Great property, quiet. Perfect for a night stay

Not a lot of amenities but room was excellent and property felt clean and well maintained. I had the most memorable and incredible time and the staff was helpful. It did take them a reminder to change the sheets after I had already requested it that morning and returned that late afternoon but they jumped on it and got it done fast after the second reminder. Breakfast was fantastic and I took full advantage of the coffee on tap.

The corner niche for the fridge, Wave, coffee maker was hard to access near the bathroom & entry doors. Please choose a new brand of coffee pouches. Not a good flavor & very weak. The coffee at the lobby was very good! Breakfast was great too!

It was clean and housekeeping did a nice job each day Thin walls so you can hear every conversation, door close, or people coming and going down the halls. Shower was Luke warm and they limit how many towels you can have to 3 per room. I asked for 1 extra and was told no and sent away.

Close to the event

The paper cups for the coffee were terrible they made the coffee taste like gasoline. The utensils were weak and broke while eating a very good waffle. The offerings were good, just not crazy about all the plastic utensils

I have a hard time staying at places but these past two years I’ve stayed here for the Luke Bryan concert and felt so safe!

Kleenex in room ran out and not replaced when I left empty box sitting on top plastic enclosure. Bathroom sink not cleaned. They did make the bed and tidy the towels. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but I was hoping for better than Motel 6.

I had a great stay here with the family. Parking was easy to find. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Very happy with this stay! Would stay here again!

Immediately after our first shower, the bathroom became flooded. Although we promptly informed the front desk, no action was taken to address the underlying problem. We were given only four towels, which we had to use to soak up the water to keep the floor dry and safe for walking. With water continuing to come from the shower, the situation posed a genuine safety risk for my family. When my wife requested additional towels, the front desk refused unless we personally brought the soiled towels down to the lobby. Furthermore, a female staff member at the front desk threatened to call security on my wife simply for asking for more towels. Over the course of our two‑day stay, our room was never serviced. When we complained, we were told that the hotel would first need to verify whether we were at fault for the issues. We were promised a response, but no one ever followed up. As a result, we were forced to sleep in dirty sheets. My daughter suffers from allergies, and the poor condition of the room caused a severe spike in her symptoms.

The parking was ok, breakfast not good they only had pork we don’t eat pork…. We were given a handicap room that we had not requested it was dificulte to shower because the shower had a bench to sit on it. The curtains were sure because it’s designed for disabled people so the water was running through the door outside of the bathroom to the room it was a disaster

The elevators didn’t work well, or come when called. The staff said it’s a persistent issue. With the lobby being on the second floor, and having my elderly father and aunt with me, it wasn’t ideal. Staff was great!

It a really nice place to stay in General. If you looking for a cheap, comfortable, and nice place. But the only problem with the elevator is slow. So if going for a relaxed and fast trip ask for the first floor rooms.

Easy parking, clean room, and friendly staff. Breakfast options were adequate, but would have been nice if nondairy milk was available. Location is safe and along a busy street, although the area is quiet. The town of Clovis is super cute, with antique stores and boutiques, and fun places to eat. The Clovis Botanical Garden is worth a visit.

Places say they accept pets, and do not disclose the additional fee for the the pet's stay. I looked this up and asked questions and only learned about the $25 additional fee at check in. You never know the amount and it makes it hard to compare hotels. Direct booking vs third party booking should be cheaper. A call directly to the hotel, had a price was more than 3rd party booking. Even though I discussed the pet when calling the hotel, they did not disclose the added cost of the pet. Third party booking included the taxes and fees. Calling the hotel did not disclose the amount of the taxes and fees. I believe that if I book directly and am a member of their club, I should be able to get a lower cost to my room! They do not have to pay a commission to the third party. My room was 101, at the end of the hall, farthest from the street. It was quiet and clean. Parking is below the hotel, which can be a bonus during the summer. I did not stay for breakfast, but the food smelled good when I walked through the lobby. I was very please to see Costco down the street so I could fill-up the car when I left.

The staff and cleanliness

The room, the refrigerator makes a dripping sound that kept me up until I needed to unplug it. You can hear the pipes cranking from what has to be the water pump or heating vents but either that started at 5am. Other than that, staff was great, room was clean, and breakfast was great.

Staff were respectful... sadly the Room seemed generally clean but the curtain and parts of the bathroom were not, Other guests were excessively loud and sound leaked into my room even through 1AM, Bottled Water wasn't already available in the room... This is my second time staying here and it was just as great as I remembered it. Breakfast was fantastic, the room was super clean, and quiet location.

Our stay was great. We had 2 dogs with us but never heard any other dogs. Everything was clean. So nice to have a microwave and a fridge. Very nice free breakfast and love the 11am check out time.

The room was wonderful, the staff outstanding but the elevator was slow to respond and my card used to call the elevator took several swipes. Loved the Hotel but did not like the elevator. That being said, I would totally stay there again.

I was so pleasantly surprised - surprised this was discribed as a 2-star hotel! The place was spotless, the accomadations fantastic, the staff were great, and the breakfast way beyond the usual free breakfast. I would 100% recommend this for anyones stay! The only slightly weird thing was the hotel is on top of the parking. Makes since when you're limited on parking space, I had just never seen it done before.

Staff was very friendly and check in was very quick the area is quiet but has many shops around. Stayed here during a ski trip to China peak and was about an hour and thirty away. Was very pleasant stay

This a pretty new place and is veryclean and quiet. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and that was much appreciated. The room however there were many issues. The pillows were falling apart and the mattress was worn out and needed to be updated, the towels were thin and worn out and too small for body towels, and the comforter was thin, not warm enough so we had to use the extra blanket from the closet. We liked the wood floor instead of carpet but the entryway was sticky and dirty. I’m not sure why there was an 70 inch tv on the dresser in front of the bed. It was way too big when sitting that close. We ended up watching the tv that was in the sitting area. Lastly, the lamps by the bedside were too bright, not soft white but bright white.

I appreciate that the parking is under the hotel (street level) and there's a nearby elevator to go up one floor to the lobby. Or a set of stairs. We experienced a lot of noise during our stay. The pictures of the rooms were outdated. The rooms were older than expected. The wear and tear definitely shows. The housekeeping was lacking in service. We asked quite a few times and did explain what we needed. When we came back the bed was made with our dirty sheets that were not changed. After asking multiple times for service we just gave up. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again. We did have a nice encounter with the desk at check out. Very nice and apologetic. Otherwise staff was mostly unhelpful for the during our stay and made little effort to help make our stay more comfortable.

Solid all around. No complaints… I am sure that some people made complaints about the fire alarm issue… but staff handled it up front and honestly was no big deal. If people are complaining about the fire alarm, you have bigger fish to fry. Also, didn’t bother us, but a little inconvenient to have to change the channel standing up and right next to the box for the tv.

I really liked staying here, it was clean and alot of places to eat and drink by walking distance. I would at the off site room service is not ideal, you don’t know where it is coming from which is strange! Staff was amazing!

Not going to lie when I first arrived I was SCARED . I pulled up at night and couldn’t find the office . ( it was on the second level . ) ( I am also use to big luxury resorts ) BUT I was pleasantly surprised when I finally got in . The room was amazing / clean and sooooo comfortable. The price was great too . I will DEFINITELY stay here again ❤️

I stayed in room 203 and the only complaint is that the shower is too slippery. There is 3 non-slip stickers on the floor & one of them is 1/2 coming off. But I had to hold the hand rail because the shower stall floor was very slick & I had to catch myself from falling twice. Matter of time before someone else does.

A nice place with secure parking. The room was exactly what I needed for my two-day business trip. The large table in my room was a perfect remote workspace. Great dinning options as well, and the staff is amazing. This will be my go to when I'm in town.

Everything went great, my only comment would be that they don’t have a pool or Jacuzzi. Fresno in the summer can be super hot, wished they at least had a pool to lounge and cool off at.

Bed wasnt comfortable. Felt springs. And my phone kept allerting constantly of potential unknown trackers and potential spycam. Specifically near AC vent and then off chart readings of cam or hidden audio recording device at the foot of the mattress left side and under the pillow top right side. Truly strange! But accommodations themselves. Clean and kept. I stayed out of pocket discreetly. I own a suit and tux shop and we have a seamstress on site. Wedding parties galore. Wanted to see if they wanted to partner and offer something special to our clients. Been a few days. No reply. The hotel literally cant help us in any fashion of business. Just wanted to see if theyd make consideration for a neighbor and like our 1 way referral. Honestly. Not a scenario for return business. Just trying to establish something clean. Close reliable and if possible special consideration. We're talking wedding parties woth families. But I guess Residence Inn, Courtyard and Town place will just remain the dominant options. In all fairness. Im going to try them too incognito and see if theyre willing to establish a simple offer for our clients. Im not asking the world. Just consideration. No one has our captive loyalty. But its time to test and make my approach. Ill say this the Laquinta employee gave me the eye. So I walked over a Suit, Tux and vintage wedding dress she fawned over. I slapped a tag to save it. But we'll see. We're just looking to make a 1 way not local and loyal referral network

Not much of a food option for breakfast only egg, sausage, mashed potatoes, bacon and tortilla. Bed we’re kind of hard. Internet access was available. transportation access not much.

Great place to stay very clean very organized 24 hour Fitness Center made good use of that a laundry room is there also plenty of extra towels and including pillows and blankets and they even gave us a late check out did not give us a hard time at all definitely one place I would recommend.

This is our usual pick for old town . Only downside no pool when 100+ outside . Also there is an employee that starts about 10 at night n leaves at 7am and has the noisiest car . It’s like an alarm clock every morning.

Had to wait several hours for early checkin even after having confirmed I had access too check in early. People above my room were moving furniture and slamming against the wall all afternoon/evening. Then a large dog began barking in a room down the hall for the next 12 hrs I was there.

I reserved a room at this hotel for the 2025 Climb to Kaiser held by the Fresno Cycling Club. Checking in and out of this hotel was straightforward, the room was new and everything worked just fine. The breakfast (that I could actually enjoy the morning after the aforementioned ride) was great as well.

Secured access to hotel from parking garage was a plus. Check in clerk was excellent and gave us the quiet room we asked for. Unfortunately the room was dated, ie. worn furniture, cheap TV, hanging wires under desk, but the bathroom was clean.

The location was great. It was close to the airport as well as restaurants and local shopping. It was only an hour drive to Yosemite and an hour and a half to Sequoia. The free breakfast was great. It was very clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was top notch. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to requests. The only downside (for us) is the beads were very very soft. We ended up sleeping each in a separate queen because two people were too much for the foam mattress to handle. Surrounding area is mostly commercial, light industrial. Our room was on the south-facing side, above a bar with live music, but they finished their sets around ten pm.
