The breakfast had limited options for the included price. Multiple closed amenities including the Fitness center and business center.

The Room Smelled and there was a flea on me we checked out one day early on a two day stay construction going on no gym and no first floor rooms asked for a one day refund was told we will email them

Very old rooms. Chipped paint, scuffed furniture, stained bathtub. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open unless something was shoved underneath the door. The lobby is the restaurant and bar all in one. Small menu which was out of items to eat each night. Friendly staff helped to make up for the disappointing rooms and amenities.

Wake up call did not occur. Shampoo was not filled. Upgrades needed with some furniture.

Location midway between Sequioa and Yosemite parks Poor bathroom condition requiring maintenance. One of the lights didn’t work intermittently. Ceiling of bathroom was filthy. Bathroom vent was not working. Bathroom sink drain was clogged. Shower head came off when turning on the tap and was just stuck to the pipe. Really bad. Rest of room was ok. Staff at front desk did take all the notes above but this wasn’t really helping us at the end of the day. We checked in late night and most of these issues were discovered the next morning. These issues should have been detected if the rooms were properly inspected time to time.

Our rooms hit water was lukewarm at best, we could not get into the hotel after midnight on New Year’s Eve. I don’t plan on staying at this hotel ever again.

Sue Yang at the front desk provided excellent customer service. She greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful and understanding. Because of her professionalism and kindness, I decided to upgrade my room. She met all my needs and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I haven’t received customer service like this in a long time. Whoever hired her did a great job

The rooms were old and dark, We had the curtains open and every light on and it was still super dark. The bed was ok, bedding needs to be updated. We weren’t told that they were renovating so the construction was noisy. That would have been nice to know. I’d say the rate was double what it should have been.

Room had men’s hair in the shower and the heater was so loud sounded like it was going to break. They were still nice about it but I don’t know if I’d stay there again.

Staff was absolutely fantastic. Just how they dealt with every situation. Professional, kind, courteous, friendly - they were great. Lobby is big and inviting and has everything you need. Rooms are in the process of being updated, but still clean, large, and very comfortable. Great location near university and other locations of interest.

My husband and I were in town for a concert and stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely staff again if we plan on going to another concert in Fresno in the future.

Initially the room I was given was already propped open. I was told it might have been maintenance or housekeeping but it was already past 7pm. I was able to get a different room after asking but was not offered just to be safe. Room is subpar for the price. Furniture looks old and warn. Definitely paying for the amenities rather than your room.

I liked the quick check in on my phone so when we arrived we were able to go straight to our room. Confusion about breakfast, it said breakfast was served and the times but we were going to get charged for breakfast in the lobby area where it was set out. It was unclear if free breakfast was included or not.

Wouldn’t recommend here for a family, walls are super thin could hear conversations and tvs loud in room next door at all hours. Room is old and furniture beat up, beds were awful and firm. Honestly could’ve thrown pillows on ground and slept better. Then “breakfast buffet” is $10 and it’s gross waffles and nasty oatmeal. Several people in lobby were irritated and disgusted as well. I don’t think this place is a Hilton.

For $20.00? No. didn't have it. Room is very dated. Hotel is older, Needs an update. Too much money for an eh room. Townplace by Marriot next door was far superior. Was expecting nicer room.

I loved the seating area in the lobby that everyone was able to enjoy and that we were able to easily purchase snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed the bar.

Stayed 3 nights second day I woke up in morning saw large bug in restroom ask the front desk on my way out to please have someone clean my room and mentioned there is a large bug in floor came back 9 hrs later to find my room was not clean and bug still there spoke to Ben manager and he said sorry cleaning crew is gone for the day so I was very concerned do they care about customers wow very disappointed and they did nothing for my trouble very uncomfortable for the next couple of day don't feel like I stayed at the Hilton garden

I asked they he approve the refund with Expedia and he refused. He spoke to his manager who also refused. The manager did not bother to speak with me so that I could explain the way the boy made it sound like my booking would be cancelled. So much for customer service. Lines get crossed all the time, but their attitude was tacky considering their hotel is usually half the price I paid. Greed. Will never stay at this hotel. Never have and will be sure to avoid them when booking as I book in town quite frequently.

Very nice hotel and the staff is super nice. My only disappointment was the hotel charged a fee for breakfast. We stayed in the same name-brand hotel 2 nights earlier in Sacramento and the breakfast was included for hotel guest. But aside from that, the hotel is easy to find, good location and the overall stay was wonderful.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and it was close to everuthing. The area is quiet and very safe. We slept well. Check in was easy and so was check out.

The room was dark, with limited lighting fixtures to add needed brightness. All the furniture was dated, scratched, and shopworn. It appeared to be cobbled together from several different styles in bits and pieces. The room was clean and fresh. Overall, it appeared to provide adequate accommodations for a budget-priced offering.

The walls are thin you can hear everything. We couldn’t sleep through the night without hearing what was going on next door. Cleanliness was fine same with location and service. Just environment wise we had to throw towel at the bottom door so we could try and block the hallway noise

The room I stayed in was old. The carpet is grimy, the bathroom is outdated. They put 5 tissue papers a day apparently. My view was of the air conditioner and back of a wall. The lighting was horrible and the air conditioner was loud. I couldn’t wait to leave.
