My minor complaints are the ice machine was broken on 2nd floor, The rooms above my room sounded like the bathroom doors were on rollers, because I heard the door opening and closing until the people went to sleep.

An airport shuttle would have been nice. Only one elevator was in operation, so it was slow. Other than that the stay was great!

Check in/out was easy. Staff was friendly. Our room was ready ahead of schedule so was nice to be able to check in early and relax before our activities for the day. The room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. No issues with parking and it was included which was nice. Breakfast was amazing and included eggs, meat, and potatoes as well as waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. There was a pool and fitness area but we did not use so no feedback there. Hotel was right across the street from a little market conveniently for drinks and snacks plus there were ‘some’ available for purchase in the lobby area. Would definitely stay here again!

For a newer hotel, it’s obvious corners were cut and the owner went cheap on certain aspects of the build. The walls and ceiling are not adequately insulated, so you hear everything from above and next door. Everything. The air conditioner is designed to be noisy so you don’t run it. The thermostat is preprogrammed to limit air conditioner usage. It didn’t run after 10:00 PM. The door attenuators slam the doors, which is irritating late a night and early morning when neighbors close their doors. The place looks good, the breakfast was good, and the room was well sized. The pool is tiny and appears to be an afterthought at the rear of the facility.

Our room was very clean and well stocked with towel and basic toiletries. The breakfast was great! Everything was well stocked and hot.

The only thing I noticed during our week stay was that the rooms seemed a little dated. But with that said, the room and hotel were both clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I wish we had a chance to use the pool, but our days were filled. We did go look at it; it seemed a bit small.... but the area was clean. I would not have any issue staying here again.

This is a very nice place to stay when you are in Clovis. Very clean, delicious breakfast and a wonderful staff. Near lots of shopping and restaurants.

Stayed this past weekend. There was a dead rat in the pool roaches in our room, roaches outside of the pool.

Parking lot is clean, felt safe. Breakfast was fresh and good. The cook comes and check on the waffles to see if it needs more refills. Staff was nice and a working elevator.

Only problem was staff was uninformed on laundry..and Laundry room was a nightmare. App to use machines....complicated. then required huge financial deposit and no soap available anywhere...

I reserved 2 Queen beds for four people. And when I got to the hotel, hotels.com. Sent them the wrong information gave us only one Queen bed. And so we had to find a place for my kids to sleep. But the hotel took care of everything and got it sorted out even during the rodeo season when they were booked up the hilltail took care of us hotels.com. Mested things up

The Hamton is clean and modern. The breakfast/gathering area is well located and spacious. The location was not in a high traffic location, however very central to accommodate our needs. More parking. We came in to the building after our meeting time to find not a single parking place to be available in our site, but we were able to find one in the adjoining site

When we were ready to sleep my husband realized he forgot his earplugs. He is a very light sleeper, so he went to the front desk to see if they had any to purchase. They did not, but Maritza took the initiate to call their sister hotel (Homewood Suites) that shares a parking lot. A few minutes later, an employee came over with a package of earplugs. This was above and beyond, but so appreciated! We will definitely stay there again.

Size of the room and cleanliness were great. Cleaning staff was great. Breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast staff and overnight staff were not nearly as attentive as at other Hampton facilities. Coffee was not kept available.

When we checked in we were told breakfast was until 10 am but it was only until 9 am so by time we for there at 8:55 am all warm was done except for waffles. Couple of other customers arrived late and said they were also told breakfast was until 10 am so they got no breakfast because it closed already.

When we got inside our room, the sheets had hair and stains on them, pillow had a very small blood stain. The noises level was very bothering, these walls feel so thin. We can hear everyone outside of our room and our next door neighbors. A lot of pounding on walls early in the morning.

That is was a room where I could sleep. Waiting nearly an hour to check in because of lack of staff and being given a key to an already occupied room where my wife and I got the pleasure of walking in on two Indian men showering and cooking a pot of curry. Just magical.

Why you turn off the ability to use the ac was mind boggling to me. Room was hot and stuffy. No moving air at all. Very uncomfortable. I was not happy at all over this. It should have been disclosed at time of booking.

Hands down for the Breakfast here it was very good l, Waffles yum, petty much a mini Buffet will definitely come back. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds if you’re traveling and decide to come this way do it the Hampton’s Way.

My sister and I came to town to lay flowers for my parents grave and stayed one night here. We were welcome when we arrived and the checkout was fast and easy. They always acknowledged us when we came and left for dinner. The room was clean and comfy. Lots of parking. We plan to stay here again when we come back to town.

Well... Expedia completely botched the reservation... the hotel had no idea we were coming. The staff there fixed Expedias MAJOR mistake. Wont be using Expedia ever again... wife and I are deleting our accts right after this.

Three things that may be improved: 1. When I turned on the AC heater, a BIG stench came out as if someone peed in the AC. It burned about 10 minutes and turned better later. 2. There was no table lamp. So it was dark in the room at night and it was hard to study/work in the room. 3. The swimming pool was not heated.

This property is very safe and clean. Jesse at the front desk was amazing at our check in. Our son was sick when we checked in and Jesse went above and beyond to help him. He should be a trainer for all employees .

We are always happy with our stay, only problem was we were surprised that breakfast ended at 9 on a Sunday morning, we were use to 10 am, but we will remember next time.

The toilet height might be okay for a small child, but not for 70+ guests. Seriously time for an update. Also the sink had some type of silicone around the top that looked an awful mess. I would recommend a total bathroom make over!

The property is conveniently located near a Target, a Costco, Walmart and many places to eat. Its 5 minutes south of downtown Clovis and 5 minutes from the Fresno airport.

We were pleased with everything at this hotel during our overnight stay.

Nice spacious room with private view. The road infront of hotel was under construction, but it was only about 50 yards drive. Hightly recommended.

Could not download app beforehand because we didn’t have cell service. Waited in lobby 5 min and no one there. Walked out to try to download app with no luck. Went back in another 5 min, knocked on manager door behind desk w no answer. Went back out. Came back in and after about 3 min someone showed up. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were both great!

The hotel was clean and everything that was described on the website is there in person. There was no water in the room serve as compliment.

However, there were several aspects that made the experience less comfortable. The noise level was a big issue — there was loud banging and movement from the room above me very early in the morning, and the walls were extremely thin, making it hard to rest. The pillows were also very unsupportive and left me with back pain, and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either. Additionally, I was placed in a handicapped-accessible room without any communication beforehand. It wasn’t what I booked or expected, and I would’ve appreciated a heads-up or the option to switch. It was fine for a short business trip or stopover, but it’s not a place I’d choose for a longer or more relaxing vacation.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was average but clean. I would give 5 stars but the refrigerator ran loudly all night and would make a loud crackle sound often, I couldn’t get the fan to turn on so the room was warm and muggy, and my hotel phone kept ringing but no one was there when you picked up. This happened 3 times before I unplugged the phone. This is unsettling when traveling alone. I believe for the price I paid everything should be working properly.

My stay with my daughter (I'm there to stay for the night after attending my relative thanksgiving lunch)... were a very satisfying one. The food and stay is excellent! I'll stay for the next thanksgiving day... ( I mean after my thanksgiving lunch with relatives , lol!)

We were in room 317. Got no sleep due to elevator and ice machine noise. Sounded like a door slamming every 15 minutes. Had my daughter and her friend with me for a softball tournament and they got very little sleep. It was terrible.
