The front desk person, Sabrina, was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us with smiles both days and was very personable and willing to help . The breakfast was also good and the location was very central to the places we needed to go with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The property was clean and maintained. Location was great for the reason we visited. Breakfast was okay, but could be a little dry. Didn’t seem to be a ton of care put into it. Room was clean, spacious, and met expectations.

When I checked into my room. . It was a suite king bed and a sofa sleeper. Bathroom lock was broken missing a remote. Phone line was cut. And main blind wasn’t working. When I checked into an older white lady was very helpful. Said she would get sheets blanket for the sofa sleeper let and a remote(which was missing) later that night I came back to the hotel there was a heavy set woman with short hair. No smile seemed like she didn’t want to help .when I asked for pillows she said she had none. Also told her about blinds . Next day before checking out I noticed only 2 towels . Had 4 total in my room. New lady I. Front was taking forever . So I just called she said I would need to go downstairs to grab these items . I said forget it. Won’t be staying g here again!!

We were greeted as we walked into the hotel. The room was very clean and included a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the mini suite. The breakfast offered was outstanding and well stocked by the attendant .We look forward to another stay at another Holiday Inn Express in the future.

Kids loved the breakfast especially the delicious cinnamon rolls.

Terrible stay beds were uncomfortable they put us next to the storage room and entrance door all night doors opening and closing window blinds didn’t block out cars that parked in front of your room so head lights kept going off and on. The breakfast was good. No smart T.V and showers were outdated! 👎👎👎👎 for what I paid for one night never again!! Oh and no restaurant close by!!!

Breakfast was "ok." Good variety of choices. Glad it was available until 10 am. This is silly, but the television had no "guide" or "menu" (that I could find). I spent so much time clicking that when I finally found something to watch, it was too late to get into it.

I wasnt happy about the cleanliness of our room. We found trash under the bed and in the drawers. We found a half empty water bottle, a dirty paper towel, a piece of old fruit inside a drawer, and a cup and a grape under our bed. The buffet and free parking was great though.

The clovis gem I like the location where I was at. It was close to where I had to go. It was close to everything for food or the market. And also the freeway There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was great. So was the breakfast the place was clean and the staff was friendly.

East freeway access for the event and family visits. This is petty, but if the coffee carafe isn’t working, Reno e it so guest aren’t driving the staff crazy with questions of what is going on with coffee. This was not as well ran breakfast fast on Sunday as others I have stayed in. Over all food was good and hot when available.

Everything during the stay was good except breakfast. Every morning I went down around 9-9:30 am, there was no food left. We asked the Employees working and they said it was going to be 30 mins.?!? This means breakfast would be over by the time food was ready. #dobetter I hope to see improvements in the future based off of the amount of people booking.

Tree trimming was happening in the back section of the hotel, I did not know this until the following day when I went to my car and saw it covered in tree dust and small debris. Luckily, nothing major. I just wish the front desk would’ve mentioned this, especially when I asked if the back lot was available to park the night before.

They were out of extra bath towels on the evening I checked in. Only 2 were in the room when I asked the desk they said they only had hand towels they would not have any until the following morning at 11 so I asked for pool towels and got those. Red stains on shower curtain. Bed not comfortable, felt sunken in. Heard other guests laughing and running through hallways. Property is 100% smoking not allowed but our neighbors had hallway smelling like a bad smoky substance.

The staff was very friendly and they were happy to help us get everything we needed. We switched rooms due to a dysfunctional remote and then had problems with the coffee pot. In the end, everything worked and we were happy.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The person at the front desk suggested several local places for dinner. (The burger place literally across the street was amazing with great prices!). Then, the breakfast was the highlight of my day! The free, full breakfast was amazing. Had a large number of options and tasty, filling food. The hotel was close to my destination (Fresno Fairgrounds). I used the computers to print shipping labels for my business. Sabrina at the front desk was helpful with tape, and a bag for leftover pizza. She greeted me by name the next day, and that's special! And the excellence continued throughout my stay. Thank you for great people, a clean, cheerful hotel, and all the "extras" like a real breakfast, and a computer center) that a tired business person could ever hope for.

When we called to get it fixed there was no technician on site, and the front desk could not locate the plunger. Needless to say, we had to walk down to the lobby in the middle of the night to use the restroom.

Front desk person was unhelpful when we checked out. I asked for a final bill, and she refused and told me Expedia would send it. I still have not received a final bill for my charges.

The only problem I had was I had requested a handicap room with two queen sized beds and when I arrived they had none of those in working order. They accommodated us with a shower stool and we made do. It would have been better if the shower head would have been detachable.

Went from a pretty well perfect goldfish in Express one night to this one the next. Not sure what is like in there other side but my room had way too much road noise which got more quiet around 11pm then loud again at 5am. I just couldn't stay here again, the walls seem like they're made out of balsa wood. This one has old 32-in flat screens in an age where you can get a 65 in TV for $500. Channel selection was horrible as well. No complaints with the staff they were all great

The surrounding hotels I’ve been to and wanted to try the Hilton this time. The others had nothing on The Hilton. Book for sure. The cleanest and friendliest staff. Was very pleasantly surprised. BTW the ast manager was the best. Called me by last name and welcomed me every time I returned.

Stay was after a local football game and dinner, so arrived late, comfy beds and 8:00 good breakfast prior to checkout. Clean room.

Easy to find, they didn't water our car and cause water spots. We stayed at a different place for our visit to Fresno this time and Holiday inn in our opinion is better.

This was not a great stay. There were issues with my room and housekeeping cleaned it once during my 4 day visit. I stay here often for business trips. But this is not typical and enough went wrong for me to start using a different place.
