I sent my daughters down to get it. Overall, the room smelt, was kinda dirty to start and I wasn’t impressed & we always choose a Hilton type hotel. For the price I paid, I expected better

It’s a secluded and quiet and they were still doing construction during Christmas. The staff were friendly and they did keep the property clean as much as they could with construction. Elevator was also working during my time there so I was grateful that wasn’t affected

I was very disappointed in the room, not enough blankets not enough towels when I asked for the room to be cleaned. It was never cleaned when I came back from a very long day of being at the hospital. It was still dirty when I asked for the person to come up he had a rude attitude. I still didn’t get enough towels and stuff that I needed. It took me having to say something for them to come up the next day and it was half ass done still didn’t have enough of anything we needed for five people in a room. I really feel like I shouldn’t have been charged 200 and something dollars per night For that I feel like I deserve a discount or some money back.
